Theoretical Model and Dynamic Analysis of Soft Yoke Mooring System   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
As a popular solution for mooring an FPSO (Floating Production, Storage and Offloading) permanently in shallow water, the soft yoke mooring system has been widely used in ocean oil production activities in the Bohai Bay of China. In order to simulate the interaction mechanism and conduct dynamic analysis of the soft yoke mooring system, a theoretical model with basic dynamic equations is established. A numerical iteration algorithm based on error estimation is developed to solve the equations and calculate the dynanfic response of the mooring system due to FPSO motions. Validation is conducted by wave basin experimentation. It is shown that the numerical simulation takes only a few iteration times and the final errors are small. Furthermore, the calculated results of both the static and dynamic responses agree well with those ones obtained by the model test. It indicates that the efficiency, the precision, the reliability and the validity of the developed numerical algorithm and program are rather good. It is proposed to develop a real-time monitoring system to further monitor the dynamic performance of the FPSO with a soft yoke mooring system under various real sea environments.  相似文献

A self adaptive three-dimensional baroclinic model is designed. A horizontal temperature gradient is used to control the grid size, which can improve computational precision in the fronts without inordinately increasing computation in the whole area. A simulation of the development and disappearance of the front in the Huanghai Sea is conducted with this model. Simulations of temperature distribution throughout the year are also conducted. For accurate prediction of the deformation of cable in the towed system, a new finite element model is presented that provides a representation of both the bending and torsional effects. In this paper, the cubic spline interpolation function is applied as the trial solution. By using a weighted residual approach, the discretized motion equations for the new finite element model are developed. The model is calculated with the computation program complier by Matlab. Several numerical examples are presented to illustrate the numerical schemes. The results of numerical simulation are stable and valid, and consistent with the mechanical properties of the cable. The model can be applied to kinematics analysis and the design of ocean cable, such as mooring lines, towing, and ROV umbilical cables.  相似文献

This paper thoroughly studies a control system with control allocation for a manned submersible in deep sea being developed in China.The proposed control system consists of a neural-network-based direct adaptive controller and a dynamic control allocation module.A control energy cost function is used as the optimization criteria of the control allocation module,and weighted pseudo-inverse is used to find the solution of the control allocation problem.In the presence of bounded unknown disturbance and neural networks approximation error,stability of the closed-loop control system of manned submersible is proved with Lyaponov theory.The feasibility and validity of the proposed control system is further verified through experiments conducted on a semi-physical simulation platform for the manned submersible in deep sea.  相似文献

The floating oil storage system has been proposed as a new facility for Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) in China. Mooring is one of the key technologies to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of the oil storage system. This paper describes the concept, analysis, design and reliability of the mooring system. For mooring system design of these oil vessels, analysis is essential of the behavior of the vessel in connection with mooring facilities of nonlinear resilience. A nonlinear mathematical model for analyzing a moored vessel is established and solved. Some results of numerical simulations are presented. Assessment of the safety regarding the mooring system in terms of failure probability is carried out. Another simulation model for calculating the failure probability of the mooring system is proposed. The design parameters that have an influence on the characteristics of the failure probability have been identified. The simulation results show that the mooring system has an annual reliab  相似文献

The experiment system of 1000 m deep sea mining system is built up with the similarity theory.Sine mechanism is used to simulate mining ship to generate lateral shock excitation by ocean wave.Simulation and experiment of spherical joint connecting deep sea mining system has been done in band six marine conditions.The results indicate that the moment of spherical joint connecting deep sea mining is smaller than that of the thread connected ones,the lifting pipe of spherical joint is "flexible pipe".The flexural torque of the articulated lifting pipe system in pump and buffer is generally periodic variation with some irregularity,the value is stable on 60 N·S,and it is obviously smaller than that of the fixed lifting pipe system;The total displacement exhibits cyclic variation pattern,and the periodicity of them is longer than that of sea current.The results of experiment and simulation are basically consistent.And the analysis in the paper offers theoretical foundation of 1000 m deep sea mining system in China.  相似文献

Shallow Water Effects on Surge Motion and Load of Soft Yoke Moored FPSO   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Much attention should be paid to a large FPSO moored permanently in an oil field with water depth of only about 20 m, since shallow water effects on the hydrodynamics may bring about collision and damage. A 160kDWT FPSO with a permanent soft yoke mooring system is investigated with various shallow water depths and focuses are the low frequency surge motion and mooring load. Computation for the FPSO system is made based on linear 3-D potential fluid theory and time-domain numerical simulation method. Corresponding model test is carried out in the ocean engineering basin of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It is shown that, in the surge natural period, low frequency surge motion and mooring force increase remarkably with the decrease of water depth. Especially, the smaller the ratio of water depth and draught is, the quicker the increase is. The shallow water effects should be taken into account carefully for determining the design load of a single point mooring system.  相似文献

- In this paper, mathematical models and dynamic analyses for both SDOF and MDOF structures isolated with dampers are established and performed, and a comprehensive computation method is provided. The shock absorbing effect is illustrated through an example of a two DOF damper-isolated system excited by sinusoidal waves and actual ground acceleration input recorded in earthquakes. It is shown that most of the responses of the structure with dampers reduce greatly near the resonant zone, but acceleration is enlarged in the lower or higher frequency zone; among various parameters, the influence of frictional coefficient n is the most significant, that of damping ratio of the dampers , is the second, and that of stiffness coefficient of the dampers k, is the slightest.  相似文献

