锈蚀钢筋混凝土压弯构件恢复力模型研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
根据目前已有试验资料和理论分析,结合钢筋锈蚀引起结构破坏形态的改变,综合考虑结构各种耐久性损伤因素,并对箍筋锈蚀进行修正,提出了锈蚀钢筋混凝土压弯构件基于地震损伤的恢复力模型的确定方法.通过与现有试验进行对比分析,表明模型描绘的骨架曲线与试验结果总体吻合较好,模型计算的滞回曲线所描述的现象与试验一致,该恢复力模型可在损伤钢筋混凝土结构地震反应分析中采用.  相似文献

采用有限元软件ABAQUS,以锈蚀率(0%、5%、10%、15%和20%)为变量,对5根钢筋混凝土柱的力学性能进行了数值模拟,研究各试件的滞回性能、骨架曲线、延性及耗能能力,分析钢筋锈蚀率对承载力、延性、耗能和塑性铰转动能力的影响。研究结果表明:模拟分析得到的锈蚀钢筋混凝土柱的强度和变形与试验结果吻合较好,建立的有限元模型可用于锈蚀钢筋混凝土柱的力学性能分析;混凝土开裂前,锈蚀构件的力学性能基本与未锈蚀构件相同,混凝土开裂后,构件的承载力、屈服荷载、极限位移、延性等均随钢筋锈蚀率的增大而降低;轻度锈蚀构件的滞回性能和破坏形式与未锈蚀构件类似,随着钢筋锈蚀率逐渐增大,滞回环的饱满程度降低,“捏拢”现象严重,滞回曲线由“弓形”逐渐发展成“反S形”,耗能能力降低,破坏形式趋于脆性破坏,位移延性系数、平均耗能系数等指标逐渐下降。  相似文献

本文根据适用于三向周期受力的钢材本构关系模型,和适用于三向周期受力改进的混凝土本构关系的边界面模型,采用有限元法对钢管高强混凝土压弯构件的荷载-位移滞回曲线进行了理论分析,并进行了6个核心混凝土的强度为77N/mm2的钢管高强混凝土压弯构件滞回性能的试验研究。将理论分析和本试验研究及其他试验研究结果进行了对比,分析了荷载-位移滞回曲线的特点。  相似文献

为研究地震作用下钢筋锈蚀对试件性能退化影响的规律,对6个锈蚀钢筋混凝土受弯构件进行低周反复荷载试验,得到不同锈蚀程度试件的滞回曲线及骨架曲线,分析了钢筋锈蚀对试件强度和刚度的影响。试验发现,随着钢筋锈蚀程度的增大,各试件强度退化基本呈增大趋势;低锈蚀率试件由于锈胀内力的存在,强度退化相对比未锈蚀试件和高锈蚀试件大;随着锈蚀率的增大,试件加载和卸载刚度总体上逐渐减小,且随着位移的增大而持续减小。此外,还分析了锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构刚度退化机理。成果可供锈蚀钢筋混凝土结构抗震性能研究参考。  相似文献

准确地预测地震荷载作用下型钢混凝土压弯构件的受力性能,对评估带有该类构件的超高层建筑结构的震害程度和分析其地震安全性具有重要意义。因型钢混凝土压弯构件复杂的材料特性和受力行为,在反复荷载作用下其受力性能的数值模拟尚存欠缺。本文采用开源有限元结构分析软件Open Sees,基于柔度法纤维模型,将型钢混凝土压弯构件中的混凝土按受约束情况,划分为3部分:箍筋以外的无约束混凝土,受型钢翼缘约束的强约束混凝土,位于上述两者之间的弱约束混凝土,并确定了相应的钢和混凝土材料本构模型,给出了型钢混凝土压弯构件数值模拟方法。采用该方法对低周反复荷载作用下9个不同轴压比的型钢混凝土压弯试验构件进行了全过程有限元数值模拟。得到的数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,表明本文所建立的型钢混凝土压弯构件的数值模拟模型和方法是合理、可行的,达到了精度和效率的统一,可进一步推广应用到带有该类构件的大型复杂超高层建筑结构的动力非线性分析中。采用本文模型和方法还分析了轴压比、混凝土强度等级、型钢强度等级和含钢率等对构件骨架曲线的影响,结果表明这些参数均对型钢混凝土构件的刚度、强度和延性有不同程度的影响。  相似文献

