深海钢悬链立管触地点动力响应分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究深海钢悬链立管(SCR)在海洋环境载荷作用下的动力响应.利用非线性弹簧模拟立管与海床触地点的耦合模型,通过模态分析得到钢悬链立管的动力特性参数;时域动力响应分析获得不同工况下触地点及典型部位的位移、弯矩和应力时程.比较分析表明:浮体垂荡运动对触地点的应力状态影响较大,触地点附近存在钢悬链立管动力响应过程中的位移极值点和弯矩极值点.所提方法为触地点区域模拟分析提供了新思路,给出的分析结论对钢悬链立管设计有一定借鉴意义.  相似文献

基于商业软件Fluent,建立大振幅海洋内孤立波数值水槽,获取内孤立波波致水平流速和水平加速度沿垂向的分布,结合改进的Morison公式,计算内孤立波对立管的作用,采用有限单元法在时域中对内孤立波作用下顶张力立管的动力响应进行数值模拟,并就顶张力大小、内流密度、内孤立波振幅对立管动力响应的影响进行探讨。结果表明,内孤立波对顶张力立管产生强剪切作用,使立管发生较大变形,产生较高应力,并在波谷到达时刻出现最大位移和应力,立管上层流体部分的位移和应力明显大于下层流体部分的位移和应力。  相似文献

通过建立双套管与油管的全耦合运动控制方程,使用Newmark-β法,运用Matlab软件进行编程,对模型进行非线性时域动力耦合响应分析,分析在一定波浪环境,不同扶正器布置间距下,立管各层相同节点处耦合动力响应,研究各层管之间发生碰撞和摩擦的最大扶正器布置间距;分析相同扶正器布置间距下,不同顶张力系数对耦合动力响应的影响。结果表明:在波浪作用下,全耦合动力响应分析比等效管更能展现各层管的实际动力响应;扶正器布置间距与顶张力系数的取值不同,会影响各层立管的耦合响应与相对位移,取值不当时,立管会发生碰撞。  相似文献

基于内波流场的eKdv理论并结合尾流振子模型和挠性立管的非线性振动方程建立内波流场中悬链线立管计算模型,研究了内波流场中悬链线立管升力方向运动的响应问题,并分析了内孤立波波高和密度跃层位置对悬链线立管升力方向响应的影响。结果表明:内孤立波经过悬链线立管时会引起突然增大的涡激振动,其中高阶模态占主导;涡激振动最大位移发生于流体密度跃层位置附近;内孤立波波高增大以及密度跃层位置加深会使立管转变为更高阶模态振动,并且密度跃层位置加深会使立管涡激振动位移明显减小。  相似文献

疲劳和可靠度分析的设计方法已逐步被用于海洋工程领域,为了适应预报海上立管疲劳寿命的需要,一种有效的、以质量集点原理为基础的数字计算方法已获成功,该计算程序可以用来计算二维、大位移海上立管的时域动力特性.本文是文献[1]的继续,主要调强立管在随机运动条件下,立管弯矩应力沿轴线的分布及其统计分布.该文指出随机运动状态的立管弯矩应力不会出现如规则的较高频、较大位移运动条件下的较高的应力现象,说明立管裂纹的出现其主要原因是疲劳而致.分析所得的弯矩应力历时的极大值的统计分布比较接近于维泊尔(Weibull)的理论分布.  相似文献

质量比是影响海洋立管涡激振动的一个重要因素.通过在室内物理实验中使立管模型内部分别充填空气、水和沙来改变立管的质量比,从而研究质量比对柔性细长立管涡激振动的影响.实验结果表明:在相同流速下,质量比大的立管模型所激起的模态更高.在低约化速度区域,空管和水管的涡激振动响应频率与涡脱落频率相同,沙管的响应频率则与自振频率更接近,三种质量比立管的响应位移较接近;在高约化速度区域,三种质量比的立管模型的响应频率处于自振频率和涡脱落频率之间,但空管的响应频率随约化速度的增大而不断增大,同一流速下,质量比大的立管模型响应位移小,其中空管的涡激振动响应一直处于大振幅的锁定状态下.共振区域对应约化速度的范围随着质量比增大而减小.  相似文献

涡激振动(vortex-induced vibration,VIV)是导致深海细长柔性立管发生疲劳破坏的重要因素。采用实验观测手段研究了长细比为1 750的柔性立管多模态涡激振动特性。实验中,通过采用拖车拖拉立管模型在水池中匀速行进来模拟均匀流作用下的涡激振动响应。利用光纤光栅传感器测量立管模型在横流向(cross-flow,CF)和顺流向(in-line,IL)的应变,进而通过模态分解的方法,获得立管模型涡激振动的位移。在此基础上,研究了CF以及IL方向的响应频率、位移标准差的平均值和最大值等随流速的变化规律,并分析了立管模型上测点的运动轨迹及其影响因素。  相似文献

