对江西南部黑云母花岗岩和花岗斑岩风化剖面中Sr同位素体系的研究结果显示,花岗岩化学风化过程中,Rb,Sr之间发生明显分异,风化早期释放出的Sr/Si,Sr/Ca比值大于母岩值,Sr的淋失速率大于Si,Ca,K,Rb等营养离子.主要含Sr(和Rb)矿物相对风化速率的动态变化,导致花岗岩风化壳及其释放出Sr的87Sr/86Sr比值随时间波动变化黑云母、斜长石和钾长石的先后风化,导致风化残余物的87Sr/86Sr比值历经下降-升高-下降的波动变化,最终趋于稳定.这进一步说明,当用锶同位素示踪流域和全球范围的生物地球化学过程时,必须慎重考虑Sr从溶解固相中的优先释放以及含Sr矿物相对风化速率的变化导致的87Sr/86Sr比值的波动.  相似文献

三峡水库以及上游江段形成的河—库生态系统与长江中下游洞庭湖和鄱阳湖的江湖生态系统都是四大家鱼的重要栖息地,有相似性也有差异.2017年7—8月在三峡水库、洞庭湖和鄱阳湖利用地笼、虾笼、高网和迷魂阵采集草鱼和鲢幼鱼样本,观测耳石日轮,分析三峡水库和通江湖泊草鱼和鲢幼鱼的繁殖时间和早期生长特征及差异,探讨相应的保护措施.结果显示,三峡水库、洞庭湖和鄱阳湖采集草鱼幼鱼的孵化日期分别为4月24日—5月25日、5月21日—6月26日和5月4日—5月28日;鲢幼鱼的孵化日期分别为4月10日—6月12日、5月25日—6月19日和5月9日—6月12日.三峡水库、洞庭湖和鄱阳湖草鱼样本的体长增长率分别为1.04、1.84和1.64 mm/d,微耳石的沉积率分别为3.41、5.41和4.77μm/d;鲢幼鱼的体长增长率分别为1.10、2.87和1.96 mm/d,微耳石沉积率分别为2.96、7.17和4.57μm/d.洞庭湖草鱼和鲢的体长增长率和耳石沉积率均显著大于三峡水库;鄱阳湖鲢的体长增长率和耳石沉积率均显著大于三峡水库,而草鱼的体长增长率和耳石沉积率则与三峡水库没有显著差异.结果表明,三峡水库蓄水后长江中游干流草鱼和鲢的繁殖时间明显滞后;洞庭湖和鄱阳湖的草鱼和鲢幼鱼生长更快.目前,长江全面禁渔正在逐步实施,预期将对恢复鱼类资源起到重要的作用.除了全面禁渔之外,还建议保护和修复鱼类栖息地;减少江湖阻隔,灌江纳苗;增殖放流亲鱼;开展生态调度,促进鱼类繁殖.  相似文献

为了解长江靖江段两种刀鲚生态型长颌鲚与短颌鲚的生境履历的不同,利用X射线电子探针微区分析技术研究采集自长江靖江江段的长颌鲚和短颌鲚个体耳石的锶和钙微化学特征.定量分析结果显示,短颌鲚个体的耳石锶、钙比值(即Sr/Ca×10~3)稳定在2.00左右,反映了其在纯淡水生活的习性;而长颌鲚的锶、钙比值波动显著,不仅具有对应淡水生活的低值(1.18±0.48~2.11±0.94),还具有对应半咸水生活的高值(3.39±0.60~6.79±1.13),反映了其溯河洄游的生活习性.短颌鲚因在淡水生活,其淡水系数(FC)值均为1.00,2013年和2014年长颌鲚的FC值分别为0.36±0.06和0.50±0.11,证明了长颌鲚与短颌鲚群体间存在差异,而且长颌鲚不同年份群体间也并不相同.长颌鲚和短颌鲚的洄游模式存在显著差异,同时不同年份间的长颌鲚也存在生境履历差异.靖江段长颌鲚资源群可能来自不同出生地起源及生活史背景不同的群体.该江段是两类刀鲚的重要栖息地或洄游通道.  相似文献