为合理反映钢筋锈蚀后黏结滑移性能劣化对钢筋混凝土(RC)结构抗震性能的影响,在既有黏结应力分布模式的基础上,推导得到钢筋应力-滑移关系,进而通过分析锈蚀对混凝土与钢筋界面黏结滑移机理的影响,建立考虑钢筋锈蚀损伤的黏结滑移本构模型。基于已有拉拔试验结果,与仅考虑纵筋锈蚀率影响的Cheng模型进行对比,验证所建模型的合理性与准确性。基于OpenSees有限元平台,采用纤维梁柱单元和零长度截面单元串联的方式,将所建钢筋黏结滑移模型嵌套于零长度截面单元的钢筋本构中,建立可考虑黏黏结滑移的锈蚀损伤纤维梁柱模型,并通过6根锈蚀RC柱拟静力试验结果验证模型的准确性,结果发现所提考虑黏结滑移的锈蚀RC纤维梁柱模型计算所得滞回曲线与试验滞回曲线吻合良好,累计耗能最大误差不超过15%。此外,通过参数分析研究影响锈蚀钢筋滑移量的因素,结果表明屈服滑移量与极限滑移量随体积配箍率的增大而明显减小,随混凝土保护层与钢筋直径之比(c/d)增大而变化的幅度较小。  相似文献

Seismic design of concrete structures is currently based on time-invariant capacity design criteria which do not account for environmental hazards. The significant progressive decay of strength and ductility of concrete structures exposed to damage, in particular due to reinforcing steel corrosion, shows that this approach should be revised to consider the deterioration over time of the seismic performance. This is important also for precast systems, for which most of structural members are often directly exposed to the atmosphere and environmental aggressiveness. This paper presents a probabilistic approach for the lifetime assessment of seismic performance of concrete structures considering the interaction of seismic and environmental hazards. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is shown by its application to multistory precast buildings exposed to corrosion. The results show that structures designed for the same seismic action could have different lifetime seismic performance depending on the environmental exposure. These results emphasize the importance of a life-cycle approach to both seismic assessment of existing buildings and seismic design of new structures, and indicate that capacity design criteria need to be properly revised to consider the severity of the environmental exposure.  相似文献

钢筋锈蚀深度预测是评估在役RC结构服役性能的基础。为建立一般大气环境RC构件中钢筋锈蚀深度预测模型,通过收集实测数据,分析影响钢筋锈蚀深度的主要参数及其影响规律,继而基于实测数据建立数值模型和RBF神经网络预测模型,并进行参数敏感性分析。研究结果表明:与数值模型相比,RBF神经网络对钢筋锈蚀深度预测效率与精度更高,能够有效映射各影响参数与钢筋锈蚀深度之间复杂的非线性关系。参数敏感性分析结果显示,钢筋混凝土表面锈胀裂缝宽度对钢筋锈蚀深度影响最大,钢筋直径、保护层厚度与钢筋直径之比和混凝土抗压强度等其他因素影响次之。所得模型可用于工程检测中钢筋锈蚀程度预测与RC构筑物剩余服役寿命评估。  相似文献

作为一种新型建筑结构材料,纤维塑料(Fiber Reinforced plastic,简称FRP)在某些特定的条件下可替代传统的木、钢和钢筋材料,具有高强、轻质、抗腐蚀和耐疲劳,温度作用下稳定性好等特点,因而受到土木工程界的关注。本文简要从结构试验、计算理论和计算方法三个方面阐述了国内外研究者对FRP约束混凝土抗震性能的研究现状,并分析了研究中存在的不足。在比较了大量的研究成果之后,基于组成FRP约束混凝土的FRP及其核心混凝土之间组合作用的特点,探讨了FRP约束混凝土抗震性能研究中的若干关键问题。最后,展望了FRP约束混凝土结构抗震性能研究的发展前景。  相似文献

