研究深海顶张力立管(TTR)的固有振动特性.通过考虑两种不同的分析模型,研究沿水深变化的轴力以及张紧环运动对于立管固有振动频率和振型的影响.考虑立管顶端动边界条件及立管轴力随水深变化,提出了计算深水顶张力立管固有振动频率的方法,给出考虑浮体升沉及张紧环运动时顶张力立管的固有振动特性.结果表明,考虑变轴力和张紧环的影响是计算立管固有频率需要考虑的;立管浮体的运动,导致立管频率显著变化,从而改变立管的共振特性.  相似文献

作为浮式结构最常采用的两种系泊方式,悬链式系泊和张紧式系泊皆存在不足。本文提出了一种新型系泊系统,并以一深水FPSO为例,采用完全时域耦合分析方法,对不同工作水深情况下的浮体及新型系泊系统的运动性能进行了数值模拟,并将该新型系泊系统的仿真结果与传统的张紧式系泊系统进行了比较,分析了新型系泊系统在浮体运动性能、缆索张力等方面的改善,同时探讨了该新型系泊系统的最佳工作水深。  相似文献

考虑海底地形的变化、系缆的拉伸形变及海流力等因素,研究了深海平台系缆形状和张力分析方法采用集中质量法,得到系缆方程组,采用牛顿法求解该非线性系缆方程组,建立系缆形状和张力的计算方法。计算了平坦海底和海底地形凹凸变化时水深1 018 m情况下的系缆形状、系泊张力和浮体平衡位置。计算结果表明,海底地形对于深海系泊系统张力影响较大,而计算系缆形状和张力、系泊浮体的运动时,需要考虑海底地形的影响。  相似文献

基于有限元数值模拟,进行了"平台垂荡-顶张力立管涡激振动"整体系统的动响应数值模拟。动响应模型考虑了立管尾迹流场的水动力与结构动力的耦合和垂荡引起的立管结构刚度的时变特性;分析了平台垂荡运动的频率、模态阶数等因素对水下顶张力立管涡激振动的影响。数值结果表明:与不考虑平台运动相比,立管的动响应位移会增大;立管响应幅值随着模态阶数的降低而增大;在响应过程中,尤其对于低阶模态,会出现响应的模态转换现象。鉴于在平台垂荡和涡激振动的共同作用下,立管的动响应会大于涡激振动、参数激励分别单独作用的响应,建议在立管实际工程设计中应该考虑平台运动和涡激振动耦合激励作用下的结构动响应。  相似文献

以深海顶端张紧式立管为研究对象,基于圆柱体受迫振荡实验数据和能量平衡原理预报立管涡激振动响应及其诱发的疲劳损伤度,各主要参数随机化,应用响应面法建立了涡激振动疲劳安全系数与极限状态方程关系,研究了疲劳安全系数对结构可靠性的影响,并分析了各随机变量的灵敏度。研究结果表明:1)随着疲劳安全系数的增大,结构失效概率逐渐减小,且失效概率的减小幅度随疲劳安全系数的增加而趋缓。疲劳安全系数SF无需超过20。2)增加疲劳安全系数SF可降低疲劳载荷不确定量B、S-N曲线参数A、顶张力、流速、外径和壁厚等立管及环境随机变量对结构涡激振动疲劳损伤可靠性的影响。3)立管各参数中,流速、外径和壁厚均值越大,立管结构安全度越低,顶张力对结构影响相反;各参数的标准差越大,结构可靠度越低。均值灵敏度由大到小依次为顶张力、流速、外径和壁厚,标准差灵敏度由大到小依次为流速、张力、外径和壁厚。4)壁厚对深海顶张紧式立管涡激振动所致疲劳损伤影响很小,可忽略其影响。研究成果可为深海顶张紧式立管涡激振动疲劳安全系数的选取提供参考。  相似文献

考虑阻尼的影响,研究海洋立管的动力特性。通过分析管内流体及管外海洋环境荷载的共同作用,建立海洋立管涡激振动偏微分方程,进而得到立管动力特性方程,用复模态分析法求解动力特性方程得到立管考虑阻尼的自振频率。算例计算表明:考虑阻尼的立管自振频率略小于不考虑阻尼的立管自振频率;立管的自振频率随着内流流速的增加而减小,但内流流速不大时,影响较小;管道长度对立管的自振频率影响较大。  相似文献

考虑内流的作用,研究缓波形立管在海洋环境荷载作用下的非线性静动力力学性能。采用细长柔性杆理论,建立缓波形立管运动方程,利用有限元法进行离散,运用Newton-Raphson法和Newmark-β法分别对立管进行静动力分析,编制缓波形立管计算分析程序LWRNM,研究缓波形立管在海流、内流、浮体漂移与运动作用下的结构响应。结果表明:随着海流从x负向变成x正向和流速的增大,缓波形立管线形变缓,有效张力增大,弯曲曲率的极值减小;随着内流流速的增加,缓波形立管的固有频率下降;随着顶部浮体从近端向远端漂移,缓波形立管的有效张力增大,弯曲曲率的极值减小;纵荡和垂荡作用下,缓波形立管的顶部有效张力变化周期与浮体激励周期相同,横荡作用下,顶部有效张力变化周期为浮体激励周期的二分之一,垂荡作用下,缓波形立管顶部有效张力变化幅值最大,纵荡作用下次之,横荡作用下最小。  相似文献