测试了重庆中梁山剖面晚二叠世-早三叠世60个海相碳酸盐样品的锶同位素比值,建立了相应的演化曲线,同时分析了这些样品的SiO2,CaO,MgO,Mn和Sr含量,以评估样品锶同位素组成对海水的代表性以及样品溶解过程的合理性.除7个样品的Mn/Sr比值大于2,其锶同位素组成对海水的代表性相对较差以外,绝大多数样品的锶同位素组成对海水都具有较好的代表性.在已报道的晚二叠世-早三叠世海水的锶同位素演化曲线中,中梁山剖面是数据密度最大,曲线最为完整的.曲线总体演化趋势具有很好的全球一致性,^87Sr/^86Sr比值整体上呈现随时间变化单调上升的特征,最小值(0.707011)位于晚二叠世,最大值(0.708281)出现在早、中三叠世界线附近.全球古陆植被缺乏和风化作用加剧是早三叠^87Sr/^86Sr比值随时间单调上升的主要原因.重庆中梁山剖面二叠纪三叠纪界线是一个全球认可的界线,界线处6个样品的^87Sr/^86Sr比值仅在小数后第5位变化,其平均值为0.70714,与Korte等在2006年公布的0.70715(样品来自有铰腕足壳)的二叠系/三叠系界线处^87Sr/^86Sr比值一致(变化在实验误差范围内),因而提供的二叠系三叠系之交海水的锶同位素组成具有全球意义.可基本确认,二叠纪/三叠纪之交全球海水的^87Sr/^86Sr比值在0.70714-0.70715之间.  相似文献

本文以著名的泥河湾盆地小渡口剖面28层为实例,通过有孔虫,介形虫,腹足类微体生物壳体87Sr/86Sr比值与盆地汇水区域Sr同位素地层分布特征对比分析以及生物壳体Sr/Ca国度的相关性,来重塑沉积盆地汇水来源变更,湖水变化等古水文要素,进而可以反演区域构造-气候变化,实例研究结果表明,生物壳体87Cr/86Sr 及Sr/Ca比值等地球化学方法是恢复盆地古水文条件的重要手段。  相似文献

重庆芙蓉洞土壤带Mg和Sr元素特征及其环境意义   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
通过在2010年对重庆武隆芙蓉洞上覆土壤带的定点监测,收集土壤渗透水,结合当地气温、降水量、土壤地球化学组成和土壤粒度组成,探讨气候条件和土壤层对渗透水中Ca,Mg和sr元素浓度以及Mg/Ca,St/Ca和M∥sr比值的影响.数据显示土壤渗透水量可以快速反映地表降水量的变化,冬季和春季时(旱季)土壤渗透水在土壤中滞留时间延长是导致Ca,Mg和Sr浓度在4月出现高值的主要因素.土壤渗透水中Mg/Ca比值随着土壤渗透水滞留时间的延长和温度升高而升高,而Sr/Ca比值与降水量和气温的关系不明显.植物生长活动对ca和Mg元素的吸收强度大于对Sr元素的吸收,并且Mg的溶蚀能力相对于Sr更易于响应温度的升高,由此导致Mg/Ca与Sr/Ca比值之间呈现反相关关系.冬春旱季时土壤渗透水在土壤中滞留时间的延长导致了Mg/Sr比值在4月出现高值;而Mg/Ssr比值在7月和8月出现高值则是因为在温度升高的情形下渗透水对Mg的溶蚀相对于Sr更强.  相似文献

