桥梁水下桩墩结构振动台模型试验相似律验证   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
模拟地震振动台模型试验是研究桥梁桩墩结构抗震设计的重要方法。振动台试验结果的有效性取决于模型结构与原型结构的相似程度,不同的试验目的对应的相似关系也有差别。桥梁水下桩墩结构动力模型试验在满足结构自身相似律的同时,也要满足结构周围动水压力的相似,水体的存在限制了试验模型的相似设计。基于目前广泛应用的Buckinghamπ定理,采用量纲分析法和方程分析法,通过对比分析,在合理假设的基础上得出了桥梁混凝土桩墩结构振动台破坏试验模型设计的实用相似关系。最后,以某实际水下桥梁桩墩结构为例,通过计算分析验证了相似关系公式并对产生的误差进行了判断。结果表明:原型结构与模型结构的地震动力响应满足预计的相似关系;推导的相似律能在一定程度上避免模型设计的困难,较适用于实际应用。  相似文献

通过几何比尺为2的两个有机玻璃模型的结构动力试验,验证了结构动力模型试验的弹性相似律和弹性力一重力相似律。得到了以下结论:(1)大小模型频率符合相似律,一阶频率误差为2.7%、4.1%,二阶频率误差为O、6.05%。弹性相似律比弹性力一重力相似律更适合于频率预测的试验。(2)大小模型的加速度、应变符合相似律,弹性相似律的加速度误差为-1.55%~8.75%,应变误差为O.377%~7.297%。弹性力-重力相似律的加速度误差为3.07%~4.158%,应变误差为6.849%~12.959%。(3)不同相似律大小模型的时问比尺吻合很好。加速度与应变时程曲线的波形一致,既无漏峰也无错峰。  相似文献

模型试验的动力相似理论是结构试验技术中的一个重要的基础性研究课题。本文设计实现了缩比为1/20和1/10的结构-地基相互作用体系的振动台模型试验,通过对两个模型的试验结果的对比研究。对结构-地基相互作用体系的动力相似关系进行了初步探讨。按照本文的动力模型的设计施工及试验原则进行的模型体系的振动台试验,在结构-地基动力相互作用体系的主要特征和规律方面有较好的相似性。在激励较小阶段和激励较大阶段,两个缩尺模型在动力特性、加速度反应时程以及上部结构的应变反应等方面具有较好的相似关系;但在试验的中间阶段,两者存在明显的差异,影响两个缩尺模型在试验中间阶段的相似性的主要原因是土体在模拟地震激励下的非线性发展程度的差异。  相似文献

在小比例尺钢筋混凝土结构模型地震模拟实验中,模型与原型间材料力学性能完全相似很难满足,致使难以正确模拟原型结构的非线性性态。依据普通混凝土和微粒混凝土力学性能实验,从动态相似的观点出发,建立原型与模型的等效动态相似关系,据此可在地震模拟模型实验中对原型结构的非线性性态进行动态模拟。通过地震模拟实验的数值模拟及反应偏差分析,验证此动态模拟实验方法的有效性。此外,小比例尺钢筋混凝土结构模型设计中通过调整配筋率、配箍率或者截面有效高度、箍筋间距等,对微粒混凝土和配筋的相似性协调进行考虑。通过简单的构件试验验证这种模型设计方法的有效性。这样,小比例尺钢筋混凝土模型将能很好地模拟原型结构的非线性性态。  相似文献

本文针对钢筋混凝土小比例尺模型,提出了考虑不同材料(混凝土和配筋)间相似性协调问题的一种新型设计方法,即通过调整配筋率、配箍率或者截面有效高度(h0)、箍筋间距等,对微粒混凝土和配筋的相似性协调进行考虑,并且通过构件试验、振动台实验和数值模拟来研究其可行性、有效性,而且通过相似偏差分析可知:相似性协调模型能很好地模拟原型结构弹塑性性态。  相似文献

This paper presents the results from shaking table tests of a one-tenth-scale reinforced concrete (RC) building model. The test model is a protype of a building that was seriously damaged during the 1985 Mexico earthquake. The input ground excitation used during the test was from the records obtained near the site of the prototype building during the 1985 and 1995 Mexico earthquakes. The tests showed that the damage pattern of the test model agreed well with that of the prototype building. Analytical prediction of earthquake response has been conducted for the prototype building using a sophisticated 3-D frame model. The input motion used for the dynamic analysis was the shaking table test measurements with similarity transformation. The comparison of the analytical results and the shaking table test results indicates that the response of the RC building to minor and the moderate earthquakes can be predicated well. However, there is difference between the predication and the actual response to the major earthquake.  相似文献

