应用半静态双箱动力学模型室内模拟了沉积物暴露条件下文蛤Meretrix meretrix 对Cu、Pb的生物富集,通过对富集与排出过程中文蛤体内重金属污染物的动态监测和对富集与排出过程监测结果的非线性拟合,得到了文蛤富集重金属的吸收速率常数K1、排出速率常数K2、生物富集因子BCF(bioconcentration factors)、生物学半衰期B1/2等动力学参数。拟合结果得到的Cu、Pb各动力学参数分别为,K1为4.6333—72.3754;K2为0.0512—0.0798;BCF为60.7646—1414.9634;B1/2为8.69—13.55。对模型的拟合优度检验结果显示,沉积物暴露条件下文蛤对重金属Cu、Pb的生物富集数据符合双箱模型,模型的拟合优度良好。比较结果得出,吸收速率常数K1及生物富集因子BCF均随着外部水体金属暴露浓度的增大而减小;文蛤对Cu富集能力大于Pb;Cu在文蛤体内的生物学半衰期B1/2大于Pb;理论平衡状态下生物体内Cu、Pb的含量CAmax随着外部水体中金属暴露浓度的增大而增大,且呈显著正相关,实验结果表明沉积物暴露条件下双箱动力学模型在一定条件下是可以应用于文蛤的富集动力学研究的,仍需要进一步开展不同条件下实验研究分析。  相似文献

应用半静态的双箱式生物富集动力学模型,在室内研究了柄海鞘对重金属 Pb2+ 的生物富集作用,通过非线性拟合得到了相应的生物富集动力学参数.结果表明:柄海鞘对金属 Pb2+ 具有一定的富集作用,对 Pb2+ 的富集吸收速率常数 k1 和富集系数 BCF均随外部水体中 Pb2+ 浓度的增大而减小.富集平衡时,海鞘体内的铅含? Camax)与外部水体中 Pb2+ 的浓度基本呈正相关.柄海鞘不同器官中的 Pb 浓度不同,依次为:生殖腺>消化腺≈其他部分>外背囊.排出阶段 Pb 在柄海鞘体内的生物学半衰期(B1/2)为 10.05~36.76d.  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法为定性、定量手段,研究土霉素在牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)体内的药代动力学过程,采用DAS(Drug and Statistics)药代动力学程序对数据进行分析.结果表明,牙鲆单剂量口服土霉素后(200 mg/kg),血药经时过程符合二室模型,主要动力学参数如下:吸收半衰期(T(1/2)a)为10.043 h,单剂量给药后牙鲆体内出现最高质量分数的时间(Tmax)为4.000 h,单剂量给药后牙鲆体内最高血药质量分数(Cmax)为0.54 mg/L,药时曲线下总面积(CAU0-72)为17.15 (mg*h)/L,吸收速率常数(Ka)为0.223,消除速率常数(k)为0.476 h-1.牙鲆肌肉中土霉素的经时过程符合一级吸收一室模型,主要动力学参数:T(1/2)a为74.893 h,Tmax为4.000 h,Cmax为3.58 mg/L,CAU0-72为148.56 (mg*h)/L,Ka为0.731,k为2.991 h-1.牙鲆肝脏中土霉素的经时过程符合一级吸收一室模型,主要动力学参数:T(1/2)a为31.376 h,Tmax为4.000 h,Cmax为13.78 mg/L,CAU0-72为494.14 (mg*h)/L,Ka为0.876,k为4.940 h-1.  相似文献

Predictions of maximum wave height Hmax are made at Cromer, Happisburgh and Lowestoft on the East Anglian Coast using the formula Hmax = CKRKS U2/g where C is a constant, KR, KS are refraction and shoaling cofficients, U is wind speed and g is the acceleration due to gravity. The main factors influencing phytoplankton primary production in the surf zone of the Sundays River Beach, Algoa Bay have been characterized. These factors include cell concentration, chlorophyll concentration, irradiance, temperature and salinity. Good relationships have been obtained between cell concentration, chlorophyll concentration and primary production. The P-I curves showed dependence on temperature with a linear regression between temperature and Ik values. Light saturation was shown to occur between 300 and 510 μmol m−2 s−1 at normal field temperatures. Tmax and Tmin were found to be 34°C and 0°C, respectively; Pmax was 25°C. Salinity had a marked effect on primary production with Smax occurring at 60 ppt and an extrapolated Smin at 0 ppt. Pmax was found to occur at 30 ppt.  相似文献

