分别于1986和1987年研究了Cu,Zn,Cd对梭鱼的急性致毒效应及梭鱼对Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr的回避反应。结果表明,Cu,Zn,Cd对梭鱼均有明显的毒性,其毒性的大小顺序为Cu>Zn>Cd。梭鱼对Cu,Zn,Cd有显著的回避反应,其回避率大小顺序Cu>Zn>Cd;梭鱼对Cr无明显的回避反应,即使Cr浓度高达100mg/L。  相似文献

对近江牡砺作为监测广东岸海域Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb污染的生物指示种的可能性进行了初步研究和评价,应用POLYDIV统计技术对采自广东沿岩海域14个站点的近江牡盛的重金属含量进行了统计分析,结果表明近江牡蛎受Cu,Zn,Cd污染的地理分布类型与广东沿海排放的工业废水的分布以及潮间带生物和表层沉积物的Cu,Zn,Cd含量分布相一致,因此,近江牡蛎可作为监测研究Cu,Zn,Cd污染的可靠生物指示种,但能  相似文献

于1993年4月-1993年5月以Zn^2+,Cd^2+,Pb^2+,Cu^2+不同浓度的海水对三角褐指藻进行生长影响的研究。实验表明,Cu^2+对三角褐指藻生长的毒性最大,其96hEC50为0.017mg/L。Pb^2+的毒性最小,其96hEC50为0.468mg/L。4种重金属离子的毒性顺序是Cu^2+>Cd^2+>Zn^2+>Pb^2+,除Cd^2+外,其他3种金属离子对该单细胞藻的生长安全  相似文献

生物毒性实验Cu^2+,Zn^2+等浓度与生物死亡率相关模式表明,海水中加入的Cu^2+,Zn^2+等浓度逐渐增高,生物死主恨率相应增高,同一浓度下,死亡率随时间(24,48,72,96h)的增加逐步增高,实验加入Cu^2+仅1μg/L和Zn^2+仅5μg/L本底浓度时,其毒性即已开始遵循相关模式。因此,比天然水含量仅高1,2倍的Cu^2+,Zn^2+离子的污染及毒性,就足以破坏鱼虾在河口的产卵,  相似文献

本文用静水生物实验法进行了Zn、Cu、Pb、Cd金属离子对海洋底栖鱼类牙鲆(Paralichthysolivaceus)仔鱼的成活影响研究。结果表明:Cu(2+)、Cd(2+)、Zn(2+)、Pb(2+)对牙鲆仔鱼24hLC(50)分别为1.14、1.51、4.68、5.89mg/dm3.48hLC(50)分别为0.14、0.83、0.99、3.47mg/dm3.72hLC(50)分别为0.06、0.36、0.71、0.93mg/dm3.96hLC(50)分别为0.02、0.14、0.43、0.53mg/dm3.Cu(2+)对牙鲆仔鱼的毒性最大,Pb(2+)的毒性最小.4种金属离子对仔鱼的毒性顺序依次为:Cu(2+)>Cd(2+)>Zn(2+)>Pb(2+).  相似文献

The chemical partitioning of 12 trace metals (Ba, Cd, Co, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Sc, Sr, U, Zn) in 9 surface sediments from Daya Bay, northern South China Sea, was studied by a four-step sequential extraction technique to assess their environmental/pollution status. The studied metals take on different fraction composition patterns, and some of them show significant spatial variation especially for Cd. A majority of the studied metals can be considered immobile because of their high percentages in the residual fraction. It seems that the Daya Bay surface sediments have not yet been polluted by the studied heavy metals which are used as parameters to classify marine sediment quality, i.e., Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn. For all metals except for Pb, the extent of anthropogenic influences on their total concentrations in the Daya Bay surface sediments is generally imperceptible. The metals’ potential risks to the environment were assessed, and the results showed that they have generally no risk or low risk except for Cd, Mn and Sr.  相似文献

