青藏高原雪冰中正构烷烃的组成特征及其环境意义   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究了青藏高原的祁连山七一冰川、东昆仑山玉珠峰冰川、唐古拉山小冬克玛底冰川以及念青唐古拉山羊八井地区古仁河口冰川雪冰样品中自然来源和人类活动排放产生正构烷烃的含量变化及其分子组合特征。结果表明,正构烷烃的含量从青藏高原东北部到南部依次减小,与高原南部的达索普冰川、阿尔泰山的Belukha冰川和Sofiyskiy冰川没有数量级上的差别,但是都高于格陵兰冰芯记录,表明亚洲大陆冰川雪冰中人为来源和自然来源的正构烷烃具有比格陵兰冰芯较高的负载量。正构烷烃的分布特征表明,它们主要来自高等植物蜡和化石燃料燃烧的产物,低等生物贡献很小。生物来源的正构烷烃在总正构烷烃中的百份含量低于人类活动排放产生,表明快速的工业化发展已经影响到青藏高原冰川中有机污染物的组成变化。从青藏高原中南部到东北部,∑nC21^-/∑nC22^+和(nC15+nC17+nC19)/(nC27+nC29+nC31)的比值依次降低,正构烷烃的碳优势指数(Carbon Preference Index,CPI)值逐渐升高(玉珠峰受人为影响严重除外),说明从高原中南到东北部,高等植物和陆生植物的贡献增大,海洋中的菌藻类低等生物和水生生物贡献减小。  相似文献

基于多指标分析的博斯腾湖表层沉积物有机碳来源   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过有机碳稳定同位素(δ13Corg)、有机碳、氮含量及其比值(C∶N)的测定,结合已有的正构烷烃空间分布特征数据,对新疆博斯腾湖表层沉积物的有机碳来源进行综合研究.结果表明:博斯腾湖表层沉积物δ13Corg值在-26.7‰~-24.1‰之间波动,变幅较小;C∶N的波动范围为4.8~8.5,平均值约为7.4;正构烷烃的碳数分布范围为n C13~n C35,所有采样点样品的主峰碳以n C17和n C23为主.参考博斯腾湖文献调查资料,基于δ13Corg值、C∶N及正构烷烃等指标的空间分布状况,发现博斯腾湖表层沉积物中的有机碳主要来自湖泊内部浮游生物的残体;而不同湖区沉积物有机碳的内、外源贡献比例不同,其中陆源碎屑、挺水植物、沉水植物的贡献空间差异较大.博斯腾湖有机碳来源的空间差异主要表现在湖泊东部近岸水域表层沉积物有机碳主要为外源贡献,中心湖泊东部和西部浅水区表层沉积物有机碳由外源和内源共同贡献,而其余大部分水域表层沉积物有机碳则主要为内源贡献.  相似文献

洛川黄土剖面S4古土壤及相邻黄土层分子化石与植被变化   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用GC-MS对洛川剖面S4古土壤及相邻L5, L4部分黄土样品的分子化石进行连续检测, 获得包括正构烷烃、正烷基-2-酮和类异戊二烯等丰富的类脂物分子, 结合剖面高密度样品室内磁化率和粒度的测定结果, 讨论了这一时期的古环境和古植被演化历史. 依据正构烷烃与磁化率和粒度的相关性, 结合CPI指标认为黄土-古土壤样品中的分子化石虽然受异地源有机质的可能影响, 但它们的相关性证明源自样品中的分子化石真实地反映了黄土-古土壤形成时期的植被状况. 正构烷烃平均碳链长度(ACL)与磁化率和粒度之间存在良好的正相关性, 在气候环境由冷干向暖湿变化时表现为较好的同步性; 但在环境恶化过程中ACL记录则相对滞后. 正构烷烃碳数分布及比值参数揭示: 在黄土沉积L5向古土壤S4过渡过程中以C29为主峰, 显示以木本输入为优势; 在古土壤S4发育时期, 以C31为主峰, 显示草本比例相对增大、木本比例相对减小, 具明显的草本输入优势. 正构烷烃分析结果揭示: 洛川剖面S4古土壤形成过程中以草本植被为主, 没有发育典型的树林植被.  相似文献

