SS433短周期变化中的拍现象   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文用喷流模型计算SS433短周期变化的周期和振幅值。讨论短周期变化叠加成拍的条件。用此条件判断,很自然地得出:在短周期变化中可能存在拍现象。对于喷流模型,在一个进动周期内其拍频为2。 文中还利用了Margon,B·等人的SS433多普勒频移图作SS433多普勒频移的残差分布图。在分布图中,某些进动周期内显示出分布轮廓有双峰结构,分析产生双峰的原因,正是与章动有关的、短周期变化中的拍现象。因此,在SS433的163天多普勒频移图上,观测点始终存在10%的弥散,乃是163天进动曲线与不能消除的短周期中的拍叠加的结果。 这样,本文从理论和实测分析上都证认了SS433短周期变化中存在拍现象的可能性。  相似文献

在非均匀锥形喷流模型中,电子数密度、磁场强度随着到喷流顶点的距离呈幂律分布.该模型能成功解释活动星系核喷流核心区域的平谱射电辐射,但已有的模型计算只适用于喷流运动方向与视线夹角很大的情况,所以需要建立适用于任何视角情况的非均匀锥形喷流辐射计算公式.普遍认为BL Lac天体中喷流的运动方向与视线夹角很小,推广后的非均匀喷流模型拟合了3个BL Lac天体的射电观测谱,确定了它们喷流中电子数密度、磁场强度等物理参数.研究结果表明观测辐射谱拐折频率确定出锥形喷流离黑洞最近距离,对于这3个BL Lac天体,它们的锥形喷流离黑洞最近距离约为Schwarzschild半径.  相似文献

本文首先对由活动星系核中发出的喷流的研究历史和观测特征作了概括介绍。然后着重评述关于喷流的产生(即最初的加速和准直机制)的两类基本模型。辐射压支持的流体厚吸积盘模型已经得到比较多的研究,看来存在一些难以解决的问题。电磁流体吸积盘模型似乎更有吸引力,但还需要大量的工作进一步详细探讨。  相似文献

<正>活动星系核(AGN)是一类特殊的活动星系,核心存在着猛烈的活动现象和剧烈的物理过程.耀变体(blazar)是活动星系核的一个子类,其具有相对论性喷流且喷流视角很小,因此集束效应较强,观测到的辐射基本都来自于喷流.相对论性喷流物理还很不清楚,如喷流的形成、喷流的准直和喷流的物质成分等.耀变体多波段辐射为喷流主导,为研究喷流物理提供了理想的实验室.本论文第1章介绍了AGN和blazar研究的部分进展.第2章进一步介绍了blazar常用的喷流模型.  相似文献

VLBI观测表明,TeV伽马射线Blazar(耀变体)的喷流运动视速度远小于MeV/GeV伽马射线Blazar,然而TeV伽马射线辐射流量的快速变化却要求这些Blazar的相对论喷流速度与MeV/GeV Blazar的相当.对于这一矛盾,目前有多种解释.为了检验这些模型,我们收集了VLBI对Blazar喷流运动的监测数据,样本包括86个FSRQs(平谱射电类星体)、22个BL Lac天体,共108个Blazar;从统计上研究了,该样本中各Blazar最大视速度喷流节点的位置与射电光度相关关系.结果表明,Blazar最大视速度喷流节点的位置与射电光度有较强的相关关系,随着Blazar射电光度的减小,喷流中最大视速度VLBI节点的位置到VLBI核的距离逐渐变小.这意味着,TeV伽马源(低光度Blazar)的喷流减速区距离VLBI核较近,喷流从高能辐射区到VLBI可分辨尺度已经减速,支持减速喷流模型对TeV伽马射线Blazar上述矛盾的解释.  相似文献

近年来宇宙喷流现象的普遍发现,对于展源形成的束模型给予了很大的支持。在此模型的理论框架下,主要传能机制是通过从星系中心喷射出的气流。根据这一模型,本文介绍了对喷流的能源,扩张,热斑形成和喷流弯曲等问题的研究情况;并从观测角度介绍了对展源性质的统计分析和喷流的一些观测性质。尽管喷流的物理状态还不很清楚,但不少观测事实显示着喷流中磁流体动力学不稳定性的存在。这种不稳定性并不总使喷流瓦解,但能够改变喷流的形态,并通过对非热粒子的加速,增强喷流的光度。近几年来对喷流中不稳定性的研究所取得的较大进展,加深了我们对展源形成的理解。  相似文献

射电星系M87的大尺度喷流在射电、光学和X波段都已经具备高分辨率的成像观测和频谱观测。其各个节点的宽波段连续谱目前被认为是同步辐射主导的。文章采用相对论性电子同步辐射的Kardashev-Pacholczyk模型,对各节点的多波段连续谱进行了独立的最佳拟和,从而得到相应的多普勒因子。此外进一步结合各节点的视超光速运动的观测数据,导出了不同节点整体运动的Lorentz因子和对观测者的视角。计算结果表明,M87的大尺度喷流具有一定程度的弯曲,其整体动力学行为是减速的。  相似文献

