黄河、长江和珠江是我国直接入海的三条最大河流,流域面积之和占我国直接入海主要河流流域面积的90%。三大河三角洲近代沉积物的沉积化学特点是:黄河三角洲CaO含量高,而A12O3、TiO2和有机质含量均较低;长江三角洲的MgO、MnO含量略高;珠江三角洲的Fe2O3、TiO3含量高,CaO含量低。这种沉积化学特征的差别,是由于沉积化学成分受地带性的生物气候及河口地球化学环境制约的结果。  相似文献

用Zeeman-5000型原子吸收分光光度计火焰法测定了上海滨岸潮滩沉积物中Cu、Pb、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr的总量及其5种地球化学形态含量,发现根际沉积物中的重金属含量一般低于表层沉积物,但在重金属含量水平上,均为Fe>>Mn>Zn>Cu,Pb,Cr;单因子方差分析表明重金属在根限沉积物中存在显著的季节变化(p<0.05=,Cu、Pb、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cr在高潮滩芦苇根限沉积物中的含量均在夏、秋季出现最低值或次低值,在中潮滩海三棱Biao草根际沉积物中的季节含量随采样地点不同而变化,但与同一地点表层沉积物中的含量相关性很好,除Cr(r=0.18)外,相关系数(r)分别达到0.77、0.74、0.65、0.84、0.77;Cu、Fe、Zn、Cr在沉积物中均以残渣态含量为主,Pb、Mn的碳酸盐结合态含量较高,秋季各重金属元素的碳酸盐结合态与铁锰氧化物结合态之间发生形态上的迁移与转化。  相似文献

海水养殖池沉积物中重金属形态和生物酶活性的关系研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以连云港市对虾养殖池表层沉积物为研究对象,采用Tessier连续萃取法,研究了表层沉积物中重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Cr、As、Mn)的赋存形态和酶(脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶、转化酶)活性的相关性。结果表明,重金属Cu和Zn以有机-硫化物结合态为主要的赋存形态,Pb以铁锰氧化物态为主要的赋存形态,Cd以可交换态(平均33.47%)和碳酸盐结合态(平均31.16%)为主要存在形态,Cr和As主要以残渣态存在,Mn的铁锰氧化物态比例最高。脲酶的活性范围为0.45—8.96mg/(g·24h),碱性磷酸酶活性范围为2.45—6.69mg/(g·24h),过氧化氢酶活性范围为0.14—2.36m L/(g·min),转化酶活性范围为0.45—10.45mg/(g·24h)。脲酶活性与Cd、As的可交换态、Cd的碳酸盐结合态、Cu、As的铁锰氧化物态、Zn、Pb、Cd、Mn的有机硫化物态之间显著相关;碱性磷酸酶活性与Zn、Cd的铁锰氧化物态显著相关;过氧化氢酶活性与Cd的可交换态、碳酸盐结合态及残渣态、Cu、Cd、As的铁锰氧化物态、Zn、Pb、Cd、Mn的有机硫结合态之间显著相关;转化酶活性与Cu、Cd、As的可交换态、Cd的碳酸盐结合态、Cu、Cd、As的铁锰氧化物态、Zn、Pb、Cd、Mn的有机硫化物态、Cd、As的残渣态之间显著相关。酶活性可以用来指示海水养殖池沉积物中重金属的形态转化过程。  相似文献

The five chemical associations ofheavy metals have been extracted continuously using the Tessier extracting method.Results show that Cu,Pb,Fe,Zn and Cr in the sediments are mainly distributed in residual fraction,while the major chemical association of Mn is carbonates.Carbonate heavy metals are converted into Fe-Mn oxides in autunm.And in the low tidal flat,after carbonates have changed into ionic heavy metals,some of the elements are transported to the overlying water,Cu,Pb,Fe and Mn have good correlations with each other,and Zn,Cr also show their similarity of chemical behavior in the sediments.  相似文献

东海陆架EA1孔和EA5孔沉积物化学成分变化范围较大。与东海陆架表层沉积物相比,钻孔沉积物的Si,Al,Mg,Mn,Ti,P,Ba,Zr,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cr明显偏高,而Fe,Na,Ca,Sr,Li,U明显偏低,与全球大陆地壳化学组成相比,钻孔沉积物的Si,Li,Rb,Ba,Th,Zr,Hf,Cu,Zn,Pb偏高,而Al,Na,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Ti,P,Sr,U,Co,Ni,V,Cr偏低,钻孔沉积物的化学成分在垂向上具有明显变化,主要受岩性和沉积环境的控制,钻孔沉积物中元素的富集因子(EF)均小于10,接近于1,表明钻孔沉积物主要来自大陆地壳,一些元素因分异或外来物质加入而富集,一些元素则因分异带出而亏损,钻孔沉积物源区的DF值判别表明,钻孔沉积物与现代黄河,长江沉积物均有亲缘关系,可能是在末次冰期最盛期,由于气候带南移,干旱区域扩大,在古长江搬运沉积物中类似现今黄河沉积物的干旱组分明显增加,从而导致了地球化学示踪结果的长江与黄河双重性,或者说古气候的变化导致了古长江搬运物质成分的变化。  相似文献

