由于地质历史上构造应力场的演变,多期断层擦痕数据的存在是应力反演所面临的普遍性问题。以往提出处理多期断层擦痕的应力反演算法都基于硬划分,忽视了数据自身的不确定性,并且一些只是传统的、处理一期断层擦痕的算法的简单延拓。在Fry(1999)的sigma空间里,同期断层擦痕向量具有统一的线性分布趋势,多期断层擦痕向量具有不同的线性分布趋势。在此基础上,本文提出利用模糊线性聚类法来识别多期断层擦痕向量的线性结构。这种算法不仅可以弥补以往算法的上述缺陷,还具有自动、直接、有效,且计算量也较小的优点。  相似文献

利用Aleksandrowski推导的断层擦痕侧伏角公式,提出了一种改进的构造应力张量反演法。根据不同应力比值下构造应力与断层擦痕侧伏角的关系,利用最小二乘法,详细推导了构造应力张量的反演方法,最后利用Matlab软件编制程序实现了该计算过程。在此基础上,现场调查了江西武山铜矿北矿带的断层滑动数据,利用上述改进方法反演了该地区的构造应力张量方向特征。将上述反演结果与由震源机制解获得的最新构造应力场结果进行对比分析,并结合研究区断层的展布特征及所在的地质构造背景,获得了该地区自晚侏罗世以来的构造应力场特征,表明该地区构造应力场具有一定的稳定性。改进后的构造应力张量求解过程及工程应用表明,将Aleksandrowski的图示法和Etchecopar等的反演法结合起来反演构造应力张量,是对已有方法的改进,具有更加简单、实现容易等特点,计算结果比较符合实际。  相似文献

古构造应力场是构造动力学研究中的一个重要内容,且断层滑动数据古应力反演已经成为古构造应力场恢复研究中比较常用的重要方法之一。近年来,断层滑动数据古应力反演方法研究和应用取得了一系列重要进展,但有关反演结果的解释仍存歧义,反演结果的影响因素及其误差范围等并未得到深入研究与定量分析。本文总结指出,影响断层滑动数据古应力反演结果的主要因素包括变形体制、剪切破裂面类型、断层面的形态以及地质体内薄弱面的存在等。在此基础上,分别对新生断层和先存薄弱面滑动数据的古应力反演综合误差进行了定量分析。研究指出,在可以大致厘定变形体制或误差在允许范围内的前提下,将断层滑动数据反演结果解释为应力状态是合理可行的。各种因素导致的反演误差定量分析表明,同一期构造应力场形成的破裂面滑动数据的古应力方位反演误差最大不超过35°。换言之,在没有证据表明存在不同期次的应力作用情况下,主应力方位变化小于35° 的应力状态,可以划归同一期应力场。  相似文献

2008年青藏高原东缘龙门山地区发生的MS8.0级地震,致使龙门山断裂带的后山断裂、中央断裂和前山断裂也发生了构造活动,产生了不同规模的同震地表破裂带,同时在活动断裂面上保留了最新擦痕和正反阶步。根据断裂面阶步及最新擦痕测量分析,后山断裂的耿达—草坡段为逆冲断层,汶川—茂县段为逆-走滑断层,由擦痕反演的最大主压应力为近水平的NW—NWW向;平武—青川段为走滑-逆断层,由擦痕反演的最大主压应力为近水平的SWW—W向。中央断裂的映秀—小鱼洞段为逆冲断层,小鱼洞北—北川段为逆-走滑断层,由擦痕反演的最大主压应力为近水平的NW—NWW向;北川县北—南坝段为走滑-逆断层,由擦痕反演的最大主压应力为近水平的SWW—W向。前山断裂的都江堰—蓥华段为逆冲断裂,蓥华—西坪段为逆-走滑断层,由擦痕反演的最大主压应力均为近水平的NW—NWW向。对比分析表明,擦痕反演最大主压应力方向变化过程与地震资料反演最大主压应力方向变化过程相吻合。  相似文献