研究了涡激力作用导致顶张力立管基于双频激励的参量共振机理。随着海洋油气开发走向深水,参量共振成为深海立管设计面临的挑战之一。立管系统一旦发生参量共振,将因应力过大或疲劳损伤而发生破坏,造成油气泄漏从而带来环境污染和重大经济损失。顶张力立管受涡激力作用产生横向运动,引起轴向张力波动,满足一定条件时,立管将发生参量共振。目前研究多以单频外激励探讨立管的马修不稳定性,而实际激励为多频叠加,因此双频外激励被提出并被应用于对立管参量稳定性的探讨。研究建立了顶张力立管非线性耦合的运动方程,并推导了多频激励马修方程,采用布勃诺夫-伽辽金法求解有阻尼马修方程,对比分析了单频和双频激励对顶张力立管参量稳定性的影响,探讨了双频激励马修方程设计深海顶张力立管参量稳定性的应用。研究表明:涡激致顶张力立管产生轴向应力波动,进而导致立管系统发生参量共振的现象值得设计人员关注;此外,实际工程设计中激励函数的选取,对被研究系统参量稳定性特性以及阻尼特性的预测具有决定性影响。  相似文献

海上油气生产要求FPSO具有低幅运动的特性,因此系泊系统性能的优劣直接影响生产作业的效率和安全。针对新概念FPSO-IQFP(圆角倒棱台形FPSO)的浮体特点和边际油田经济性开发的需要,设计一套经济有效的多点系泊系统。首先,将钢制悬链线系泊系统和聚酯纤维张紧式系泊系统作为备选方案,根据定常力计算结果并参照工程经验,给出两种系泊系统的初始设计方案,并进行二者的静特性分析,探讨系泊参数对系泊系统受力和位移的影响规律;在此基础上,结合时域计算结果,确定系泊系统的优化设计方案;最后,给出系泊系统的回复力和浮体位移之间的关系曲线,并在静力范围内比较两种系泊系统的优劣性。静力分析结果初步验证,较之悬链线系泊系统,张紧式系泊系统用于浅水作业的IQFP上更具优越性。  相似文献

A frequency domain normal mode solution is presented for the dynamic response of an unbuoyed marine riser subjected to periodic excitation from a surface vessel in the direction of wave propagation. The variable tension beam-column equation is solved in terms of normal modes of free vibration of the riser and the rigid body displacement. Drag forces on the riser are represented by Morison's formula taking account of the velocity of the riser and wave-induced fluid velocity. A periodic solution for the flexural motion of the riser and the bending stress is then obtained by means of an iterative solution of the frequency response function. The drag force induced stresses arising from a linearly varying current are also determined. The results presented compare favourably with those obtained by other methods.  相似文献

海洋油气混输时,气液两相流与混输立管之间的双向流固耦合作用机理十分复杂.针对柔性立管与气液两相流的流固耦合响应问题,在气液两相循环试验装置中开展了不同流型两相流流动特性及柔性立管振动响应的测试,利用高速摄像非介入测试技术同步捕捉了柔性立管的振动位移与管内的流型演变过程,对比了不同流型气液两相流诱导的立管振动响应特性,通过对比固定和振动立管内的气液两相流动特性,辨析了振动对管内两相流动的影响.结果表明:柔性立管中出现了泡状流、泡状—段塞流、段塞流、段塞—搅拌流和搅拌流五种流型,不同流型的气液两相流诱导立管振动的机理不同,在段塞—搅拌流作用时立管的振动响应最剧烈.与固定立管相比,强烈的振动不同程度地改变了气液两相流的流动特性,振动立管中部分两相流流型转变的临界条件有明显地调整,相对而言,振动对搅拌流和泡状流的影响较小.  相似文献

采矿立管是深海采矿系统的重要组成部分,立管的弯矩分析是确保立管正常使用的重要指标。立管所处海洋环境复杂,且立管底部的自由边界条件使得立管弯矩特性难以分析。本文基于波浪理论,使用Abaqus 有限元软件建立海洋采矿立管的模型,运用Abaqus中的AQUA海洋工程模块,考虑立管在轴向力、自重、浮力、波浪载荷、海流载荷及模拟海上平台水平和升沉运动共同作用下,对采矿立管进行弯矩分析,计算了提升泵不同安装位置、不同中继仓重量变化对弯矩的影响,结果表明:提升泵会增大安装位置的弯矩幅度,且安装在不同位置对立管弯矩会产生叠加影响;中继仓重量的增加提高了立管整体稳定性,但会使提升泵处弯矩波动产生向中部延伸的不利影响。  相似文献

