研究中经常会用测量耳石称量特征推算饵料鱼类的形态参数,而青岛沿海鱼类相关的研究较少,因此作者根据2015年3、5、8月3个航次在青岛近海的拖网调查数据,分析了捕获的24种共1002尾鱼的耳石秤量特征(耳石长、耳石宽和耳石质量)和鱼体大小(体长、体质量)的关系。结果表明,渔获24种鱼类分属5个目、14个科、24种鱼类的体长体质量呈显著幂函数相关,相关系数R~2的范围为0.779~0.997,幂指数b的范围为2.376~3.591,平均值为3.048±0.327,其中黄鲫(Setipinna taty)等11种鱼类的b值均大于3(P0.05),为正异速生长,其余13种鱼类的b值小于3(P0.05),呈负异速增长。耳石宽-鱼体长的相关性比耳石长-鱼体长的相关性要好,仅有3种鱼(饰鳍斜棘鱼衔(Repomucenus ornatipinnis)、矛尾虾虎鱼(Chaeturichthys stigmatias)和焦氏舌鳎Cynoglossus lighti)未呈现显著相关关系。在耳石质量-鱼体质量的相关关系中,9种鱼(如皮氏叫姑(Johnius belengerii)、扁斜棘?(Repomucenus planus)、石鲽(Kareius bicoloratus)呈显著相关(只是列举了一部分), 5种鱼(锦鳚(Pholis nebulosus)、矛尾虾虎鱼(Chaeturichthys stigmatias)、斑尾刺虾虎鱼(Synechogobius ommaturus)、焦氏舌鳎(Cynoglossus lighti))在现有样品情况下未呈现显著相关关系。  相似文献

根据2014年5月、9~11月在威海市中心渔港拖网渔获物中采集的白姑鱼(Pennahia argentata)样本,利用一种稳健的贝叶斯方法研究了白姑鱼体长(全长、标准体长)与体重的关系。为得到可靠的参数估计值,将体长与体重关系式转化为线性模型,利用t分布建立参数的似然函数,通过数据标准化方法得到白姑鱼体长与体重关系式参数的后验概率分布。结果显示,本文方法可以较好估计白姑鱼体长与体重关系式参数的后验概率分布,由标准化数据计算的斜率和截距间不存在相关关系。t分布参数ν的估计值随体长与体重数据而发生变化,其分布范围为27.87~56.5。春季、秋季和全年白姑鱼的全长与体重关系式分别为W=2.540×10~(-3) TL~(3.4662)、W=4.308×10~(-3) TL~(3.3223)和W=3.963×10~(-3)TL~(3.3406),标准体长与体重关系式分别为W=1.083×10~(-2)SL~(3.2051)、W=1.498×10~(-2)SL~(3.1201)和W=1.403×10~(-2)SL~(3.1347)。春季与秋季白姑鱼的全长与体重关系、标准体长与体重关系存在显著性差异,春季白姑鱼参数b大于秋季,参数a小于秋季。威海近海白姑鱼属正异速生长种类,雌、雄群体的全长与体重关系和标准体长与体重关系均不存在显著性差异。黄海白姑鱼参数b的值与东海和南海北部白姑鱼b的值可能存在显著差异。本文的贝叶斯方法可用于估计鱼类体长与体重关系式参数及其不确定性。  相似文献

测记耳石生长轮纹数量,依据耳石日轮对采自珠江口的棘头梅童鱼(Collichthys lucidus)的日龄进行了鉴定、并据此研究了其产卵期和生长特性.棘头梅童鱼的产卵期为12月至次年的7月,主要集中在2、4、5月,产卵高峰出现在5月,占样本总数的27.27%;其次为2月,占18.18%.用直线、幂函数和指数函数关系对棘头梅童鱼的生长特性进行回归分析,体长范围为29.8~104.0 mm的棘头梅童鱼的体长与体重关系为幂函数关系,体重生长为匀速生长;体长随日龄的生长关系以幂函数模型符合程度较好,体重与日龄的生长关系则符合指数关系和幂函数关系.研究结果表明,利用耳石日龄来推算棘头梅童鱼的产卵期是可行的,并可用于研究一定体长范围内鱼的生长.  相似文献

为了解花鲈在早期发育阶段的生长特性和重要功能器官的异速生长规律,本研究测定了花鲈(Lateolabrax maculatus)各日龄仔、稚鱼(0~33日龄)的全长,将身体各功能器官的生长变化与全长进行回归分析。研究确定了其体长、体高、尾鳍长、吻长、眼径和头长的异速生长模式,得出各部位生长拐点出现的时间,根据花鲈在早期发育阶段的生长特性和重要功能器官的异速生长规律,结合仔、稚鱼的生活习性,探讨了其早期生长发育模式和生态学意义。研究结果表明,不同功能器官的生长拐点不相同,重要功能器官优先发育,生产中可通过对拐点的把握,在对应阶段满足花鲈的营养需求,提高其苗种成活率。  相似文献

