The paper presents a cycle graph analysis approach to the automatic reconstruction of 3D roof models from airborne laser scanner data. The nature of convergences of topological relations of plane adjacencies, allowing for the reconstruction of roof corner geometries with preserved topology, can be derived from cycles in roof topology graphs. The topology between roof adjacencies is defined in terms of ridge-lines and step-edges. In the proposed method, the input point cloud is first segmented and roof topology is derived while extracting roof planes from identified non-terrain segments. Orientation and placement regularities are applied on weakly defined edges using a piecewise regularization approach prior to the reconstruction, which assists in preserving symmetries in building geometry. Roof corners are geometrically modelled using the shortest closed cycles and the outermost cycle derived from roof topology graph in which external target graphs are no longer required. Based on test results, we show that the proposed approach can handle complexities with nearly 90% of the detected roof faces reconstructed correctly. The approach allows complex height jumps and various types of building roofs to be firmly reconstructed without prior knowledge of primitive building types.  相似文献

面向数字城市和智慧城市建设急需城市建筑三维模型支撑的需要,本文基于机载LiDAR数据,以“顾及平整性的屋顶面片分割—屋顶层间连接—三维模型重建”为脉络,提出了一种采用层间连接和平滑策略的建筑屋顶三维模型重建方法。在屋顶面片提取过程中,充分顾及了屋顶面片的平整性;并在屋顶面片平整基础上,提出层间连接点的概念,以实现高效、快速的模型重建工作。试验部分,本文从屋顶面片重建完整率与正确率、重建几何精度及建筑物高程对于重建的影响3个方面作了较为详尽的评价与分析,并在国际摄影测量与遥感学会标准数据集支撑下,与国际同行进行试验对比。试验结果表明,建筑屋顶重建的完整率和正确率分别达到90%和95%;在偏移距离评价方面,平均偏移距离和标准差最优分别达0.05 m和0.18 m。因此,本文方法可有效完成建筑屋顶三维模型重建,重建模型准确度高、完整性好。  相似文献

This paper proposes a new approach to 3D modeling on the basis of laser scanner data. It presents the attempt to automatically detect two planes and an edge in one processing algorithm. The algorithm is based on the M split estimation, which is a recently developed regression method of multi functional models. Plane equations in three dimensional space are derived on the basis of the presented method. M split estimation divides the functional model of least squares adjustment in particular into two groups. Both simulated and real data from airborne laser scanning is tested to present the results. In each case the mehod gave good results which encourages for further work on the application of this method for 3D modeling.  相似文献

建筑物的三维建模是城市三维建模和可视化的重要组成部分。本文提出一种基于点云数据与遥感图像的建筑物三维模型快速建模方法。首先,运用改进的RANSAC法从点云数据中提取建筑立面,根据立面区分平顶建筑与人字形屋顶建筑;在此基础上,进一步对建筑物的高度进行提取;之后,利用区域增长法从遥感图像中提取建筑物屋顶轮廓,利用形态学方法对提取出的轮廓进行规则化处理,并基于Freeman链码提取轮廓角点,得到规整的轮廓;最后,根据提取出的建筑高度属性对屋顶轮廓拉伸并进行纹理映射,实现对建筑物的三维重建。通过实例证明,提出的方法能快速、高效地实现建筑物三维模型的重建。  相似文献

Indoor 3D models are digital representations of building interiors reconstructed from scanned data acquired by laser scanners, digital depth (RGBD) cameras, and CAD drawings. Consequently, there is noise in the source data and a notable variety in the methods used to treat the noise and to process these data into reconstructed models. Alas, the correctness of these reconstructions and thus their suitability for a given application are uncertain. There is a lack of a robust base logic that would allow for controlling the consistency of these (automatically) generated models. Fortunately, correctness criteria are well‐defined through existing international standards. Hence, we propose a conceptual framework based on formal grammars to check the semantic, geometric, and topological consistency of a reconstructed 3D model. The proposed method proceeds in three steps to validate the model: (1) correctness checking of individual components; (2) consistency verification of instances’ interactions; and (3) model consistency check for targeted applications. Our method identifies the components in the model that violate the given rules derived from the current standards and expert knowledge. Ultimately, we propose a quantified formulation of our method that may be straightforwardly integrated into industrial‐level model checkers. The approach is independent of level of details and reconstruction method.  相似文献