水生植物是湖泊沉积物中内源有机质的主要来源,但目前研究者对水生植物正构烷烃和脂肪酸分布特征的研究有限,极大地限制了湖泊沉积物同位素地球化学在环境变化研究中的应用.文章总结了全球湖泊已报道水生植物脂类结果,结合在中国主要湖泊新获得的脂类数据,系统讨论了湖泊水生植物脂类分布特征.我们发现水生植物基本以中等链长脂类(C_(23)~C_(25)正构烷烃和C_(22)~C_(24)脂肪酸)为主峰碳,与陆生植物存在差别(以长链脂类为主峰碳),但一些水生植物样品的长链正构烷烃(如C_(27)和C_(29))和长链脂肪酸(如C_(26)和C_(28))也具有较高丰度.沉水植物具有较高含量的长链正构烷烃(平均47μg g~(-1))和长链脂肪酸(平均170μg g~(-1)),与陆生植物脂类含量接近,表明当湖泊中沉水植物大量生长时,其可能对沉积物的长链脂类存在较大贡献.但藻类长链正构烷烃和长链脂肪酸的含量较低(平均含量分别为2和9μg g~(-1)),表明其对沉积物长链脂类的影响可能较小.通过对水生植物和陆生植物脂类分子指标进行比较,我们发现ACL_(14-32)和ATR_(14-18)值能有效将藻类和其他植物来源的脂肪酸区分开,Paq′值能很好地将沉水植物和陆生植物来源的正构烷烃区分开.每个水生植物样品不同奇碳数正构烷烃(C_(21)~C_(31))和不同偶碳数脂肪酸(C_(20)~C_(30))分子间δD值无明显差别,表明湖泊沉积物脂类分子间δD值的差异可能具有区分其输入来源,以及反映湖泊水文条件的潜力.  相似文献

西藏纳木错表层沉积物中正构烷烃的来源与空间分布特征   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
通过测定纳木错现代植物和表层沉积物样品中的正构烷烃,结合主成分分析方法,明确了表层沉积物中烷烃的主要来源,并初步分析了它们在湖泊中的空间分布特征.研究结果显示,沉水植物所含烷烃以n-C21-C25为主,具有n-C23的峰值;陆生植物主要含n-C27-C33烷烃,具有n-C29或n-C31的峰值;但垫状点地梅(Androsace tapete)和香柏(Sabina pingii)的主峰碳却是n-C33烷烃,这在以往研究中鲜有报道.在纳木错表层沉积物中,正构烷烃具有典型的n-C31和n-C23双峰分布形式,来源于低等菌藻类、沉水植物以及陆生植物,其中碳数小于C20的短链烷烃主要来源于低等菌藻类,其空间分布均一,由低等菌藻类的浮游生活型所决定;长链烷烃主要来源于高等植物,含量从滨岸到湖中心逐渐减少,这与其在运移和沉积过程中受微生物的持续降解作用有关,此外,来源于陆生植物的n-C27-C33烷烃因河流汇水面积和流量不同而存在空间差异,这值得重视和进一步研究.  相似文献