塔里木盆地下寒武统底部玉尔吐斯组富有机质沉积层段分布广泛, 层位稳定, 其中的硅质岩发育, 并伴有磷矿产出. 硅质岩的Al/(Al + Fe + Mn)和Si/(Si + Al + Fe)比值分别在0.0023 ~ 0.0046和0.965 ~ 0.98之间, 表明其形成于海底热水沉积环境, 且远离陆源区. 富有机质沉积层段明显富集As, Hg, Pb, Zn, Cu, Co, P, V, Ba等微量元素, Ba/Sr比值分布在21.2 ~ 158.1之间, 与现代海底热水沉积物中的Ba/Sr比值相似, 具有明显的海底热水沉积特征; 硅质岩的稀土元素总量SREE从8.81 ~ 56.682 mg/g, 平均值为31.414 mg/g, 介于大陆边缘硅质岩与深海硅质岩稀土总量之间; 硅质岩的LREE/HREE比值为1.01 ~ 3.56, 显示出海底热水沉积的特征. 该组中有机质丰度(TOC)与表征海底热水活动的地球化学参数Ba/Sr值等具有正相关趋势, 这表明海底热水活动对有机质的富集有明显的影响.  相似文献

大量微囊藻群体的形成和聚集是微囊藻水华形成的重要条件.氮、磷浓度是影响微囊藻群体生长的重要因素之一.为了探讨氮、磷浓度对微囊藻群体生长的影响,本研究以太湖微囊藻水华优势种之一的水华微囊藻作为研究对象,开展了不同氮、磷浓度对水华微囊藻群体生长的影响研究.以近几年太湖微囊藻水华暴发最严重的梅梁湾氮磷比的平均值作参考,氮、磷浓度设置为5个水平组,依次是T1(TN=0.1 mg/L,TP=0.005 mg/L)、T2(TN=1 mg/L,TP=0.05 mg/L)、T3(TN=10 mg/L,TP=0.5 mg/L)、T4(TN=100 mg/L,TP=5 mg/L)和T5(TN=250 mg/L,TP=5.44 mg/L)(BG-11培养基中氮、磷的浓度).结果显示,T1、T2、T3和T4 4组微囊藻群体均增大,且都发现有大于100个细胞的群体形成,群体大小分别为151、217、437和160 cells,而T5组微囊藻群体实验初期增大,实验后期变小,T5整个实验期间未发现有大于100个细胞的群体形成.研究结果表明相对低的氮、磷浓度有利于水华微囊藻群体的生长,而过高的氮、磷浓度则会抑制微囊藻群体生长.本研究结果也表明目前太湖氮、磷浓度有利于水华微囊藻群体的生长,从而有利于微囊藻水华形成.  相似文献

对滇东北乐马厂独立银矿床围岩和矿石的Sr同位素地球化学 (Sr 87Sr/ 86Sr体系和δ18O 87Sr/ 86Sr体系 )系统研究 ,证实成矿流体在进入矿石沉淀场所之前曾流经富放射性成因Sr的岩石或地层 ,银矿石沉淀的主要机制为水 岩相互作用 ,而且这个富放射成因锶的源区可能是元古界基底地层 (昆阳群、河口群 ) .其次 ,Sr同位素体系的理论模拟表明 ,成矿流体锶浓度为 3× 1 0 -6,锶同位素组成为 0 .75 0 ,氧同位素组成为7 0‰ ,成矿温度对碳酸岩型矿石为 1 5 0~ 2 5 0℃ ,对碎屑岩型矿石为 2 0 0~ 2 6 0℃ .  相似文献

珊瑚δ^18Oc,Sr/Ca和Mg/Ca比值是海水表面温度SST的指示剂,需要采用室内的珊瑚养殖实验给于验证.本文利用新型的室内珊瑚养殖水循环系统和新生长珊瑚培植方法,进行了不同海水温度孔21—28℃)下的鹿角珊瑚的养殖实验,对养殖珊瑚δ18Oc,Sr/Ca和Mg/Ca进行了测定.结果表明,养殖珊瑚δ18Oc,Sr/Ca和Mg/Ca与r均呈现出明显的相关性,线性回归曲线为δ18Oc(‰)=-0.1427×孔℃)-0.1495(n=18,r=-0.955,P〈0.0001),斜率-0.1427%d℃落在文献发表值范围(-0.13—0.29%d℃)的低端,Sr/Ca比值随r的上升而下降.而对Mg/Ca比值则相反,随丁的升高而增加,Sr/Ca与Mg/Ca呈现负相关关系,其线性回归曲线分别为Sr/Ca(mmol/m01)=-O.04156×T+10.59(n=15,r=-0.789,P〈0.005),Mg/Ca(mmol/m01)=0.04974×T+2.339(n=17,r=-0.457,P〈0.05),表明Mg/Ca和Sr/Ca每增加1mmol/mol时,记录的丁分别升高5.19℃和降低15.62℃,这些数值均明显低于文献所发表值,文章对此进行了初步讨论.  相似文献

