One new species of free-living marine nematodes Enoplus taipingensis sp.nov.from the rocky intertidal seaweeds in the Taiping Bay,Qingdao is described and illustrated with scanning electron microscopy observation and 18S rRNA gene sequence analysis.Enoplus taipingensis is characterized by special arrangement of lateral setae on the tail,three cervical setae,distal structure on the supplement,and much longer body length with bigger De Man ratio "a".Type specimens are deposited in the College of Marine Life Science,Ocean University of China.  相似文献

于东海陆架沉积物中发现并描述一自由生活海洋线虫新种:镰刀光皮线虫Actinonema falciforme sp.nov.镰刀光皮线虫的主要鉴定特征为:六根外唇刚毛和四根头刚毛成一圈;表皮具复杂而前后不同的装饰和侧分化;大而明显的化感器椭圆形,中间具一横裂口;单前精巢,反折;前后双卵巢,反折;缺失交接刺和引带,仅具有镰刀形引带侧件。在光皮线虫属中,只有镰刀光皮线虫和长尾光皮线虫A.longicaudatum缺失交接刺和引带,而仅具有引带侧件。镰刀光皮线虫可根据较短的体长、镰刀形引带侧件和较短的尾部而区别于长尾光皮线虫。  相似文献

本文根据2013 年8 月于舟山市沈家门东河菜场采集的5 种近海常见经济头足类(剑尖枪乌 贼、杜氏枪乌贼、金乌贼、曼氏无针乌贼和短蛸), 利用逐步判别和主成分分析法对其上、下角质颚 的各5 种长度指标(喙长、头盖长、脊突长、侧壁长、翼长)进行分析。结果显示, 这5 种头足类角质 颚长度差异显著(ANOVA: P<0.001), 其中以金乌贼的角质颚尺寸最大, 短蛸的角质颚尺寸最小。判 别分析显示, 角质颚长度适合用来划分头足类的种类, 综合判别成功率为96.2%, 其中以上颚侧壁 长、上颚头盖长和下颚脊突长对判定的贡献率最高。然而, 与之相比, 标准化后的角质颚长度则更适 合用来划分头足类的种类, 综合判别成功率达到100%, 其中以标准化下颚喙长和标准化下颚翼长对 判定的贡献率最高。主成分分析显示, 角质颚长度及标准化后角质颚长度对枪乌贼类和乌贼类的判 定成功率均达到100%.本文建立了一种基于角质颚长度判别分析法的头足类种类判定的新方法, 丰 富了头足类种类鉴定的技术手段, 为我国学者在相关领域的研究提供了基础。  相似文献

本研究报道了在福建省晋江和厦门近海采集到的新记录种——中国鱚,将其分布区向南延伸至福建省沿海,并对采集到的中国鱚进行形态特征的重新描述,及扩增其DNA条形码.中国鱚的主要鉴别特征为:第一背鳍鳍膜具不规则的、呈弥散状的黑色斑点,由前往后逐渐稀疏;第二背鳍沿鳍条具3~4行规则的黑色斑点;侧线上鳞数为6~7;脊椎骨数为37~39.结合Gen Bank中鱚属鱼类的同源序列进行比对研究,结果显示本研究采集到的中国鱚与中国鱚模式种聚类到一起,并与其余种类明显分开,在遗传距离和氨基酸水平上与其他种类产生了明显地分化,进一步证明了DNA条形码能高效快速的鉴别鱚属鱼类.本研究为鱚属鱼类分类与研究提供理论基础,通过调查发现中国鱚主要分布在有大量淡水注入的河口区,南至韩国光阳沿海,北至中国福建省沿海,数量较少并不能形成渔汛.  相似文献

A new species in the dendrochirotid holothurian genus Ocnus sensu lato is described from approximately 600 m depth in Taiaroa Canyon, off Otago, New Zealand. Ocnus sacculus new species has single rows of tubefeet only in the 3 ventral radii. Body‐wall ossicles consist of cups, knobbed 4‐holed buttons, and multi‐layered plates averaging 0.7 mm in diameter. Three brood pouches lie anteriorly on the inner surface of the body wall in 3 dorsal interradii; the mid‐dorsal pouch is largest. The pouches apparently have no permanent contact with the exterior; presumably birth takes place by rupture of the body wall.  相似文献

