近年来基于图像处理方法的浮游动物分类技术逐渐用于海洋生态系统的研究中,相关检测仪器也从实验室处理向原位现场分析发展,这对检测算法的效率和处理速度提出了更高要求。本文根据海洋浮游动物显微图像的形状特点,提出将模板匹配方法与不变中心矩描述方法相结合,先利用模板匹配限定目标初步范围,再比较不变矩确定最终目标动物,并统计动物数量和尺寸。本文方法不受动物方位旋转和尺寸缩放的影响。实验验证结果表明,该方法与传统识别方法相比简单高效,处理速度快,误差范围小,适用于浮游动物的实时原位观测。 相似文献

本文结合二维流线可视化技术和中尺度涡旋识别技术,提出了3种中尺度涡旋时空连续可视化的方法:基于OW参数的涡旋可视化方法、基于栅格模板的涡旋可视化方法和基于矢量模板的涡旋可视化方法,这3种方法分别基于Okubo-Weiss算法、Faghmous的算法和Liu的算法来进行涡旋识别,同时将流场可视化的结果填充到涡旋内部,以获得更好的可视化效果。在可视化过程中本文引入了传输函数来对涡旋中的流线颜色和透明度进行实时交互,能够在控制界面上通过设置Key值点的颜色和位置来控制速度、涡度和OW参数等信息的显示效果。本文在性能和显示效果方面比较了3种方法的优劣。从性能上来讲,性能由高到低依次为:基于OW参数的涡旋可视化方法、基于栅格模板的涡旋可视化方法和基于矢量模板的涡旋可视化方法。从显示效果上来讲,基于OW参数的涡旋可视化方法在三者中最差,效果中有较多的杂乱的短线,同时涡旋边界较小,局限于涡旋核心区;基于栅格模板的涡旋可视化方法较第一种方法的显示效果有所提升,杂乱的短线较少,涡旋相对完整,但由于数据分辨率不够高的原因,在放大多倍后涡旋边界呈现锯齿状;基于矢量模板的涡旋可视化方法显示效果最好,涡旋完整、饱满。同时,因为首先进行了涡旋边界的重构,将涡旋边界矢量化,涡旋边界更加平滑。相对于传统长时间序列的涡旋可视化的方法而言,这3种方法提供了一个美观、动态和更富信息性的可视化方法,同时由于传输函数的加入,其可以成为科研人员研究涡旋的一个实用的工具。 相似文献

针对当前尚无直接利用海图水深构建不规则三角网(triangulated irregular network,TIN)进行水下地形匹配定位的现状,提出了一种基于TIN模型的水下地形匹配定位算法。首先,在经典TERCOM(terrain contour matching)算法的基础上,设计基于TIN模型的匹配搜索区的确定方法;然后,给出待匹配航迹点的水深值计算公式;最后,构建目标匹配定位的地形相关组合算子,实现匹配定位。实验结果表明:(1)本文所提算法可以用海图的原始水深直接构TIN模型作为匹配基准图进行匹配定位,且其定位精度可明显高于基于规则格网模型的经典TERCOM算法;(2)新方法可以有效的降低误匹配的发生;(3)提出的MMD+MSD组合匹配算子能够一定程度上克服水深系统误差对定位精度的影响。 相似文献

Homologous feature point extraction is a key problem in the optical and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image registration for islands. A new feature point extraction method using a threshold shrink operator and non-subsampled wavelet transform (TSO-NSWT) for optical and SAR image registration was proposed. Moreover, the matching for this proposed feature was different from the traditional feature matching strategies and was performed using a similarity measure computed from neighborhood circles in low-frequency bands. Then, a number of reliably matched couples with even distributions were obtained, which assured the accuracy of the registration. Application of the proposed algorithm to SPOT-5 (multi-spectral) and YG-1 (SAR) images showed that a large number of accurately matched couples could be identified. Additionally, both of the root mean square error (RMSE) patterns of the registration parameters computed based on the TSO-NSWT algorithm and traditional NSWT algorithm were analyzed and compared, which further demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 报道福尔马林、酒精固定的日本绒螯蟹标本的 DNA提取及 PCR扩增 ,并与冷冻、煮沸标本进行了比较。结果表明 ,福尔马林固定标本与酒精固定标本一样可以提取 DNA,加入的蛋白酶 K量越多 ,DNA的回收率越高。以提取的 DNA为模板 ,进行了线粒体 DNA12 S r RNA和 D- loop基因片段的 PCR扩增 ,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳 PCR扩增产物后均得到了与期待的碱基长度相一致的清晰谱带。 相似文献

利用计算机仿真粒子图像精确控制仿真粒子亚像素位移,讨论不同窗口下二次多项式曲面拟合法与基于梯度亚像素位移算法的匹配精度。针对粒子均匀移动的理想情况,发现二次多项式曲面拟合法的匹配精度随匹配窗口的增大而提高,而基于梯度亚像素位移算法的匹配精度几乎不随匹配窗口的增大而改变,两种算法匹配精度均在0.1个像素内。分析存在理想涡旋的粒子图像发现:二次多项式曲面拟合法的匹配精度约为0.2个像素,基于梯度亚像素位移算法的匹配精度约为0.05个像素。以二次多项式曲面拟合法为例,探讨了粒子大小和浓度对测量结果的影响,发现匹配窗口越大,最合适的粒子浓度范围就越大,这与不同匹配窗口包含的粒子图像灰度值信息量不同有关。在粒子大小方面,不同匹配窗口下,粒子直径为3个像素时误差均较小,表明PIV实际使用时,选择大小为3个像素的粒子为宜。将2种亚像素匹配算法应用到水槽实验获取的PIV影像分析中,均能得到较好的效果。 相似文献

This paper presents a method for the matching of underwater images acquired with acoustic sensors. As a final objective, the system aims at matching data from two-dimensional scenes. The proposed approach carries out a hypothetical reasoning based on objects, represented by shadows and echoes in the sonar images, and their available features. The problem of determining measures which are invariant to changes in sonar settings and noise characteristics is addressed by mapping robust features for sonar images to a qualitative representation. To cope with the viewpoint charging appearance, the method is based on the conservation of objects' relative position from one image to another. We attempt to match geometrical structures formed by the association of three objects. The hypothetical reasoning is conducted in a decision tree framework. A tree node is generated by two objects' association, each one belonging to a respective image. Hypotheses propagation consists of creating new nodes from neighboring associations. The matching solution is determined by the selection of the decision tree's longest branch. Thus, the association mechanism is a depth-first procedure. The proposed method has been applied to real high-resolution side-scan sonar images. The matching process has shown successful and promising results which have been further improved.
