With huge area, favorable light, heat and water conditions, rich biological diversity, and a unique ecological system of submarine
sand ridges, Jiangsu tidal flat has great significance to its economic development. Based on the geomorphological characteristics,
Jiangsu tidal flat is dynamically divided into stable, erosional and accumulative types. In light of resources distribution,
evolution rules of Jiangsu tidal flat, existing problems in coastal management, exploitation and utilization, the sustainable
development theory is applied to guide the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of tidal flat. Taking different regions
with different local conditions in consideration, and in order to make economic development coordinate with local resources
and environments, four regional sustainable development models, i.e. (A) Abandoned Huanghe (Yellow) River delta section for
salt and aquatic products industries, (B) Sheyang section for reed, aquaculture and rare animal protection, (C) Dafeng and
Dongtai section for agricultural comprehensive exploitation, (D) Nantong section for aquaculture and agriculture, are suggested.
Meanwhile, the paper takes the guiding ideology of sustainable development to be reflected in modern integrated coastal management
and legislation.

围填海是沿海地区解决土地资源短缺的重要手段,及时准确地监测地区围填海时空动态变化对于合理保护海岸带资源和推进地区社会经济可持续发展具有重要意义。本文基于遥感、GIS技术,结合多种数据源,提取并分析1974-2017年山东省大陆海岸围填海时空动态变化特征。结果表明,43年来山东省大陆海岸围填海面积持续增长,到2017年总面积达到4649.26 km 2,围海为主要利用方式。围海活动多分布于黄河三角洲及莱州湾滩涂海域,填海活动则集中分布于沿海各大港口海域和城市滨海区域。全省围填海呈现出明显的阶段性特征,特别是2000年后,填海造地面积增加迅速,围海利用向填海造地转换现象突出,主要用于港口及临港产业发展和城镇与旅游基础设施建设,受沿海地区发展战略和城镇化、工业化驱动明显,围填海利用向综合化、多元化和集中集约化发展。 相似文献

Sipunculus nudus is an important economic species because of its high nutritional and medicinal values. The exploitation and utilization of S. nudus primarily occur in the coastal regions of the Beibu Gulf. However, wild resource of S. nudus is rapidly decreasing because of the overexploitation, which has led to considerable developments of artificial breeding techniques. The cultivation scale of S. nudus has increased in response to successful artificial breeding; however, methods for culturing S. nudus in tidal flats or ponds require further study. Most studies have focused on the breeding, nutrition, medical value and ecological impact of these worms. Studies on the distribution, sediment requirements, nutrition characteristics, breeding techniques and aquaculture ecology of this species are summarized in this paper to promote the development of the aquaculture industry for S. nudus. The high biomass of S. nudus in the Beibu Gulf is positively correlated with the sediment characteristics and water quality of the region. The production of peanut worm has improved to some extent through culturing; however, the nutrient value and ecological environment problems have been observed, which reflect the over exploitation of trace elements and the sediment. These problems will worsen unless they are resolved, and the release of organic materials, nitrogen and phosphorus during harvesting impacts the coastal environment. Moreover, genetic erosion is a potential risk for larvae in artificial breeding programs in tidal flats. Therefore, culturing and collecting methods should be improved and the wild resource conservation should be implemented to promote the sustainable development of the peanut worm. 相似文献

海岸带滩涂是重要的生态资源,对于环境保护和区域可持续发展具有重要意义,是学术界研究的热点区域。但由于滩涂周期性地被潮水淹没,通达性较差,传统的测量方式难以满足这一高度动态环境的变化监测需求,因此遥感观测方式成为一个潜在的选择。但遥感观测受成像方式、大气条件和潮情的影响,其应用仍面临很大的挑战。本文以苏北至上海南汇边滩沿岸作为研究区域,首先选择了1975年以来每年潮位最低的Landsat影像数据作为数据源,利用水边线作为滩涂的外边界,植被线或围垦大堤作为内边界提取滩涂面积;然后利用ArcGIS软件对获取的滩涂数据进行分析,以此来研究长江口滩涂的时空变化特征。结果表明:① 1975年以来研究区域滩涂面积整体上呈降低趋势;1990s之前滩涂面积基本保持稳定,1990s之后降低趋势较为明显;1995年前后研究区圆陀角以北的江苏海岸和以南的长江河口区域滩涂面积达到最大值,分别为1101.2 km2、1495.5 km2,至2017年,二者面积分别降为649.5 km2、1043.4 km2,1990年至今总体降低速率为21.7 km2/a;② 流域来沙减少和围垦、深水航道等河口工程是长江口滩涂面积减少的主要控制因素。 相似文献