模型试验的动力相似理论是结构抗震试验技术中的一个基础性研究课题。本文设计实现了1/10、1/20和1/30三个不同比例的钢-混凝土混合结构高层建筑的振动台模型试验。通过对三个模型试验结果的对比研究,对钢-混凝土混合结构高层建筑的动力相似关系进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明,按照本文的动力模型的设计施工及试验要求进行的不同比例钢-混凝土混合结构高层建筑的振动台试验,在自振频率、振型、加速度放大系数、楼层最大位移、楼层剪力等动力特性和动力反应方面具有较好的相似性。试验结果一方面说明对这三个模型采用的动力相似关系和制作方法是合理的,另一方面也说明了对钢-混凝土混合结构房屋采用较小的1/30比例进行振动台试验是可行的。  相似文献

采用ABAQUS建立12层剪力墙结构的有限元模型,利用该结构1/5缩尺模型振动台试验时预留试块的材性试验结果及相似关系,确定相应原型结构材料的性能参数,将试验参数和我国混凝土结构设计规范给出的混凝土单轴受拉/压应力-应变关系曲线相结合,确定ABAQUS模型中混凝土损伤塑性模型所需的应力-应变参数;将试验参数和张劲公式法相结合,确定ABAQUS模型中混凝土损伤塑性模型所需的损伤因子参数。对比有限元分析结果和振动台试验结果,验证参数设置的有效性。ABAQUS有限元分析和振动台试验所得原型结构前三阶振型和自振周期相差很小,说明ABAQUS模型和参数设置能够反映并用于计算实际结构的弹性响应。ABAQUS有限元分析得到的结构损伤情况与试验模型的损伤情况基本一致;结构的顶点加速度曲线和滞回曲线等响应的有限元分析结果与试验结果在多遇地震作用下基本吻合,但由于振动台试验累积损伤的影响,两者的差异随着地震波幅值的增大而逐渐增大;ABAQUS有限元分析得到的位移包络曲线与剪力墙结构弯曲变形的特点相符。以上弹塑性分析结果进一步表明了ABAQUS模型和参数设置能够很好地模拟结构在地震作用下的响应。  相似文献

为了研究高层钢框架-混凝土核心筒混合结构的整体抗震性能,本文设计了一个典型的比例为1/15的20层钢框架-混凝土核心筒混合结构的缩尺模型,在同济大学土木工程防灾国家重点实验室实施了模拟地震振动台试验。本文重点介绍试验中模型结构在各级水准地震作用下的动力特性、加速度和位移反应,描述了模型结构的破坏位置及过程,并根据相似理论得到了原型结构的地震反应。试验研究表明:原型结构基本能够满足我国现行规范"小震不坏、大震不倒"的抗震设防标准;核心筒发挥了主要抗侧力作用;结构在大震作用下有较好的延性;钢框架与核心筒的连接节点在结构设计时应给予重视。  相似文献

A magnetorheological (MR) damper has been manufactured and tested and a non‐linear model is discussed. The parameters for the model are identified from an identification set of experimental data; these parameters are then used to reconstruct the force vs. displacement and the force vs. velocity hysteresis cycles of the MR damper for the hysteretic model. Then experiments are conducted on a three‐storey frame model using impact excitation, which identifies dynamic parameters of the model equipped with and without the MR damper. Natural frequencies, damping ratios and mode shapes, as well as structural properties, such as the mass, stiffness and damping matrices, are obtained. A semi‐active control method such as a variable structure controller is studied. Based on the ‘reaching law’ method, a feedback controller is presented. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the control system and the effect of earthquake ground motions, both numerical analysis and shaking table tests of the model, with and without the MR damper, have been carried out under three different ground motions: El Centro 1940, Taft 1952, and Ninghe 1976 (Tangshan Earthquake in Chinese). It is found from both the numerical analysis and the shaking table tests that the maximum accelerations and relative displacements for all floors are significantly reduced with the MR damper. A reasonable agreement between the results obtained from the numerical analysis and those from the shaking table tests is also observed. On the other hand, tests conducted at different earthquake excitations and various excitation levels demonstrate the ability of the MR damper to surpass the performance of a comparable passive system in a variety of situations. 随着现代建筑高度的不断增加,混合结构体系在超高层建筑中逐步广泛应用,因此对该结构体系在地震作用下的破坏机理和抗震性能展开深入的研究是一项有意义的工作。本文对一混合结构体系复杂超高层建筑进行1/35的模型模拟地震振动台试验,分析模型结构的动力特性和不同烈度地震作用下加速度、位移和应变反应,然后根据相似关系推算出原型结构的动力特性和反应,研究其在各水准地震作用下的破坏机理和破坏形式,最后对原型结构设计提出若干建议。  相似文献

