人才作为学科的核心要素,直接检验学科建设效果。本文通过分析近7年来测绘类专业就业数据发现,其就业率都在97%以上,形成了升学出国、测绘类民营企业、国有企业就业“三分天下”的局面;就业地区主要集中在东部沿海地区、北部沿海地区和长江中游地区。测绘类专业发展面临国家战略、能源革命、高教改革、科技发展、国际合作等新形势和机遇,提出了4类分层的人才结构培养方向和能力目标,始终坚持打造矿业特色测绘类专业世界标杆,从而提升了人才培养水平的对策和措施。  相似文献

Remote sensing activities in Japan are reviewed under three sectors; the government, private and universities. International activities are also reviewed.

The largest governmental activity is the launch of earth observation satellite by National Space Development Agency (NASDA). Apart from that, remote sensing technology is utilized in many government research institutes.

The first level activities in private companies are research, design and development of rockets, spacecrafts, sensors and receiving stations which are carried out by five big electronic companies. Aerial survey companies and oil exploration companies are presently utilizing technology of remote sensing.

ABSTRACT

Over the last 20 years, Africa has witnessed a slow but steady advancement in space-based technologies as they are increasingly recognized as an essential tool for decision-making that can leapfrog African development. A critical review on the outcome of a survey questionnaire focused on African private sector industries and universities, services and education/training in EO and Geo-Information Sciences, combined with literature review, and personal contacts reveal optimism for success in four sectors. These include the public sector (Government ministries and departments); Academic institutions (universities/colleges/national or regional centers); and space agencies and private sector companies. These sectors are intertwined and fundamental for creating an enabling environment for solutions to a broad spectrum of pressing priorities: job creation, poverty alleviation, and sustainable resource management. The result shows that there is an uptake in the number of institutions and market segments created. To date, there are more than 90 academic institutions and over 53 national space agencies in 28 countries. Within the 53 national space agencies, 11 African countries have already launched a total of 36 satellites into orbit, and additional five are expected by the first quarter of 2021; another five by 2025; thus, amounting to 46 satellites not foreseen ten years ago. In addition, there are now ten receiving and tracking stations in six African countries and 17 scientific National Associations or Societies with specialized expertise in Geo-Information technologies. The updated survey on the private sector in 2019 ascertained that around 4110 people are working in 130 of the 229 EO and Geo-Information Science companies identified in Africa. Ongoing investigations reiterate that companies dealing with space-based datasets and Geo-Information Sciences together with the private spin-off companies today absorb more than 15,000 people and the assumption is that this number is going to exceed 100,000 by the year 2025.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This research examines how people subjectively perceive the disclosure risk of a map using original data collected in an online survey with 856 participants. The results indicate that perceived disclosure risk increases as the amount of locational information displayed on a map increases. Compared to point-based maps, perceived disclosure risk is significantly lower for kernel density maps, convex hull maps, and standard deviational ellipse maps. The results also revealed that perceived disclosure risk is affected by map scale and the presence of information of other people on a map. For geomasking methods, perceived disclosure risk decreases as aggregation level increases and as relocation distance increases. However, aggregation methods (point to polygon) are more effective in preventing the re-identification of individuals when compared to relocation methods (point to point). Lastly, the perceived disclosure risk of a map that displays socially-vulnerable people is significantly higher than that of a map that displays non-vulnerable groups. Specifically, a map displaying the private locations of elementary school students has the highest perceived disclosure risk. Based on the results, a set of geoprivacy protection guidelines for mapping people’s private locations to minimize people’s perceived disclosure risk is proposed. Implications for mapping infectious diseases like the COVID-19 are also discussed.  相似文献