对microquaLsar(微类星体)最新的一些研究结果作了比较全面的评述。具有相对论性喷流的microquaLsar在很多现象上类似于极小尺度上的类星体。对X波段的观测可以探测到吸积盘内区甚至接近黑洞的区域。结合低波段上的观测和研究,人们在吸积盘的动力学模型、物质吸积与喷流形成之间的关系以及喷流的超光速运动等方面的认识都有了长足的进步,并且发现了黑洞存在的新证据。对它们的研究为更好地理解河外天体的相对论性喷流和黑洞吸积方面的问题开辟了一条新的途径。  相似文献

The analysis of hard X-ray INTEGRAL observations (2003–2008) of superaccreting Galactic microquasar SS433 at precessional phases of the source with the maximum disc opening angle is carried out. It is found that the shape and width of the primary X-ray eclipse are strongly variable, suggesting additional absorption in dense stellar wind and gas outflows from the optical A7I component and the wind–wind collision region. The independence of the observed hard X-ray spectrum on the accretion disc precessional phase suggests that hard X-ray emission (20–100 keV) is formed in an extended, hot, quasi-isothermal corona, probably heated by interaction of relativistic jet with inhomogeneous wind outflow from the precessing supercritical accretion disc. A joint modelling of X-ray eclipsing and precessional hard X-ray variability of SS433 revealed by INTEGRAL by a geometrical model suggests the binary mass ratio   q = mx / m v ≃  0.25–0.5. The absolute minimum of joint orbital and precessional  χ2  residuals is reached at   q ≃ 0.3  . The found binary mass ratio range allows us to explain the substantial precessional variability of the minimum brightness at the middle of the primary optical eclipse. For the mass function of the optical star   f v = 0.268 M  as derived from Hillwig & Gies data, the obtained value of   q ≃ 0.3  yields the masses of the components   mx ≃ 5.3 M, m v ≃ 17.7 M  , confirming the black hole nature of the compact object in SS433.  相似文献

We have detected new components in stationary emission lines of SS 433; these are the superbroad components that are low-contrast substrates with a width of 2000–2500 km s?1 in He I λ4922 and Hβ and 4000–5000 kms?1 in He II λ4686. Based on 44 spectra taken during four years of observations from 2003 to 2007, we have found that these components in the He II and He I lines are eclipsed by the donor star; their behavior with precessional and orbital phases is regular and similar to the behavior of the optical brightness of SS 433. The same component in Hβ shows neither eclipses nor precessional variability. We conclude that the superbroad components in the helium and hydrogen lines are different in origin. Electron scattering is shown to reproduce well the superbroad component of Hβ at a gas temperature of 20–35 kK and an optical depth for Thomson scattering τ ≈ 0.25?0.35. The superbroad components of the helium lines are probably formed in the wind from the supercritical accretion disk. We have computed a wind model based on the concept of Shakura-Sunyaev supercritical disk accretion. The main patterns of the He II line profiles are well reproduced in this model: not only the appearance of the superbroad component but also the evolution of the central two-component part of the profile of this line during its eclipse by the donor star can be explained.  相似文献

X-ray binaries     
Summary The various types and classes of X-ray binary are reviewed high-lighting recent results. The high mass X-ray binaries (HMXRBs) can be used to probe the nature of the mass loss from the OB star in these systems. Absorption measurements through one orbital cycle of the supergiant system X1700-37 are well modelled by a radiation driven wind and also require a gas stream trailing behind the X-ray source. In Cen X-3 the gas stream is accreted by the X-ray source via an accretion disk. Changes in the gas stream can cause the disk to thicken and the disk to obscure the X-ray source. How close the supergiant is to corotation seems to be as much a critical factor in these systems as how close it is to filling its Roche lobe. In the Be star X-ray binaries a strong correlation between the neutron stars rotation period and its orbital period has been explained as due to the neutron star being immersed in a dense, slow moving equatorial wind from the Be star. For the X-ray pulsars in the transient Be X-ray binaries a centrifugal barrier to accretion is important in determining the X-ray lightcurve and the spin evolution. The X-ray orbital modulations from the low mass X-ray binaries, LMXRBs, include eclipses by the companion and/or periodic dipping behaviour from structure at the edge of the disk. The corresponding optical modulations show a smooth sinusoidal like component and in some cases a sharp eclipse by the companion. The orbital period of the LMXRB XB1916-05 is 1% longer in the optical compared to that given by the X-ray dip period. The optical period has been interpreted as the orbital period, but this seems inconsistent with the well established view of the origin of the X-ray modulations in LMXRB. A new model is presented that assumes the X-ray dip period is the true orbital period. The 5.2 h eclipsing LMXRB XB2129+47 recently entered a low state and optical observations unexpectedly reveal an F star which is too big to fit into the binary. This is probably the first direct evidence that an X-ray binary is part of a hierarchical triple. Finally the class of X-ray binaries containing black hole candidates is reviewed focusing on the value of using X-ray signatures to identify new candidates.  相似文献