Dynamics of Coastal Land Use Patterns of Inner Lingdingyang Bay in the Zhujiang River Estuary 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
To satisfy the growing of land demand from economic development,a large scale of land reclamation from sea has been carried out in Inner Lingdingyang Bay in the Zhujiang(Pearl)River estuary in recent years.As a result,the tidal flat and the water channels became narrow,the frequency of floods increased,and the environment was un-dermined.Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey(GMGS)conducted an integrated project for marine geo-environ-ment and geo-hazards survey in 2003.With the integration of multi-temporal remote sensing images of 1977,1978,1988,1996,and 2003,GIS spatial analyzing approach and GPS technique,as well as field data and other background data of the region,this research investigated the comprehensive characteristics and the drivers of coastal land use dy-namics and shoreline changes in Inner Lingdingyang Bay.The results reveal that the reclaimed coastal land was mainly for agriculture and aquaculture in early years,but now they are used for construction sites of harbors and in-dustries,especially high-tech industry. 相似文献

Xiamen Bay in South China has experienced extensive coastal exploitation since the 1950s,resulting in some severe environmental problems.Local authorities now have completed or are implementing many environmental restoration projects.Evaluating the cumulative impact of exploitation and restoration activities on the environment is a complicated multi-disciplinary problem.However,hydrodynamic changes in the bay caused by such coastal projects can be characterized directly and definitively through numerical modeling.This paper assesses the cumulative effect of coastal projects on the hydrodynamic setting using a high-resolution numerical modeling method that makes use of tidal current speeds and the tidal prism as two hydrodynamic indices.Changes in tidal velocity and the characteristics of the tidal prism show that hydrodynamic conditions have declined from 1938 to 2007 in the full-tide area.The tidal current speed and tidal prism have decreased by 40% in the western part of the bay and 20% in the eastern part of the bay.Because of the linear relationship between tidal prism and area,the degraded hydrodynamic conditions are anticipated to be restored to 1972 levels following the completion of current and proposed restoration projects,i.e.33% and 15% decrease in the hydrodynamic conditions of 1938 for the western and eastern parts of the bay,respectively.The results indicate that hydrodynamic conditions can be restored to some extent with the implementation of a sustainable coastal development plan,although a full reversal of conditions is not possible.To fully assess the environmental changes in a region,more indices,e.g.,water quality and ecosystem parameters,should be considered in future evaluations. 相似文献

Aquaculture ponds are one of the fastest-growing land use types in valuable and fertile coastal areas and have caused serious environmental problems. Quantitative assessment of the extent, spatial distribution, and dynamics of aquaculture ponds is of utmost importance for sustainable economic development and scientific management of land and water resources in the coastal area. An object-oriented classification approach was applied to Landsat images acquired over three decades to investigate the long-term change of aquaculture ponds in the coastal region of the Yellow River Delta. The results indicated that the aquaculture ponds in the study area undergone a sharp expansion from 40.38 km~2 in 1983 to 1406.89 km~2 in 2015, and the fast expansion occurred during the period of 2010–2015 and 1990–2000. Natural wetlands, especially mudflat, and cropland were main land use types contributing to the increase of aquaculture ponds. The patches of aquaculture ponds were consequently prevalence in the north of the Yellow River Estuary and landscape metrics indicated an increase of the aquaculture ponds of the study area in the quantity and complexity. The expansion of aquaculture ponds inevitably had negative effects on the coastal environment, including loss of natural wetlands, water pollution and land subsidence, etc. The results from this study provide baseline data and valuable information for efficiently planning and managing aquaculture practices and for effectively implementing adequate regulations and protection measures. 相似文献

山东省地热资源类型多且分布广,资源储量丰富,开采条件好,是名副其实的地热资源大省。本文采用逐井调查方法,对山东省范围内地热井数量、开发利用方式、地热流体开采量、地热井与油气资源矿业权重叠等进行了调查,对开发利用过程中存在问题进行研究分析。截至2020年底,全省共有地热井1862眼,主要包括洗浴与疗养模式、洗浴与疗养兼养殖与种植模式、养殖与种植模式、供暖兼洗浴模式四种模式;全省地热流体开采总量约1.405×108m3/a,其中供暖开采量约1.216×108m3/a,供暖面积约4060×104m2;康乐用开采量约0.166×108m3/a,养殖及其他用开采量约0.068×108m3/a。对油气资源矿业权(采矿权、探矿权)与地热井重叠进行论述,分析了地热开发利用过程中存在的问题,为今后全省地热资源的开发利用提供了依据。 相似文献

为了能使矿产资源可持续利用与发展,解决矿产资源市场需求与资源节约利用需求的矛盾,从矿产资源可持续发展实质研究入手,利用利导因子和限制因子互为制约的关系以及矿产资源发展的阶段特性,确定矿产资源发展曲线,建立矿产资源可持续发展机制。通过对最佳开采速度静态模型和动态模型的研究,认为最佳开采速度是影响矿产资源最适耗竭能否实现的关键因素,以此确定系统函数关系和系统变量。运用最适耗竭理论中的最佳开采速度和福利函数,建立矿产资源最适耗竭模型,以实现矿产资源可持续利用与发展。 相似文献
