促性腺激素释放素类似物诱导文昌鱼产卵的初步研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文首次报道在室内使用促性腺激素释放素类似物(GnRH-A)可诱导性腺成熟的文昌鱼产卵和排精,受精率达100%,因而证明了文昌鱼的生殖活动与其他鱼类一样受激素的调控。这为文昌鱼人工繁殖提供了科学依据。  相似文献

本文通过对厦门海区文昌鱼性腺发育的周年观察,测定成熟系数以及年龄和性腺发育的关系.作者认为厦门文昌鱼生殖季节为5月上旬-7月,6月为生殖旺季.文昌鱼种群在海区的性腺发育是不同步的,但卵母细胞从大生长期以后的发育则是同步的,属一次性产卵或释精,其后性腺消失.每尾成年文昌鱼一年只生殖一次.当年生文昌鱼,翌年性腺即可成熟,4龄文昌鱼仍有生殖能力.最后,文中讨论了水温与文昌鱼性腺发育的相互关系.  相似文献

本文报道了1991 ̄1995年间鲻鱼人工繁殖的研究结果。池养亲鱼经注射LRH-A及HCG诱导能顺利排卵,亲鱼成熟率62.7% ̄90%,产卵率62.5% ̄100%,受精率20% ̄75%;受精卵浮性,卵径840 ̄920μm,在水温19 ̄20℃、盐度26.6 ̄28.0、pH值7.91 ̄8.25的条件下,一般经49 ̄53h孵出仔鱼,孵化率48% ̄73%,1991 ̄1995年度分别孵出仔鱼10.0、84.1  相似文献

研究表明,不同水温对文昌鱼性腺发育分化和成熟有十分显著的影响。14℃对文昌鱼性腺发育没有显著的作用,20和25℃十分有利于性腺发育和成熟,经40d培养,出现一些雌、雄文昌鱼产卵和释精以及加速性腺发育。本文还讨论了水温促进性腺发育可能的机制。  相似文献

报道了1989-1993年鲈鱼土池人工育苗的研究结果,捕自天然海区、围垦内 网箱培育的亲鱼注射LRH-A与HCG诱导能顺利排卵,产卵率70-100%,受精卵卵径1.25-1.40mm,浮性卵、受精率21-89.0%,在水温18.0-21.2℃、盐度31.0-34.0的条件下,一般经50.67h孵出仔鱼,孵化率46.0-90.0%。人工育苗在室外土池进行,最高成活率11.7%。初孵仔鱼全长3.53-  相似文献

报道了人工制作的陶瓷管道诱导大弹涂鱼Boleophthalmus pectinirostris产卵的研究结果,未经激素催熟的亲鱼放入产卵池内7-12d未见产卵,经一次激素注射催熟的亲鱼放入产卵池内第3天开始酱产卵和受精,入池后5d未能产卵雌鱼的卵母细胞开始退化吸收,雌鱼不仅在管道内产卵,而且也将卵产在管道外,池底和池壁,产卵时间集中在下半夜的02:00-04:00,不同产卵池中管道的产卵率差别很大,卵子粘附在管道不同部位的数量和受精率均不相同,强迫配对的亲鱼虽有产卵,但卵子不受精。  相似文献

将含LHRH-A2的药物颗粒埋植入池养人工繁殖鲻鱼Mugil cephalus Linnaeus雌鱼体内,以诱导其性腺发育成熟,试验为期81d。发现用LHRH-A2埋植的试验组鱼的卵母细胞直径超过500μm以上,达到成熟的个体比率为30%,而空白对照组鱼达到成熟的个体比率为0%。试验结果表明,采用激素埋植的方法,可促进鲻鱼卵母细胞的发育。  相似文献

一些学者研究证实,光照周期可加速或延迟一些鱼类性腺的成熟.例如,长光照可加速草鲤的性腺成熟[1],而在美洲红点鲑缩短光照则可诱发提早性腺成熟[2].另一些学者报道,某些硬骨鱼类排卵和产卵也是受光照周期的影响[3,4].文昌鱼属季节性产卵的类型[5],作者曾报道[6]文昌鱼生殖细胞发生和早期性腺生长受光照周期的影响.至于文昌鱼是否像上述某些硬骨鱼类那样,性腺成熟和产卵或释精也受光照周期的影响,迄今仍不清楚,在国内外文献上也未见报道,而对此问题的研究,除了解光照因子在文昌鱼性腺成熟和产卵过程中的重要作用外,同时也可对文昌鱼生殖行为学和人为控制它的产卵提供基础资料,因而具有其理论意义和应用价值.  相似文献