Point-based and object-based building extractions were conducted in airborne LiDAR data in a sample area of Buffalo, New York. First, the earth surface points were filtered from the entire laser scan data set using a new filtering algorithm, which combines the TIN slope modelling and statistical analysis. The off-ground points were extracted for buildings in the study area using both point cluster analysis and object-oriented classifications. The accuracies of both approaches were tested using the digitised ground truth. The outcomes of accuracy testing of the point-based method are correctness: 88.74%, completeness: 92.67% and quality: 83.50%. The results of the accuracy of object-based building extraction are correctness: 87.21%, completeness: 60.14%, and quality: 55.26%. Reconstructions of 3D building models based on the extracted building points were performed. This study contributes scientific and technological knowledge for researchers in developing more effective methods in converting the LiDAR survey to a 3D GIS database.  相似文献

This paper describes an integrated approach to the construction of textured 3D scene models of building interiors from laser range data and visual images. This approach has been implemented in a collection of algorithms and sensors within a prototype device for 3D reconstruction, known as the EST (Environmental Sensor for Telepresence). The EST can take the form of a push trolley or of an autonomous mobile platform. The Autonomous EST (AEST) has been designed to provide an integrated solution for automating the creation of complete models. Embedded software performs several functions, including triangulation of the range data, registration of video texture, registration and integration of data acquired from different capture points. Potential applications include facilities management for the construction industry and creating reality models to be used in general areas of virtual reality, for example, virtual studios, virtualised reality for content-related applications (e.g., CD-ROMs), social telepresence, architecture and others. The paper presents the main components of the EST/AEST, and presents some example results obtained from the prototypes. The reconstructed model is encoded in VRML format so that it is possible to access and view the model via the World Wide Web.  相似文献

以激光点云数据和倾斜多视影像为研究对象,提出了一种结合机载点云、地面点云及倾斜多视纹理的融合多源特征的建筑物三维模型重建方法。该方法结合点云面元以及影像边界特征,利用倾斜影像的线特征对顶面及立面模型进行边界规则约束,实现了面元自动拓扑重建;通过交互编辑完成不同复杂程度的建筑模型重建,并对模型进行纹理映射。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效提升城市建筑物三维模型重建的效率和边界精度,为利用多源数据的空地联合建筑物三维精细重建提供了一套切实可行的解决方案。  相似文献

利用机载LiDAR点云数据进行建筑物重建是当今摄影测量与遥感领域的一个热点问题,特别是复杂形状建筑物模型的精确自动构建一直是一个难题。本文提出一种基于关键点检测的复杂建筑物模型自动重建方法,采用RANSAC法与距离法相结合的分割方法自动提取建筑物屋顶各个平面的点云,并利用Alpha Shape算法提取出各个平面的精确轮廓,根据屋顶平面之间的空间拓扑关系分析建筑物的公共交线特征,在此特征约束下对提取的初始关键点进行修正,最终重建出精确的建筑物3维模型。选取不同类型复杂建筑物与包含复杂建筑物的城市区域点云进行实验,结果表明该算法具有较强实用价值。  相似文献