钢悬链线立管(SCR)在上部浮体运动和波流荷载激励下会与海床土相互作用,传统的线性海床模型假定荷载位移关系是线性的,没有考虑管土相互作用的非线性过程和海床土吸力的影响,本文基于大挠度柔性索理论的钢悬链式立管动力分析程序CABLE3D,将立管受到线性海床的弹性支撑力扩充为立管受到的海床垂向力,充分考虑管土非线性相互作用,并考虑海床土吸力对钢悬链式立管触地点区域的影响,开发出新的动力分析程序。程序采用非线性有限元方法对控制方程进行离散,时域内采用Newmark-β法,求解给定上部浮体运动条件下,SCR的动力响应,通过算例对线性刚度海床和非线性刚度海床进行对比,并分析了不同海床刚度对SCR触地点动力响应和疲劳损伤的影响。结果表明:非线性海床刚度模型比线性海床刚度模型更接近真实的管土作用过程;在非线性海床刚度模型下,海床土刚度越大,SCR触地点区域垂向位移响应越小,应力幅值越大,疲劳损伤越严重。  相似文献

平台运动和管土相互作用是引起钢悬链式立管(Steel Catenary Riser,SCR)触地点动态响应和疲劳损伤的关键因素。基于竖向土抗力-埋深曲线和侧向库伦摩擦双线模型模拟SCR触地区管土作用,并考虑竖向海床刚度的退化,研究平台三维运动激励下SCR触地区的动态响应与疲劳寿命,相对于简单的单向运动激励和仅考虑竖向管土作用,更符合工程实际。计算结果表明:①三维管土作用下,平台垂荡运动对立管触地区的影响最大,纵荡运动次之,横荡的影响最小;②平台三维运动的耦合,在一定程度上可降低立管触地区的动力响应和疲劳损伤,若仅考虑垂荡运动,结果偏于保守;③非线性海床模型相对于线弹性海床,引起的立管触地区的应力幅值、位移幅值显著增加,虽然贯入位移较小,但土抗力较大,选用线弹性海床的计算误差较大。平台运动和海床强度对SCR触地点动态响应和疲劳损伤的影响较大,因此在SCR响应分析与设计中,准确选择海床模型和平台运动方式,对于预测立管的疲劳寿命具有重要意义。  相似文献

综合考虑黏性内流以及立管轴向和流向的耦合效应等多种因素对立管动力响应的影响,基于Hamilton原理推导得出海洋立管耦合振动方程,采用Galerkin法进行数值求解。首先分析波流载荷与平台运动联合激励和仅在平台运动作用下立管动力响应的差异,然后讨论黏性内流和顶部张力对立管动力特性和响应峰值的影响。计算结果表明:波流与平台运动耦合作用和仅在平台运动作用下的立管各阶振动模态和振动峰值存在明显差异,波浪和海流对立管的直接作用不可忽略;内流运动黏性会改变立管振型峰值,立管流向一阶固有频率随内流流速增大而减小,流向和垂向振动峰值分别随之增加和减小,但这种影响很有限,且可以通过增大立管顶部预张力来抵消。  相似文献

Collision between risers is an important design and operational concern, especially in deep water since the probability of collision tends to increase as the riser length increases. Riser collision is due to the joint effects of many processes, i.e. environmental loads, hydrodynamic interference and surface floater motions and the most of them are stochastic processes. This paper provides an approach for estimating the failure probability of riser collision by considering these joint effects and their stochastic nature. Firstly, a procedure for establishing the distribution function of the extreme minimum relative distance between two risers is introduced based on simulation tools and statistical data. Numerical simulation is performed to compute the minimum distance between risers for a given duration. Repeated simulations are applied so that the extreme value distribution can be established. Secondly, reliability analysis is performed by considering the uncertainties of input parameters related to environmental loads and riser system. The collision probability is calculated based on both the First/Second Order Reliability Method and the Monte Carlo simulation techniques.  相似文献

In order to study the effect of internal flow on vortex-induced vibration of flexible riser, the experiment on the vortex-induced vibration of flexible riser transporting fluid in the current was conducted in the physical oceanography laboratory of Ocean University of China. Considering the internal flowing fluid and external marine environment, the dynamic response of the flexible riser was measured. The corresponding numerical simulation was performed using the wake oscillatory model considering the extensibility of the riser system. Both the experiment and the numerical simulation indicated that with the increase of internal flow speed, the response amplitude increases, while the response frequency decreases.  相似文献