为了认识2龄雌性圆斑星鲽的生殖特性和生殖潜力,采用注射外源激素诱导方法,研究了外源激素鲑鱼促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)、促黄体素释放激素类似物(LHRH)诱导2龄雌鱼卵巢发育的效果.结果表明:两种外源激素以GnRH对卵母细胞成熟的诱导效果为好,经外源激素诱导后,有约30%实验鱼的卵巢部位可见相对明显的隆起,组织切片观察显示,实验鱼卵母细胞可达到5时相早期,但未能发生水合作用而成熟,表明2龄圆斑星鲽对外源激素的诱导应答效应较弱;外源激素诱导后,血浆中性类固醇激素(雌二醇和睾酮)的表达水平显示显著升高,96 h后表达水平下降恢复至正常水平;同时发现,激素诱导实验鱼的肝细胞直径增加,表明外源激素诱导可能部分启动了卵母细胞发育成熟所需卵黄蛋白物质的发生和转化过程.未能获得亲鱼产卵,可能是由于2龄人工亲鱼内分泌成熟调控系统对外源激素的响应机制未完全建立所导致.研究结果为认识人工养殖条件下圆斑星鲽的生殖特性及生殖潜力评价提供了理论支持和技术依据.  相似文献

Amphioxus in the seasonally regressed phase of gonadat development were used in this study. Each sample animal was injected with 40 nanogram of synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue (GnRH-A) in distilled water every other day for up to 16 days; control animals received similar volumes of distilled wnter only. Both hormone-treated samples and control animals were examined under microscope every eight days and every twelve days. Then all the animals were killed on the 16th day. Gonads earlier development and a more advanced degree of gametogenesis are in the hormone-treated group than in the control group. Thus, GnRH-A can initiate and accelerate the gonadal development in gonadally regressed am-phioxus. GnRH-A in some form may be important in regulating the gonadal development in amphioxus as well as in vertebrates.  相似文献

采用慢性实验方法,研究在不同水温条件下饲养性腺发生前的文昌鱼(Branchiostoma belcheri)对其性腺分化和发育的影响。另外,在繁殖季节研究在低温16℃、中温22℃和高温28℃下饲养性成熟的文昌鱼对其产卵和排精的影响。同时,采用免疫组织化学方法对几种生殖相关激素在不同发育期文昌鱼的生殖调控轴(脑-哈氏窝-性腺)中的分布进行免疫识别,并用磁酶免定量测定方法检测睾酮和17 β-雌二醇在文昌鱼性腺中的含量,以分析和探讨水温影响文昌鱼生殖活动的内分泌机制。结果表明:低温有利于文昌鱼性腺向雌性分化,雌雄比例为4.2:1,中温和高温组则不受影响,雌雄数量大致相等。高水温则有利于文昌鱼的精巢发育和生精活动。28℃海水适于文昌鱼的产卵和排精。根据免疫组织化学和磁酶免定量测定的结果分析提示,温度影响文昌鱼性别分化和发育以及繁殖活动的内分泌机制是:首先水温经皮肤或哈氏窝化学感受器,刺激神经系统(脑泡)释放GnRH。然后GnRH促进哈氏窝分泌LH,从而可能刺激性腺产生和分泌性类固醇激素,始动文昌鱼性腺的发育至成熟及其生殖活动。此外,脑中芳香化酶可能介导文昌鱼性别分化。  相似文献

Maximum oocyte size was used to assess seasonal ovarian development in sole. Fish age, especially the adolescent period, appeared to affect the start of vitellogenin-dependent oocyte development in the annual reproductive cycle and the subsequent oocyte growth rate. The majority of oocyte growth occurred between September and March. Several other aspects of ovarian development were also age-dependent, including the increase in ovary condition factor (ovary weight/fish length3) and the size of oocytes commencing nuclear migration. Evidence is presented that in the recruiting year class of sole abortive maturation occurs where oocytes develop yolk but spawning does not take place. The implications of this study on the estimation of female spawning stock biomass are discussed.  相似文献