Distribution and sources of heavy metals in the sediment of Xiangshan Bay   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Heavy metals in the surface sediments and sediment core from the Xiangshan Bay, a mariculture base on the coast of the East China Sea, were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP–MS) in order to evaluate their levels and sources. The results showed that the levels of Cu, Pb, Zn, and Cr in the sediments of the bay have been generally influenced by anthropogenic inputs since the founding of the People's Republic of China. In particular, Cu and Zn were polluted to some extent, as evidenced by high enrichment factors. Organic matter, grain size, wastewater discharge, and low energy hydrodynamic environment played dominant roles in the heavy metal enrichment in the sediments. The ratio of terrigenous source to marine biogenic deposit of trace metals in the sediments was calculated, revealing that terrigenous inputs were the main source of Cu, Pb, and Zn, while biological pellets contributed much more to the enrichment of Cr and Cd. Considering the influence of biological sources on the enrichment of Cd and Cr, and the fact that the sediment has been polluted by Cu and Zn, the development of mariculture and discharge of wastewater into the Bay should be restricted.  相似文献

Denitrification influences the nitrogen budget in estuaries by removing fixed nitrogen from the inorganic pool; rates are dependent on both geological and geographic conditions as well as increasing anthropogenic impacts. In this study the effects of copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), zinc (Zn), cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb), on the denitrification pathway were evaluated in subtidal and intertidal sediments of the Douro River estuary. Dinitrogen, N2O and NO2 production rates were measured in triplicate slurries of field samples under different treatments of metal concentrations. Results demonstrated that similar metal amendments led to different site responses for denitrification, suggesting that variations in sediment properties (metal concentrations, grain size, organic matter content, etc.) and/or differences in denitrifying community tolerance modulate the level of metal toxicity. Denitrifying communities in subtidal muddy sediments were not affected by increasing concentrations of metals. In contrast, intertidal sandy sites revealed high sensitivity to almost all trace metals tested; almost complete inhibition by Cr (95%) and Cu (85%) was observed for 98 and 79 μg per gram of wet sediment respectively, and by Zn (92%) at the highest concentration added (490 μg per gram of wet sediment). Moreover, the addition of trace metals stimulated N2O and NO2 accumulation in intertidal sandy (Zn, Cu, Cr and Cd) and muddy sediments (Cu and Zn), demonstrating a pronounced inhibitory effect on specific steps within the denitrification enzymatic system. In summary, the results obtained suggest that, according to the type of estuarine sediment, trace metals cannot only reduce total N removal from an estuary via denitrification but also can enhance the release of N2O, a powerful greenhouse gas.  相似文献

The ability of the oyster to accumulate trace metals, particularly the transition metals (Cd, Cu, Zn, and Hg), from food and water has been well documented. There is little information, however, on how these metals interact to affect whole animal retention, partitioning, and binding to metallothionein (Mt). In this study oysters were exposed to Cd and Cu, both alone and in combination, and significant effects have been demonstrated on subcellular partitioning. These studies showed that Cu can displace Cd from Mt, but the Cd is not lost from the animal. Two metal-binding protein peaks have been separated by gel chromatography (<10 K and 24 K daltons). The lower molecular weight protein peak has been characterized as Mt, consisting of two isoproteins, but the higher molecular weight protein peak appears to be an aggregation of metal-binding proteins, some of which may be Mt or a Mt dimer. In environments that are contaminated with trace metals, Mt binds primarily Hg, Cu, and/or Cd and Zn, but in noncontaminated areas Mt binds primarily Zn on one of the two isoMts.  相似文献

An investigation of trace metal distributions in the Western Mediterranean Sea was carried out during the RRS Discovery cruise (July 1993) in which a transect from the Strait of Gibraltar to the Strait of Sicily was conducted. Organically complexed dissolved trace metals and their total concentrations were measured to investigate the end-members and to predict the environmental capacity of the Mediterranean for potential toxic metals. The distribution of trace metals can be accounted for by the mixing of several end-members and by some atmospheric inputs to the surface water. For Pb and Fe, the effects of the atmospheric inputs are more pronounced than for the other metals. Due to the rapid exchange of water masses, the Western Mediterranean may have the ability to assimilate the increased external inputs for some trace metals such as Cu, Cd, Ni and Zn. But the external inputs for Pb and Fe exceed the removal capacity of the Western Mediterranean and these elements may accumulate in the water column of the western basin. The C18 Sep-Pak technique and direct determination by DPASV were used to determine the amount of trace metal–organic complexes. The C18 Sep-Pak column isolates only a small fraction of trace metals except for Cu. The maximum hydrophobic fractions for the studied trace metals, except for Cd and Pb, which are not detectable, were found in the subsurface layer at all stations. This maximum may well be linked to picoplankton activity and the picoplankton, prochlorophytes may have an important role in the speciation of dissolved Cu as well as Synechococcus. These organic ligands for Cu were produced at the maximum of biological activity in the Western Mediterranean basin and seem to be accumulated at halocline level by Mediterranean hydrodynamic characteristics. However, direct determination by DPASV showed that the major part of Cu, Cd and Pb, complexed by organic materials, was not isolated by C18 Sep-Pak technique.  相似文献

