土壤侵蚀是生态环境恶化的重要因素,土壤保持是国家重点生态功能区的一项重要生态服务功能。本研究基于气候、地形、土壤和植被覆盖等空间数据,利用土壤通用流失方程,借助Arc GIS分析了我国25个国家重点生态功能区2010年的土壤侵蚀和土壤保持状况。结果表明:由重点生态功能区内植被覆盖和水土保持而产生的土壤保持效果显著,与潜在土壤侵蚀相比,现实土壤侵蚀的微度和轻度侵蚀区域面积增加了26.2%,强度到剧烈侵蚀区域面积减少了25.1%,且藏东南高原边缘森林生态功能区、川滇森林及生物多样性生态功能区、三峡库区水土保持生态功能区、海南岛中部山区热带雨林生态功能区和秦巴生物多样性生态功能区等南方生态功能区的土壤保持量最高;重点生态功能区内土壤各养分元素保持量与土壤保持量和土壤自身各养分元素含量有关,各土壤养分保持量由高到底的顺序为:土壤有机碳、土壤全钾、土壤全氮和土壤全磷,且以藏东南高原边缘森林生态功能区和川滇森林及生物多样性生态功能区各类土壤养分元素保持量最高。建议加强单位面积现实土壤侵蚀量较高区域的植被保护和管理,提高植被覆盖度和增强水土保持措施,从而增强土壤保持功能,减少土壤养分流失;同时巩固潜在土壤侵蚀量较高区域的植被保护和水土保持措施,防止土壤侵蚀恶化。 相似文献

生态保护红线是在自然保护区、重点生态功能区、风景名胜区、森林公园等诸多区域生态管理制度不断实践基础上,面对中国国土开发和生态保护的复杂关系,继承和创新提出的一种新型区域生态管控制度,已经成为推动国家生态文明建设的重大战略。如何科学评估生态保护红线保护成效,服务于生态保护红线综合管理和保障区域生态安全,成为普遍关注的热点问题之一。针对已有的区域生态保护成效评估案例的不足,基于划定生态保护红线是为保障国家和区域生态安全的基本认知,围绕着生态保护红线“生态功能不降低、面积不减少、性质不改变”的管控目标,以生态保护红线对区域生态系统保护作用为主要出发点,提出生态保护成效评估框架和指标方法。生态保护成效评估以生态系统类型构成和生态系统服务功能为内容主线,通过多维度时空尺度拓展,耦合分析生态保护红线内外、实施前后的生态状况变化,综合评估生态保护红线对保障区域生态安全的贡献和改善区域生态状况的作用。进而,可以关联分析可能引起生态保护红线生态状况变化的管控政策、制度和其他间接驱动因素,评估政策实施成效评估。实证上选择海南省生态保护红线和广东省严格控制区为案例进行了讨论。 相似文献

生态保护与社区生计间存在复杂的相互作用,生态保护同时兼顾社区生计改善,才能取得双赢结果;旅游作为一种替代生计则被认为可起到协调生态保护与社区生计的作用。但目前有关旅游发展、生态保护和生计间的关系仍缺乏深入了解。为此,通过对国内外文献的分析,阐述了生态保护与生计的关系、旅游发展与生计的关系、旅游发展与生态保护的关系,以及旅游发展在协调生计和生态保护关系中的作用。在此基础上,提出了未来研究需要深入的方向,包括深入揭示旅游发展促进生计提高和生态保护双赢的环境、经济、社会、文化和制度条件;评估旅游发展对生计和生态保护的长期影响;加强社区内不同利益相关者在生态保护、生计和旅游发展三者互动关系中的作用研究;基于社区资本框架,系统地揭示社区资本动态对旅游、保护和社区生计变化间联结的影响;进一步发展生态保护、生计和旅游发展三者互动关系定量研究的手段。期望本综述能够促进对旅游发展、生态保护和生计间相互关系的理解,并为探寻社区生计与生态保护协调发展途径,社区人地关系优化等相关研究提供参考。 相似文献