A new species of Psychropotidae holothuroid, Benthodytes palauta sp. nov., was collected from the Kyushu-Palau Ridge at a depth of 2666 m. This new species is characterized by a leathery body wall, red-violet skin, five pairs of dorsal papillae, nineteen pairs of tube feet, and a narrow brim. The internal organs include one Polian vesicle, two tufts of gonads, and no respiratory trees. Ventral ossicles are large and spinous, with crosses of four arms with central bipartite apophyses. Papillae ossicles are crosses with four arms with bipartite apophyses. The dorsal ossicles were few and large, and cross-shaped with four arms and central bipartite apophyses. Tentacle ossicles were large and rod-shaped or slender rods. Gonad ossicles were primary crosses of four arms and brim ossicles were cross-shaped with spines. The phylogenetic analyses of this species support that B. palauta sp. nov. belongs to Benthodytes. Furthermore, the paraphyletic relationships were confirmed; however, a revision of the genus Benthodytes is needed to resolve its phylogenetic relationship.  相似文献

Ceuthonoe, a new genus with type species C. nezhai sp. n. commensal with euplectellid glass sponge (Hexactinellida: Euplectellidae), is described and illustrated, based on the material collected from Weijia Guyot, western Pacific. The new genus is distinguished by a combination of characters: body with 32 segments; 14 pairs of elytra; prostomium with prominent cephalic peaks and facial tubercle; aciculae and chaetae on tentaculophores; biramous parapodium, each ramus with a long aciculum penetrating epidermis, without supra-or subacicular process; and noto- and neurochaetae with unidentate tips. Ceuthonoe gen. n. is mostly silimar to genera of Polynoinae in morphology. However the phylogenetic analysis based on cytochrome c oxidase subunit I, 16S, 18S, and 28S genes suggested that this new genus was separated from the main branch of Polynoinae. 2008年8月,在浙江舟山附近海域(东海)采集到4尾木叶鲽属鱼类,经鉴定为中国鱼类新纪录种——长木叶鲽,其主要特征为:体棕褐色,有眼侧和无眼侧颞上枝前端有小分枝,鳞片小但不狭长,背鳍鳍条数72~74(73.3);臀鳍鳍条数56~59(57.5);有眼侧胸鳍鳍条数8~10(8.8),无眼侧胸鳍鳍条数为8;有眼侧与无眼侧腹鳍鳍条数均为6;尾鳍鳍条数19~20(19.5),脊椎骨数为36;鳃耙数为3+7。基于线粒体COI基因片段得到的长木叶鲽与角木叶鲽的K2P遗传距离为9.4%,2种间遗传分化达到了种间水平。  相似文献

石川粗鳍鱼由 D.S.Jordan和 J.O.Snyder(190 1)首次根据一尾采自东京湾口外的标本建立的 ,而本文的标本则采自中国黄海和东海等处。本种在体形、鳞片和身体结节等方面与皇带鱼(Regalecusglecus)相似 ,故常被混淆。经详细研究后 ,作者补充描述了本种的若干重要性状并同体形近似的皇带鱼对比 ,找出两种鱼在背鳍起点和肛门位置、腹鳍鳍条、头部骨片、口部结构、牙齿的有无及其分布、鳃耙数目、眼睛大小、侧线鳞及身体结节特点等方面的显著差别。  相似文献

Two new species of Pseudostomella from North Stradbroke Island, Australia, P. klauserae n. sp. and P. megapalpator n. sp., are characterised by scaled triancres, cuticular structures that until now were known only from one other member of the genus. The structure of the scaled triancres in both species is new: the triancre base is diamond‐ or triangular‐shaped with three shafts that arise to form feather‐like scales. P. klauserae n. sp. is characterised by scales arising from a diamond‐shaped triancre base, the distribution of cephalic papillae, and the abundance and distribution of anterior and lateral adhesive tubes. P. megapalpator n. sp. is distinguished by scales arising from a rounded‐triangular triancre base, large dorsal, digitiform papillae, and ventral adhesive tubes. The presence of two new species with scaled triancres allows for the formation of a novel species complex within the genus. An amended key to the species is included.  相似文献