为很好地拟合研究区域长江河口的复杂边界及计算水域,本文在曲线坐标系下建立了贴体正交曲线网格生成的泊松方程变换,选择了适当的聚并函数以调节网格疏密程度。所生成网格的结果同时也与拉普拉斯方程变换的结果进行了比较,分析表明效果良好,可用于含有小岛的长江口多连通域的网格划分。  相似文献

为了能够精确地拟合天然水域不规则的水陆边界,并能保持有限差分数值计算在矩形网格中进行,本文利用Thompson的数值网格生成技术,在长江口南支七丫口至横沙河段设计了一个椭圆型边界拟合坐标系,并在这个坐标系下建立了平面二维潮流数学模型。通过数值求解此数学模型,实现了计算区域内现状潮流的一个数值模拟,模拟结果表明,模式的设计是成功的。  相似文献

采用SIMPLEC算法的有限体积法,求解非定常流动的N-S方程,采用k-ω紊流模型,通过模拟均匀无粘性推移质的冲刷和淤积,得到海底管道由搁置在海床上的状态变为悬跨状态这一过程的管道周围局部海床冲刷情况,建立了海底管道局部冲刷的二维数值模型。海底管道从搁置在底床上到冲刷悬空的过程中,管道周围的空间产生了拓扑变化,这给采用贴体网格并在计算过程中进行网格重构的传统方法带来了很大困难,而采用切割单元法,把物体轮廓从静止的背景直角坐标结构化网格中切割出去,计算过程中不需要传统意义的网格重构过程。数值模型预测的海底管道周围局部冲刷结果与Mao的物理模型实验实测结果及Liang和Cheng等的数值模拟结果符合较好,验证了模型的准确性。  相似文献

为了研究深圳河河口福田保税区围垦填土占用部分河道对深圳河治理工程防洪能力和河床冲淤变化的影响情况,建立了贴体正交曲线坐标系下的平面二维的深圳河河道-河口-海湾整体水域的水流泥沙数学模型,模型中采用双步全隐有限差分法离散求解水流运动方程,悬沙不平衡输运方程采用三阶QUIKEST格式离散后用交错方向法求解。在经实测水文资料验证的基础上,应用数学模型计算了8种洪峰流量和河口高潮位组合4种围垦填土的挖除方案下深圳河沿程水位和河床冲淤变化,讨论了深圳河治理工程防洪能力降低的程度和近河口段洲滩冲刷以及所造成香港一侧红树林的破坏情况,提出了优化挖除方案。  相似文献

建立了一个地震海啸数值模式,模式包含越洋海啸传播部分和近岸海啸变形部分,在越洋海啸传播部分中采用线性浅水方程,使用蛙跃格式求解,并且选择合适的空间步长与时间步长,使差分格式中产生的数值频散与包辛尼斯克方程中的物理频散一致,这样在不影响海啸数值计算精度的前提下,节省了计算机的机时与内存.在近岸海啸变形部分的计算中,考虑了非线性对流项与海底摩擦项.同时该模式采用了多重网格嵌套技术,提高了所关心地区的计算精度.利用这个地震海啸模式模拟了1994年发生在台湾海峡的一次地震海啸,结果与观测记录较吻合.这个模型已用于我国沿海核电站可能最大地震海啸的数值计算.  相似文献

以载人深潜器的各种水动力参数和实际尺寸为基础,根据几何空间坐标方程建立了其运动学模型,采用MultiGen公司的Creator建模工具和Vega视景环境完成了在深海虚拟环境下的系统仿真。该系统可以实现深海机器人的可视化,更加直观、生动和实时的反映其位姿状态和水面、水下巡航过程。该系统实际应用在中国科学技术馆深海机器人展馆项目上,一方面展示载人深潜器的水下工作过程,同时也使得观众有机会亲身体验潜水器的操纵与驾驶。实际运行结果表明,该系统逼真地演示了载人深潜器水面备航、无动力下潜以及近海底巡航等仿真过程,能够满足系统仿真的实时性要求。该系统还可以应用到深海环境模拟研究、水下机器人运动仿真、控制系统调试以及操纵驾驶训练等中。  相似文献

缓坡方程被广泛地应用于描述波浪的传播变形计算,目前一般采用矩形网格求解.将计算域剖分为任意四边形网格,以格林公式为基础,在变量沿单元边界线性变化的假定下,对双曲型的波能守恒方程、波数矢无旋性方程进行离散,同时通过等参单元变换推求节点偏导数值以离散椭圆型光程函数方程,从而建立了任意曲线边界条件下缓变水深水域波浪传播的数值模拟模型.将模型应用于平行直线型等深线地形,并将计算域剖分为不规则四边形网格,对不同入射角、底坡、波高等多种组合情况比较了数值解与解析解,结果表明两者一致.应用于复杂边界的实例,数值模拟结果与物模实验值基本吻合.  相似文献

针对源自Stokes-Helmert边值理论的大地水准面计算模型适用性问题,首先详细解析了Stokes-Helmert方法的基本原理和计算模型,研究探讨了该方法与其他现有方法的关联性和差异性,分析比较了Stokes-Helmert计算模型和相同类型模型的技术特点,提出了Stokes-Helmert计算模型的实用改化方法,同时设计了4种分步改化模型的实验验证方案,使用超高阶位模型EGM2008作为数值模拟标准场,对分步改化模型的计算效果进行了数值精度检核,并开展了数据观测噪声影响评估检验,得出了一些有参考和实际应用价值的研究结论。在一定条件下,使用改化Stokes-Helmert方法计算(似)大地水准面可获得优于2cm的内符合度。  相似文献