地理信息系统自20世纪60年代发展以来,已在世界范周内产生深远影响。我国地理信息系统自80年代起步,在80年代中后期地理信息系统高等教育开始起步,经历二十几年的发展,在2000年前后进人发展快车道。当前我国大陆地区开展GIS教育的高校已经从最初的几所高校扩展到百余所。尽管大陆地区地理信息系统本科阶段教育已基本普及,但各地地理信息系统教育发展并不平衡,尤其是硕士、博士学位点分布集中有限几个省市区中。因此,针对当前地理信息系统教育发展局面,对制约其发展的主要影响因素进行分析,并考虑在此情形下我国大陆地区地理信息系统教育的发展趋势,有助于明确影响地理信息系统教育发展的主要凶素,更好地指导各省市区地理信息系统教育发展。  相似文献

新技术日新月异的发展促进了学科交叉与融合,测绘已全面进入地球空间信息时代,由传统的数据生产型测绘升级为全领域、全范围全息地理信息服务。以“测量学”教学为核心内容的非测绘专业的本科测绘教育教学面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。测绘作为一门多学科交叉的科学技术,可视为高等教育复杂系统网络中的重要节点,在提升网络效率和网络特性方面具有独有的优势。基于此,本文首先以复杂系统的联通本体视角,提出了非测绘专业的测绘教育在相关学科教学改革中具有重要影响,从非测绘专业的测绘教育教学出发讨论适应新时代的教育教学改革,有理论基础和现实意义,其实践层面的落点为学科交叉、融合与创新。然后,结合清华大学非测绘专业“测量学”教学实践,初步讨论复杂系统的简单性原则在教学中的适用性,提出具体的教育教学改革措施。  相似文献

本文分析总结了当前我国高等教育和班级课堂教学的现状,指出我国的高等教育已经步入了大众化时代,随着学生规模的扩大,师生比严重失调,不得不采用多个班大合堂授课的形式,传统"满堂灌"的教学方法效果较差。为此,将"问题研讨式教学法"这一先进的教学模式适时、适量地引入到测量学教学中,在培养学生的创新精神和自学能力方面收到了良好的效果。  相似文献

基于城市空间大数据,综合生活、交通、环境、人口因素构建了高校区位优势度的评价指标体系,结合专家打分及熵权法对南京高校区位优势进行评估。结果表明:①南京高校综合区位优势度在空间上呈现以南京新街口地区为中心并且向四周递减的结构,区域化特征差异明显;②高校生活区位优势呈现“一超多强”且沿地铁线路分布的多核心空间格局,生活评分变化幅度与所在区域的商业辐射能力呈正相关关系,并且随着范围的扩大两极分化程度加深;③高校交通区位优势以新街口地区为中心,呈现中心评分高、四周低,并主要沿轨道交通线路分布的空间格局;④综合评价表明南京的3个大学城中,江宁大学城发展最好,其次为仙林,浦口最差,但均与主城区内高校群存在较大差距。本文评价结果可为南京市城市基础设施建设,大学城完善及新建大学城规划布局提供科学参考。  相似文献

云计算是目前信息产业最热门的技术之一,GIS厂商纷纷将GIS软件迁移至云计算环境。与国外云计算部署不同,国内更青睐私有云技术,企业、政府机构纷纷搭建私有云GIS平台。针对风电场设计的特点,本文基于目前云计算应用和研究,构建了私有云GIS平台的体系框架,并对平台所涉及的主要关键技术进行了深入探索,对私有云GIS模式下的资源进行了详细的分类,包括核心服务、服务管理、用户访问接口3个部分。其中,核心服务将硬件基础设施、软件运行环境、应用程序抽象成服务,可满足多样化的风电场设计应用需要。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Geographic information technologies (GIT) have matured, have become pervasive throughout many types of organizations over recent decades and gained a wide range of attention in diverse sectors of society. The goal of this paper is to identify the main drivers and uses of GIT in organizations and to give an overview of GIT uses in developing countries with a focus on a case study developed for Mozambique by analyzing the results of a survey of 123 Mozambican organizations that are current GIT users. The results show that the main drivers behind are compatibility, complexity, competitive pressure, donor pressure, government policy, intention to adopt, innovation, relative advantage, security, and technology competence. Organizations of the public and private sectors use GIT for customer/resource/risk management, decision support, education, research, monitoring, prediction, simulation, suitability analysis, sustainability, use and access.  相似文献
