The comparative observations of the tidal gravity in Three Gorges reservoir area, recorded with the LCR-ET20 gravimeter from Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the DZW-9 gravimeter from Institute of Seismology, China Earthquake Administration, are introduced. High-accuracy tidal gravity pa-rameters in this area are obtained, and the scale factor of the DZW-9 gravimeter is also estimated at a value of ?(756.06±0.05)×10?8 m?s?2V?1. The observed residuals of the corresponding instruments are investigated. Nu-merical results indicate that the long-term drift of the DZW-9 gravimeter appears a linear characteristic, and the observed accuracy is of the same order comparing with that of the LCR-ET20 gravimeter. The results given in the paper can provide with an effective reference model of the tidal gravity correction to the ground based and space geodesy.  相似文献

The KLY-4S Kappabridge and KLF-4A Magnetic Susceptibility Meter enable automated measurement of susceptibility variation with field in the ranges of 2–450 A/m and 5–300 A/m (in effective values), respectively. Unfortunately, the measurement accuracy decreases with decreasing field and it is not easy to decide whether the susceptibility variation at the lowest fields is natural phenomenon or results from measuring errors. To overcome this problem, the accuracies of both the above instruments were investigated experimentally using artificial specimens (mixture of pure magnetite and plaster of Paris) with variable susceptibilities ranging from 1 × 10−5 to 5 × 10−2. The complete curve of the field variation of susceptibility of each specimen was measured 10 times and the relative error was calculated for each field. In the KLY-4S Kappabridge, in specimens with susceptibilities higher than 100 × 10−6, the relative errors are lower than 3% in all fields and lower than 1% in the fields stronger than 10 A/m. In the KLF-4A Magnetic Susceptibility Meter, in relatively strongly magnetic specimens with susceptibilities 5 × 10−4 to 5 × 10−2, the relative error is less than 1.5% in the entire field range. While the former instrument is convenient for investigating almost all rock types, the latter instrument is convenient for measuring moderately and strongly magnetic specimens. To facilitate work with field variation of susceptibility curves, showing variable accuracies with field, the programme FieldVar was written. One of its options is plotting the measured data with corresponding field-variable error bars. The SSQ-1 Digital Tape Recording Horizontal Pendulum Tiltmeter is an instrument of high sensitivity to detect the changes of ground tilt. It uses a quartz horizontal pendulum held by Z?llner bifilar suspension to sense vertical displacement, the eddy-current transducer on the pendulum converts its displacements into electric signals. Then a microcomputer is used for data acquisition and printing as well as digit tape recording. And at the same time, a filtering pen recorder is used for visible recording. The scale value of the instrument is calibrated by computer using the known tilt angle of the bulging plate — mercury cup. The scale value is 0.3–0.5 m(″)/mV. The following are the testing results for the earth tide observation obtained from the east-west component at Baijiatan Seismic Station, Beijing: r(O1): 0.6490±0.0179 α(O1): −3.83°±1.58° r(K1): 0.8049±0.0128 α(K1): 1.40°±0.90° r(M2): 0.6699±0.0040 α(M2): −0.27°±0.34° r(S2): 0.7316±0.0075 α(S2): 2.83°±0.58° r(M3): 0.8497±0.0964 α(M3): 1.61°±6.51° The Chinese version of this paper appeared in the Chinese edition ofActa Seismologica Sinica,15, 353–359, 1993. A new concept is suggested on tectonomagnetic research about the noise in simultaneous geomagnetic difference data caused by the effect of S q local-time variation, together with the method of theoretical calculation. The level of the noise and its contribution to the total noises of the differences data are analyzed. The result indicates that the noise increases linearly with the increase of the distance between the two stations in the range of 40° longitude-difference, and its increasing rate is about 0.4 nT/(°) at latitude 40°N. The example calculated at a pair of sites with longitude-difference 0.357°, shows that the noise is about one fifth of the total noises of the difference data on geomagnetic quiet-day. 铁岭地震台SS-Y型伸缩仪2018年6月起出现NS分量的持续拉张和EW分量的小幅压性变化,经初步分析,发现仪器工作状态良好,并排除各类干扰因素。采用三点线性平滑滤波,对NS、EW分量进行趋势项、周期项提取处理,发现自2018年6月起,NS分量趋势性拉张且年变增加,EW分量趋势性压缩且年变减小,与以往相比,趋势和年变周期变化特征差异性较大,结合同一山洞的水管倾斜仪和垂直摆倾斜仪同时段产生同步转折变化及历史震例,分析认为,铁岭SS-Y型洞体应变NS分量变化为震前异常的可能性较大,后续应跟踪分析该异常的趋势性走向变化。  相似文献