To examine the accumulation pattern of organotins (OTs) in relation to the migration of diadromous fish, tributyltin (TBT) and triphenyltin (TPT) and their derivatives were determined in the muscle tissue of both sea-run (anadromous) and freshwater-resident (nonanadromous) types of the white-spotted charr Salvelinus leucomaenis. Ontogenic changes in otolith strontium (Sr) and calcium (Ca) concentrations were examined along life history transect to discriminate migration type. Mean Sr:Ca ratio from the core to the edge of the otolith in sea-run individuals was significantly higher than those in freshwater-resident one. There were no significant correlations in S. leucomaenis between OT accumulation and various biological characteristics. It is noteworthy that TBT and TPT concentrations in sea-run type were significantly higher than those in freshwater-resident individuals, although they are both of the same species. These results suggest that sea-run S. leucomaenis have a higher ecological risk of OT exposure than freshwater-residents during their life histories.  相似文献

菹草(Potamogeton crispus)附着物对水体氮、磷负荷的响应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过实验模拟了10组氮、磷负荷对菹草(Potamogeton crispus)生长期和衰亡期茎叶附着物的影响.结果显示:随着水体氮、磷浓度的升高,菹草附着物的叶绿素a(Chl.a)含量、附着有机物量、附着无机物量和附着物总量均增加,在氮、磷浓度最高的T10组(总氮12.0 mg/L,总磷1.0 mg/L),附着物的总量达到高峰,附着物的Chl.a含量为2.005~4.765mg/g(DW),附着有机物的量为29.027~94.886 mg/g(DW),附着无机物的量为176.881~397.750 mg/g(DW),附着物总量为205.909~492.636 mg/g(DW).在菹草的快速生长期、稳定期和衰亡期,附着物的Chl.a含量、附着有机物量、附着无机物量和附着物总量均存在显著差异,均表现为衰亡期 >稳定期 >快速生长期,且在各营养盐浓度下均存在这一趋势.菹草衰亡期附着物的Chl.a含量、附着有机物量、附着无机物量和附着物总量分别为稳定期的1.046~1.826、1.046~1.638、1.029~1.858和1.106~1.717倍,为快速生长期的2.324~4.059、2.323~3.640、2.101~3.792和2.280~3.584倍.结果表明水体氮、磷负荷的增加促进了菹草茎叶附着物的生长和积累,加速了沉水植物衰亡.  相似文献

Strontium stable isotopes fractionate in the soil environments?   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This study shows that the stable isotopic composition of strontium (the 88Sr/86Sr ratio expressed as δ88/86Sr value relative to the NBS987 standard) varies significantly in sedimentary terrestrial environments. The abundances of 86Sr, 88Sr isotopes were analyzed by MC-ICP-MS “Nu Plasma”. All studied rocks and waters show δ88/86Sr values that are distinctly different from the measured NBS987 standard (yielding 0.01 ± 0.05‰, all errors are reported as 2σ). Modern corals from the northern Gulf of Aqaba, Red Sea yielded significantly different value than seawater (δ88/86Sr = 0.22 ± 0.07‰, compared to 0.35 ± 0.06‰, respectively), in an excellent correlation with the δ88/86Sr analyses reported by Fietzke and Eisenhauer [Fietzke, J., Eisenhauer, A., 2006. Determination of temperature-dependent stable strontium isotopes (88Sr/86Sr) fractionation via bracketing standard MC-ICP-MS. Geochm. Geophys. Geosyst. 7 (no. 8)] on other coral samples. All carbonate samples that originated in the marine environment: corals (porites and acropora from the northern Gulf of Aqaba); Cretaceous limestone and runoff from the Judea Mountains as well as lacustrine evaporitic aragonite (Dead Sea); and Red Sea and Atlantic seawater yield an average δ88/86Sr value of 0.26 ± 0.1‰. On the other hand, secondary materials (products of chemical weathering) from the terrestrial environment of the Judea Mountain such as terra rossa soil and speleothem calcite (that derives its Sr from the above-lying soil) yielded significantly lower δ88/86Sr value of − 0.17 ± 0.06‰. This indicates that strontium isotopes fractionate in the soil environment calling for a possible development of strontium isotopes as a tracer for processes of chemical weathering and pedogenesis.  相似文献

