浙江省旅游生态安全的时空格局及障碍因子   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3

以浙江省为案例地,构建了基于PSR-EES模型的旅游生态安全评价指标体系,运用改进的TOPSIS法对其2000~2012年旅游生态安全进行了动态评估,并使用生态安全等级动态度模型、马尔可夫链模型、灰色关联度模型对其时空格局和障碍因子进行了分析。结果表明:① 2000~2012年,浙江省旅游生态安全指数由0.399增加至0.628,安全等级从敏感等级上升至一般安全等级;② 浙江省旅游生态安全风险等级和敏感等级的城市数量减少,而临界安全和一般安全等级的城市数量增加,且旅游生态安全等级存在跳跃式转移;③ 浙江省旅游生态安全主要障碍因子为游客数量增长率、旅游收入增长率、环保投入占GDP比重和森林覆盖率。  相似文献

海岛旅游业已成为许多海岛地区的支柱产业,海岛旅游可持续发展是当前这一领域研究的焦点。本文首先在定义区域刚性生态足迹和区域弹性生态足迹含义的基础上,构建了广义海岛旅游地生态安全模型和狭义海岛旅游地生态安全模型,进而提出了海岛旅游地生态安全与可持续发展评估框架和判断标准;接着以生态足迹思想方法为基础,构建了海岛旅游生态足迹模型;并以舟山群岛为例,以2008 年为评价基准年份,进行了实证分析。结果表明:① 舟山群岛广义海岛旅游地生态安全系数为0.6816,生态赤字为287849.0216 hm2,占生态承载力的46.71%,已处在生态不安全-不可持续发展状态;② 舟山群岛狭义旅游地生态安全系数为0.9806,生态赤字为12189.2343 hm2,占生态承载力的1.98%,已处在威胁生态安全-威胁可持续发展状态;③舟山群岛旅游地生态安全与可持续发展处在第VI 类型(生态不安全-不可持续发展,威胁生态安全-威胁可持续发展)。  相似文献

在对景观健康理论和旅游景观特征分析基础上,初步建立了以压力-状态-响应模型为主线的旅游景观健康评价体系。参照国家环境质量标准、生态城市以及旅游景区评定标准等确定了相对健康的目标值。设计采用熵权-灰色关联模糊评价法,依据评价对象与目标值序列的相似程度,将评价结果划分为5个等级。整合遥感和统计调查数据,对南京江心洲2001~2007年旅游景观健康进行了跟踪评价。研究结果表明:在2001~2002年旅游集中开发建设时期,研究区旅游景观综合健康指数下降;随着响应的健康指数持续上升,2002年后下降速度减缓,2005年后开始逐渐上升,但一直处于亚健康水平(≤0.7),压力健康指数持续下降限制了旅游景观健康综合水平的提高;旅游景观状态的健康指数在短暂下降后呈上升态势;设施用地的无序扩张、化肥施用量居高不下、林地减少和破碎化等问题需要引起重视。  相似文献

基于DPSIR模型构建旅游生态安全评价指标体系,利用模糊物元模型对中国31个省(市、区)(不含港澳台)旅游生态安全进行动态评价,并运用空间自相关分析空间格局演化特征。同时借助障碍度模型,对旅游生态安全的障碍因子进行诊断。结果表明:① 旅游生态安全呈现出波动增长的“W”型演化趋势。2013—2016年中国旅游生态安全在空间上呈现出“东部高、西部低”的分布格局,但随着时间推移,出现“北部高、南部低;中间高、两边低”的格局变化;② 从全局来看,2013—2017年中国旅游生态安全在空间上呈现出显著的空间集聚分布的特点,但集聚程度有逐渐下降的态势。从局部关联来看,各省旅游生态安全空间分布存在着空间集聚特征和省域间的空间依赖性;③ 各省旅游生态安全障碍因子存在显著差异,障碍度高于10%的障碍因子较多,主要的障碍因子有旅游经济密度、游客密度、烟尘排放、生活垃圾处理率和污水处理率等。因此,在大力发展旅游业时,需充分考虑经济发展程度和旅游生态安全提升能力;同时还要注意旅游政策与环境保护政策的协调性。  相似文献

基于生态-文化-旅游协调发展机理,构建三大系统协调发展评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、ESDA和GWR空间分析方法,对我国省域生态-文化-旅游协调发展的时空分异特征、空间相关性及影响因素进行探究。我国省域生态-文化-旅游协调发展指数较低,十年来虽呈上升趋势但增幅较小,处于濒临失调阶段;协调发展指数高值区主要分布于东部沿海及西南部四川省,十年来呈现高值区扩散、低值区面积有所缩减的发展态势;三大子系统在不同的省域单元上空间表现各异,发展水平差异表现为生态>旅游>文化,东部省份三大子系统整体较高,西部整体较低且生态发展水平明显高于文化、旅游发展水平,中部省份介于两者之间;省域生态-文化-旅游协调发展具有明显的空间正相关关系;从影响机制来看,行政力度、经济基础、市场条件及开放程度对区域生态-文化-旅游协调的发展产生重要影响,且存在显著的空间差异。  相似文献