本文在动力相似关系的分析基础之上,设计了一种以锯末为主要成分,用于地基-基础-上部结构动力相互作用振动台试验的模型土。用循环单剪仪对原型土和设计的模型土分别进行了试验,得出了2者的动剪切模量比Gd/Gdm ax和阻尼比λ随动剪应变γd变化的关系曲线,对两种土的动力特性进行了相似对比。试验结果表明,设计的模型土与原型土的动力特性具有较好的相似性。采用等效线性本构模型,给出了原型土和模型土的动力特性参数。对采用本文所设计的模型土进行振动台试验的动力相似问题进行了初步讨论。  相似文献

A series of shaking table tests were conducted on scaled utility tunnel models with and without construction joints under non-uniform input earthquake wave excitation. Details of experimental setup are first presented with particular focuses on: design and fabrication of double-axis laminar shear box with a rectangular hole opened on its side walls; design of two devices for measuring the slippage between the interface of test soil and the structure, and the relative deformation and rotation between joints of the structure model; and procedure for construction of input earthquake wave. The experiments were conducted in three phases. Phase 1 is free-field test. A 2-norm index is suggested to quantify the boundary effect and it is found that the designed laminar box does not impose significant boundary effect. Phases 2 and 3 are model tests in longitudinal and transversal directions, respectively. Test results are discussed in items of shear force–slip relationship at the soil–model structure interaction surface, movement and rotation of the construction joint, and effect of non-uniform earthquake input. The comparison shows that structural response under non-uniform earthquake excitation is larger than that under uniform excitation. The effect of spatial distribution of earthquake excitation should be considered in the seismic design of utility tunnel.  相似文献

本文介绍了嘉里静安综合发展项目(南区)南塔楼的结构体系、整体结构模拟地震振动台试验模型材料的选取、动力相似关系的确定以及模型的简化设计。通过分析模型结构在7度多遇地震、基本烈度、罕遇地震和8度罕遇地震阶段的动力特性、加速度及位移反应,根据相似关系得到原型结构的动力特性、层间位移、楼层剪力等动力反应。研究表明,原型结构能够满足我国现行规范"小震不坏、大震不倒"的抗震设防标准。在特大地震作用下,结构立面收进处和斜柱层存在薄弱部位。  相似文献

针对浅层软土中埋设的矩形截面地下综合管廊进行了非一致地震激励下的振动台模型试验研究。作为首个此种类型结构非一致激励的振动台试验工作,本文主要介绍试验方法,重点包括试验方案设计、开洞试验模型箱与模型结构设计,根据试验的特殊要求而开发的土体滑移传感器和地下结构接头位移测量装置,以及人工合成输入地震波动时程的方法与步骤。上述试验设计方法可供今后类似试验工作参考。试验结果分析及数值模型验证结果将在后续系列论文中介绍。  相似文献

