Halocyprid ostracods are appreciable part of ostracods floating through virtually everywhere in marine environment.In this study,we describe a new species of genus Polyconchoecia Xiang,Chen and Du,2018,tribe Conchoeciini Chavtur and Angel,2011,family Halocyprididae Dana,1853 from the middle of the South China Sea.Polyconchoecia chenii sp.nov.is very close to P.commixtus Xiang,Chen and Du,2018.But it differs from P.commixtus by the distinctions of locations of major glands of carapace and the characteristics of appendages:more posteriorly situated left asymmetric gland of carapace,no right asymmetric gland;segmented frontal organ;the endopod 2 of the first antenna with a very small seta;a-and c-setae of the first antenna with long end joint have long end joint,the b-and d-setae have no end joint,spinose e-seta without end joint;the e-seta of the second antenna is present;teeth side is distinctive;the setal counts of the mandible,maxilla,fifth limb,and sixth limb are individual.The locations of the major glands on carapace and the characteristics of the first antenna can be the key of the new species.This work is the second discovery of the genus Polyconchoecia from the world.  相似文献

Along with the sequencing technology development and continual enthusiasm of researchers on the mitochondrial genomes, the number of metazoan mitochondrial genomes reported has a tremendous growth in the past decades. Phylomitogenomics—reconstruction of phylogenetic relationships based on mitochondrial genomic data—is now possible across large animal groups. Crustaceans in the class Malacostraca display a high diversity of body forms and include large number of ecologically and commercially important species. In this study, comprehensive and systematic analyses of the phylogenetic relationships within Malacostraca were conducted based on 86 mitochondrial genomes available from Gen Bank. Among 86 malacostracan mitochondrial genomes, 54 species have identical major gene arrangement(excluding t RNAs) to pancrustacean ground pattern,including six species from Stomatopoda, three species from Amphipoda, two krill, seven species from Dendrobranchiata(Decapoda), and 36 species from Pleocyemata(Decapoda). However, the other 32 mitochondrial genomes reported exhibit major gene rearrangements. Phylogenies based on Bayesian analyses of nucleotide sequences of the protein-coding genes produced a robust tree with 100% posterior probability at almost all nodes. The results indicate that Amphipoda and Isopoda cluster together(Edriophthalma)(BPP=100).Phylomitogenomic analyses strong support that Euphausiacea is nested within Decapoda, and closely related to Dendrobranchiata, which is also consistent with the evidence from developmental biology. Yet the taxonomic sampling of mitochondrial genome from Malacostraca is very biased to the order Decapoda, with no complete mitochondrial genomes reported from 11 of the 16 orders. Future researches on sequencing the mitochondrial genomes from a wide variety of malacostracans are necessary to further elucidate the phylogeny of this important group of animals. With the increase in mitochondrial genomes available, phylomitogenomics will emerge as an important component in the Tree of Life researches.  相似文献

The phosphorus cycle is studied during 2013–2014 in the Sanggou Bay(SGB), which is a typical aquaculture area in northern China. The forms of measured phosphorus include dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP), dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP), particulate inorganic phosphorus(PIP), and particulate organic phosphorus(POP).DIP and PIP are the major forms of total dissolved phosphorus(TDP) and total particulate phosphorus(TPP),representing 51%–75% and 53%–80%, respectively. The concentrations and distributions of phosphorus forms vary among seasons relative to aquaculture cycles, fluvial input, and hydrodynamic conditions. In autumn the concentration of DIP is significantly higher than in other seasons(P0.01), and higher concentrations are found in the west of the bay. In winter and spring the phosphorus concentrations are higher in the east of the bay than in the west. In summer, the distributions of phosphorus forms are uniform. A preliminary phosphorus budget is developed, and shows that SGB is a net sink of phosphorus. A total of 1.80×10~7 mol/a phosphorus is transported into the bay. The Yellow Sea is the major source of net input of phosphorus(61%), followed by submarine groundwater discharge(SGD)(27%), river input(11%), and atmospheric deposition(1%). The main phosphorus sink is the harvest of seaweeds(Saccharina japonica and Gracilaria lemaneiformis), bivalves(Chlamys farreri),and oysters(Crassostrea gigas), accounting for a total of 1.12×10~7 mol/a. Burial of phosphorus in sediment is another important sink, accounting for 7.00×10~6 mol/a. Biodeposition by bivalves is the major source of phosphorus in sediment, accounting for 54% of the total.  相似文献

