骆驼蓬(Peganum harmala)茎叶水浸液对黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)种子萌发与幼苗生长的化感作用 总被引：1，自引：1，他引：0

采用生物测定的方法研究了荒漠植物骆驼蓬(Peganum harmala)对受体植物黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)种子发芽与幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明:(1)骆驼蓬茎叶水浸液对黑果枸杞种子萌发和幼苗生长均有抑制作用,且随处理浓度的升高而增强;(2)苗干重和苗鲜重对水浸液作用表现最为敏感,其次为根鲜重和苗高,根长和根干重表现较不敏感;(3)丙二醛含量的综合化感效应指数(IR=34.22)明显大于其他指标,相对电导率也表现出较为敏感的抑制效应,而水浸液对受试植物可溶性蛋白含量的影响最小(IR=0.52)。由此推断,骆驼蓬茎叶水浸液中化感物质多种效应的生物起点可能是对膜系统的伤害。 相似文献

干旱胁迫对唐古特白刺(Nitrariatangutorum)种子吸胀萌发和幼苗生长的影响 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
以生长在荒漠地区的唐古特白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)种子为材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,研究了6种渗透势(-0.05、-0.148、-0.295、-0.490、-0.734、-1.032 MPa)下种子吸水特性、萌发特性和幼苗生长特性.结果显示:唐古特白刺吸水速度快,效率高,3 h吸水量随水势的降低而增高;随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧,唐古特白刺种子的萌发率、发芽指数、活力指数降低,萌发起始天数推迟,初生芽高度和幼苗生长量表现出降低的趋势,而幼苗干重、根干重和根冠比均呈先升后降的趋势,表明唐古特白刺种子在适当的干旱胁迫下可以提高幼苗的抗旱性,有利于培育壮苗;唐古特白刺种子萌发对水势变化既敏感又抗旱,种子能够萌发的最低渗透势阈值为-0.490 MPa;因干旱胁迫未能萌发的种子复水后萌发率较高.唐古特白刺种子萌发和幼苗生长对干旱胁迫的响应特征对幼苗的成功定植和避旱具有重要生态学意义,但在人工栽培时保证土壤墒情应是保障建植成功的关键措施. 相似文献

土壤干燥化是风沙区人工林种子萌发、更新幼苗存活与生长、种子更新的关键限制因子。选取4个种植年限(7、13、19、51 a)柠条(Caragana korshinskii)种子为研究对象,通过盆栽控水模拟不同程度干旱胁迫,分析重度、中度和轻度干旱对不同年限柠条种子萌发、幼苗生长、生理及光合特性的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫显著抑制各年限柠条种子出苗率,出苗率随干旱程度增加而降低,13 a出苗率均高于其他年限,19 a出苗率次之,51 a最低。随着干旱程度的增加,各年限幼苗株高、叶片数及总生物量均显著下降,13 a与其他年限相比减少量最小;同时,各年限幼苗根冠比均增加。不同年限柠条幼苗叶片可溶性糖含量随干旱程度增加均呈上升趋势,其中13 a含量最高,为30.19 mg·g^(-1);游离脯氨酸含量也随干旱的加剧呈增加趋势,其中19 a含量最高,为2 683.73μg·g^(-1)。各年限幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量在干旱胁迫下逐渐升高,在重度胁迫时达到最大,51 a增幅最大。不同年限柠条幼苗叶绿素a、b及叶绿素含量在干旱胁迫下总体呈先降低再升高最后降低的趋势,下降最多的为51 a幼苗叶片。在不同程度的干旱胁迫下,各年限柠条幼苗的生长均受到一定程度的抑制,但13 a和19 a能够通过自身渗透调节物质来减轻伤害,维持正常生理代谢,保障幼苗生长发育,而51 a幼苗渗透调节能力较低,MDA含量最大,使细胞膜损坏严重,导致死亡率显著增加。隶属函数法表明,不同年限柠条幼苗抗旱能力13 a>19 a>7 a>51 a。 相似文献

将塔里木荒漠优势种——胡杨(Populus euphraticu)和灰胡杨(Populus pruinosa)的种子置于8种浓度的NaCl(单盐)和土盐(复合盐)溶液中进行发芽实验,探讨两树种种子对不同盐类的耐受限度和适应萌发生境,采用隶属函数法综合评价其耐盐性.结果表明:两树种种子发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和子叶展平率均随NaCl浓度的增加而下降,相对盐害率升高.二者种子相对发芽率在浓度＜0.4％的NaCl溶液中均超过75％,NaCl胁迫下2种种子发芽率无显著差异(p＞0.05).单盐处理下胡杨种子的各项发芽指标均优于灰胡杨,表明胡杨的耐盐(NaCl)能力强于灰胡杨.低浓度土盐溶液对二者种子萌发均具有促进作用,发芽率和发芽指数明显升高,而高浓度土盐溶液则抑制种子萌发.二者种子相对发芽率在浓度＜0.8％的土盐溶液中均超过80％,且1.6％盐浓度下仍高于20％,此值远高于NaCl胁迫.土盐处理下两树种种子发芽率差异达极显著水平(p＜0.01).土盐处理下灰胡杨种子的各项发芽指标均优于胡杨,表明灰胡杨对土盐具有较强的适应性和耐盐能力.NaCl胁迫对二者种子萌发的抑制作用大于土盐.胡杨、灰胡杨均具有较强的耐盐性,但早期低盐条件是两树种幼苗建立的关键. 相似文献