江西临川地区相山铀矿田构造应力场分析   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
相山铀矿田是中国最大的、与火成岩有关的中低温热液型矿床,断裂构造控矿特征明显。目前该矿床的后备资源出现危机,因此开展矿田构造研究,为深部及其外围找矿提供科学指导迫在眉睫。在野外观测分析和节理、擦痕实地测量的基础上,利用构造解析法、共轭剪节理分析法、断层擦痕反演模拟法及X光岩组法等,通过吴氏网投图分析和计算机的反演计算,确定了相山铀矿田多期次构造活动的变形特征及其主应力方向;并根据构造变形叠加关系及其成岩时代的确定,推断了应力作用的期次和时代。为此,将相山铀矿田的构造应力场划分为3期6个阶段,包括:成矿前的基底变形和早期火山活动阶段,早期矿化蚀变和第一、第二主成矿阶段,及其成矿期后阶段,矿体局部被错断;并深入分析了不同阶段构造活动及其铀成矿特征,探讨了区域构造应力场的演变与铀成矿作用关系,认为两者具有一致性特征,进而指出了区域富大矿体产出的有利构造部位。  相似文献

嘉黎断裂是青藏高原南部呈北西西—南东东向喀喇昆仑—嘉黎断裂系的重要组成部分,被认为代表了北拉萨地块和中拉萨地块之间的构造界线。关于嘉黎断裂的构造性质和演化过程等仍存在争议,其不同期次构造过程仍需要进一步研究。在详细的区域地质填图基础上,以嘉黎断裂古乡—通麦段为研究对象,重点调查了该断裂带不同期次变形的几何学与运动学特征,基于新获得的不同方位断层面与擦痕特征等资料,恢复和计算该区的不同期次应力场及方向,并据此解析该区的多期构造叠加关系,探讨嘉黎断裂在不同应力场下的多期活动特征以及相关的区域构造演化过程和大地构造背景,在此基础上讨论了嘉黎断裂对拟建铁路工程的影响。研究结果显示,嘉黎断裂晚新生代以来仍有活动迹象,并具有多期构造叠加特征,从早到晚依次为左旋走滑(D1)、正倾滑(D2)和右旋走滑(D3)。嘉黎断裂作为东喜马拉雅构造结地区重要的变形调节构造,其多期活动性质反映了地块间的相对运动特征及区域应力场的转换过程,这对认识青藏高原南缘的新生代构造演化过程具有重要意义。  相似文献

基于重磁数据的地质体边界识别是地球物理数据解释的重要内容。随着重磁梯度张量测量技术的不断发展,基于梯度张量数据圈定地质体构造边界位置的方法也在不断发展。本文定义一种基于梯度张量特征值的归一化边界识别滤波器,可同时进行不同深度目标体的边界位置圈定。为验证本文方法的有效性,将建立方法应用于合成的重磁数据中,相比于传统边界识别滤波器,本文滤波器具有更高的水平分辨率和精度,并且在正负叠加异常的试验中,可有效地避免虚假边界的产生。最后,将归一化特征值边界识别滤波器应用于西藏古堆地热田的地质构造解释,结果表明,基于特征值的边界圈定方法能够更准确地显示地质构造的边界位置,发现更多地质体构造细节特征。  相似文献

利用多重反演方法(Multiple Inverse Method,MIM)恢复永平铜矿多期古构造应力场,该方法可以划分形成断层擦痕的多个古构造应力期次.研究表明,永平矿区印支期以来至少受到3期古构造应力场作用,进而探讨了永平铜矿构造演化历史.第一期构造应力场为EW方向的近水平挤压,形成轴向近SN的褶皱,以及走向近南北的逆断层;第二期构造应力场为NW-SE方向近水平挤压,伴随着岩体的侵入,导致层间破碎带的矽卡岩化和矿体形成;第三期构造应力场为EW方向的再次挤压作用,造成控矿断层推覆距离加大,混合岩和矽卡岩破碎带向西逆冲推覆到晚古生代地层之上.  相似文献

An inverse method is developed to determine the optimal stress inversion from imperfect fault data. It is specifically designed to process fault data at variable division—either with observed slip directions or with observed fault/slip senses or with both. The method has the flexibility of processing data with a few fault/slip senses incorrectly determined—a case we occasionally meet in the field. A vast number of artificial 10-datum examples are processed to illustrate the reliability of the method and to examine the effects of the data set at variable division on stress estimation. The results show that the precision of solution decreases with the increase in either of two factors, the percentage of the data limited to slip sense and the range of measurement error, both resulting in a broader dispersion of estimated stress vectors relative to the assigned stress vector in the sigma space. Thus, in order to keep the dispersion within a range of 5° requires the percentage of data for which only slip sense is known to be less than about 20%. This in turn allows for a measurement error range in the data of 10° in real space, much larger than real measurement errors. We believe that the proposed method would be of practical value for stress inversion of fault/slip data.  相似文献