甘肃秦安的新近纪风成红土堆积是东亚大陆古环境演化的重要载体之一,但相对第四纪黄土而言,对其记录的古环境信息仍缺乏生物标志化合物方面的研究.本文对秦安QA-I剖面早-中中新世代表性黄土和古土壤层样品开展了初步的正构烷烃分析,并与前人发表的不同时期的风成沉积和水成沉积代表性样品进行对比.结果显示:(1)QA-I剖面中的正构烷烃碳数分布范围为C_(14)~C_(35),其中来源于微生物的低碳数部分(C_(14)~C_(20))的含量明显高于来自高等植物叶蜡的高碳数部分(C_(26)~C_(35)),主峰碳处于C_(16)~C_(18),中碳数部分(C21~C_(25))的相对含量最低,这些特征与第四纪黄土及晚中新世-上新世三趾马红土中一些强发育的古土壤层类似,但与弱风化的黄土和三趾马红土及水成沉积明显不同;(2)QA-I剖面样品的高碳数部分虽具有一定的奇偶优势,但碳优势指数(CPI)明显较各类风化较弱的样品低.上述结果显示,秦安中新世风尘红土堆积经历了较强烈的风化成壤和微生物作用,导致其中的长链正构烷烃较显著的氧化和降解,并以微生物贡献的短链正构烷烃为主.微生物对全岩有机质(TOC)的贡献以及对TOC碳同位素的影响需在古环境重建中予以充分考虑.  相似文献

对位于大兴安岭中北段四方山天池全新世以来湖泊沉积物中正构烷烃的分布特征及其单体碳同位素组成进行了讨论分析.结果表明,正构烷烃碳数分布范围为nC_(17)~nC_(33),绝大多数样品具有单峰型的分布特征,少数样品呈现双峰型分布特征,单峰型以nC_(27)为主峰,双峰型分布中前峰群以nC_(21)为主峰、后峰群以nC_(27)为主峰;短链正构烷烃(nC_(21))奇偶优势不明显,中链(n C23~n C25)和长链正构烷烃(nC_(27))具有明显的奇碳优势;正构烷烃的分布特征揭示四方山天池湖泊沉积物中的有机质来源于陆生植物和水生植物的共同输入,并以陆生植物贡献为主.全新世以来,四方山天池湖泊沉积物中长链正构烷烃单体碳同位素值(δ~(13)C_(27~31))逐渐偏负,与太阳辐射的变化表现出明显的一致性,表明在轨道尺度上该区域的有效湿度的逐渐增加主要受太阳辐射的控制,湖泊水位的变化则既受到西太平洋副热带高压和鄂霍次克海高压相对位置的影响,又受到东南季风和东北季风势力强弱的制约.根据多种气候代用指标的变化,全新世以来四方山天池湖泊环境及其区域气候演化可以划分为5个阶段:(1)11.2-8.0 ka BP:区域有效湿度较低,陆生C_3植物中木本植物比例略有增加,湖泊水位频繁波动,湖泊初级生产力下降,湖泊营养状态发生贫化;(2)8.0-6.4 ka BP:区域有效湿度增加,陆生C_3植物中草本植物比例略有增大,湖泊水面收缩、水位下降,湖泊初级生产力变化不大,湖泊营养状态较为稳定;(3)6.4-3.4 ka BP:区域有效湿度比上一阶段更高,陆生C_3植物中木本植物扩张,草本植物比例相对收缩,湖泊水位上升、水面扩大,湖泊初级生产力增加,湖泊营养状态发生好转;(4)3.4-2.4 ka BP:区域有效降水量继续增加,陆生C_3植物中草本植物比例升高,湖泊水位下降、水面收缩,湖泊初级生产力下降,湖泊营养状态发生贫化;(5)2.4-0.9 ka BP:区域有效湿度较高,陆生C_3植物中木本植物逐渐增加,湖泊水位上升、水面扩张,湖泊初级生产力增加,湖泊营养状态有所好转.四方山天池湖泊沉积物所记录的全新世以来区域气候环境演化历史,既与中国东北地区其他高分辨率气候记录有较好的一致性,也存在着差异性,表现出独有的区域气候特征.  相似文献

在太湖表层沉积物中检测出丰度较高的一系列长链脂肪酸甲酯化合物,采用标准图谱与质谱解析相结合的方法进行鉴定,长链脂肪酸甲酯化合物有类似正构烷烃的分布型式,碳数分布范围为C14-C34,主峰碳为C16,具有明显的偶碳优势。  相似文献