The degree to which satellite altimetry may extend its contributions to geophysics will depend on the accuracy of corrected altitudes, on the precision of orbit corrections, on exact geoid representation and on our ability to separate independent oceanic processes affecting sea surface elevations. The barotropic tide-namely the oceanic response to gravitational driving which maintains its phase lock with gravitational forces and which is always exactly predictable-constitutes a fundamental phenomenon in itself. Indirectly it tends to obscure in altimetric data other processes such as solid earth tides, large scale ocean circulation and climatic response of the ocean. The most realistic hope of obtaining the necessary predictive information on global oceanic tides resides in the construction of complete and accurate cotidal and corange maps. The importance of direct observations of open ocean tides in achieving this goal is stressed using an array of seafloor pressure data from the NE Pacific. Among more general results, the locations of long postulated semidiurnal amphidromes in the area are defined with an accuracy of one degree or less for M2 and S2. The importance of observations over a sufficient spatial coverage in tuning mathematical simulations of tides is illustrated. Ten new sets of tidal constants for the NE Pacific are tabulated.  相似文献

Some genera have been removed from the family Phaennidae which, with the Scolecithricidae, are redefined. All other genera have been placed close to the Diaixidae and Tharybidae.

The scolecithricid genera Scolecithrix, Scolecithricella, Amallothrix, Scaphocalanus and Lophothrix are redefined. It is suggested that the species Scolecithrix ctenopus, S. auropecten, S. fowled and Amallophora altera represent four groups of species which probably should be given generic status.

A new species of Parundinella is named and a juvenile Neoscolecithrix described.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the very large, sudden pressures produced by water-wave impact on a vertical wall. Numerical and theoretical models are briefly described and we show that there are significant pressure gradients along an impermeable sea bed, away from the wall. This aspect of wave impact pressure has not previously been noted. The effects of such transient pressure gradients on bodies lying on the bed are examined in the light of pressure impulse theory. Our theoretical results indicate that bodies may be displaced by these pressure gradients when ordinary fluid drag is insufficient to move them. We discuss the impulse and the speed imparted to a rigid body lying within a region of pressure impulse which has constant horizontal gradient, and we show that the impulse is related to the body's volume, and shape. Analytic results are given for a hemi-ellipsoidal “boulder”, which is free to translate in a direction perpendicular to the wall. The analysis for the hemi-ellipsoid encompasses the special cases of a semi-circular cylinder and a semi-circular disc. The case of a circular cylinder which touches the bed is also discussed, and it is shown that there is a significant vertical impulse on the body in addition to the horizontal component of the impulse.  相似文献

掌苔虫属(Genus Kinetoskias Danielsen,1868)隶于唇口目、无囊亚目、双胞科(Cheilostomata, Anasca, Bicellariellidae),除南极海域、地中海、加勒比海未见报道外,各地都有记录,但多数种类在北极海域分布较广(Kluge,1953)。掌苔虫系深海类型,有的种能栖息在水深4670米的深海海底。掌苔虫的个虫系草苔虫型(Bugula-type),与草苔虫不同处是个虫始端不分叉。掌苔虫和茎苔虫(Caulibugula Verrill,1900)的群体都由一根长柄和分枝部分构成,但掌苔虫的长柄为膜质;无任何钙质沉淀,仅由一空个虫(keno zooid)构成,而茎苔虫的长柄分节,由许多空个虫构成,往往有钙质加厚,因而两属极易区分。掌苔虫群体分枝的分歧方式属于Harmer的模式7(见Harmer,1923:326,pl,16,fig.7),即双列分枝在分歧时,两个内个虫(inner zooids)F和G分别由轴个虫(axillary zooid)E相连接,轴个虫产个虫F和G,它伸到与个虫A对应一侧分枝的始端,个虫B不参与个虫数目的复分(图2)。 掌苔虫虽系深海类型,但有的种深度分布范围很广,如Kinetoskias arborescens栖息在水深19-1229米,K.smitti分布在水深65-1210米,S. mitsukurii则分布在水深20-3400米(Kuge1953、1962;Menzies1963)。 掌苔虫的群体借助于膜质长柄插入海底淤泥,由长柄始端分出的微细附根附着在砂粒等基质上。个虫由于特殊的个虫牵引肌(flexor: Zooidal muscles)的伸縮彼此间能活动。鸟头体皆侧位,都长在个虫自由缘上,或位于个虫中点(mid-point)。或位于中点以上(cephlad of the mid-point),或位于中点以下(caudad to the mid-point);有的种鸟头体长在特殊阶梯状突起(step-like process)上,但有些种类无此阶梯状突起。  相似文献