Long-term measurement of carbon metabolism of old-growth forests is critical to predict their behaviors and to reduce the uncertainties of carbon accounting under changing climate. Eddy covariance technology was applied to investigate the long-term carbon exchange over a 200 year-old Chinese broad-leaved Korean pine mixed forest in the Changbai Mountains (128°28′E and 42°24′N, Jilin Province, P. R. China) since August 2002. On the data obtained with open-path eddy covariance system and CO2 profile measurement system from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2004, this paper reports (i) annual and seasonal variation of F NEE, F GPP and R E; (ii) regulation of environmental factors on phase and amplitude of ecosystem CO2 uptake and release Corrections due to storage and friction velocity were applied to the eddy carbon flux.

LAI and soil temperature determined the seasonal and annual dynamics of FGPP and RE separately. VPD and air temperature regulated ecosystem photosynthesis at finer scales in growing seasons. Water condition at the root zone exerted a significant influence on ecosystem maintenance carbon metabolism of this forest in winter.

The forest was a net sink of atmospheric CO2 and sequestered −449 g C·m−2 during the study period; −278 and −171 gC·m−2 for 2003 and 2004 respectively. F GPP and F RE over 2003 and 2004 were −1332, −1294 g C·m−2. and 1054, 1124 g C·m−2 respectively. This study shows that old-growth forest can be a strong net carbon sink of atmospheric CO2.

There was significant seasonal and annual variation in carbon metabolism. In winter, there was weak photosynthesis while the ecosystem emitted CO2. Carbon exchanges were active in spring and fall but contributed little to carbon sequestration on an annual scale. The summer is the most significant season as far as ecosystem carbon balance is concerned. The 90 days of summer contributed 66.9, 68.9% of F GPP, and 60.4, 62.1% of R E of the entire year.

大灰厂的三种形变资料的年变化显然与雨量及温度变化有关,后者在某种程度上干扰了曲线变化中的有效信息.唐山地震前1975年开始的明显变化是上述干扰因素所不能解释的.由于雨量和温度干扰因素的存在,确定异常的幅度及其起始时间是有困难的.我们用多道维纳(Wiener)预测滤波方法由输入(雨量、温度)来预测输出(短水准、连通管及伸缩仪资料).预测输出和实际资料之间的差别(预测偏差)即为我们所求的有效信息.大灰厂短水准异常变化开始于1975年4月,即开始于唐山地震前一年多.震前三个月左右观测到明显的短期异常.总异常幅度约为2毫米左右(短水准基线为26米).异常表明,唐山地震前八宝山断层活动特征具有逆冲性.   相似文献

In the paper, we have discovered the abnormal area distribution features of maximum variation values of ground motion parameter uncertainty with different probabilities of exceedance in 50 years within the range of 100°~120°E,29°~42°N for the purpose to solve the problem that abnormal areas of maximum variation values of ground motion parameter uncertainties emerge in a certain cities and towns caused by seismicity parameter uncertainty in a seismic statistical region in an inhomogeneous distribution model that considers tempo-spatial nonuniformity of seismic activity. And we have also approached the interrelation between the risk estimation uncertainty of a site caused by seismicity parameter uncertainty in a seismic statistical region and the delimitation of potential sources, as well as the reasons for forming abnormal areas. The results from the research indicate that the seismicity parameter uncertainty has unequal influence on the uncertainty of risk estimation at each site in a statistical region in the inhomogeneous distribution model, which relates to the scheme for delimiting potential sources. Abnormal areas of maximum variation values of ground motion parameter uncertainty often emerge in the potential sources of Mu≥8 (Mu is upper limit of a potential source) and their vicinity. However, this kind of influence is equal in the homogeneous distribution model. The uncertainty of risk estimation of each site depends on its seat. Generally speaking, the sites located in the middle part of a statistical region are only related to the seismicity parameter uncertainty of the region, while the sites situated in or near the juncture of two or three statistical regions might be subject to the synthetic influences of seismicity parameter uncertainties of several statistical regions.  相似文献