在中国有机成因气(煤成气和油型气)及无机成因烷烃气(甲烷)碳同位素系列、R/Ra以及cH4,3He大量分析数据的基础上,结合美国、俄罗斯、德国和澳大利亚等国家相应项次众多的分析数据,经综合对比研究,提出鉴别无机成因和有机成因烷烃气的4个指标:①无机成因甲烷碳同位素组成一般〉-30‰,有机成因甲烷碳同位素组成一般〈-30‰;②无机成因烷烃气具有负碳同位素系列(δ^13C1〉δ^13C2〉δ^13C3〉δ^13C4)和甲烷碳同位素组成一般〉-30‰的特征;③RIRa〉0.5和万δ^13C1-δ^13C2〉0的天然气是无机成因烷烃气;④CH4/^3He≤10^6是无机成因烷烃气(甲烷),CH4/^3He≥10^11是有机成因烷烃气.  相似文献

为了查明单一生态系统下表土中高等植物来源长链正构烷烃单体氢同位素(δ^13Cn-alkanes)的变化特征,从华北张家口市万全县大麻坪玄武岩风化壳随机采集了12个表层土壤样品,用来分析其长链正构烷烃分子组成特征及其单体碳(δ^13Cn-alkanes)、氢同位素,同时分析了其总有机质碳同位素(TOC,δ^13Cn)变化.结果表明δ^13Cn和来源于陆生高等植物的4个代表性的占优势地位的长链正构烷烃(n-C27,n-C29,n-C31,n-C33)的13Cn-alkanes在这12个样品中都非常稳定,仅有很小的变化幅度,这两类碳同位素数据均表明其上覆植被的光合作用类型构成非常均一,可以视为由纯C3草本植物构成.相应的这4个主要长链正构烷烃的Dn-alkanes变化幅度比较大,整体而言,相对丰度越高的同族体分子,其Dn-alkanes更为偏负,且其变化幅度更小.然而,这4个主要长链正构烷烃加权平均Dn-alkanes值约30‰的变化幅度小于先前研究当中报道的同一地点不同现代陆生C3草本植物之间长链正构烷烃Dn-alkanes值的变化幅度,甚至小于同一植物种长链正构烷烃Dn-alkanes值的季节变化幅度.由于表土和沉积物中长链正构烷烃来源上的相似性,即它们都来源于多种植物的混合,因此,我们的结果对于沉积物,尤其是其有机质为原地植物来源的陆相沉积物的长链正构烷烃单体氢同位素组成的古气候、古环境、古水文信息的精确解译,具有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

2002年冬从太湖梅梁湾采集柱状底泥,取三段进行直接镜检和用MA培养基进行光照培养.镜检发现表层(0-3cm)底泥中有多种藻类细胞,中层(10-13cm)底泥的藻类细胞种类明显减少,下层(20-23cm)底泥中没有发现藻类细胞.底泥培养的结果与之有相似的趋势,但得到的活体藻类细胞的种类相应减少.培养3个月后得到在外观和群落结构上与夏季水华相似的群落.结果表明底泥中的微囊藻和小环藻在太湖底泥中具有良好的适应性,占有明显的优势地位,底泥可以作为水华蓝藻的越冬场所和来年水华的种源.  相似文献

In this study, DNAs were extracted from sediment samples at depths of 5, 35, and 69 cm from eutrophic Guanting reservoir, China. 16S rDNAs were amplified by PCR and clone libraries were constructed. The depth-related distribution of bacterial community in the sediment was characterized by using amplified 16S rDNA restriction analysis (ARDRA) and sequencing of the dominant clones. The results indicated that species diversity in the sediment of Guanting reservoir was rather high with the Shannon-Wiener index about 5.8. Bacterial richness varied in different depths: the highest in the sample of 35 cm in depth; followed by the sample of 5 cm in depth; and the lowest bacterial richness in the sample of 69 cm. Dominant species from the three samples were different although there were some common clones. PhyIogenetic analysis showed that all of the dominant clones in the three layers were uncultured bacteria and distantly related to the previously reported species in beta or gamma subclass of proteobacteria, including bacterial groups that have the ability to degrade aromatic hydrocarbons, n-all:anes, chlorinated organic compounds, or to accumulate polyphosphate, etc. Changes of deptt-related bacterial community in the Guanting reservoir sediment might reflect the pollution history and the water quality of the reservoir. In addition, the cloned sequences from the Guanting reservoir sediment were all different from the presently reported ones, indicating that there were some particular bacteria in that environment.  相似文献