An increasing number of high Concrete-Faced Rockfill Dams (CFRDs) have been and are being built in highly seismic hazardous regions. Because there are few examples, the failure mechanisms for each damaged CFRD still remain unclear, which prevents a rational evaluation of aseismic performance of a CFRD. In this paper, a series of large-scale shaking table tests are conducted to determine the dynamic failure modes of CFRDs, especially the failure mechanism of the face slab. A type of model slab material is developed according to similitude rules. Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) is used and improved to track the motion of each grain and subsequently measure the entire velocity field of the deforming cross-sections of dam models. The failure processes of the dams, the failure mechanisms of the slab fractures and the slab dislocations are discussed based on the experimental results. The experiments indicate that large deformations of the uppermost part of the dam caused the face slab to curve upward and crack. Another important fracture morphology of the face slab is the dislocation of its joint. The change in the granular fabric caused the granular slope to slide down and thrust outward, eventually dragging the upper half of the face slab down against its lower half; this motion is accompanied by the formation of a joint dislocation. Therefore, the stability and anti-deformation ability of both the downstream slope and the crest region of the upstream slope should be improved to withstand earthquake. The results of the shaking table model tests are consistent with the numerical simulation, and both results support the prototype dam׳s seismically induced failure characteristics.  相似文献

Two in-flight shear wave velocity measurement systems were developed to perform the subsurface exploration of shear wave velocity in a centrifuge model. The bender elements test and the pre-shaking test used in the study provided reliable and consistent shear wave velocity profiles along the model depth before and after shaking in the centrifuge shaking table tests. In addition, the use of the bender elements measurement system particularly developed here allowed continuous examination of the evolution of shear wave velocity not only during and after the shaking periods in the small shaking events but also during the dissipation period of excess pore water pressure after liquefaction in the large shaking events. The test results showed that the shear wave velocity at different values of excess pore water pressure ratio varied as the effective mean stress to the power of 0.27, to a first approximation. Consequently, a relationship between the shear wave velocity evolution ratio and the excess pore water pressure ratio is proposed to evaluate the changes in shear wave velocity due to excess pore water generation and dissipation during shaking events. This relation will assist engineers in determining the shear stiffness reduction ratio at various ru levels when a sand deposit is subjected to different levels of earthquake shaking.  相似文献

This paper describes the design, fabrication and commissioning of a single axis laminar shear box for use in seismic soil–structure interaction studies. A laminar shear box is a flexible container that can be placed on a shaking table to simulate vertical shear-wave propagation during earthquakes through a soil layer of finite thickness. The laminar shear box described in this paper was designed to overcome the base shear limitations of a small shaking table at The University of Western Ontario. The design details of the box are provided in addition to results of dynamic tests performed to commission the box. A synthetic clay comprising sodium bentonite mixed with diluted glycerin was used as the model soil and 1-G similitude theory was employed to maintain model to prototype similarity. The model soil was compacted into the container in lifts to achieve soil stiffness that increased with depth. A series of shaking table tests and numerical analyses that were performed to study the performance of the laminar box and non-linear seismic behavior of the model clay are described. The results of this study show that the laminar box does not impose significant boundary effects and is able to maintain 1-D soil column behavior. In addition, the dynamic behavior of the model clay during scaled model tests was found to be consistent with the behavior measured during cyclic laboratory tests.  相似文献

地震作用下贮料对筒仓产生的超压是造成筒仓损伤破坏的原因之一。为研究地震作用下贮料的地震响应特性及变化规律,对缩尺比例为1∶25的柱承式筒仓模型开展了单向和双向地震作用下的振动台试验,揭示了筒仓仓壁动态侧压力分布规律和超压系数,建立了仓壁动态侧压力的计算方法。研究表明:(1)地震时筒仓内贮料的运动滞后于仓壁,随着地震动持续滞后逐渐明显,且沿仓壁顶部至底部滞后不断减弱;(2)动态侧压力分布规律与测点布置位置、地震波的输入方式相关;(3)仓体顶部范围内超压系数试验值大于规范采用值,现行规范中采用的修正系数偏小;(4)仅依据单向地震激励,尚不足以真实反映地震作用下筒仓贮料的动力学特性,筒仓结构强度设计时不应忽略双向地震作用。研究成果可为柱承式筒仓的抗震设计提供参考和依据。  相似文献

Ambient vibration tests were conducted on a base-isolated apartment building in Takamatsu, Japan, to determine the mode shapes and the associated natural frequencies and damping ratios at very low levels of excitation. The latest developments in signal analysis for modal decomposition are used to analyze the ambient response data. A finite element model of the building and isolators was calibrated and refined using the experimental results from the ambient vibration tests. This model was then used to simulate the recorded response of the building under excitation from a small earthquake. The finite element model, calibrated by ambient vibration data and the low level of earthquake shaking, provides the starting point for modelling the non-linear response of the building when subjected to strong shaking.  相似文献