The results of investigations of the latitudinal distribution of annual variation of the geomagnetic field level in the seasons of 1964 (International Quiet Sun Year) using the data from 95 world magnetic observatories located at various longitudes in the latitude range 83° N–90° S are reported. The latitudinal features of the X, Y, and Z components of the geomagnetic field have been analyzed. It has been shown that the amplitudes (summer-winter differences) of the annual variation are maximal in the polar regions, decrease continuously to zero towards the equator, and are identical for both the Northern and Southern hemispheres with a half-year delay (local summer). The amplitudes of the equinox-winter difference in the equinox periods are smaller than those in summer, but are manifested simultaneously in the Northern and Southern hemispheres. An equivalent circumpolar current system has been constructed, which is responsible for the annual variation of the geomagnetic field level. Its parameters have been determined.  相似文献

22 annual layered samples of coral from 1977 to 1998 were collected from Daya Bay, South China Sea, their bomb-14C (nuclear weapons testing14C) concentrations were determined and studied, and the atmosphere-sea exchange rate and diffusion thickness were estimated and found to be 17 mol · m−2 · a−1 and 32 μm, respectively. The interannual variation of coral Δ14C is mainly controlled by oceanic factors. In ENSO years, the coastwise upwelling current of South China Sea gets intensified, hence the coral Δ14C displays its bottom value. The coral Δ14C does no respond vividly to the variation of the solar radiation energy. In the past 20 years or so, the genera situation and the oceanic thermal structure of South China Sea are still stable even though inter annual variation occurs in the atmosphere-sea interaction and the upwelling current driven by the tropical energy.  相似文献

We outline the research leading to development of the Autonomous Fibre-Optic Rotational Seismograph (AFORS) and describe the final version of the instrument. The instrument with linear changes of sensitivity keeps accuracy from 5.1 × 10−9 to 5.5 × 10−8 rad/s in the detection bandpass 1.66–212.30 Hz; it is designed for a direct measurement of rotational components emitted during seismic events. The presented system is based on the optical part of the fibre optic gyro construction where a special autonomous signal processing unit (ASPU) optimizes its operation for the measurement of rotation motions instead of the angular changes. The application of a newly designed telemetric system based on the Internet allows for a remote system control, as shown in an example of the system’s operation in Książ (Poland) seismological observatory.  相似文献

对马陵山台水管倾斜仪2007~2011年观测资料进行了质量评价,结果表明:①观测资料连续,仪器工作稳定,年零漂和年变幅小,符合形变观测规范要求。②各主波潮汐参数稳定,观测精度mγ2007~2010年连续4年均在0.004 5左右,远小于0.02,噪声水平M10.02",达到并超过了中国地震局形变优秀台站的标准。  相似文献

Shear-wave splitting parameters of 24 stations in southeastern Capital area of North China (38.5°N~39.85°N, 115.5°E ~118.5°E) are obtained with systematic analysis method of shear-wave splitting (SAM) based on the data recorded by Capital Area Seismograph Network (CASN) from 2002 to 2005. The results show that the average polarization of fast shear-wave in southeastern Capital area is consistent with regional maximum horizontal prin- cipal compressive stress in the area, and is also consistent with maximum horizontal principal compressive strain from GPS in North China. The average shear-wave splitting in southeastern Capital area (in basin) is different from that in northwestern Capital area where uplifts and basin exist, which means that tectonics can be related to shear-wave splitting results. Research also shows that the distribution of faults around stations can obviously affect the shear-wave splitting results, and complicated distribution of faults can result in much more scatter of shear-wave splitting. Moreover, in the north and south of the studied area (southeastern Capital area), the polariza- tions of fast shear-wave are not very consistent, which may be related to differences in tectonic and stress for the two areas.  相似文献

The long-term variation of the semiannual amplitude in the geomagnetic activity index aa is analyzed with the purpose of contributing to the understanding of solar variability, directly linked to geomagnetic variability. The time series of the semiannual oscillation amplitude, obtained through a wavelet analysis of the daily aa series, presents a long-term variation similar to that shown by solar and geomagnetic indices, like aa itself or Dst. However, the maximum in the semiannual amplitude series occurs around 1947, almost 10 years before it occurs in solar and geomagnetic indices time series. The phase of the semiannual oscillation fluctuates around the values predicted by the equinoctial and Russell–McPherron models, with a predominance of the equinoctial mechanism during the period of maximum semiannual amplitude. A possible source of changes in the equinoctial mechanism would be the secular variation of the Earth's dipole tilt. But, since it does not follow the semiannual amplitude trend, at first sight, it seems not to be responsible for the equinoctial predominance around 1947. The analysis of quiet and disturbed days separately indicates that only disturbed days present the semiannual annual amplitude maximum around 1947, so the 10 year time shift could be due to the mechanism responsible for the semiannual variation in geomagnetically active periods.  相似文献