以生态安全理论为基础,探讨了旅游地生态安全评价的理论和方法。运用压力-状态-响应(P—S—R)指标体系模型对泸沽湖景区1996-2005年生态安全评价表明,景区生态安全度较高。其中1996~2001年泸沽湖区处于比较安全状态,2002-2005年处于安全状态,10年间泸沽湖景区生态安全度呈上升趋势。水环境问题、旅游用地及游客量增长率是泸沽湖景区生态安全度主要的限制因子,并提出了加强水环境治理、提高生态环境质量、发展生态旅游、加大生态环境建设力度和加强生态环境监测的生态安全建设方案。  相似文献

以2013年、2016年、2019年、2021年长三角地区41个城市为研究对象,分别运用数据包络分析法、社会网络分析法、耦合协调模型评价旅游生态效率、旅游生态网络优势度及两者之间的关联关系,并通过模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法探讨其影响因素。结果表明:(1)长三角地区旅游生态效率水平呈先上升后下降的趋势,中等效率及以上地区由南部逐渐向北部转移;(2)旅游生态网络优势度总体水平偏低,但呈上升趋势,大致呈现出以江苏省南部为中心的“核心-边缘”空间结构;(3)长三角地区旅游生态效率与旅游生态网络优势耦合协调度整体亦呈上升态势,其中中度耦合及以上水平的城市占比91%,说明长三角地区的协同发展处于良性状态;(4)两者耦合协调度受科技发展水平、对外开放程度、政府规制能力、环境规制力度、经济发展水平、教育发展水平多种因素共同影响,达到两者高耦合协调度的路径有3条。  相似文献

嘉峪关市土地生态安全动态评价及影响因素分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
土地生态安全评价对管控区域生态风险和保障生态安全具有重要意义。基于“数量安全-质量安全-结构安全-保障安全”模型构建指标评价体系,采用相对熵方法进行组合赋权,揭示嘉峪关市土地生态安全的动态变化过程,并运用因子分析法探讨其主要影响因素。结果表明:(1)2000-2017年,嘉峪关市土地生态安全综合指数呈上升趋势,由2000年的0.415上升至2017年的0.644,安全等级由较不安全上升至临界安全,综合安全水平有所提升,但目前安全等级仍较低,土地生态安全风险仍然存在。(2)各子系统中,数量安全指数波动变化不大,提升效果不明显;质量安全指数基本呈持续上升趋势,增长速度较快;结构安全指数2000-2009年增长较为明显,2009年后波动变化不大;保障安全指数呈明显的波动变化趋势,经历先增大再减小后波动增大过程,大致呈倾斜的“N”字型态势。(3)土地生态安全变动的主要影响因素可整合为资源环境本底、产业结构演替、环境污染治理和生态建设成效4个方面。  相似文献

以西安市1998-2013年统计年鉴数据为基础,构建土地利用与生态环境评价指标体系,并应用主成分分析法确定权重,依据协调度模型定量评价二者关系,最后运用GM(1,1)模型预测未来趋势,以期为二者关系协调发展提供决策依据。结果表明:(1)二者间存在复杂时变非线性的动态耦合关系,即1997-2005年为发展初期,土地利用类型为勉强协调类土地利用滞后型,关系并不稳定且协调水平低;2006-2011年为发展中期,类型转换为初级、中级协调类土地利用滞后型,关系开始趋于稳定;自2012年后基本稳定在良好协调类生态环境滞后型,呈V型轨迹并向有序、稳定的协调关系发展。(2)1997-2012年二者评价指数均呈上升趋势,影响协调发展度的主要因素从生态环境逐渐演变为土地利用。因此,平衡二者发展速度,调控土地利用方式,对协调发展关系至关重要。  相似文献

基于协调发展理论和耦合度模型,对长山群岛2006-2015年旅游产业与生态环境的耦合协调发展水平进行定量研究.结果表明:长山群岛旅游产业与生态系统耦合协调度处于提升阶段,发展速度较为缓慢;长山群岛旅游产业与生态环境耦合协调程度较差,协调度较低;长山群岛旅游产业系统综合评价指数与生态环境系统综合评价指数呈阶段性发展.2010年之前,旅游产业综合评价指数小于生态环境综合评价指数,生态环境是旅游产业发展的主要推动力.2011年之后,旅游产业综合评价指数明显大于生态环境综合评价指数,生态环境成为旅游产业发展的制约因素.  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