中国重要生态空间生态用地变化与保护成效评估 总被引：1，自引：1，他引：0
定量分析重要生态空间建立前后的生态保护成效,对于保障国家生态安全具有重要意义。本文以生态用地为切入点,从时间和空间双重角度,评估了中国重要生态空间构建的生态保护效果,以期能为国土空间分类分区管控提供科学依据。结果表明：① 2018年重要生态空间以生态用地为主导,具有良好的生态本底,体现了重要生态空间的发展定位和重要地位; ② 1980—2018年,重要生态空间内生态用地呈收缩趋势,但面积减少率低于全国平均水平,定量反映了重要生态空间的构建对生态的积极保护成效,总体来说生态用地变化基本处于稳定状态,扩大区域主要分布在退耕还林还草生态保护工程实施区,缩小区域集中在东北平原的粮食主产区和新疆绿洲农业地区,今后要重点加强管控;③ 3类重要生态空间内部生态保护成效有差异,国家级自然保护区生态用地面积比例最高,生态用地面积减少率最小、减少趋势最不明显、变化最为稳定,生态保护效果最好;④ 重要生态空间内生态用地面积比例高于周边外部区域,面积减少率低于外部区域,内、外保护成效具有明显梯度差异,说明重要生态空间的构建对生态保护的意义重大。 相似文献

旅游可持续发展与文化生态保护的良性互动机制成为学界的研究热点。运用文献分析法分析了旅游与文化生态保护研究进展,按研究内容将已有研究主要归纳为文化生态理念在旅游开发规划中的应用、旅游对文化生态保护的效应及文化生态保护模式3个方面,研究方法以结合具体案例的定性研究为主。在此基础上,提出未来旅游与文化生态保护的研究趋势：加强旅游与文化生态保护作用机制、旅游开发共性与文化生态保护个性模式、旅游与文化生态保护测评、旅游利益相关者与文化生态保护主体等方面的研究。 相似文献

国家重点生态功能区生态状况变化与保护成效评估——以海南岛中部山区国家重点生态功能区为例 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
自2000年提出生态功能保护区的概念以来,历时17年不断探索和发展完善,中国已经形成了一批国家重点生态功能区和相关配套政策,成为生态保护红线划定的重要依据和主体功能区战略实施的主要组成,对保障国家生态安全和优化国土空间格局具有十分重要的意义。海南岛中部山区在2001年成为国家生态功能保护区试点,2010年被确定为国家重点生态功能区,是较早实施生态功能保护的重点管控区域之一。本文以海南岛中部山区热带雨林重点生态功能区为研究区域,综合利用多源卫星遥感数据和地面观测统计数据,集成地统计学和生态评估模型模拟方法,以生态系统格局、植被长势、服务功能为主要评估内容,通过时空尺度拓展和多维时空对比分析,探讨了该重点生态功能区生态系统变化和保护成效。结果发现：① 2013年功能区森林面积占比为84.5%,显著高于海南岛平均水平。1990-2013年功能区内建设用地逐渐增加。2010年功能区实施后,人类活动强度仍然呈现持续增加态势,面积比例从0.5%增加到0.8%,主要表现为城镇建设和耕地开垦。② 功能区水源涵养服务功能明显优于功能区外部,1990-2013年水源涵养服务功能总体上略有增加,但是不同时间段的波动变化明显,特别是1990-2000年和2000-2013年两个时间段内均表现为先减少后增加的变化特征。功能区单位面积的水源涵养量为51.78万m2/km2,明显高于功能区外部。③ 功能区土壤保持服务功能明显要优于功能区外部,1990-2013年表现出剧烈波动、稳定性较差。功能区单位面积的土壤保持量为1.95万t/km2,明显高于功能区外部。④ 功能区人类扰动指数明显小于功能区外部,生物多样性威胁程度明显偏小,有利于生物多样性的保护。功能区平均人类扰动指数为0.3664,比功能区外部低0.1152。1990-2013年功能区外部人类扰动指数变化幅度为0.0152,约为功能区内部变化幅度的5.31倍。特别是2010-2013年,功能区内部人类扰动指数增加幅度要明显小于功能区外部。 相似文献

省级空间规划是为实现“多规合一”而开展的基础性制度尝试,其核心内容划定“三区三线”是通过科学分析自然与社会本底,对各类空间边界进行严格勘定,作为管控国土空间的抓手。生态空间和生态保护红线是“三区三线”中“生态先行”理念的载体。以《生态保护红线划定技术指南》为基础,对福建省开展基于资源环境承载能力评价和国土空间开发适宜性评价要求的陆上全域生态保护等级和保护优先序评价,探讨和实践省级空间规划中生态空间和生态保护红线的划分方法,以期为沿海多山省份的空间规划提供参考。结果显示：福建省生态空间陆域占比为78.76%,涵盖了88.07%的森林、71.23%的草地、64.44%的水域和47.72%的裸地;生态保护红线陆域占比为20.90%,以生物多样性维护红线、水源地保护及水源涵养红线为主。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
