提出了一种轻型钢管混凝土芯柱-保温夹层砌体组合墙,为研究这种墙体的抗震性能,进行了3个不同构造组合砌体墙与1种带限位装置的玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震技术结合的低周反复荷载试验,试件1为轻型钢管混凝土芯柱-再生砖组合墙试件,试件2为轻型钢管混凝土芯柱-粉煤灰砌块夹层-再生砖组合墙试件,试件3为轻型钢管混凝土芯柱-粉煤灰砌块夹层-端部再生砖约束型土坯组合墙试件,各试件墙体两端均内置了竖向构造钢筋。对比分析了各试件的破坏特征、承载力、延性和滞回性能,给出了轻钢芯柱-保温夹层砖砌体墙的承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验符合较好。研究表明:轻型钢管混凝土芯柱-保温夹层砌体墙具有良好的抗震性能,可用于农村低层房屋砌体结构抗震设计。  相似文献

本文通过2片开窗洞加窗台梁节能复合混凝土小型空心砌块墙体和2片不开窗洞墙体的水平低周反复荷载试验,研究了节能复合混凝土小型空心砌块砌体墙的受力全过程、开裂部位、裂缝发展情况以及破坏形态,分析了墙体的滞回特性、延性、耗能能力,刚度退化曲线等抗震性能,同时,考察了墙体外叶保护层的受力性能、破坏程度以及与墙体的共同工作机理,探讨了不同构造措施以及开窗洞对墙体抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:复合混凝土小型砌块砌体从开始加载到最终破坏,砌块保护层都没有明显的鼓凸和脱落现象,说明聚苯层及横向拉结筋能够提供可靠的连接,保证外叶保护层在水平剪力和竖向荷载共同作用下和墙体整体工作,此外,开窗洞对墙体的抗震性能削弱较大。  相似文献

再生混凝土砖是利用废弃混凝土作为骨料制作的一种砖,作为再生混凝土砖砌体抗震性能研究的基础,文中进行了18个不同砂浆强度的再生混凝土砖砌体的抗压性能试验。测试分析了各试件的承载力、变形和破坏过程,得到了再生混凝土砖砌体的抗压强度、弹性模量和泊松比。研究表明:再生混凝土砖砌体与普通黏土砖砌体相比,承载力略低,抗压强度退化略快,弹性模量和泊松比接近;随着砌筑砂浆强度的提高,再生混凝土砖砌体的承载力和变形能力提高,弹性模量增大。再生混凝土砖砌体可用于多层砌体房屋结构抗震设计。  相似文献

为研究再生混凝土组合砌体这一新型结构的抗震性能,在水平低周反复荷载试验基础上,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立再生混凝土组合砌体的有限元计算模型,并进行低周反复荷载下抗震性能有限元分析。分析结果表明:与普通砖砌墙体相比,再生混凝土组合砌体的抗震性能明显提高,且随着再生混凝土墙体比例的增加,再生混凝土组合砌体的抗震性能随之增加。并且分析结果还验证了ANSYS有限元分析软件对再生混凝土组合砌体分析的可行性。  相似文献

为获取可靠的墙体开洞影响下房屋砖砌体结构地震易损性分析结果,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件构建房屋砖砌体结构墙体模型,设置合理的墙体模型参数和数值模拟参数;对比模拟数值与以往研究的测试值,证明所构建模型参数取值合理;将截取的峰值段江油地震波作为上述模型的地震动输入,根据测得的房屋砖砌体结构的力学变化数据,分析房屋砖砌体结构的地震易损性。分析结果表明:地震情况下,随着墙体开洞率的增加,墙体荷载能力下降、墙体水平承载力增长幅度降低、墙体相对刚度退化率增加;墙体开洞数量越多,房屋砖砌体结构侧向刚度下降越快。因此分析得出墙体开洞率大、墙体开洞数量多,房屋砖砌体结构的地震易损性越显著。  相似文献

为研究在结构前纵墙底层部位增设翼柱对底商多层砌体房屋抗倒塌性能的影响,分别设计了一个1/5缩尺比例的普通底商多层砌体房屋及增设翼柱的砌体房屋模型分别进行振动台试验研究,对比分析各模型的破坏过程、加速度放大系数、相对位移及典型位置应变等参数。结果表明,在同样的地震动输入下,带有翼柱的底商多层砌体房屋破坏程度、层间相对位移及层间位移角均明显低于普通底商多层砌体房屋,带有翼柱的底商多层砌体房屋抗倒塌性能显著提高。  相似文献