Displaying “calculated minus observed” data for precise titrations of seawater with strong acid permits direct evaluation of important parameters and detection of systematic errors.At least two data sets from the GEOSECS (Geochemical Ocean Sections) program fit an equilibrium model (which includes carbonate, borate, sulfate, silicate, fluoride, and phosphate) within the most stringent experimental error, less than 2 μmol kg−1. The effect of various parameters on the fit of calculated to observed values depends strongly on pH. Although standard potential E0, total alkalinity At, total carbonate Ct, and first acidity constant of carbon dioxide pK1 are nearly independent, and can be determined for each data set, other parameters are strongly correlated. Within such groups, all but one parameter must be determined from data other than the titration curve.Adding an acid-base pair to the theoretical model (e.g. Cx=20 μmol kg−1, pKx=6.2) produces a deviation approaching 20 μmol kg−1 at constant Ct; however, adjustment of Ct by about −18 μmol kg−1 to produce a good fit leaves only ± 1.5 μmol kg−1 residual deviation from the reference values. Thus, at current standards of precision, an unidentified weak acid cannot be distinguished from carbonate purely on the basis of the titration curve shape.There are few full sets of numerical data published, and most show larger systematic errors (3–12 μmol l−1) than the above; one well-defined source is experiments performed in unsealed vessels. Total carbonate can be explicitly obtained as a function of pH by a rearrangement of the titration curve equation; this can reveal a systematic decrease in Ct in the pH range 5–6, as a result of CO2 gas loss from the titration vessel. Attempts to compensate for this by adjustment of At, Ct, or pK1 produce deviations which mimic those produced by an additional acid-base pair.Changing from the free H+ scale (for which [HSO4] and [HF] are explicit terms in the alkalinity) to the seawater scale (SWS) (where those terms are part of a constant factor multiplying [H+]) requires modification of the titration curve equation as well as adjustment of acidity constants. Even with this change, however, omission of pH-dependent terms in [HSO4] and [HF] produces small systematic errors at low pH.Shifts in liquid junction potential also introduce small systematic errors, but are significant only at pH <3. High-pH errors due to response of the glass electrode to Na+ as well as H+ can be adequately compensated to pH 9.5 by a linear selectivity expression.  相似文献

Abstract

Vacuum preloading with plastic vertical drains has been applied widely to accelerating consolidation of dredger fills. As a result of nonlinear variations in permeability and compression during the process of dredger fill consolidation, an axisymmetric consolidation method for dredger fill treatment using PVD with vacuum is proposed with varied Ru. The effects of Cc/Ck and the loading ratio on the proposed method are discussed. It is found that the difference between the traditional method and proposed method is obvious in the case of large loading ratio (such as dredger fill treated with vacuum preloading). The degree of consolidation in the early phase of consolidation obtained using the proposed method was less than that obtained using the traditional method and the degree of consolidation in the later phase of consolidation obtained using the modified expression was larger than that obtained using the traditional method, as Cc/Ck?<?1. However, opposite trends were observed when Cc/Ck?>?1, the proposed method was closer to the actual situation. The applicability of the proposed method was verified by laboratory and field tests. For the consolidation of dredger fill with high water content, we recommend the adoption of the proposed method for calculating the degree of consolidation.  相似文献

为全面了解我国黄渤海鳗草(Zostera marina L.)床重金属污染水平, 本研究以大连林阳北海、葫芦岛兴城、唐山乐亭-曹妃甸和青岛湾四处鳗草床为研究对象。于夏季采集鳗草、海水和沉积物样品并分析其重金属(Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd)含量。以此分析海草的重金属富集特征, 并对比评估不同鳗草床重金属潜在生态风险。结果表明, 夏季四处鳗草床海水重金属含量由高到低依次为: Zn > Cu > Pb > Cd, 均低于国家一级水质标准; 对沉积物来说, 重金属含量由高到低依次为: Zn > Pb > Cu > Cd, 均低于国家一级沉积物质量标准。鳗草对重金属的富集因重金属种类和海草积累部位而异, 其地上组织对Cu、Zn、Cd的富集能力高于地下组织。研究区域海水中Cu、Zn、Pb和Cd潜在风险等级均处于低风险水平。而对沉积物而言, 葫芦岛兴城鳗草床Cd的潜在风险等级处于较高风险水平(Ei值为156.9)。唐山乐亭-曹妃甸和青岛湾鳗草床的地质累积指数(Igeo)由大到小依次为: Cd > Pb > Zn > Cu。综合所有元素的潜在生态风险指数(IR), 葫芦岛兴城鳗草床的潜在生态风险值最高。  相似文献