利用表征性耳石形态变量(大小变量和轮廓变量)分析方法研究了渤海近岸与长江口水域四个刀鲚(Coilia nasus)群体的识别问题,对比分析了协方差(ANCOVA)校正法和异速生长(allometric growth)校正法在耳石形态分析中去除体长效应的应用效果。研究结果表明,两种体长校正法对四个群体的判别分析结果未产生显著影响,总体识别成功率分别为50.3%和56.5%,群体内个体识别成功率分别为39.5%—90.0%和34.0%—65.1%;长江口水域不同体长组刀鲚个体的耳石形态差异显著,表明其耳石形态特质随鱼类个体生长而变化,协方差校正法和异速生长校正方法的体长组别间的总体识别成功率分别为94.8%和98.8%。整体上,耳石轮廓变量(如矩形趋近率、圆度、分形维数、傅立叶系数等)对刀鲚群体间或体长组别间识别的贡献值高于耳石大小变量(如周长、平均直径、重量、面积等),而二者结合能更有效地识别各地理群体或体长组别个体。  相似文献

本文报道了养殖条件下暗纹东方Tun的摄食行为和不同生长阶段食物组成的变化,肠道食物分析表明,除主食配合饲料外,同时也摄食一些天然饵料(底栖类及小杂鱼等)。其肠长与体长呈直线相关,回归方程为Y.2.85x-32.36(X为体长,Y为肠长,单位:mm,相关系数R^2=0.9987),肠长为体长的2.35-2.74倍。同时对其食性的相关问题进行了讨论。  相似文献

采用实验生态学方法,进行了鮸鱼仔稚鱼发育生长方式及其生态学意义研究。结果表明,鮸鱼的形态学变化和器官分化主要发生在仔鱼期。仔鱼期头部和尾部快于躯干部的生长。仔鱼头部(拐点:9.80mm体长)、眼径(8.87mm)和口径(23.40mm)的正异速生长为仔鱼的呼吸和摄食提供了有利条件;尾长(16.40mm)正异速生长为减少仔鱼运动能耗和成功逃避捕食者准备了条件;虽然躯干部生长比较缓慢,但是体高呈现正异速生长(11.20mm),这可能与仔鱼消化系统为满足其迅速发育的营养需要而快速生长及鳔的发育有关。结果表明,鮸鱼在早期发育阶段优先发育对生长生存起关键作用的器官,即运动、视觉和摄食器官。但在稚鱼阶段,其主要长度量度相对于体长指标均呈现负异速成长。  相似文献

利用2006年7月~2007年8月北部湾渔业商业捕捞流刺网和底拖网渔获物中采集的样本,对北部湾红鳍笛鲷的年龄与生长特性进行了初步研究.结果表明,北部湾红鳍笛鲷优势年龄2~4龄,占61.29%;logistic生长模型为其最适生长模型,模型中的参数分别为:L∞=808.04mm,k=0.48,t0=3.48;体长与体重的生长拐点分别为3.48龄和5.43龄.  相似文献

The population parameters of blood cockles, Tegillarca granosa in the intertidal zone of Marudu Bay, Sabah,Malaysia were investigated based on monthly length-weight frequency data(July 2017 to June 2018). A total of 279 cockle individuals with shell length and weight ranging from 27.7 mm to 82.2 mm and 13.11 g to 192.7 g were subjected to analysis. T. granosa in Marudu Bay showed a consistent moderately high condition index 4.98±0.86 throughout the year. The exponent b of the length-weight relationship was 2.6 demonstrating negative allometric growth. The estimated asymptotic length(L_∞), growth coefficient(K) and growth performance(?) of the T.granosa population in Marudu Bay were estimated at 86.68 mm, 0.98 a~(-1) and 3.87, respectively. The observed maximum shell length was 82.55 mm and the predicted maximum shell length was 84.44 mm with estimated maximum life span(t_(max)) of 3.06 years. The estimated mean lengths at the end of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 months of age were 21.31 mm, 31.16 mm, 39.53 mm, 46.63 mm, 52.67 mm and 57.79 mm. Total, natural, and fishing mortalities were estimated at 2.39 a~(-1), 1.32 a~(-1) and 1.07 a~(-1). The exploitation level(E) was 0.45. Results of the current study also demonstrated that T. granosa in the Marudu Bay has two major recruitment peaks; one in March and another in October. The exploitation level revealed that natural stock of T. granosa in the Marudu Bay was approaching the maximum exploitation level. If such trend continues or demand for T. granosa is increasing,coupled with no effective fisheries management in place, possibility of the T. granosa population in the Marudu Bay to collapse is likely to elevate.  相似文献