砖砌体房屋在历次地震中的破坏均较为严重,为了准确评估其在大震作用下的抗震性能,选择高效的结构分析方法并选取合适的破坏状态指标至关重要。首先,在仔细比较现有结构非线性分析方法的基础上,结合砖砌体结构的特点,采用了可以"考虑构造柱影响"的砖墙体三线型恢复力模型,并建立了砖砌体结构的层剪切非线性分析模型,利用基于自平衡力的弹塑性动力反应分析方法实现了砖砌体结构的非线性动力时程分析;然后,选取延伸系数作为砖砌体结构的破坏状态指标,来判别结构的破坏状态;最后,利用一个带有震害的实际算例,采用三条能充分反映该工程场地特征的地震动对其进行非线性动力时程分析,验证了文中砖墙体恢复力模型、非线性动力时程分析方法以及破坏状态指标的合理性和有效性。文中所确定的模型、方法和破坏状态指标可为大震作用下砖砌体房屋的抗震性能鉴定和评估、抗震加固以及震害分析提供方法和依据。  相似文献

为研究不同构造的土坯结构玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震体系的受力性能,进行了5个不同构造的玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震土坯墙试件的低周反复荷载下受力性能试验。试件1墙体为370mm土坯墙,试件2墙体为土坯墙夹砌粉煤灰砌块承重节能一体化370mm墙体,试件3墙体为在试件2墙体基础上加设交叉钢筋的墙体,试件4墙体为在试件2墙体基础上内置钢丝网的墙体,试件5墙体为在试件2墙体两端用再生砖代替土坯砌筑的墙体。基于试验,分析了各试件基础滑移隔震性能,研究了不同构造土坯墙的承载力、延性、滞回特性和破坏特征。研究表明:玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震层隔震性能稳定;滑移隔震层上下基础梁限位孔及其限位钢筋装置可有效控制基础滑移限值;相同墙厚的土坯夹砌粉煤灰砌块墙和土坯墙抗震性能接近;加设交叉钢筋的墙体抗剪承载力明显提高;内置钢丝网的墙体整体性好,抗震耗能能力显著提高;墙体端部用再生砖代替土坯砌筑后,由于再生砖强度高于土坯,提高了墙体边缘约束性能,抗震性能明显提高。玻璃珠-石墨基础滑移隔震土坯结构可用于单层土坯农房结构隔震设计。  相似文献

为研究Tilt-up建筑体系新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙体的抗震性能,设计制作3片分别带有门洞、窗洞、不带洞口的新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙和1片普通再生混凝土剪力墙试件,进行水平低周反复荷载试验。着重考察了墙体的开裂方式、破坏形态、滞回性能、承载力以及刚度退化性能、耗能性能等。试验结果表明:不带洞口的新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙体和传统的再生混凝土墙体均具有良好的抗震性能,洞口形式对新型再生混凝土夹心保温墙体的抗震性能影响较大,提出应严格控制开洞大小和形式,并配置加强筋以防止墙肢发生剪切脆性破坏等建议。  相似文献

为科学评定新疆安居房屋的抗震能力,通过1/2大比例尺新疆安居房屋模型模拟地震振动台试验,研究设置构造柱与圈梁的新疆安居房屋模型在地震作用下的破坏特征以及地震反应。试验结果表明,在峰值加速度为0.1 g~0.3 g地震动作用下,模型处于完好状态。在峰值加速度0.4 g地震动作用下,模型墙体出现开裂。在峰值加速度1.2 g地震动作用下,墙体发生明显破坏但未倒塌,构造柱和圈梁基本完好。试验结果证实设置构造柱和圈梁是提高砌体房屋抗倒塌能力的一种有效措施,新疆安居房屋具有良好的抗震能力。  相似文献

通过三个组合墙模型房屋的振动台试验,分析了组合墙结构体系房屋的动力性能和抗震能力,比较了底一层和底两层框架组合墙房屋和普通组合墙房屋的抗震性能。结果表明,八层组合墙房屋的抗震能力远远超过设计能力,可用于八度地区,底框架组合墙房屋的抗震性能优于普通组合墙房屋,底两层框架组合墙房屋也优于底一层框架组合墙房屋。  相似文献

The efficiency of improving the seismic resistance of old masonry buildings by means of seismic isolation and confining the structure with CFRP laminate strips has been investigated. Five models of a simple two-story brick masonry building with wooden floors without wall ties have been tested on the shaking table. The control model has been built directly on the foundation slab. The second model has been separated from it by a damp-proof course in the form of a PVC sheet placed in the bed-joint between the second and the third course, whereas the third model has been isolated by rubber isolators placed between the foundation slab and structural walls. Models four and five have been confined with CFRP laminate strips, simulating the wall ties placed horizontally and vertically at floor levels and corners of the building, respectively. One of the CFRP strengthened models has been placed on seismic isolators. Tests have shown that a simple PVC sheet damp-proof course cannot be considered as seismic isolator unless adequately designed. Tests have also shown that the isolators alone did not prevent the separation of the walls. However, both models confined with CFRP strips exhibited significantly improved seismic behavior. The models did not collapse even when subjected to significantly stronger shaking table motion than that resisted by the control model without wall ties.  相似文献