This study proposed a method to obtain hydrodynamic forces and coefficients for a flexible riser undergoing the vortex-induced vibration (VIV), based on the measured strains collected from the scale-model testing with the Reynolds numbers ranging from 1.34E5 to 2.35E5. The riser is approximated as a tensioned spatial beam, and an inverse method based on the FEM of spatial beam is adopted for the calculation of hydrodynamic forces in the cross flow (CF) and inline (IL) directions. The drag coefficients and vortex-induced force coefficients are obtained through the Fourier Series Theory. Finally, the hydrodynamic characteristics of a flexible riser model undergoing the VIV in a uniform flow are carefully investigated. The results indicate that the VIV amplifies the drag coefficient, and the drag coefficient does not change with time when the CF VIV is stable. Only when the VIVs in the CF and IL directions are all steady vibrations, the vortex-induced force coefficients keep as a constant with time, and under “lock-in” condition, whether the added-mass coefficient changes with time or not, the oscillation frequency of the VIV keeps unchanged. It further shows that the CF excitation coefficients at high frequency are much smaller than those at the dominant frequency, while, the IL excitation coefficients are in the same range. The axial distributions of the excitation and damping region at the dominant frequency and high frequency are approximately consistent in the CF direction, while, in the IL direction, there exists a great difference.  相似文献

The lateral vibration differential equation for a marine riser conveying fluid is derived by useof the small deflection theory.and the effect of internal flow velocity and top tension on the natural fre-quency of the riser is studied by use of FEM.At the same time,the preliminary relationship between thenatural frequency and riser span under different internal flow velocities is obtained,the effect of riser sup-ports on the vibration frequency is computed.It is found that the natural frequency of the marine riser in-creases with the increase of top tension.however decreases with the increase of internal flow velocity.In ad-dition,the frequency decreases drastically with the increase of riser span.  相似文献

An experimental investigation on the disturbance effect of jet-type active vibration suppression device on vortexinduced vibration of deep-sea riser was carried out in the wave-flow combined flume. The vibration suppression device was designed in which the jet pipe was horizontally fixed to the front end of the riser. By varying three different excitation spacings and multi-stage outflow velocities, the influence law of the dominant frequency,dimensionless displacement and other dynamic response parameters was studied under different excitation spacings,and the mechanism and sensitive characteristics of the disturbance suppression were explored. The results indicate that the variation of excitation spacing makes gas curtain enter the strong disturbed flow region at different velocities and angles, and the coupling relationship between excitation spacing and reduced velocity is the key factor to enter the strong disturbed flow region to achieve the optimal disturbance suppression. In the strong disturbed flow region,the influence of gas curtain on the dominant frequency is obviously affected by the flow velocity, while the vibration displacement is stable at the same amplitude and is weakly affected by the flow velocity. Gas curtain can effectively disturb the formation of vortex shedding, destroy the strong nonlinear coupled vibration of the riser, and achieve better vibration suppression effect. In the weak disturbed flow region, the vortex length of the riser tail is prolonged,the strong nonlinear coupled vibration of the riser is gradually restored, and the vibration suppression effect of the device gradually decreases.  相似文献

In order to study the effect of internal flow on vortex-induced vibration of flexible riser, the experiment on the vortex-induced vibration of flexible riser transporting fluid in the current was conducted in the physical oceanography laboratory of Ocean University of China. Considering the internal flowing fluid and external marine environment, the dynamic response of the flexible riser was measured. The corresponding numerical simulation was performed using the wake oscillatory model considering the extensibility of the riser system. Both the experiment and the numerical simulation indicated that with the increase of internal flow speed, the response amplitude increases, while the response frequency decreases.  相似文献

基于柔性杆理论和尾流振子模型计算陡波形立管的涡激振动响应;综合使用S-N曲线法、雨流计数法、Palmgren-Miner线性累积疲劳理论对立管涡激振动导致的疲劳损伤进行计算分析。并以MATLAB为平台编写相应计算程序,将本文计算得到的静力分析结果、固有频率和疲劳损伤分别与专业海工计算软件OrcaFlex和已发表文献进行对比验证。进一步对陡波形立管在涡激振动下的疲劳损伤进行参数敏感性分析,结果表明:浮子段长度、浮力因子、弹性模量、海流速度、波浪高度对陡波形立管疲劳损伤均有较大影响,有望为陡波形立管的实际工程设计提供参考。  相似文献

针对张力腿系泊浮式风力机的基础运动,忽略柔性构件的影响,建立气动—水动—系泊非线性耦合运动方程。在运动控制方程中包含张力腿系泊系统的非线性回复刚度,桨距角控制以及浮式基础运动对空气动力载荷的影响。在波浪载荷的计算中考虑二阶波浪载荷的作用。采用随机频率相位角调制法生成畸形波波面时历,计算在畸形波作用下张力腿型浮式风力机的动力响应特性。数值模拟结果表明,在畸形波作用下,浮式基础的运动及空气动力性能均受到了显著的影响。其中浮式基础的纵荡和纵摇运动分别受二阶差频与和频波浪力的影响,而垂荡运动的增加则主要是受下沉运动的影响。在畸形波经过的时刻,风力机的功率系数迅速下降,水平方向的风载荷波动先减小,随后其数值急剧下降,而垂直方向的风载荷波动增大。  相似文献