Deep water in the Nordic seas is the major source of Atlantic deep water and its formation and transport play an important role in the heat and mass exchange between polar and the North Atlantic. A monthly hydrological climatology—Hydrobase II—is used to estimate the deep ocean circulation pattern and the deep water distribution in the Nordic seas. An improved P-vector method is applied in the geostrophic current calculation which introduces sea surface height gradient to solve the issue that a residual barotropic flow cannot be recognized by traditional method in regions where motionless level does not exist. The volume proportions, spatial distributions and seasonal variations of major water masses are examined and a comparison with other hydrological dataset is carried out. The variations and transports of deep water are investigated based on estimated circulation and water mass distributions. The seasonal variation of deep water volume in the Greenland Basin is around 22×103 km3 whereas significantly weaker in the Lofoten and Norwegian Basins. Annual downstream transports of about 1.54×103 and 0.64×103 km3 are reported between the Greenland/Lofoten and Lofoten/Norwegian Basins. The deep water transport among major basins is generally in the Greenland-Lofoten-Norwegian direction.  相似文献

On the basis of the arctic monthly mean sea ice extent data set during 1953-1984, the arctic region is divided into eight subregions,and the analyses of empirical orthogonal functions, power spectrum and maximum entropy spectrum are made to indentify the major spatial and temporal features of the sea ice fluctuations within 32-year period. And then, a brief appropriate physical explanation is tentatively suggested. The results show that both seasonal and non-seasonal variations of the sea ice extent are remarkable, and iis mean annual peripheral positions as well as their interannu-al shifting amplitudes are quite different among all subregions. These features are primarily affected by solar radiation, o-cean circulation, sea surface temperature and maritime-continental contrast, while the non-seasonal variations are most possibly affected by the cosmic-geophysical factors such as earth pole shife, earth rotation oscillation and solar activity.  相似文献

对渤海调查区浮游植物的群落及其动力学进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,浮游植物群落主要由硅、甲藻组成 ,也有少数的蓝藻、绿藻和硅鞭藻出现 ,其生态类型主要为温带近岸型。粒级大小以微型浮游植物为主 ,依次为小型浮游植物 (包括网采浮游植物 )、微微型浮游植物。浮游植物群落的平面分布与各环境因子密切相关 ,其中水体中化学和生物相互作用所形成的浮游植物团块是其平面分布的主要特征。调查海域存在三个典型的浮游植物区划 :渤海海峡区、渤海湾区和黄河河口区。追踪实验的结果表明 ,调查区浮游植物群落短周期 (几天 )的变化是由关键种所驱动而非优势种。渤海海峡浮游植物群落的周年变化为双周期型 ,春季水华主峰出现在 4月 ,而秋季次高峰出现在 9月。春季浮游植物以小型细胞硅藻占优群落为主 ,秋季以大型细胞硅藻 甲藻联合占优群落为主。群落季节和周年的变化以种类演替 (speciessuccession)为主而非种类接替 (speciessequence)。与历史调查资料相比 ,1 998— 1 999年的观测表明浮游植物群落由硅藻占绝对优势逐渐转变为硅藻 甲藻共存为主的群落。甲藻的占优以及绿藻在特定时期的普遍出现反映了渤海海区营养盐结构比例变化对海区生态系统结构的影响 ,氮 /磷比率的增加和硅 /氮比率的降低是造成这一结果的  相似文献

基于2014年秋季在渤海进行的水文、化学和生物方面的综合大面调查,研究了渤海网采浮游植物群落的结构特征,并结合文献资料,分析影响浮游植物群落结构形成的原因。结果显示:2014年渤海秋季共鉴定浮游植物3个门42属96种,其中以硅藻为主,为34属79种,占总物种的82%;甲藻门7属16种,占总物种的17%;金藻门1属1种。其中,角毛藻属的种类最多,共17种;其次为圆筛藻属,共13种。浮游植物总细胞丰度介于(0.71~72.15)×104 cells/m3,平均为13.88×104 cells/m3,硅藻与甲藻细胞丰度比值为2∶1,硅藻在莱州湾的细胞丰度极显著高于其他海区,甲藻在渤海中部海区的细胞丰度显著高于其他海区。浮游植物优势种主要为星脐圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus asteromphalus)、威氏圆筛藻(C. wailesii)、具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)、梭状角藻(Ceratium fusus)和夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)。渤海秋季浮游植物群落多样性水平分布不均,局部海域由于单一优势种过量繁殖多样性降低,低值区分布于辽东湾和渤海海峡海域。与历史同期资料对比,渤海海域浮游植物群落出现明显的物种演替现象,甲藻中的角藻逐渐兴起,其在渤海中部及辽东湾的优势地位已经超过角毛藻属和圆筛藻属,渤海秋季局部海区浮游植物群落结构已经由硅藻控制转为硅藻和甲藻共同控制。  相似文献