The concentrations of Pb, Cu, Cd and Zn were determined in above- and belowground parts of eelgrass (Zostera marina L.) at forty stations in a shallow, brackish water area (the Limfjord, Denmark). The concentrations of the trace metals were significantly elevated near the cities of Aalborg (Pb, Cu) and Struer (Cd). Trace metal concentrations in above and belowground parts of eelgrass were log-normal distributed and the concentrations of Cd, Cu and Zn in aboveground parts were significantly higher than in belowground parts. Furthermore, a significant correlation between trace metal concentrations in above- and belowground parts was found. The background level of trace metal concentrations in eelgrass in the Limfjord was estimated.The application of eelgrass as a monitoring organism is discussed; it is suggested that the concentration of some trace metals in above- and belowground parts of eelgrass may be used as a measure of the bioavailable fraction of these trace metals in ambient and interstitial water (sediment), respectively.  相似文献

应用双箱动力学模型模拟了刺参在Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、Cr、Hg和As 7种重金属混合暴露条件下,呼吸树、消化道和体壁组织对重金属的生物富集与释放实验。结果表明:(1)重金属在刺参组织器官中的富集具有选择性,理论平衡状态下,As、Cd、Cr在各组织的含量分布(CAmax):呼吸树消化道体壁,Cu、Zn分布规律(CAmax):消化道呼吸树体壁,Hg、Pb分布规律(CAmax):体壁呼吸树消化道。(2)刺参对不同重金属的富集系数存在显著差异(P0.05),呼吸树组织对Cr离子富集系数最高2298.2,其次是Cu、Cd离子,其BCF均在1500以上,Hg、Pb、Zn和As离子在呼吸树中的富集系数较低。体壁对Cu离子的富集系数最高为1560.7,对As离子富集系数最低52.7。消化道对Cu离子富集系数最高6037,对As离子富集系数最低为87.9。  相似文献

孔隙水是沉积物-海水界面链接沉积物颗粒和上覆水体的一个重要过渡相态,针对其研究可更好地了解痕量金属在固-液界面的早期成岩过程。近年来,针对孔隙水中痕量元素研究的方法较为匮乏,为此建立了一种分析测定海洋沉积物孔隙水中7种痕量金属元素(Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cd、Co、Pb)的方法,该方法使用Nobias PA1树脂进行富集分离,再使用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)进行测试,可针对孔隙水中的痕量金属元素进行准确分析。通过实验结果发现该方法最优实验条件为: Nobias PA1树脂富集时的pH值为5.5~6.0,洗脱酸浓度为1.3 mol/L硝酸,体积为1 mL。同时,样品需进行紫外消解4 h以上以分解有机络合物,该消解步骤对Cu和Co这两种元素尤其重要。该方法通过加标回收获得Mn、Cu、Ni、Co和Pb的回收率在92%~100%, Zn和Cd的回收率分别为72%和82%; Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni的方法检出限范围为0.03~0.53 nmol/L, Cd、Co、Pb的方法检出限范围为2.66×10-3~8.60×10-3 nmol/L,满足孔隙水中痕量金属浓度的测试需求。同时,根据检出限计算的结果显示,孔隙水样品只需1 mL,即可应用该方法进行测试。应用该方法测试了一根采集于北黄海中部沉积物短柱的孔隙水样品,测试结果显示其垂相分布合理、较符合早期成岩过程规律。此研究为分析海洋沉积物孔隙水中痕量金属元素提供了一种准确而简便的方法。  相似文献