一年生植物是干旱半干旱地区植被的重要组成部分,是许多植物生态学关键问题研究的良好试验材料。为研究荒漠区一年生植物雾冰藜(Bassia dasyphylla)对盐碱生境的适应能力,采用2种中性盐NaCl、Na_2SO_4及2种碱性盐Na_2CO_3、NaHCO_3按不同比例混合成30种溶液对雾冰藜种子进行胁迫处理。结果表明:在所模拟的均匀覆盖了总盐度50~250mmol·L-1、pH 7.10~10.19范围内的30种盐碱条件下,雾冰藜的各项萌发参数和生长指标在对照组(CK)下最高,且均随盐浓度及pH的升高而下降,各处理组与对照组间存在显著差异(P<0.05);盐度、pH及二者之间的交互作用对萌发和生长指标均有显著抑制作用(P<0.05);不同盐碱组分对雾冰藜种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用表现为Na2CO3>NaHCO_3>NaCl>Na_2SO_4。雾冰藜种子在萌发阶段比幼苗生长阶段对盐碱胁迫更敏感,盐度是种子萌发的主要胁迫因素,pH值则是幼苗建植的主要胁迫因素。盐碱条件下盐度和pH之间交互作用对雾冰藜种子萌发阶段和幼苗建植的抑制影响比单一的盐或碱胁迫的影响大。 相似文献

利用不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)和NaCl溶液处理沙冬青种子,测定种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗叶片电导率、可溶性蛋白含量及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,随着胁迫强度增加,沙冬青种子萌发能力下降,幼苗叶片电导率上升,MDA含量上升。PEG浓度由5%升至15%时可溶性蛋白质含量上升,超过15%时,可溶性蛋白含量下降; NaCl浓度在0到1.5%范围内,沙冬青幼苗可溶性蛋白含量随NaCl浓度增大而上升。对两种胁迫条件下生长及生理指标的综合分析表明,沙冬青在种子萌发期和幼苗期有较强的抗旱和抗盐能力。 相似文献

用含有NaCl的Hoagland培养液处理盐角草(Salicornia europaea)11d。检测其鲜重,干重,离子含量,电导率,溶解性总固体(TDS)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)浓度。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,盐角草干重和鲜重呈现先上升后下降的趋势,相对电导率、TDS、SOD、POD、CAT及MDA均呈现先下降后上升的趋势,在NaCl溶液浓度为200mmol·L-1左右时,干重和鲜重的值达到最大,电导率、TDS、SOD、POD、CAT、MDA含量达到最小值;500mmol·L-1和800mmol·L-1时,SOD和CAT活性下降,电导率、TDS、POD、MDA含量则急剧上升。由此说明,一定浓度的NaCl溶液促进了盐角草的生长,200mmol·L-1左右是其生长的最适浓度,500mmol·L-1和800mmol·L-1高盐浓度会对盐角草的膜结构、酶系统等造成不同程度的损伤。盐角草主要将Na+、K+积累在地上部,且随着NaCl处理浓度的增大,Na+含量逐渐增加、K+含量逐渐降低,这可能是盐角草调节细胞内离子平衡对抗盐胁迫的一种适应策略。 相似文献

通过盆栽试验,研究浓度为300×10-6 mol·kg-1的丁香酚对小麦（Triticum aestivum）间作蚕豆（Vicia faba）、单作小麦和单作蚕豆根系形态的影响,以期探讨通过间作弱化化感抑制作用的可能性和机理,为间作群体的化感物质调控提供理论依据。结果表明：丁香酚对单作小麦和间作蚕豆单株根鲜重、干重、根长都有抑制效应,但对间作小麦和单作蚕豆的单株根鲜重、干重、单株根长有促进效应。具体表现在间作复合群体中,经丁香酚处理后,小麦的单株根鲜重、干重、体积以及根长较单作有明显的增加,同时单株蚕豆根鲜重、干重、体积以及根长较单作显著减少,说明小麦间作蚕豆能有效缓解小麦根际丁香酚的累积,同时产生它感作用,对蚕豆根系生长产生明显的抑制效应。 相似文献

再力花(Thalia dealbata)是近年来在湿地造景中应用较广泛的外来水生植物。为探究该种植物是否对其他植物生长产生影响,采用种子萌发法,测定了再力花不同部位浸提液对3种敏感植物萝卜(Raphanus sativus)、白菜(Brassica chinensis)和黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,再力花各个部位浸提液对3种植物种子的萌发率、根长、芽长、鲜质量和干质量都有不同程度的抑制作用,尤其是高浓度(50mg/mL)浸提液,对种子萌发和幼苗生长有显著的抑制作用(p<0.01)。再力花叶片浸提液浓度为50mg/mL时,对萝卜、黄瓜和白菜种子萌发的抑制率分别为39.51%、10.53%和85.19%;根状茎浸提液浓度为50mg/mL时,对萝卜、黄瓜和白菜幼根长度的抑制率分别为87.4%、71.23%和91.7%,对幼芽长度的抑制率分别为51.21%、45.71%和69.66%。再力花各个部位都有化感物质分布,根状茎浸提液的化感作用最强,其他部位依次为根、叶柄和叶片。 相似文献