The seismic vulnerability of old multi‐storey reinforced concrete (R.C.) buildings reinforced with substandard details is assessed as a function of interstorey drift demand imposed by the design earthquake while considering brittle termination of elastic response of the critical members of the structure due to a premature shear failure. Interstorey drift demand is related to column and wall translational stiffnesses which are expressed through analytical derivations in terms of the floor area ratios of gravity and lateral load bearing members in the critical floor. Interstorey drift capacity is related to the available transverse reinforcement and the axial load ratio of the vertical members. The significance of the area ratio of vertical members in the typical floor as an index of vulnerability is explored with reference to the limitations in the value of axial load ratio used in R.C. design in order to secure ductile flexural behavior, and also with reference to the stability index of gravity load bearing members. Interstorey Drift Spectra are derived for the existing R.C. buildings suitable for rapid seismic vulnerability screening but also as a guide for rehabilitation of the existing structures. Lightly reinforced or substandard reinforced concrete buildings that reportedly collapsed during previous earthquakes are used as example case studies in order to calibrate the proposed methodology. 针对城市热岛效应引起城区浅层土地温场升高这一观测结果,采用室内快速模拟试验方法,对城区酸性土壤腐蚀混凝土材料的温度效应开展了试验研究。试验研究了在温度为5℃、20℃和40℃条件下,混凝土试样在酸浓度分别为0%、5%和10%的沙土介质中放置30d、90d后的抗压强度变化规律,并对混凝土试样在腐蚀过程中的腐蚀系数变化规律和微观机理进行了分析;最后,对南京城区热岛效应环境下浅层土中混凝土材料酸腐蚀的强度变化规律进行了分析。试验结果表明,在同一腐蚀浓度下,混凝土试样抗压强度的下降速度随着温度的升高而不断加快,其腐蚀系数也随着温度的升高而不断增大;腐蚀介质的浓度越大,环境温度对混凝土腐蚀系数的影响就越明显;在温度为40℃、硫酸浓度为10%的沙土中放置30 d后,混凝土的腐蚀系数K达到45.21%,约是在5℃条件下腐蚀系数的2倍,相当于环境温度每上升1℃,混凝土腐蚀系数平均增加0.64%。该研究成果对于减轻城市热岛效应对岩土工程的影响具有重要意义。  相似文献

In the aggressive marine environment over a long-term service period,coastal bridges inevitably sustain corrosion-induced damage due to high sea salt and humidity.This paper investigates the strength reduction of coastal bridges,especially focusing on the effects of non-uniform corrosion along the height of bridge piers.First,the corrosion initiation time and the degradation of reinforcement and concrete are analyzed for bridge piers in marine environments.To investigate the various damage modes of the concrete cover,a discretization method with fiber cells is used for calculating time-dependent interaction diagrams of cross-sections of the bridge piers at the atmospheric zone and the splash and tidal zone under a combination of axial force and bending moment.Second,the shear strength of these aging structures is analyzed.Numerical simulation indicates that the strength of a concrete pier experiences dramatic reduction from corrosion initiation to the spalling of the concrete cover.Strength loss in the splash and tidal zone is more significant than in the atmospheric zone when structures’service time is assumed to be the same.  相似文献

This work presents a new seismic evaluation methodology for corroded reinforced concrete bridges on the basis of nonlinear static pushover analysis. Corrosion of steel reinforcement by chloride attack is considered. At the material level, the effects of corrosion are considered by modeling the degradation of the mechanical properties of steel reinforcement, softening of cover concrete under compression, degradation of core concrete due to confinement steel corrosion, and reduction of bond strength between concrete and steel reinforcement. At the structural level, the effects of corrosion on both flexural behavior and shear behavior, and their interaction are considered. Eleven bridges of various structural types in Taiwan that are located within 6.5 km of their nearest coastline are analyzed to identify their long‐term seismic performance. Relationships between the yield and collapse peak ground accelerations (PGAs), and service time and corrosion level are established for each bridge. Analysis results show that chloride corrosion starts in 2–32 years. The transverse steel reinforcement typically starts corroding before the longitudinal steel reinforcement, as the former has a thicker cover. Research results show that collapse PGA reduces by 0.94% or 1.23% per 10 years when the mean value plus 1 or 2 standard deviation of the collapse PGA values are considered, respectively. Therefore, we suggest increasing the design PGA from 4.70% to 6.15% for a bridge adjacent to a coastline to ensure adequate long‐term seismic performance for 50 years, the typical design life span of a regular bridge.