Abstract

Surface sediment samples (60 μm‐2 mm, and < 60 μm fractions) from the Waiwhetu Stream, Lower Hutt City, New Zealand, were leached with dilute HCl to remove the mobile heavy‐metal fraction. Cd, Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn, Al, Fe, and Mn analyses of the leachates show that sediments of the upper reaches area of the stream are generally uncontaminated. In contrast, sediments in the lower reaches area are highly contaminated, despite clean‐up measures in the late 1970s. Lead and Zn are the most significantly enriched metals with concentrations over 1000 mg kg?1 adjacent to some drains. In the polluted zone, metals originate from either upward remobilisation from underlying sediment (contaminated in the early 1960s and 70s) or more recent industrial spillages. Similar trends exhibited by Cd, Cu, Cr, Zn, Pb, and Al indicate that a proportion of the metal enrichment downstream probably results from a naturally higher clay content of sediments near the mouth of the stream. Fe and Mn show reverse trends to the other metals, indicating that a high proportion of these two metals occurs in substrate different to that of the other metals. The orange brick‐coloured sediments of the upper reaches of the stream indicate oxides upstream; the black sediments in the lower reaches indicate sulphides downstream.  相似文献

现代黄河三角洲ZK226孔岩心的~(210)Pb、Al、Fe、Mn和Cu的地球化学表明,沉积物的粒度是控制上述元素的主要因素,这些元素与粒度的相关性是~(210)Pb>Fe>Al>Mn>Cu。粘土和Fe的水合氧化物是吸附~(210)Pb的主要组分。标准化后的~(210)Pb_ex,与Al、Fe,Mn和Cu的比值对黄河中上游流域的土壤侵蚀情况具有良好的指示意义,这为建立黄河中上游流域的土壤侵蚀模式打下了必要的基础。  相似文献

This is the first study of the flocculation of dissolved Fe, Al, Mn, Si, Cu, Pb and Zn during mixing in Zhujiang Estuary, based on the experiment on a series of solutions of salinities ranging from 0 to 24 by mixing the Zhujiang water near Zhongshan University and the seawater in Wan-shan Archipelago area. The mechanism of flocculation of the 7 elements is explored, and the effects of time, acidity and temperature on flocculation are discussed. The results show that the flocculation rates of Fe and Pb in the Zhujiang water are almost a hundred per cent, while that forCu reaches 76%; for Mn, 51%; for Al, 48%; for Zn, 28%; and for Si, 1.2%, indicating that Si is conservative.  相似文献

应用矿物分析的方法研究大沽河下游泥沙的来源,研究表明,大沽河上游和小沽河流域的重矿物特征有很大的不同,大沽河上游段以高的普通角闪石含量为标志,绿帘石、钛铁矿具有较高的含量。小沽河和大沽河下游的重矿物组成以普通角闪石+绿帘石+透闪石+石榴石为主,重矿物特征相似性明显,其重矿物含量和主要重矿物相对含量都比较相似,数值相差不大,而且矿物的形态特征、矿物的种类也一致。这说明大沽河下游的泥沙主要来源于其支流小沽河,因此,小沽河流域的水土保持是大沽河河道以及胶州湾沉积环境整治的关键。  相似文献

Experimental data on anoxic freshwater sediments from the Hamburg harbor indicate that commonly performed storage and pretreatment methods including aeration by drying strongly change the original associations of heavy metals with different sediment components. Oven-drying as well as freeze-drying under ‘vacuum’ affects metals originally bound to carbonate (Fe, Mn) and to the sulfidic/organic fraction (Zn, Cd, Cu, Pb), as indicated by sequential chemical extractions. While the easily oxidizable Cu and Pb portions are transferred mainly into the moderately reducible fraction, those of Zn and especially Cd are found in easily reducible and labile exchangeable fractions upon aeration of the sediment. Metals from only the latter fractions are potentially mobilizable via pore-water fluxes. Useful information on solid speciation influencing the mobility of contaminants in biogeochemically reactive sediments by the chemical leaching approach requires, therefore, proper and careful handling of the anoxic sediment samples.  相似文献