A draconematid nematode species,Dracograllus filipjevi Allen and Noffsinger, 1978, is described from the washings of shallow littoral coralline algae at Guryongpo in the eastern coast of Korea. This species is recognized by the following characteristics: larger body size, number of posterior sublateral adhesion tubes (9 in male and 12-13 in female) and subventral adhesion tubes (8-9 in male and 9-10 in female), the absence of cephalic acanthiform setae on rostrum, the presence of longitudinally areolated body cuticle with dot-like punctations, the presence of some cuticular collar in swollen pharyngeal region, the shape of amphidial fovea (large, elongate, and loop-shaped in both sexes), the absence of preanal corniform setae, and the absence of lateral differentiation on narrow body region. Morphological features of the species using differential interference contrast photomicrographs are described in detail in the present work. This is the first report ofD. filipjevi in Korea.  相似文献

Scorpaena onaria Jordan & Snyder (Scorpaeniformes: Scorpaenidae), previously known only from the northwestern Pacific Ocean, is reported from the southwestern Pacific Ocean for the first time on the basis of 19 specimens. The southwestern Pacific specimens are regarded as a southern population of S. onaria, characterised by a shorter supraocular tentacle and larger body size compared with the northwestern Pacific specimens. The southern population is described in detail including comparisons with all known Indo‐Pacific species of the genus Scorpaena. Analyses of 37 measurements of the southern population of S. onaria found that relative orbit diameter and second anal‐fin spine length became significantly smaller with growth. Initially cycloid, the scales enclosed by the posterior tips of the upper and lower opercular spines and opercular margin change to ctenoid with growth at c. 160–170 mm standard length. A mature female differed from an immature female and males in having a longer upper jaw, steeper dorsal profile of the snout, and shorter nasal spine. As a consequence, the species previously reported as S. neglecta from the Andaman Sea and northwestern Australia was re‐identified as S. onaria.  相似文献

The bivalve Scrobicularia plana is an important species of shallow water benthic communities with a wide geographic distribution but also with a general patchy pattern, i.e. irregular in occurrence and in density. This review aims to determine the processes responsible for the species' spatial distribution pattern based on the available information on S. plana. Although several pre- and post-settlement processes are believed to influence spatial patterns of marine invertebrates, the general patchy distribution of S. plana seems to be determined by the existence of specific environmental conditions during settlement. Factors such as temperature, salinity, sediment type, hydrographic conditions and predation affect settlement and spat survival and not one but a combination of factors seems to explain the species distribution pattern. Future work should focus on determining the scale of patchiness, using hierarchical sampling, as well as the connectivity between populations by analysing the population genetic structure.  相似文献

文章描述了采自青岛胶州湾潮下带沉积物中自由生活线虫Wieseria属的两个新种。新种Wieseria sinica sp.nov.特征为具有短的唇刚毛和头刚毛,且指向后方;具有椭圆形双边化感器;弓形的交接刺具有翼膜;环状的引带以及棒状尾。新种Wieseria tenuisa sp.nov.特征为具有大的德曼值(133.6);长的唇刚毛指向前方;交接刺具有翼膜,近端呈钩状;引带呈棒状;具有相当长的棒状尾(长度相当于7.9倍泄殖腔相应体径)。它区别于新种Wieseria sinica sp.nov.主要在于更长的唇刚毛,且指向前方;交接刺相对较直且具有钩状近端,身体更加细小(德曼“a”值较大)。文章更新完善了的Wieseria属的二岐检索表。  相似文献