This paper presents a generative statistical approach to automatic 3D building roof reconstruction from airborne laser scanning point clouds. In previous works, bottom-up methods, e.g., points clustering, plane detection, and contour extraction, are widely used. Due to the data artefacts caused by tree clutter, reflection from windows, water features, etc., the bottom-up reconstruction in urban areas may suffer from a number of incomplete or irregular roof parts. Manually given geometric constraints are usually needed to ensure plausible results. In this work we propose an automatic process with emphasis on top-down approaches. The input point cloud is firstly pre-segmented into subzones containing a limited number of buildings to reduce the computational complexity for large urban scenes. For the building extraction and reconstruction in the subzones we propose a pure top-down statistical scheme, in which the bottom-up efforts or additional data like building footprints are no more required. Based on a predefined primitive library we conduct a generative modeling to reconstruct roof models that fit the data. Primitives are assembled into an entire roof with given rules of combination and merging. Overlaps of primitives are allowed in the assembly. The selection of roof primitives, as well as the sampling of their parameters, is driven by a variant of Markov Chain Monte Carlo technique with specified jump mechanism. Experiments are performed on data-sets of different building types (from simple houses, high-rise buildings to combined building groups) and resolutions. The results show robustness despite the data artefacts mentioned above and plausibility in reconstruction.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel approach to building roof modeling, including roof plane segmentation and roof model reconstruction, from airborne laser scanning data. Segmentation is performed by minimizing an energy function formulated as multiphase level set. The energy function is minimized when each segment corresponds to one or several roof plans of the same normal vector. With this formulation, maximum n regions are segmented at a time by applying log2n level set functions. The roof ridges or step edges are then delineated by the union of the zero level contours of the level set functions. In the final step of segmentation, coplanar and parallel roof segments are separated into individual roof segments based on their connectivity and homogeneity. To reconstruct a 3D roof model, roof structure points are determined by intersecting adjacent roof segments or line segments of building boundary and then connected based on their topological relations inferred from the segmentation result. As a global solution to the segmentation problem, the proposed approach determines multiple roof segments at the same time, which leads to topological consistency among the segment boundaries. The paper describes the principle and solution of the multiphase level set approach and demonstrates its performance and properties with two airborne laser scanning data sets.  相似文献

机载激光扫描系统是集成了GPS、惯性导航系统(INS)和扫描激光测距系统并利用飞机作为运行平台,来获取地面的三维位置,进而快速生成数字表面模型(DSM)。随着机载扫描激光测距系统的不断完善和发展,获取城市DSM数据也变得越来越快速,而且方便和经济可靠,地面激光点的密度也大大提高。目前国外激光扫描系统的激光点密度一般都达到了1~20点/m2,因此利用机载激光扫描系统获取的城市DSM提取建筑物也渐渐受到重视。利用激光扫描数据提取建筑物可以分为两大类,第一类是单纯以获取的机载激光测距数据来提取建筑物,第二类是融合激光测距数据和其他相关信息的建筑物提取,如融合航空影像、融合IKONOS高分辨率卫星影像来提取建筑物。本文对国际上利用机载激光扫描测距数据进行建筑物提取的最新研究进展进行了一些分析,同时也给出了应用我国研制的机载激光扫描数据提取建筑物的试验研究和初步结果。  相似文献

针对传统工程测量对异型建筑物测量的局限性,利用地面三维激光扫描仪对复杂异型建筑物中央电视台新址大楼进行了测量;介绍了扫描仪的主要组成和作业流程,重建了建筑物三维立体模型,通过扫描仪和全站仪对圆形特征反射靶标的测量数据比对,评估分析了扫描仪测量精度。研究结果证明了三维激光扫描技术应用于复杂异型建筑物测量的可行性。  相似文献