Laboratory experiments were carried out to study cadmium (Cd) toxicity in an intertidal gastropod, Turbo intercostalis. Tolerance studies revealed an LC50 of 6.18 ppm for 96 h. Experiments were also conducted to determine oxygen consumption and bioaccumulation of the metal by exposing the snails to a sublethal concentration of Cd (1.24 ppm) for 20 days. A significant fall in oxygen consumption was observed from 48 h onwards with maximum decrease (65.5%) at 20 days. The accumulation of Cd was determined in gonad-digestive gland (GDG) complex, mantle and foot at different intervals. There was a gradual increase in accumulation with exposure time in all tissues. The accumulation of Cd was: GDG complex>mantle>foot. The percentage body burden of the metal showed a decreasing trend in the mantle and an increasing trend in GDG complex. The fractional retention coefficients increased with exposure time. The snails exhibited a tissue-specific depuration of the metal and the trend was similar to that of accumulation. The results suggest that T. intercostalis may be a useful species for biomonitoring studies.  相似文献

Radiolabelled experiments were carried out to measure necessary parameters in the development of a biodynamic ecotoxicological simulation model of Cd accumulation in the barnacle biomonitor Balanus amphitrite. The Cd uptake rate constant from the dissolved phase, the Cd assimilation efficiency (AE) from suspended particulate matter (SPM) and the efflux rate constant were obtained using 109Cd. A Cd uptake rate constant from the dissolved phase (ku) of 0.0072 L g−1 h−1 was determined for the barnacle under environmentally realistic dissolved Cd concentrations (maximum of 400 ng L−1). Cd AE from SPM was determined from the barnacle feeding on SPM with low and high chl a concentrations, resulting in AEs of 39.0% and 48.7%, respectively, and an efflux rate of 0.0072 d−1. The difference between the AEs resulted from differences in chl a:SPM ratios suggesting a general tendency of higher AE when SPM is enriched with chl a. These results reinforce that the accuracy of ecotoxicological models for metal accumulation in organisms depends on how representative the selected food items are of the organism’s natural diet.  相似文献

Laboratory radiotracer experiments were conducted to determine assimilation efficiencies (AE) from ingested algal food and oxic sediment particles, uptake rates from the dissolved phase, and the efflux rates of Cd, Cr and Zn in the Asiatic clamCorbicula fluminea. Among three elements, AE from both algal and sediment food was greatest for Cd, followed by Zn and Cr. The AEs of tested elements from algal food(Phaeodactylum tricornutum) were consistently higher than those from sediments at a given salinity and temperature. The influence of salinity (0, 4 and 8 psu) and temperature (5, 13 and 21¼) on the metal AEs was not evident for most tested elements, except Cd AEs from sediment. The rate constant of metal uptake from the dissolved phase (k u was greatest for Cd, followed by Zn and Cr in freshwater media. However, in saline water, thek u of Zn were greater than those of Cd. The influx rate of all tested metals increased with temperature. The efflux rate constant was greatest for Cr (0.02 d-1), followed by Zn (0.010~0.017 d-1) and Cd (0.006 d-1). The efflux rate constant for Zn in clam tissues depurated in 0 psu (0.017 d-1) was faster than that in 8 psu (0.010 d-1). Overall results showed that the variation of salinity and temperature in estuarine systems can considerably influence the metal bioaccumulation potential in the estuarine clamC. fluminea. The relatively high Cd accumulation capacity ofC. fluminea characterized by the high AE, high dissolved influx rate and low efflux rate, suggested that this clam species can be used as an efficient biomonitor for the Cd contamination in freshwater and estuarine environments.  相似文献