We discuss the star-disk electric circuit for a young stellar object (YSO) and calculate the expected torques on the star and the disk. We obtain the same disk magnetic field and star-disk torques as given by standard magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) analysis. We show how a short circuit in the star-disk electric circuit may produce a magnetically-driven jet flow from the inner edge of a disk surrounding a young star. An unsteady bipolar jet flow is produced that flows perpendicular to the disk plane. Jet speeds of order hundreds of kilometers per second are possible, while the outflow mass loss rate is proportional to the mass accretion rate and is a function of the disk inner radius relative to the disk co-rotation radius.  相似文献

For a long time, the well-known supercritically accreting binary SS433 is being proposed as a prototype for a class of hypothetical bright X-ray sources that may be identified with the so-called Ultraluminous X-ray sources (ULXs) in nearby galaxies or at least with part of them. Like SS433, these objects should be associated with optical nebulae, powered by both radiation of the central source and its wind or jet activity. Indeed, around many ULXs, bright optical nebulae (ULX Nebulae, ULXNe) are found. Here, we use SS433 as a prototype for the power source creating the nebulae around ULXs. Though many factors are important such as the structure of the host star-forming region and the possible supernova remnant formed together with the accreting compact object, we show that most of the properties of ULXNe may be explained by an SS433-like system evolving for up to about one million years in a constant-density environment. The basic stages of evolution of a ULX Nebula include a non-spherical HII-region with a central cavity created by non-radiative shock waves, an elongated or bipolar shock-powered nebula created by jet activity and a large-scale quasi-spherical bubble.  相似文献

The evolution of a stellar, initially dipole type magnetosphere interacting with an accretion disk is investigated using numerical ideal MHD simulations. The simulations follow several 1000 Keplerian periods of the inner disk (for animated movies see http://www.aip.de~cfendt).Our model prescribes a Keplerian disk around a rotating star as a fixed boundary condition. The initial magnetic field distribution remains frozen into the star and the disk. The mass flow rate into the corona is fixed for both components. The initial dipole type magnetic field develops into a spherically radial outflow pattern with two main components – a disk wind and a stellar wind – both evolving into a quasi-stationary final state. A neutral field line divides both components, along which small plasmoids are ejected in irregular time intervals. The half opening angle of the stellar wind cone varies from 30° to55° depending on the ratio of the mass flow rates of disk wind and stellar wind. The maximum speed of the outflow is about the Keplerian speed at the inner disk radius. An axial jet forms during the first decades of rotations. However, this feature does not survive on the very long time scale and a pressure driven low velocity flow along the axis evolves. Within a cone of 15° along the axis the formation of knots may be observed if the stellar wind is weak. With the chosen mass flow rates and field strength we see almost no indication for a flow self-collimation. This is due to the weak net poloidal electric current in the magnetosphere which is in difference to typical jet models.  相似文献

SS 433 — Again     
The standard model for SS 433 encounters increasing difficulties, including geometrical and chemical irregularities, short-time correlations and the presence of circular polarization. It is argued that these difficulties disappear when one drops the assumption that the moving spectral lines are emitted by the (mapped) jets. All the spectral peculiarities can be blamed on (special) radiation from the inner accretion disk, at radius 107 cm, around a young neutron star. The jets consist of relativistic pair plasma-like in all the other jet sources. A prediction is made for the center of the radio jets.  相似文献

I suggest that there are two classes of ultraluminous X-ray sources (ULXs), corresponding to super-Eddington mass inflow in two situations: (a) thermal-time-scale mass transfer in high-mass X-ray binaries, and (b) long-lasting transient outbursts in low-mass X-ray binaries. These two classes are exemplified by SS433 and microquasars like GRS 1915+105 respectively. The observed ULX population is a varying mixture of the two, depending on the star formation history of the host galaxy. ULXs in galaxies with vigorous star formation (such as the Antennae) are generally SS433-like, while ULXs in elliptical galaxies must be of the microquasar type. The latter probably have significantly anisotropic radiation patterns. They should also be variable, but demonstrating this may require observations over decades. The close analogy between models of X-ray binaries and active galactic nuclei (AGN) suggests that there should exist an apparently super-Eddington class of the latter, which may be the ultrasoft AGN, and a set of X-ray binaries with Doppler-boosted X-ray emission. These are presumably a subset of the ULXs, but remain as yet unidentified.  相似文献

The behavior of the linear polarization parameters of UX Ori stars during their eclipses by circumstellar dust clouds is studied. A circumstellar disk with a disk wind creating a puffing in the dust sublimation zone is considered. We show that the disk puffing can strongly affect the degree of polarization and color index of the star during its eclipse. A strong wind can change the orientation of the plane of linear polarization. The scattered radiation from a thin disk is polarized perpendicularly to its plane, but the radiation from a disk with a strong wind can be polarized along the disk plane. A situation where the disk-scattered radiation is not polarized in a certain spectral band is possible owing to the disk puffing. There can be different orientations of the linear polarization of the disk radiation in different spectral bands.