本文介绍了大亚湾沉积物中N和P的地球化学形态(包括形态总量、有机态、无机态及其细分态)的分析方法,并对7个测站沉积物中该两元素的各种形态分配特征进行了研究。结果表明:N和P的总量、有机态和无机态都具有几乎完全相同的分布规律;N和P的主要地球化学形态分别是有机态和无机态,分别占各自总态的80%和60%左右,有机态中的N/P比值非常接近于浮游生物体中该两元素组成典型比值16;N和P的各种形态含量与其相关的结合成分都有较好的相关关系。  相似文献

This study aims at apprehending the major forcing factors which govern the spatial and vertical Mn and Fe distributions in ten cores from the Gulf of Lions. Speciation by chemical leaching experiments helps understanding their chemical behaviour during the early diagenetic processes in a marine environment under strong continental influence.The distribution and chemical behaviour of Mn and Fe differ drastically. The strong dependence of Mn distribution on chemical conditions is expressed by a marked solid phase Mn enrichment in the oxic layers of sediment deposits. This enrichment increases with decreasing sedimentation rate (increasing water depth). It is illustrated by an enhanced portion of total Mn in the reducible phase and the precipitation of todorokite on calcareous supports in the upper part of the deepest cores. As a result, 65% of the margin total particulate Mn is thought to be stored in slope deposits in a relatively strongly held association. Conversely, the low chemical mobility of iron in the sedimentary column is indicated by uniform depth profiles and an exclusive location in the residual chemical phase in all the studied sites. The Fe distribution is largely controlled by the dispersion of particulate material on the margin from the Rhône River main source.A budget of Mn and Fe accumulation based on the average amount of total Mn and Fe content of sediments deposited during the last 100 yr, has been made taking into account diagenetic readjustments. The total Mn and Fe amount stored on the margin during the last century is estimated to be 1.5×106 and 54×106 t, respectively. These values are seven times higher than the total secular external inputs calculated on the basis of present day riverine and atmospheric fluxes. This large discrepancy is mainly explained by the sharp decrease of the Rhone River discharge after dam buildings between 1950 and 1958. A residual discrepancy dating before 1950, is likely to be due to seafloor erosion and gravity induced mechanisms.  相似文献

不同沉积环境和沉积机制下进入海洋沉积物中的元素分别与不同介质结合,因此,将沉积物中不同结合形态元素相分离的顺序萃取方法是研究沉积物源和沉积环境的重要手段。以Tessier等建立的萃取流程为基础,针对深海沉积物标准物质GBW07315中Fe、Mn、Co、Cu、V元素,分析了方法的准确性和重复性。结果表明:各元素回收率基本介于94%~126%之间,平均值为106%。在重复性方面,除V元素在铁锰氧化物结合态中的相对标准偏差较高外,其余元素在铁锰氧化物结合态、有机结合态以及残渣态中的相对标准偏差均低于15%,而碳酸盐结合态和可交换态中元素的相对标准偏差较大,这与其样品中这些结合态的元素含量相对较低有关。因此,对于深海沉积物来讲,顺序萃取法具有较好的稳定性和可靠性,尤其是对其中铁锰氧化物结合态、有机结合态和残渣态的萃取效果令人满意。将该方法应用于冲绳海槽热液影响沉积物中,实现了热液源铁锰氧化沉积的有效萃取和分离。  相似文献

为了解大亚湾沉积物中重金属分布及污染状况,于2016年8月对大亚湾海域表层沉积物中重金属元素(As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Zn和Cu)展开调查,并将获得的各元素含量与粒度、Fe、Mn和总有机碳(TOC)等相关理化要素进行相关性分析。结果表明:大亚湾沉积物中重金属受陆源输入影响较大,含量基本呈现为沿岸高、湾内低的趋势,总体质量较好,基本符合第一类海洋沉积物质量标准要求;澳头湾和范和港附近海域人类活动密集,重金属含量较高。通过相关性分析结果发现,大亚湾重金属主要来源为岩石的风化和侵蚀、工业污水排放和渔业养殖等;Cu与铁锰氧化物结合性弱于其他元素,在还原性环境中被沉积物吸附形成金属Cu硫化物可能是喜洲岛附近海域Cu元素含量异常高值的原因;作为湾内有机质主要来源的水生浮游生物的生长状态对Cr、Zn和Pb含量影响较大;Cr、As和Pb与粉砂结合为主,Zn与粘土结合为主。  相似文献

闽江是我国东南沿海地区最大的河流,年径流量位居全国第3位。对采自闽江下游及闽江口邻近海域的沉积物分析表明,沉积物以SiO2含量高、Al2O3等组分的含量较低为特点。样品中碎屑矿物主要是石英、斜长石、正长石、白云母和绿泥石。从SiO2看,闽江沉积物与石英砂岩的成分较接近,不同于浅海沉积物,与黄河、长江、珠江三大河流也有较大差异。地形地貌及水动力条件控制沉积物粒度的分布,粒度又控制沉积物的组分分布。总体表现为,由陆向海,呈SiO2逐渐降低、Al2O3等组分升高的趋势。人类活动对闽侯段及闽江北港到马江段河流沉积物的影响也不容忽视。闽江流域的源区特征、水动力条件和搬运距离以及物理化学条件与生物作用对沉积物的改造,使得沉积物组分间具有良好的相关性。  相似文献