Harvest control measures for Namibia and Angola are defined using reference points for spawning biomass, which requires knowledge of spawning potential and dynamics of fishery stocks. The reproductive biology of two species of horse mackerel, Trachurus capensis and Trachurus trecae, in these waters was investigated for spawning distribution in time and space. Samples were collected during two scientific cruises conducted in February and July/August 2007 off the coast of Namibia and Angola. A total of 396 fish ovaries was examined to determine the spawning dynamics of the two species. The ovaries were histologically analysed and their oocyte distributions mapped. The length (TL)–weight relationships of the two species differed significantly. The observed development of oocyte recruitment and absence of a hiatus in the oocyte distribution indicated that these species are indeterminate spawners. Analyses of the data from the NatMIRC database (2001–2004) indicated annual changes in gonadosomatic index (GSI) for T. capensis at different latitudes, but these changes were small. GSI also fluctuated between years and areas, but there were no clear spatial or temporal trends, with averages ≤4.0% at all stations. The GSI of both species was not indicative of the histologically determined development of gonad maturity. Oocyte maturation for T. capensis indicated that smaller and younger fish spawn first. Batch fecundity (F) for T. trecae was best described by F = 4 986 TL (cm) – 99 645 (r 2 = 0.83). This study provided the first analyses of oocyte development in time and space for the two species in the region.  相似文献

用组织学和胚胎学方法对厦门国家级自然保护区文昌鱼的生殖季节、胚胎发育和幼虫培育进行详细研究,结果表明,自然保护区文昌鱼生殖季节可分为两个繁殖时期,从6月初开始至7月初为繁殖高峰期,8和9月为繁殖小产期.观察人工繁殖得出,文昌鱼(Branchiostoma belcheri)产卵时间在傍晚19:00前后,可以观察到雌、雄文昌鱼的产卵和排精行为:雄性文昌鱼先离开沙,并跃出水面快速游动和排精,接着雌鱼也跃出水面,所有的卵通过破裂的性腺壁进入到围鳃腔并通过围鳃孔到水中受精,受精率在98.5%以上,还观察了文昌鱼幼虫发育并变态为幼鱼(长度为1.05~13.5mm)的全过程.  相似文献

青岛文昌鱼的生活史──年龄、生长和死亡研究   总被引:17,自引:1,他引:17  
于1989年8月-1990年7月对青岛文昌鱼的生活史进行研究。结果表明:(1)青岛文昌鱼种群由4个齿组组成,它至少生产4a以上,甚至可达6a左右。(2)在Ⅰ、Ⅱ齿时生长较快,平均年生长13-15mm,Ⅲ龄后生长速度减慢,即使同一年龄组的文晶鱼,在不同季节其生长速度也不同。(3)在冬春采集的文昌鱼中Ⅲ龄组的峰值较小。(4)繁殖季节过后,老龄文昌鱼因衰老而死亡。  相似文献

Ovaries of Baltic sprat (Sprattus sprattus balticus S.) were analysed histologically to identify stages of postovulatory follicles (POF) and to assess the oocyte development pattern. Samples were taken every 3 h during a 24 h trawl survey conducted in the Bornholm Basin in April 2007. Gonad histology revealed spawning of sprat throughout the day which hampered the exact ageing of POFs by the postovulatory follicle method and therefore did not allow direct estimation of spawning frequency. However, it was possible to define four stages of POFs, according to their histological features. The occurrence of these POF stages (I to IV) corresponded clearly to the development of the leading oocyte cohort. Further, the oocyte recruitment pattern revealed that the spawning batch can be identified prior to hydration. The POF stages I and II were present almost exclusively in vitellogenic ovaries, POF III were found in ovaries in the germinal vesicle stage, and the most deteriorated POF stage IV was found in actively spawning fish with hydrated oocytes. Since POF were absent only in very few ovaries (5%), and in each ovary in general only one POF stage was present, the duration of POF degeneration approximately equals the average batch interval, i.e. the time lag between subsequent spawning events. The results of the present study will serve as basis for future studies on Baltic sprat oocyte recruitment and daily spawning fraction.  相似文献