研究了2000年秋季覆盖渤海60个测站的网采浮游植物物种及其群落特征,共发现浮游植物3门35属64种(不包括未定名物种).物种主要以硅藻为主,但甲藻在群落中的比重也很明显,在个别站位上会成为优势类群.优势种主要为偏心圆筛藻、三角角藻、浮动弯角藻等,其中的偏心圆筛藻、浮动弯角藻、布氏双尾藻、梭状角藻和叉状角藻是秋季渤海浮游植物的关键种.细胞丰度的平面分布由浮游硅藻的分布决定,其高值区分布在渤海中北部、渤海湾南部和渤海海峡南部.浮游甲藻在渤海湾北部存在高值区.由于渤海环流的影响在渤海中北部存在浮游植物群落的交错区,此区物种丰富度高、多样性水平高和细胞丰度高.秋季渤海浮游植物群落物种丰富度、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和均匀度的高值区在渤海中部,但整个秋季浮游植物群落的多样性程度是较低的.  相似文献

研究了2001年冬季覆盖渤海56个测站的浮游植物物种及其群落特征。共发现浮游植物3门37属72种(不包括未定名物种)。物种主要以温带近岸型硅藻为主,优势种主要尖刺伪菱形藻、浮动弯角藻、偏心圆筛藻、具槽帕拉藻(Parnlia sulcata)和环纹劳德藻。其中的尖刺伪菱形藻、偏心圆筛藻和具槽帕拉藻是冬季渤海浮游植物的关键种。分析认为:细胞丰度的平面分布由浮游硅藻的分布所决定。同1983年同期资料相比发现,优势种没有较大变化,但其优势程度顺序和细胞丰度发生了一定的改变,整个浮游植物群落的细胞丰度有大幅度增加。冬季渤海浮游植物群落的多样性程度是低的。  相似文献

根据2009年7、8月(夏季)、12月到翌年1月(冬季)、2010年11月(秋季)和2011年4、5月(春季)共4个航次在东海陆架区进行的现场多学科综合调查,报道了4个季节在整个东海海域的浮游植物的空间分布及群落结构特征,并探讨了影响其分布格局的环境因子效应。结果表明,东海浮游植物群落主要由硅藻、甲藻组成。共检出浮游植物5门88属299种(含未定种)。调查区夏季细胞丰度达最高,平均为(8 659.572±28 937.27)cell/L,其次是秋、冬季,春季最低,分别为(4 413.726±12 534.573)cell/L、(421.773±647.532)cell/L和(218.479±265.897)cell/L。硅藻细胞丰度在夏、秋、冬3个季节占总平均丰度的95%以上,甲藻细胞丰度在春季最高,占总浮游植物细胞丰度的69%。调查海区浮游植物丰度高值区主要集中在长江口海域,并向外海呈递减趋势。不同群落间存在季节更替和演替现象。物种丰富度自春夏秋冬逐渐升高。香农指数(Shannon-Wiener index)和均匀度指数(Pielou index)分布较为一致,物种丰富度指数(Margalef index)呈现时空分布差异。Pearson相关分析结果表明:不同季节的物种间更迭与海区特定的物理化学参数显著相关。  相似文献