Twice monthly sampling over two 16 month periods at a shallow site on Newfoundland's east coast showed the fish assemblage to be dominated by four taxa (Gasterosteus aculeatus, G. wheatlandi, Osmerus mordax, Gadus spp.) that accounted for 96% of the individuals collected. Of the 16 479 fish measured, 65% were adults based on the estimated size of first spawning. The fish assemblage was dominated (86%) by species with demersal eggs, several of which spawn at the same shallow sites used by juveniles as nursery sites. Coastal spawning and demersal eggs maintain offspring in coastal nursery areas where survival is thought to be increased. Number of species and number of fish were both correlated with water temperature being highest from mid-summer to early autumn and lowest in winter. Temperature, time of spawning, and movements of juveniles and adults facilitated grouping species into five assemblages based on seasonal abundance: seasonal periodic species (summer and winter), regular species, regular species collected in all seasons except winter, and occasional (rare) species. At the diel scale, two consistent species groupings were observed: species that showed no significant difference between day and night and species caught primarily at night. Number of night species exceeded day species by a factor of two. No seine-caught species in shallow water exhibited significantly higher catches during the day. Observations by SCUBA divers indicated some species were more abundant during day time at slightly deeper depths. This observation in conjunction with day and night seining in shallower water, suggests these species aggregate in deeper water during day and move to shallow waters at night.  相似文献

文章以海南岛新村湾、黎安港和潭门港海草床为研究区域, 选取褐篮子鱼(Siganus fuscessens)、点斑篮子鱼(Siganus guttatus)、四带牙鯻(Pelates quadrilineatus)和细鳞鯻(Terapon jarbua) 4种代表性鱼类为研究对象, 分析其体长与体质量的关系, 并探讨4种鱼类对海草资源量变化的响应。结果表明, 除栖息于潭门港海草床的4种鱼为负异速生长, 其他区域海草床的鱼类均为正异速或等速生长; 4种鱼的体质量生长速率(即异速生长因子b)和肥满度呈现黎安港>新村湾>潭门港的趋势, 并与3个海草床的海草覆盖率、密度和生物量的变化趋势一致; 推测海草资源量下降可能增加鱼类的被捕食压力和减少食物来源, 从而导致生活于海草床的代表性鱼类生长速率下降。  相似文献

The first mid-Atlantic diet of Mesoplodon beaked whales is presented, from ten Sowerby's Mesoplodon bidens stranded in the Azores region between 2002 and 2009. This doubles the worldwide number of stomachs sampled, and reveals new feeding habits for this species. The mean number of prey items per stomach was 85±89 (range: 12–238), with fish accounting for 99.3% and cephalopods contributing less than 1% of total prey. Fish otoliths from 15 families and cephalopod lower mandibles from three families were identified, representing 22 taxa. The diet consisted mainly of small mid-water fish, the most numerous being Diaphus sp., Lampanyctus sp. and Melamphaidae species. Myctophids were present in all stranded individuals, followed by Diretmidae, Melamphaidae and Opisthoproctus soleatus, while the remaining fish species were scarce or single occurrences. Consistency of diet in four different years reveals a divergence from all previous records in continental areas, where mainly neritic and shelf-break benthopelagic fish species have been reported. Mid-Atlantic Sowerby's beaked whales' showed dietary plasticity, feeding on the most abundant mid-water groups occurring between 0 and750 m. Trophic level from prey numerical frequency was estimated at 4.4±0.46.  相似文献

We investigated the temperature and salinity effects on the major fish species in the wintering grounds based on trawl surveys and oceanographic observations in the southwestern waters of Korea during March-early April in 2002-2003. The influence area of warm Kuroshio water was limited to the southwestern area of Korea in 2003 with a range of 7.7-16.3°C, 32.54-34.70 of salinity, wider than that of 2002. The number of fish species and density of major fish species in 2003 were higher than in 2002. Geographical estimation showed high proportions of species number and catches in the areas around Jeju Islands, southwestern waters and the southeastern coast of Korea. Five species; silver pomfret (Pampus echinogaster), hairtail (Trichiurus lepturus), anchovy (Engraulis japonicus), small yellow croaker (Larimichthys polyactis) and yellow goosefish (Lophius litulon) were most abundant, composing above 60% of the total catch in 2002 and 2003. More than 50% of catch in the major fish species were mostly distributed in the range of 9.5-11.0°C of temperature and 33.1-33.9 of salinity. Non-parametric estimation for the major species showed the 1st mode around 10°C and the 2nd mode at 8-9°C in 2002 and 11-14°C in 2003. A m o n g major fish species, hairtail was principally composed of juveniles, and larger individuals were caught in southeastern waters. These results are considered to be helpful for the areabased fishery management strategy for the wintering grounds of the Yellow Sea and coastal waters of Korea.  相似文献