机载多光谱LiDAR系统能够快速、准确地获取地物的空间几何和光谱信息,为地物覆盖分类和目标识别提供新的数据源。近年来,基于三维点云的深度学习算法取得了一系列突破性进展,然而直接将不规则的原始点云数据输入深度学习模型进行基于点的分类存在一定的困难。本文提出了一种基于FPS-KNN的样本生成方法,用于基于深度学习的机载多光谱LiDAR数据分类。该方法首先对输入数据进行归一化处理;然后利用最远点采样方法(FPS)和K近邻法(KNN)在输入数据中生成一系列规则大小的训练样本数据集。通过机载多光谱LiDAR数据的试验表明,该方法所生成的样本不仅符合卷积神经网络所要求的输入数据形式,而且能够确保对输入场景的完整覆盖。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel approach to automated geometric reasoning for 3D building models. Geometric constraints like orthogonality or parallelity play a prominent role in man-made objects such as buildings. Thus, constraint based modelling, that specifies buildings by their individual components and the constraints between them, is a common approach in 3D city models. Since prototyped building models allow one to incorporate a priori knowledge they support the 3D reconstruction of buildings from point clouds and allow the construction of virtual cities. However, high level building models have a high degree of complexity and consequently are not easily manageable. Interactive tools are needed which facilitate the development of consistent models that, for instance, do not entail internal logical contradictions. Furthermore, there is often an interest in a compact, redundancy-free representation. We propose an approach that uses algebraic methods to prove that a constraint is deducible from a set of premises. While automated reasoning in 2D models is practical, a substantial increase in complexity can be observed in the transition to the three-dimensional space. Apart from that, algebraic theorem provers are restricted to crisp constraints so far. Thus, they are unable to handle quality issues, which are, however, an important aspect of GIS data and models. In this article we present an approach to automatic 3D reasoning which explicitly addresses uncertainty. Hereby, our aim is to support the interactive modelling of 3D city models and the automatic reconstruction of buildings. Geometric constraints are represented by multivariate polynomials whereas algebraic reasoning is based on Wu’s method of pseudodivision and characteristic sets. The reasoning process is further supported by logical inference rules. In order to cope with uncertainty and to address quality issues the reasoner integrates uncertain projective geometry and statistical hypothesis tests. Consequently, it allows one to derive uncertain conclusions from uncertain premises. The quality of such conclusions is quantified in a way which is sound both from a logical and a statistical perspective.  相似文献

随着三维激光扫描技术应用领域的不断拓展,对点云数据三维建模的需求越来越迫切。曲面重建技术作为三维建模的核心技术之一,在逆向工程、计算机视觉、计算机制图以及虚拟现实等技术领域都有着非常广泛的应用前景。本文提出一种基于三维狄洛尼三角网的曲面重建算法,其本质是一种结合了曲面生长算法思想的贪心算法,即在一定约束条件下,按照最优三角形选择标准,算法从预先构建好的三维狄洛尼三角网中,逐个筛选出最优三角形添加到生长曲面上,最终输出由一系列显式三角形所组成的流形曲面。这种方法对比目前主流的隐式曲面重建算法具有参数依赖性较小、不需要计算法线等优点,并且能够重建地形扫描、建筑物扫描和精细化扫描的点云模型。利用此算法对多种点云模型进行曲面重建试验,结果表明该算法生成曲面质量好、重建效率高、实用性强,能够很好地应用于三维建模领域。  相似文献

提出了利用机载LiDAR点云数据进行复杂平面建筑物重建的方法。首先,将提取出的建筑物点云聚类到不同的平面点集;然后,对各个平面点集进行平面拟合,采用平面相交确定平面边界,并解算出各平面边界角点的三维坐标,从而重建建筑物模型。某区域的机载LiDAR点云数据的实验结果表明,该方法能有效地重建出较复杂的平面建筑物。  相似文献

Adaptive rendering of large urban building models has become an important research issue in three-dimensional (3D) geographic information system (GIS) applications. This study explores a way for rendering web-based 3D urban building models. A client–server hybrid rendering approach is presented for large 3D city models, stored on a remote server through a network. The approach combines an efficient multi-hierarchical building representation with a novel image-based method, 3D image impostor generated on demand by a remote server. This approach allows transferring complex scenes progressively while keeping high visualization quality. We also evaluated the rendering and data transferring performance of the proposed approach.  相似文献