This paper aims to assess and improve the seismic performance of an existing masonry building with flexible floors, representative of a Portuguese building typology—‘gaioleiro’ buildings. The study involved seismic tests and dynamic identification tests of two models (nonstrengthened and strengthened) in the shaking table. Each model was subjected to several seismic tests with increasing amplitude. Before the first test and after each seismic test, the dynamic identification of the model was carried out, aiming at obtaining their seismic vulnerability curves based on a damage indicator obtained from the decrease of the frequencies of the modes. In the strengthened model, steel elements were used to improve the connection between walls and floors, together with ties in the upper stories. The results show that adopted strengthening technique is effective for reducing the seismic vulnerability of ‘gaioleiro’ buildings, namely for improving the out‐of‐plane behavior of the facades. This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation carried out to investigate the seismic performance of a two storey brick masonry house with one room in each floor. A half‐scale building constructed using single wythe clay brick masonry laid in cement sand mortar and a conventional timber floor and timber roof clad with clay tiles was tested under earthquake ground motions on a shaking table, first in the longitudinal direction and then in the transverse direction. In each direction, the building was subjected to different ground motions with gradually increasing intensity. Dynamic properties of the system were assessed through white‐noise tests after each ground motion. The building suffered increasing levels of damage as the excitations became more severe. The damage ranged from cracking to global/local rocking of different piers and partial out‐of‐plane failure of the walls. Nevertheless, the building did not collapse under base excitations with peak ground acceleration up to 0.8g. General behaviour of the tested building model during the tests is discussed, and fragility curves are developed for unreinforced masonry buildings based on the experimental results. The present work focuses on the seismic behaviour of timber-laced masonry buildings with timber floors, before and after the application of intervention techniques. A two-storey building with timber ties (scale 1:2) was subjected to biaxial seismic actions. Prior to the execution of shaking table tests, the dynamic characteristics of the model were identified. The base acceleration was increased step-wise until the occurrence of significant but repairable damages. Afterwards, the masonry was strengthened by means of grouting, whereas the diaphragm action of the top floor of the building was enhanced and the model was re-tested. The tests on the timber reinforced model before strengthening show that the presence of timber ties within the masonry elements contributes to improved seismic behaviour. The performance of the model after strengthening shows that the selected intervention techniques led to a significant improvement of the seismic behaviour of the building model.  相似文献

江苏高邮、宝应Ms4.9级地震在极震区造成了数10间农村民居不同程度和不同方式的破坏,出现人员伤亡。震后对地震灾害现场进行震害调查与破坏原因研究,典型的震害特征包括砖砌体、砖木和砖混结构房屋局部倾倒、墙体贯通开裂、房顶瓦片掀翻和烟囱倒塌等。农村民居遭到破坏的主要因素包括:选址不当、施工质量较差、砂浆强度不够、缺少圈梁和构造柱等。同时,分析了竖向地震作用和鞭梢效应等地震效应,讨论了砖砌体和砖混结构抗震设计的加固方法和改善抗震性能的构造措施等,为农村民居的抗震设防和减轻震害损失等提供参考。  相似文献

本文根据典型的东西和南北错层单元模型,按不同的错层高度、不同收层情况和不同理置深度的实际房屋情况,分析建立了错层房层和相应的等效规整房屋模型,采用板壳单元,用有限元方法计算了这些模型的动力特征和在地震作用下的墙肢剪应力分布,经过对比分析得到了一些错层房屋墙应力的分布规律。根据错层房屋的受力特点,文中提出了相应的加强构造措施,结构布置要求和错层房屋的抗震计算模型等具体建议。  相似文献

为使铅芯橡胶支座隔震技术应用于村镇砌体结构,将隔震层设置于地坪以上,本文给出了隔震构造的具体做法。选取典型村镇2层未设构造柱的砖砌体结构房屋为试验原型,按1:2缩尺,设计有隔震层和无隔震层的振动台对比试验。首先采用反应谱分析方法,对隔震和非隔震结构分别选取三条地震波,然后通过数值分析,研究隔震和非隔震结构在输入不同地震波时的地震反应规律,根据数值模拟的分析结果设计结构振动台试验中的传感器布置和加载方案。本文设计的砌体隔震振动台试验方案已试验成功,可为振动台试验设计和研究提供参考。  相似文献

This paper discusses on the shaking table test results of two 1:4 scale model of two-story masonry structure typically used in constructing low-rise residential buildings. This test is performed to provide a better understanding of the seismic behavior of the PP-band (polypropylene band) mesh retrofitted adobe masonry house. The test structure is subjected to a series of different levels of harmonic motion that applied along the longitudinal direction. The results of the shaking table tests on building models show that the PP-band retrofitting technique can enhance the safety of masonry buildings, even during severe ground motion.  相似文献