To answer the question ??Whether the North-Tehran tectonic wedge is a dynamic tectonic wedge or not??? we applied paleostress techniques to investigate fault slip data. The mean reduced stress tensor is defined for all stabilized stress regions. Unscaled Mohr??s circles drawn for fault slip data were used to obtain the relative slip tendency of clusters on diagrams. It showed that the slip tendency in the vicinity of fault junction is much lower than expected. The mean??1 defined for a combination of fault slip data trends N14°E nearly parallel with the overall pressure in Iranian crust at the latitude of Central Alborz. This trend suggests the least effect of boundary faults and the wedge between them on stress orientations inside the wedge. Finally, the stress trajectory map was prepared showing the configuration and relative intensity of ??1. The map did not illustrate any convergence in ??1 trajectories and the consequent concentration of stress and seismic potential in fault junction. That is a direct evidence for disagreeing the dynamicity of this tectonic wedge.  相似文献

从"系统动力学"的角度,对大陆构造动力学系统的结构、组成和特性进行了初步探讨,并且指出大陆区域构造应力场是多种因素联合作用的结果,是多种内、外力的非线性动态叠加场,大陆构造应力叠加场的主要成分包括重应力场、热应力场、离心惯性应力场、板块互相作用应力场、壳幔相变应力场、地幔流剪切应力场和其他诸如地幔底辟、岩浆侵入等造成的应力场等。并以亚洲东北部中新生代断陷盆地系的形成演化为例,试图说明在大陆构造动力学系统内,各种因素总是以其固有的规律演化着,并且相互作用,相互叠加,甚至相互转化,导致构造应力场的多次转化,推动一场又一场不同方式、不同方向和不同性质的构造运动,使中国大陆区域出现纷繁复杂的构造图象,铸成了特有的山川盆湖的分布格局。大陆构造系统动力学与现有的各种大地构造学的有机结合,可能导致"系统大地构造学"的发生和发展。  相似文献

Various earthquake fault types, mechanism solutions, stress field, and other geophysical data were analyzed for study on the crust movement in the Tibetan plateau and its tectonic implications. The results show that numbers of thrust fault and strike-slip fault type earthquakes with strong compressive stress near NNE-SSW direction occurred in the edges around the plateau except the eastern boundary. Some normal faulting type earthquakes concentrate in the Central Tibetan plateau. The strikes of fault planes of thrust and strike-slip faulting earthquakes are almost in the E-W direction based on the analyses of the Wulff stereonet diagrams of fault plane solutions. This implies that the dislocation slip vectors of the thrust and strike-slip faulting type events have quite great components in the N-S direction. The compression motion mainly probably plays the tectonic active regime around the plateau edges. The compressive stress in N-S or NE-SW directions predominates earthquake occurrence in the thrust and strike-slip faulting event region around the plateau. The compressive motion around the Tibetan plateau edge is attributable to the northward motion of the Indian subcontinent plate. The northward motion of the Tibetan plateau shortened in the N-S direction encounters probably strong obstructions at the western and northern margins.  相似文献

The South Iceland Seismic Zone (SISZ) is located at the junction of three rift segments in southwestern Iceland. The presence of different types of faulting and of differently orientated subgroups in Upper Pliocene to Holocene formations indicate polyphase tectonism. We measured 736 minor faults at 25 sites. Two types of relationships between stress regimes are represented. The first type, named IDS (inhomogeneous data set), is characterized by the presence of two types of fault mechanisms, normal and strike-slip, consistent with a single direction of extension. The second type, named OSR (opposite stress regimes), is characterized by the presence of perpendicular directions of extensions for a single type (normal or strike-slip) of faulting. Because of contradictory chronological criteria, we infer that the OSR alternated during the brittle tectonic activity of the SISZ. Two stress regimes, primary and secondary, are characterized by directions of extension NW-SE and NE-SW, respectively. The general fracture pattern characterized for the primary stress regime in the SISZ includes NNE-SSW trending right-lateral strike-slip faults, conjugate ENE-WSW trending left-lateral faults and NE-SW normal faults. This distribution is quite consistent with a Riedeltype model of fault pattern in a left-lateral shear zone. The stress states characterized based on analysis of both the earthquake focal mechanisms and the recent faulting show great similarity in terms of stress directions. The main difference is the larger ratio of strike-slip motions representing 71 % of the total population in the case of earthquake focal mechanisms, whereas for the whole set of faults the proportion of strike-slip faulting was 50 %. We explain that a temporal evolution of the tectonic regime in the SISZ region, accompanied by a gradual change in stress field, starts with rift-type pure extension and progressively leads to development of preferentially strike-slip structures in the kinematic context of leftlateral transform motion.  相似文献