An experiment was designed to assess the relative importance of sediment accumulation and bioturbation in determining the vertical distribution of nuclides in estuarine sediments. A diver-collected core, 120 cm long, was raised from central Long Island Sound and analyzed down its length for:210Pb and226Ra;239, 240Pu; and Mn, Zn, Cu, and Pb. Sampling for chemical analysis was guided by X-radiography of the core. Excess210Pb (relative to226Ra) is roughly homogeneous in the top 2–4 cm of the core, then decreases quasi-exponentially to zero at (or above) 15 cm.239, 240Pu and excess Zn, Cu, and Pb, relative to background values at greater depths in the core, are distributed like excess210Pb in the top 10–15 cm. The absence of Mn enrichment at the top of the core, in contrast to other cores raised from this station, suggests that 1–3 cm of sediment was lost by erosion at the site of this core sometime prior to sampling. Below 15 cm excess210Pb and excess Zn, Cu, and Pb are found only in the bulk sample from 25 to 30 cm and in clearly identifiable burrow fillings dissected from 70 cm and 115 cm depth. Infilling of large burrows, excavated and then abandoned by crustaceans, is therefore a mechanism for transfer of surficial material to depth in these sediments.The bioturbation rate in the top several centimeters at this station has been determined previously using234Th (24-day half-life). The distribution of239, 240Pu can be used to estimate a bioturbation rate for the underlying layer (to ~10 cm depth); this rate is found to be 1–3% of the maximum mixing rate for the top 2–3 cm. Using these two mixing rates in a composite-layer, mixing + sedimentation model, the distribution of excess210Pb in the top 15 cm was used to constrain the sediment accumulation rate, ω. While the apparent rate of sediment accumulation (assuming no mixing below 2–4 cm) is 0.11 cm/yr, the model requires ω < 0.05 cm/yr. Thus in an area of slow sediment accumulation, a low rate of bioturbation below the surficial zone of rapid mixing causes an increase of at least a factor of two in apparent accumulation rate.  相似文献

Sediment profiles for pH, Eh, 28 elements, water and organic content are presented here for human impacted and reference locations in the Windmill Islands, East Antarctica. Variations in element concentrations are observed with increasing depth, especially at Brown Bay where the impact of past human activities is most pronounced in the top 10 cm. Spatial differences were observed between sediment profiles at reference and impacted locations and were largely explained by Pb variability in the top 5 cm. Median element concentrations from surface, middle and bottom regions of the sediment profile were compared to composite sample medians (no depth stratigraphy) for 11 elements at O’Brien Bay (reference) and Brown Bay (impacted). Pronounced differences were observed for Brown Bay, particularly surface and middle sections, implying that composite samples dilute the near surface anthropogenic signal by mixing with deeper uncontaminated sediment.  相似文献