利用原子吸收和等离子发射光谱等方法,对冲绳海槽北端184个表层沉积物中的Al和过渡元素(Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn和Zr)进行了化学分析。结果表明,由于受生源碎屑稀释作用的影响,过渡元素在陆架砂质区含量较低,其分布呈北西-南东向舌状延伸;由于细粒组分的增加,在陆架细粒沉积区和海槽区过渡元素含量较高。Mn主要在海槽区富集,在陆架和陆坡区变化不大。除了Mn之外,Al和其他过渡元素均呈明显正相关。Al/Ti比值与陆壳平均值接近,说明二者主要来源于陆源碎屑。Mn/Fe比值与邻近海区沉积物类似,但在陆架区CaO含量大于20%的沉积物和海槽区沉积物中相对较高,这分别是生物富集作用和自生沉积的结果。过渡元素富集因子分析结果表明,研究区过渡元素部分来自于黄河、部分来自于长江物质。  相似文献

635 samples of suspended particulate matter (SPM), collected in the St. Lawrence river and estuary during periods of high and low river flow from a series of individual and anchor stations on a transect traversing the turbidity maximum zone, as well as two sediment box cores, were analyzed for Al, Si, Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn.An abrupt change in elemental composition occurs when traversing the front at the landward edge of the turbidity maximum. As the SPM concentration increases across the front from 20–200 mg l?1, the Ca/Al and Mg/Al ratios of the SPM increase and the Si/Al, Fe/Al and Mn/Al ratios decrease. The almost 50% decrease of the Mn/Al ratio is not related to changes in salinity. Within the turbidity maximum the tidal-averaged Si/Al, Ca/Al, Mg/Al and Fe/Al ratios of the SPM do not differ significantly from the landward to the seaward end of the turbidity zone, but on one tidal station the ratios of Si, Ca and Fe to Al are significantly lower at high river flow than at low flow. The Mn/Al ratio is insensitive to the extreme variations of either salinity (0.6–30‰) or SPM concentrations (10–480 mg l?1) within the turbidity zone. A tendency for higher Mn/Al ratios to be associated with near-bottom SPM, observed in the center of the turbidity zone during the low river flow period, is well developed in the lower reaches of the zone.Diagenetic mobilization within the rare fine-grained bottom sediments of the turbidity maximum is responsible for changes in Mn and Fe content of particulate matter, and early settling of coarse-grained components and size sorting within the zone are responsible for other compositional changes. Local sources, desorption and precipitation are apparently of secondary importance. The depletion of both Mn and Fe in the SPM and sediment of the upper estuary implies a net seaward escape of diagenetically mobilized metal.  相似文献

We present the results of chemical determinations of Al, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, Co, Cr, Pb, Sb, and As in Black Sea sediments over a profile from the Kerch Strait to the eastern part of a deep depression (2210 m). The lithological and geochemical variations were studied in the horizontal and vertical profiles of sediments up to 3 m thick. The tendencies in the distributions of the studied metals during Pleistocene and Holocene sedimentation were analyzed beginning from Neoeuxinian freshwater deposits via the overlaying Drevnechernomorian beds with elevated contents of sapropel to modern clayey carbonate deposits with coccolithophorids. Statistical factor analysis isolated five factors: two main factors (75% of the total dispersion) and three subordinate factors. The first leading biogenic factor (47% of dispersion) reflects the correlation between Сorg, Cu, and Ni; the second terrigenous factor (28% of dispersion) combimes Fe, Al, Cr, and Sb. The chemical composition of the sediments reflects the manifestation of diagenesis of landslide processes and mud volcanism along with sedimentation regularities.  相似文献

The Changjiang (Yangtze) estuarine and offshore sediments were analyzed for total heavy metals concentrations and chemical fractions.Distributions of heavy metals show typical banded diffusion pattern,with high concentrations near the river mouth and following a decreasing trend in the offshore direction.According to chemical fractions,Fe/Mn oxide fraction is the major non-residual fraction in the Changjiang estuarine and offshore sediments.Higher percentage of non-residual fraction of Pb implies that,the industrial contaminations transported via the atmosphere and river input,may affect the non-residual fraction of heavy metals.Over past fifteen years,the concentration of Pb normalizing to Al presents significant increasing trend,corresponding to the effect of human activities.By comparison of heavy metals fractions in 2003 to 2006,it has been realized that increasing water and sediment may cause a higher percentage non-residual fraction of Cu in the southern part of offshore muddy sediments.  相似文献