通过对塔中低凸起北斜坡4500km2三维地震数据体的精细解析,根据不整合面和生长地层分析以及断层与地层之间的接触关系,厘定划分出四期不同应力性质的断裂体系,分别为寒武-早奥陶世拉张断裂,晚奥陶世冲断挤压和北西向走断裂,志留-泥盆纪北东向走滑断裂以及二叠纪的岩浆刺穿。寒武-早奥陶世拉张断裂展布形态和发育规模奠定了后期构造活动的基础;晚奥陶世断裂呈发散的帚状,向东南方向收敛,断裂分布具有明显的分带和分段性,东部主要为逆冲断裂,中西部发育北西向走滑断裂,晚奥陶世断裂体系可划分为六组呈北西向展布的弧型断裂带,各弧形断裂带由多条断裂组成,其形成可能与古生代阿尔金北缘北西向冲断挤压有关;塔中志留-泥盆纪走滑断裂体系主要是在挤压应力环境下形成的,呈北东向展布,走滑断裂体系由三部分组成:主干边界断裂、尾端羽列断裂和拉分地堑,其中主干断裂剖面上表现为高角度近似直立断面,直插基底,延伸较远,剖面上呈花状构造,尾端羽列断裂在主干断层的尾端发育,主要位于主干断裂的北端,拉分地堑平面上呈菱形,受多级断层控制;二叠纪岩浆刺穿在塔中三维区呈点状或条带状,岩浆刺穿对早期断裂进行叠置和改造,岩浆侵入和底辟作用致使地层隆升,形成一系列逆断层性质的“正花状构造”。构造活动决定了断裂发育,早古生代塔里木盆地及其周缘地区伸展-聚敛构造演化构成了一个较为完整的威尔逊旋回,寒武纪-早奥陶世塔里木周缘古大洋拉张裂解,早奥陶世末-晚奥陶世部分古大洋俯冲消减,晚奥陶世-泥盆纪周缘大洋部分闭合,发生弧陆或陆陆碰撞,二叠纪岩浆活动代表了另一个构造旋回的开始。  相似文献

The Lewis thrust sheet of the southern Canadian Rocky Mountains contains many spectacular examples of small-scale duplex structures. This paper presents the results of a detailed analysis of such structures found in the Mississippian carbonates of the Banff Formation at Crowsnest Pass, southwestern Alberta.Foreland dipping, hinterland dipping and antiformal stacked duplexes are found in the hangingwall of the Lewis thrust. Out-of-sequence thrusts, back thrusts and folds that push out of the plane of the cross-section, termed lateral lobes, give rise to complex internal geometries. Dominant slip vectors are towards 080–090° but the complex fault geometries have generated significant variations in slip away from this direction. The duplex structures occur as discrete thrust fault-bounded packages with each package having different slip vectors. The panels above and below the duplex structures show consistent slip vectors towards 080–090° whereas the duplexes exhibit a wide scatter of slip vectors from 350–160°. The stacking of duplexes with many horses can be likened to the stacking of many inverted soup bowls, herein termed turtle back structures, and will involve a wide scatter of slip directions, particularly if the horses are of limited lateral extent. Such a stacking mechanism involving out-of-section movement invalidates the assumption of two-dimensional plane strain in the plane of the cross-section that contains the regional tectonic transport direction. Correctly balanced cross-sections cannot be constructed through such stacked duplex structures as described in this paper.  相似文献

野外露头上的小尺度构造记录着整个褶皱逆冲带运动学演化进程。通过对库车褶皱逆冲带坎亚肯褶皱发育的小尺度构造的特征和相互叠加、切割关系的分析,认为克拉苏-依奇克里克构造带在新生代的构造挤压变形中经历了三个阶段,即平行层面的挤压缩短作用阶段、弯滑与弯流褶皱作用阶段和逆冲断层改造作用阶段。同时,对不同阶段出现的断层滑动数据进行反演和古应力恢复的结果表明,整个变形过程,最大主应力方向σ1(即构造缩短方向)集中分布在NNW—SSE,没有发生大的变化,说明三个阶段的构造变形是在同一稳定应力场下发生的,从而进一步证明所有的变形是同一次构造挤压下的渐进式序列变形,而不是多期构造挤压变形的结果。此次构造挤压变形主要发生在康村沉积期(12~5Ma),对于克依构造带的构造圈闭最终定型起着决定性作用。  相似文献