The mechanism of the development of wind-waves will be proposed on the basis of the observed wave spectra in the wind tunnels and at Lake Biwa (Imasato, 1976). It consists of two aspects: One is that the air flow over the wind-waves transfers momentum concentratively to the steepest component waves and the other is that the upper limit of the growth of a wave spectral density is given by the ultimate value in the slope spectral density. The first aspect means that the wave field has the momentum transfer filter on receiving the momentum from the air flow. Wind-waves in the stage of sea-waves receive the necessary amount of momentum by the form drag,e.g. according to the Miles' (1960) inviscid mechanism, through a very narrow frequency region around a dominant spectral peak. On the other hand, wind-waves in the stage of initial-wavelets receive it according to the Miles' (1962a) viscous model through a fairly broad frequency region around the peak. The upper limit ofS max developing according to viscous mechanism is given byS max =6.40×10–4 k max –2cm2s andS max =2.03C(f max )–2cm2s(S max is the power density of the wave spectral peak with the frequencyf max ,k max is the wave number corresponding to the frequencyf max andC is the phase velocity).From the second aspect, the upper limit of the growth of wave spectral density is given by 33.3f –4cm2s in the frequency region of late stage of sea-waves. Therefore, the spectral peak, which has the largest value in the slope spectral density in the component waves of the wave spectrum, rises high over the line 4.15f –5cm2s. The energy is transported from the spectral peak to the high frequency part and to the forward face of a wave spectrum by nonlinear wave-wave interaction. This nonlinearity is confirmed by the bispectra calculated from the observed wind-wave data. In the stage of sea-waves, nonlinear rearrangement of the wave energy comes from a narrow momentum transfer filter, and, in the stage of initial-wavelets, it comes mainly from small corrugations and small steepness of the wave field.  相似文献

Metals which induce the synthesis of metallothioneins, such as cadmium and mercury, also elevate glutathione (GSH) concentrations in fish tissues.1,2 To determine whether metals which do not stimulate metallothionein synthesis increase GSH levels, the GSH status of Atlantic croaker tissues was examined after oral administration of lead. Lead significantly increased GSH levels in the intestine and liver, but not in kidney or brain tissues. Lead was not bound to GSH and the increase in GSH did not appear to be linked to lead accumulation in these tissues. Investigations of hepatic GSH synthesis and turnover in vitro using a radiolabelled amino acid precursor, C14 glycine, showed that the elevation of GSH was due to an increase in GSH synthesis rather than decreased utilization of GSH. These studies suggest that the interactions between GSH and lead are indirect and involve a stimulatory effect of the metal on the activity of the enzymes for GSH synthesis.  相似文献

Accumulation of cadmium, copper, lead and zinc in the tissues of Mytilus edulis planulatus was examined under cyclic conditions of exposure in order to establish whether the rate of accumulation of the metal is proportional to the time exposed to the elevated concentrations. When exposed to a single metal, the accumulation of lead and zinc was directly proportional to the exposure time, but that of copper was not. Under simultaneous exposure to all four metals both lead and cadmium were accumulated in direct proportion to the exposure time, while copper and zinc were not. Accumulation of the three metals cadmium, copper and zinc was influenced by the presence of other metals.  相似文献

In many global ocean climate models, mesoscale eddies are parameterized as along isopycnal diffusion and eddy-induced advection (or equivalently skew-diffusion). The eddy-induced advection flattens isopycnals and acts as a sink of available potential energy, whereas the isopycnal diffusion mixes tracers along neutral directions. While much effort has gone into estimating diffusivities associated with this closure, less attention has been paid to the details of how this closure (which tries to flatten isopycnals) interacts with the mixed layer (in which vertical mixing tries to drive the isopycnals vertical). In order to maintain numerical stability, models often stipulate a maximum slope Smax which in combination with the thickness diffusivity Agm defines a maximum eddy-induced advective transport Agm1Smax. In this paper, we examine the impact of changing Smax within the GFDL global coupled climate model. We show that this parameter produces significant changes in wintertime mixed layer depth, with implications for wintertime temperatures in key regions, the distribution of precipitation, and the vertical structure of heat uptake. Smaller changes are seen in details of ventilation and currents, and even smaller changes as regards the overall hydrography. The results suggest that not only the value of the coefficient, but the details of the tapering scheme, need to be considered when comparing isopycnal mixing schemes in models.  相似文献
