本文从地缘环境视角分析中国与东南亚跨境河流合作,简要分析了中国与东南亚在四条跨境河流水电开发、电力贸易、国际航道、环境保护等方面合作现状,指出中国与东南亚跨境河流合作前景不容乐观,存在本位利益、水事争端、环境、移民、民族等问题,重点从地缘环境展开对跨境河流合作的影响分析,最后提出了通过妥善处理主权争端、充分发挥区域合作组织作用、改善舆论环境、理性应对东南亚平衡战略和大国关系、建立跨境河流合作机制、重视流域可持续发展等措施优化地缘环境从而促进跨境河流合作。 相似文献

地缘合作是基于地缘区位而进行的区域合作,已成为政府和学术界关注的焦点问题。东南亚是地缘政治的传统"破碎地带",亦是"海上丝绸之路"的重要区域。文章从地缘合作的概念、空间层次和合作框架进行理论探讨,选择东南亚中的东南亚国家联盟(东盟)、大湄公河次区域合作和东盟南增长三角作为地缘合作的三个典型案例,进行实证研究,分别探讨了地缘区域合作、地缘次区域合作和地缘经济区合作三种类型的制度安排。地缘区域合作依托于地缘板块,通过国家联盟的政策体系来促进地缘合作;地缘次区域侧重于交通、能源等方面的具体项目,多渠道融资来推动次区域合作;地缘经济区则主要承载了边境合作区、出口加工区等政策性区域。研究认为,在"一带一路"国家战略的引领下,中国与东盟的经贸合作、大湄公河次区域的交通和能源项目共建、边境合作区开发等是深化地缘合作的重要实践载体。 相似文献

俄罗斯和中亚五国地域辽阔,土地、森林、水、能源等自然资源丰富,尤其是有色金属矿藏,种类配套齐全,在世界都占有重要地位。俄罗斯和中亚五国与中国在地缘、历史和文化等多方面有着悠久的历史,具有资源开发、经贸合作和科技交流的国际背景和有利条件。俄罗斯和中亚五国十分重视资源开发和原料出口,向主要经济合作伙伴推销资源产品,并很快引起许多国家,尤其是经济发展较快国家的重视。在未来的几年中,中国与俄罗斯和中亚五国在土地、电力、建材、机械、畜牧业、信息、交通等领域都有着广阔的合作空间。可以说,中国与俄罗斯和中亚五国及其辐射地区市场潜力巨大,待开发的领域空白点较多,特别是里海、西伯利亚的石油和天然气,是21世纪全球最具能源开发前景的地区,而能源勘探与开采领域则是我们未来需要重点发展合作的领域。但是,中亚国家的原料型经济倾向,参与世界经济一体化程度不足,生产和社会基础薄弱,这些问题都阻碍着中亚国家的可持续发展。特别是中亚国家的加工工业和轻工业相对落后,大部分日用消费品依靠进口。这是我国在中亚区域经济合作中充分发挥市场优势、加工业优势的有利条件。所以,资源和经济技术的互补性,对发展中国与中亚五国和俄罗斯双边的区域经济合作都将起到积极作用。展望21世纪的俄罗斯、中亚五国与中国的经贸合作关系,根据俄罗斯和中亚各国资源状况实地调查和统计资料等,对区域资源开发现状与潜力进行了分析,对共同面对的问题,合作的基础和条件及合作前景,都进行了探讨。 相似文献

东南亚华人华侨网络与中国企业海外投资的区位选择关系研究 总被引：7，自引：1，他引：6
随着“走出去”战略的实施和“一带一路”倡议的提出,中国在全球化经济中逐渐成为国际投资的主要力量之一。海外华人华侨网络曾经积极促进外商对华的直接投资,是否在这个过程中再次扮演积极的作用,是当前经济地理领域尚未充分探究的问题。因此,本文从经典的区位选择问题切入,探究海外华人华侨网络与中国企业海外投资的区位选择的关系,利用2001-2016年中国企业投资东南亚国家的数据,通过混合逻辑模型回归分析海外华人华侨对中国企业投资区位的影响。结果表明：① 从整体上看,东南亚各国的华人华侨规模和中国企业对外直接投资的区位选择之间存在显著的正相关关系;② 从投资时间上看,海外华人华侨规模与中国企业对外直接投资区位选择之间的关系显著性呈现扩大趋势,说明华人华侨在促进中国企业对外投资方面存在较大潜力;③ 从投资的行业和环节上看,不同行业和不同职能部门的企业在东南亚投资中海外华人华侨在其投资区位选择中所起的作用不同。 相似文献