用点种法从大黄鱼肠道优势菌群中筛选出104株病原性副溶血弧菌的拮抗菌,进一步研究拮抗效果最好的11株拮抗菌的抗菌谱和生长曲线,其中NAC平板上筛选的4株拮抗菌的抗菌范围较广,锰营养琼脂培养基上筛选的3株拮抗菌具有生长优势。用BIOLOG板测定了抗菌谱较广、有一定生长优势3株拮抗菌(R22,Y58和J312)的碳源利用情况,结果表明,3株拮抗菌的碳源谱都比较广,都能利用糖类、有机酸和氨基酸等,而且与鱼类营养的竞争较小。16S rRNA基因同源性分析的结果显示与R22,Y58,J312同源性达99%以上的菌株分别来自弧菌属、芽孢杆菌属和假单胞菌属。进一步对R22,J312和Y58三株拮抗菌进行生化鉴定,结果显示R22为溶藻弧菌,J312为荧光假单胞菌,但Y58的种属未能得到确认。所得到的3株拮抗菌R22,Y58,J312在拮抗病原菌、抗菌谱、生长特性和营养利用等方面都初步满足益生菌的筛选条件,有待进一步检测其安全性和实用效果以便能够成为能实用的益生菌。  相似文献

骨骼发育对于养殖鱼类苗种培育至关重要,骨骼畸形会影响仔稚幼鱼的外部形态及功能需求。作者利用骨骼染色技术和显微测量的方法对鞍带石斑鱼(Epinepheluslanceolatus)仔稚幼鱼的骨骼发育及生长特性进行连续观察和测量。实验结果表明:鞍带石斑鱼初孵仔鱼不存在骨与软骨结构,鞍带石斑鱼在变态前期和变态早期(长棘期)仔鱼的全长、颅骨长度、脊柱长度及尾鳍复合物的长度增加缓慢,骨骼发育过程中与摄食、呼吸及游泳功能相关的骨骼优先发育,如颅骨(颌骨、鳃)和鳍元件,且骨化顺序与发育顺序基本一致。进入变态晚期(收棘期),营养摄取及利用的器官发育趋于完善,稚鱼进入快速生长阶段。此外,在仔稚鱼发育早期,颅骨、脊柱以及尾鳍复合物中存在异速生长特性,呈现为在变态前期和变态早期(长棘期)颅骨和尾鳍复合物为正异速生长,而脊柱为负异速生长;在变态晚期(收棘期)和变态后期,颅骨为负异速生长,而脊柱和尾鳍复合物为近等速生长。因此,鞍带石斑鱼仔稚幼鱼的颅骨、脊柱及尾鳍复合物骨骼发育的异速生长现象与摄食、呼吸及游泳功能相适应。  相似文献

To understand age and growth of the Picasso triggerfish, Rhinecanthus aculeatus, monthly sampling was conducted from February 2010 to October 2011 on the subtropical Okinawa Island, Japan, using trammel net and speargun. Fish were measured by weight (W) and standard length (SL) and age was determined by examining thin-sections of the first dorsal spine and the second abdominal vertebra. A total of 352 fish were caught ranging from 20.9?mm to 209.5?mm (SL). Marginal increment analysis indicated that translucent rings were deposited annually during the colder season from October to January. The relationship of observed SL and age was described by the original form of the von Bertalanffy growth equation. Male and female growth models were significantly different. Overall growth was rapid during the first 2.5?years for both sexes, thereafter growth curves diverged. Males consequently reached larger sizes and greater ages. Maximum age for males and females was 13.5 and 9.5?years, respectively. Regression models of somatic growth (SL) as a function of vertebral and spine radii were significantly correlated (r?=?0.98 and r?=?0.96, respectively). According to the weight?Clength relationship, growth in R. aculeatus was negative allometric. Small recruits (SL?<?40?mm) appeared in high numbers in shallow coastal areas starting from August. This is the first record of age and growth for R. aculeatus. Our data suggest that the Picasso triggerfish is a moderately long-lived balistid and that the observed sex-specific growth pattern is driven by the fish??s polygynous mating system and different reproduction strategies of males and females.  相似文献