2008年5月12日里氏7.9级汶川大地震引发了超过56000多个山体滑坡,在龙门山地区产生巨量的碎屑物质,极大地影响了流域的地表过程.然而,地震对河流碎屑物质组成及沉积过程的改变却知之甚少.紫坪铺水库超高沉积速率(平均74 cm/a)的沉积物完整记录了汶川地震前后的沉积过程,为研究2008年汶川地震对流域地表物质搬运及沉积物组成的影响提供了宝贵的素材.本研究测试了汶川地震前后紫坪铺水库沉积物的Sr同位素以及元素组成,结果表明其在地震之后均发生了显著变化.震后沉积物87Sr/86Sr与Rb/Sr比值同步降低,并且和沉积物化学蚀变指数(CIA)呈正相关性,反映了地震滑坡导致的新鲜物质对沉积物的贡献,特别是地震后强径流的2010—2011年.地震前后沉积物组成的差异性,为利用沉积物反演水文气候和构造事件及其环境效应提供了基础和潜在指标.  相似文献

The green-lipped mussels Perna viridis were exposed to <500 μm suspended solids (SS) with concentrations of 0 (control), 250, 500, 750 and 1000 mg/L for 14 days, followed by transferring to clean, filtered seawater for 28 days. Results of scanning microscopy showed significantly higher damages to the cilia on the frontal surface of the gill filaments than that on the abfrontal surface in both demibranchs. Percent ciliary depletion varied with SS concentrations and time. No sign of recovery of the gill filaments was observed after the mussels were transferred to clean seawater. In a second experiment, mussels were exposed to SS with size range from <63, >125–<250 and >250–<500 μm at 600 mg/L, together with a control (0 mg/L) for 14 days, followed by transferring to clean, filtered seawater for 28 days. Results of scanning microscopy showed significant ciliary damages in both the ascending and descending lamellae under the three particle size groups as compared with the control. Percent depletion of frontal cilia was most serious for the >250–<500 μm size group and least for the <63 μm size group. However, percent depletion of abfrontal cilia was most serious for the >125–<250 μm size group and least for the <63 μm size group. No recovery of ciliary damages was observed. The effects of particle size of suspended sediments on the morphological damages of gill filaments in the green-lipped mussels were discussed.  相似文献

The concentrations and isotopic compositions of strontium in interstitial waters from several DSDP sites, where sediments consist chiefly of carbonate oozes and chalks, are used as indicators of carbonate diagenesis by reference to a recently-produced curve showing detailed variations in the87Sr/86Sr ratio of seawater with time. Carbonate sediments of the Walvis Ridge show increases in interstitial Sr2+ concentrations in the upper carbonate-ooze sections with the highest concentrations near the ooze-chalk boundary where maximum rates of carbonate recrystallization occur. Below this, in situ production of Sr2+ diminishes and there is a diffusive flux of Sr to an underlying sink, presumably volcanogenic sediments or basalts, leading to Sr isotopic disequilibrium between carbonates and interstitial waters. In some other sites, however, there is no apparent Sr sink at depth and isotopic equilibrium is retained. Overall, diffusive smoothing of profiles exerts an important control on the87Sr/86Sr ratios, although lower ratios than contemporaneous seawater values in the carbonate oozes often correlate with zones of Mg2+ loss and reflect a combination of a flux of Sr2+ from the zone of maximum recrystallization rates together with a contribution from the in situ alteration of volcanic matter.  相似文献
