澜沧江──湄公河是亚洲一条重要的国际河流,它连接中国、缅甸、老挝、泰国、柬埔寨和越南等6国。最近一些年,流域各国的经济先后开始高速发展,成为国际投资的热点之一,流域各国也在寻求建立次区域经济合作的途径。亚洲开发银行拟订了在这一次区域进行大规模基础设施建设的计划。本文着重介绍中国云南省在这一次区域经济合作与开发中的行动。  相似文献

入境旅游的游客数量及其增长率是反映一个地区国际旅游发展水平的重要指标。运用旅游市场竞争态模型对2001~2004年云南省主要的入境旅游客源市场及目的地市场在云南国际旅游中的市场占有率和市场增长率进行分析,反映了各市场在入境旅游竞争中所处的地位与态势,揭示了云南境外游客的变化情况,并给出各市场的相应发展战略。  相似文献

跨境经济合作发展研究存在一定的路径依赖,已有研究多立足于合作现状和某一时间段的研究,而对中长周期的研究相对较少。本文以图们江次区域国际合作开发过程为例,基于地理学多尺度思想,构建跨境经济区域合作演变机制分析框架,并探讨每个历史阶段图们江次区域国际合作的基本特征及其变化因素。结果表明:(1)近30年来图们江次区域国际合作大致经历了四个阶段:提出阶段(1984—1992年)、开发热潮期(1993—1996年)、开发放缓期(1997—2004年)和开发重启期(2005年至今)。(2)图们江次区域国际合作每一阶段跨境经济合作的开始都是在上一轮物质实践空间的基础上进行,不同阶段间具有明显的历史继承性和政策创新性,具体影响表现在跨境区域基础设施建设以及城市化发展进程上。(3)整个过程中,在政治磋商与经济合作成为全球地缘环境变化的总体趋势下,联合国开发计划署(UNDP)在次区域开发中的作用减弱,国家层面主导作用增强,省和地方参与性不断增强,与区域发展战略结合日益紧密。本文有助于破解图们江次区域国际合作的困境,同时丰富人文地理学跨境合作的相关理论研究。  相似文献

云南、广西两省区是我国通往东盟各国的主要陆路通道,在“一带一路”建设中有着较为突出的地缘优势。以“一带一路”建设前(2013年)和建设期间(2017年)的数据作为时间截面,采用旅游开放度、旅游经济联系量和社会网络联系等指标,分别对云南、广西两省区与东盟的旅游经济联系和社会网络关系进行测算。结果表明:“一带一路”建设以来,云南、广西两省区与东盟各国的旅游开放度、旅游经济联系量均有很大提升,但与排名靠前的马来西亚、新加坡和泰国相比,仍有较大差距;云南与东盟的社会网络联系高于广西,并向较高的网络中心度和网络结构方向演化;云南、广西两省区欲发展成为“面向东盟的辐射中心”或“面向东盟的国际通道”,还需继续加大力度发展与东盟各国的跨境旅游合作。  相似文献

文章以云南省8个边境州市为研究单元,探讨2008—2017年云南边境州市旅游发展水平的空间分异,借助地理探测器分析其影响因素,揭示因子作用机理。研究表明:①云南省边境州市旅游发展水平均不断提高,相对差异维持高水平且变化不大,但绝对差异呈扩大趋势,空间分异显著。②云南省边境州市旅游发展水平由高至低的区域数量呈“纺锤”状分布演化。③云南省边境州市旅游发展水平逐渐呈“东南和西部高,西南平衡,西北低”的空间特征。④影响云南省边境州市旅游发展水平的核心因素是旅游资源禀赋、交通通达度和GDP。⑤各项影响因子对旅游发展水平的解释力呈非线性加强或双加强作用,且因子解释力统计具有显著差异。  相似文献

资源型城市是国家生态文明建设的重要关注点,旅游是资源城市转型发展的重要方向,因此探究二者协调发展关系具有重要现实价值。从双向视角探究了资源型城市生态文明与旅游发展协调互动关系。选择典型资源型城市——六盘水市为研究案例,实证研究发现:1)2000—2017年六盘水市生态文明建设与旅游发展都呈现出阶段性增长态势,但旅游发展相对滞后,二者差异呈现出趋于同步——迅速扩大——缩小的发展态势;2)2000—2017年生态文明建设与旅游发展耦合度除2000年(0.614)外,其他年份均在0.85以上,表明六盘水市生态文明建设与旅游发展相互作用强度较高。3)从协调度上看,2000—2017年生态文明建设与旅游发展协调性整体呈现上升态势,协调程度从重度失调(0.1707)发展到优质协调(0.9891)。以2005、2011和2015年为临界点划分为失调、逐步改善、优化提升和协调发展四个阶段;4)六盘水市生态文明建设与旅游发展演化呈正相关关系且显著性极高,但旅游因子对生态文明建设的驱动作用(95.60%)高于生态文明建设对旅游发展的支撑力(90.37%),二者存在互馈耦合的一般特征且表现出明显的旅游产业发展对区域生态文明建设的优势支撑效应。建议从统筹生态文明与旅游发展步伐、促进生态文明建设与旅游发展部门协同合作等两方面促进二者协调发展。  相似文献

本文选择云南省为研究对象,从路网密度、交通设施影响度和交通可达性三方面构建交通优势度评价指标体系,并对2011年云南省各市州交通优势度进行评价与比较;在运用熵值法测算云南旅游产业综合发展水平基础之上,构建了旅游产业与区域交通发展耦合协调度模型,对云南省交通优势度与旅游产业发展水平进行耦合及协调度测度研究,对其耦合—协调类型区进行了划分。研究表明:云南省交通优势度区域差异明显,呈现出以主要政治经济中心及邻接县市为核心向外围市州县递减的圈层状空间格局;云南省旅游产业发展极化态势明显,旅游产业的发展受到交通区位和地形条件制约;云南省区域交通优势度与旅游产业的发展水平空间耦合协调性一般,交通对区域旅游发展的支撑能力不足。  相似文献

澜沧江-湄公河次区域的经济合作已扩展到很多方面,其中能源方面的合作特别是水电合作开发是倍受参与国的关注。次区域水能资源的储藏量以中国云南省最丰富,其次是缅甸、老挝和越南。煤炭资源,主要分布在中国云南省、越南、泰国和缅甸,而老挝和柬埔寨储量比较少。油气资源主要分布在越、泰、缅三国,其中缅甸蕴藏的石油资源最丰富.其次是越南;天然气是泰国最多,其次是缅甸。由于次区域经济发展水平相差甚远,能源的需求也一样相差很大。其中,泰国经济最发达,成为次区域能源的消费大户,其次是越南和云南省.而缅甸、柬埔寨及老挝对能源需求量很小.分析了次区域主要耗能国(泰国和越南)未来的电力供需,提出接空间上就近原则,合理配置能源。即泰国和越南就近相互利用次区域内周边地区的水电和油气资源。  相似文献