A marine riser transporting fluid in the Bohai Sea was selected as study object,using an experi-mental and numerical method to study its vortex induced vibration in waves. A similarity theory was used in the experiment to derive the experimental model from a practical model,the dy-namic response of a riser model was measured in waves. A corresponding numerical simulation was performed using a finite element method. Comparisons were made with the results between the experiment and the numerical simulation. Laboratory tests were conducted on a flexible riser with and without helical strakes. The aim of the present work is to further understand the response performance of the vortex induced vibration (VIV) for a riser with helical strakes. The experiment was accomplished in the towing tank and the relative current was simulated by towing a flexible riser in one direction. Based on the modal analysis method, the displacement responses can be obtained by the measured strain. The strakes with different heights are analyzed here, and the response parameters like strain response and displacement response are studied. The experimental results show that the in-line (IL) response is as important as the cross-flow (CF) response, however, many industrial analysis methods usually ignore the IL response due to VIV. The results also indicate that the response characteristics of a bare riser can be quite distinct from that of a riser with helical strakes, and the response performance depends on the geometry on the helical strakes closely. The fatigue damage is further discussed and the results show that the fatigue damage in the CF direction is of the same order as that in the IL direction for the bare riser. However, for the riser with helical strakes, the fatigue damage in the CF direction is much smaller than that in the IL direction.  相似文献

Deep-sea mining (DSM) is an advanced concept. A simulation method of coupled vessel/riser/body system in DSM combined with dynamic positioning (DP) is proposed. Based on the three-dimensional potential flow theory, lumped mass method, and Morison’s equations the dynamic models of the production support vessel, riser and slurry pump are established. A proportion integration differentiation (PID) controller with a nonlinear observer and a thrust allocation unit are used to simulate the DP system. Coupled time domain simulation is implemented with the vessel operated in two DP modes. Results of the vessel and pump motions, riser tension, and thruster forces are obtained. It shows that the pump will be lifted by the riser when the vessel is chasing the next set point. Riser tension is influenced by the wave frequency motions of the vessel in positioning mode and low-frequency motions in tracking mode. The proposed simulation scheme is practical to study the DSM operation.  相似文献

浮体运动和海床土刚度是引起钢悬链式立管(steel catenary riser,简称SCR)管土相互作用的关键因素,将导致SCR触地区的疲劳损伤。以工作水深为1500 m的浮式平台上生产立管SCR为研究对象,基于法向抗力模型和侧向阻力模型建立管土作用模型,在环境载荷和浮体运动作用下,开展SCR与浮式平台的整体分析,研究海床土参数对SCR触地区动态响应和疲劳寿命的敏感性。通过改变海床土的不排水抗剪强度Su0、强度梯度ρ、吸力因子fsuc、吸力衰减参数λsuc以及再贯入系数λrep等,得到不同参数对触地区动力响应、疲劳寿命的影响规律。研究结果表明:①基于软黏土海床,随着不排水抗剪强度Su0的增加,触地区立管疲劳寿命减幅达到33.23%,敏感性最高;②吸力因子fsuc越大,立管疲劳寿命越小且减幅达23.77%,其敏感性较高;③随着再贯入系数λrep增大,触地区立管疲劳寿命增幅达到15.48%;④海床抗剪强度梯度ρ和吸力衰减参数λsuc对立管疲劳寿命影响较小。研究结论能为SCR设计分析及安全服役提供重要参考。  相似文献

复杂海洋环境中,顶张力立管顶部平台受到不同分量叠加的波浪作用,导致其轴向张力与多个频率相关,系统产生多频参激与涡激的联合振动,其动力学行为变得更为复杂,尤其是分岔和混沌等非线性振动特性有待进一步分析。首先,基于欧拉—伯努利梁理论,引入范德波尔尾流振子,建立和推导受多频参激—涡激联合作用下立管的动力学模型及其运动微分方程;接着,利用伽辽金法得到离散后的常微分方程组,采用多尺度法得到系统共振响应的调谐方程;最后,通过数值算例探究系统在多源和多频载荷联合作用下的共振响应。结果表明:对于多频参数激励,其中一个参数激励幅值在立管振动中起主导作用,而另一个会引起分岔的位置、数量和性质发生改变;随质量—阻尼参数增大,系统共振响应幅值整体先增大后减小,各分岔点出现的位置整体先向泄涡频率较大处移动,随后向泄涡频率较小处移动;质量—阻尼参数的变化还可能诱使系统发生倍周期分岔和混沌现象,危害结构安全。此外,采用直接数值积分求解微分方程组,验证近似分析结果,两者吻合较好。  相似文献