浮游植物群落结构的时空变化对生物地球化学循环、全球气候及渔业资源具有重要的影响。本文采用ROMS-CoSiNE高分辨率数值模拟结果,分析了渤海浮游植物生物量和群落结构的时空分布特征,讨论了浮游植物群落结构时空差异的主要影响因素。结果表明,渤海表层叶绿素浓度和甲硅藻比在冬季最低、夏季最高。叶绿素浓度呈条带状分布,甲硅藻比呈斑块状分布。冬季、春季和秋季浮游植物群落结构均以硅藻占绝对优势,夏季以硅藻和甲藻共同占优。不同因素对浮游植物群落结构的影响具有时空差异性。在辽东湾、渤海湾、莱州湾和渤海中部,各个季节浮游植物群落结构差异分别受磷酸盐、氮磷比、硅氮比、溶解无机氮的影响最大。在冬季、夏季和秋季,各个区域浮游植物群落结构差异均受溶解无机氮的影响最大,在春季则受硅氮比的影响最大。总体上,营养盐浓度及结构是浮游植物群落结构时空差异的主要影响因子。  相似文献

根据2020年8月至2021年5月对渤海西南部浮游动物调查的4个航次数据,分析该海域水螅水母、栉水母群落结构和季节变化特征,讨论了环境因子对小型水母丰度的影响。研究发现,渤海西南部小型水母种类组成和丰度分布存在季节变化,全年调查共发现小型水母13种,11种水螅水母、2种栉水母;春、夏、秋、冬该海域水母种数分别为4种、9种、7种和2种,丰度均值分别为30.74 ind./m3、30.78 ind./m3、12.08 ind./m3、0.57 ind./m3;优势种为嵊山秀氏水母(Sugiura chengshanense)、八斑芮氏水母(Rathkea octopunctata)、锡兰和平水母(Eirene ceylonensis)、半球美螅水母(Clytia hemisphaerica)、球型侧腕水母(Pleurobrachia globosa),优势种季节更替率平均为91.67%,呈现明显季节演替。水温和盐度是影响渤海西南部小型水母丰度季节变化的主要环境因子,春季水温回升及适宜营养盐含量促进小型水母生长繁殖,夏季桡足类为小型水母提供了丰富的饵料促进其生长,秋季群落主要受盐度的影响。根...  相似文献

The phytoplankton water samples were collected in two multidisciplinary investigations which were carried out during summer(June) and autumn(November to December) of 2011. Phytoplankton species composition and abundance data were accomplished by Uterm?hl method. The phytoplankton community was dominated by diatoms and dinoflagellates in the southern Yellow Sea(YS) in summer and autumn. In summer, Paralia sulcata and Prorocentrum dentatum were the predominated species, the cell abundance ranged from 0.074 to 107.733×103 cells/L with an average of 9.057×103 cells/L. Two phytoplankton high abundance appeared in northwest part of the survey area and the Changjiang River Estuary, respectively. In autumn, Par. sulcata became the predominant species, and the phytoplankton cell abundance ranged from 1.035×103 to 8.985×103 cells/L, the average was 3.263×103 cells/L. The phytoplankton abundance in surface layer presented the homogeneous distributions. Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA) method was applied for discovering the relationship between environmental factors and the common found phytoplankton species. The responses of phytoplankton to nutrients were varied between summer and autumn. The abundance of most predominant species, Par. sulcata was strongly correlated to temperature and salinity in autumn, but not the case in summer.  相似文献

基于2014年春季在渤海进行的水文、化学和生物方面的综合大面调查,研究了渤海浮游植物群落的结构特征,并结合文献资料,分析影响浮游植物群落结构形成的原因。结果显示:2014年渤海春季共鉴定浮游植物3门29属50种,以硅藻为主,还有少数甲藻和金藻。其中,硅藻门中圆筛藻属的种类最多,共12种,其次为角毛藻属,共5种。浮游植物总细胞丰度介于1.08×104~181.09×104个/m3,平均为25.47×104个/m3。硅藻与甲藻细胞丰度比值为12:1,硅藻在物种数量和细胞丰度上均占有绝对优势,为渤海浮游植物的主要类群。浮游植物优势种主要为密联角毛藻(Chaetoceros densus)、斯氏几内亚藻(Guinardia striata)、具槽帕拉藻(Paralia sulcata)和夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans)。渤海春季浮游植物群落多样性水平较低,且分布不均。渤海中部和渤海海峡海域由于单一优势种过量繁殖导致群落稳定性较差。与历史同期资料对比,渤海海域浮游植物群落出现明显的物种演替现象,角毛藻的优势地位显著性下降,斯氏几内亚藻首次在渤海大面调查中被记录为优势种。本研究为今后渤海环境生态系统和渔业资源变动的研究提供重要基础资料和参考依据。  相似文献