A fluorescent labelling method is presented as a new tool for the investigation of organic particle transport and biogenic carbon cycling processes in sandy littoral interstices at Lake Tegel, Berlin, Germany. Passive particle transport through the pore system was studied by in situ exposition of 2.4 μm monodisperse polymeric resin microparticles stained with 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC). Uptake of fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate (FITC)-labelled Chlorella vulgaris and fine particulate organic matter (FPOM) by the interstitial fauna was investigated in laboratory and field experiments. The major portion (>85%) of the FITC-labelled particles added to sediment cores was recovered from the topmost centimetre of sediment during the study period of 14 days. Uptake of FITC-labelled FPOM was observed in several benthic groups, e.g. chironomids, microcrustaceans, oligochaetes and tardigrads, whereas C. vulgaris was ingested by oligochaetes only. There is evidence to suggest that both are suitable materials for investigating the fragmentation and ingestion of organic material by herbivorous and detritivorous fauna. Field experiments with inert microparticles and FITC-labelled FPOM (<1 mm) prepared from dried alder leaves were carried out in plexiglass tubes as in situ whole core technique. Within the investigation period of two weeks, the transport of FPOM was restricted to the topmost 2–3 cm of sediment in conjunction with a distinct fragmentation to finer size classes with respect to increasing sediment depth. Vertical FPOM transport was hindered by a high interstitial concentration of natural POM and an intensive settlement of the interstices by algae (mainly epispammic algae, 65–96% of algae cell number) and extra-cellular polymeric substances (EPS), which formed a dense three-dimensional structure.  相似文献

Total DNAs were extracted from different sections of deep sea sediment core sample collected from the Western Pacific "Warm Pool". The bacterial 16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) clone libraries were constructed and analyzed by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) and DNA sequencing. The bacterial communities in these samples and their relationship to environment were analyzed consequently. The results indicated that among eight main bacterial groups found in these sediments, members of the γ-Proteobacteria were most abundant in each section of sediment core sample and the genus Colwellia belonging to γ-Proteobacteria was dominant in this area. Members of the α-Proteobacteria were found commonly existing in these samples, while members belonging to β-Proteobacteria were seldom detected. 于2014年6-10月,对高山深水湖泊天山天池水温、电导率、溶解氧、p H值、叶绿素a浓度和蓝绿藻细胞密度进行垂直剖面的连续监测,通过对其季节动态和垂直分层结构的分析,探讨天池水体季节性分层特征.天池出现明显水温分层的时间短(6-9月),夏季温跃层变化范围为2~18 m,而秋季温跃层不断下移,10月在18 m水深以下;受水温分层影响,天池水体溶解氧浓度、电导率、p H值、叶绿素a浓度和蓝绿藻细胞密度在垂直剖面表现出明显的季节性分层,尤其是夏季水温分层影响溶解氧浓度、叶绿素a浓度和蓝绿藻细胞密度在水体中的分布,对天池水质变化产生重要影响.天池浅水层(水深小于10 m)溶解氧浓度较高(大于8 mg/L),而深水层(水深超过18 m)溶解氧浓度9月接近4 mg/L,季节性缺氧导致底泥营养盐向上扩散,对水体水质产生不利影响.所以,应在夏、秋季节加强水质监测,以防止天池水华发生;天池叶绿素a浓度与蓝绿藻细胞密度的垂直剖面变化趋势相似,均随水深增加呈先增加后减小的趋势,但叶绿素a浓度在2~12 m水深处较高,蓝绿藻细胞密度在5~15 m水深处较高,表明5~15 m深度适合藻类生长,同时,电导率、p H值的垂直变化也说明藻类的生长情况,这为监测天池水体富营养化取样和分析提供依据.  相似文献

本文选取贵州省红枫湖这一典型的亚深水型湖泊作为研究对象,在8个代表性湖区开展了为期一年的表层水体藻类浮游植物分布的月定量监测,并在4个采样点采集新鲜沉积物进行了越冬藻类赋存与复苏模拟实验研究.研究表明,红枫湖表层水体藻类种群密度蓝藻绿藻>硅藻>甲藻,蓝藻为优势门类,水体藻类种群密度秋季初期最高,其次是春季初期和夏季,具有明显的季节性演化特征.水体中越冬藻类以蓝藻为主,其次是硅藻和绿藻,水深对水体中藻类的种群密度及组成没有显著影响.沉积物中越冬藻类以硅藻为主,基本不含蓝藻.模拟实验表明,水体中的光照条件对藻类的复苏和生长有重要影响,温度和沉积物中藻类的种群密度与组成同样影响藻类的复苏.  相似文献
