分析了东海端足类数量分布的时空变化,并就其与环境因素及鲐鯵渔场的关系进行了初步探讨,结果显示本区端足类数量季节变化和年际变化显著,其分布状况与黄海冷水、江浙沿岸流、台湾暖流以及黑潮在本区运动消长有关,与鲐鯵渔场分布有着密切关系.  相似文献

现代活体浮游有孔虫的生态研究是其古环境重建应用的重要基础。根据黄、东海陆架2011年秋季采集的20个垂直浮游拖网样品,分析了该海域浮游有孔虫的秋季生态分布特征。结果表明,黄海秋季基本上没有浮游有孔虫的出现。东海共发现13种活体浮游有孔虫,主要优势属种依次为Globigerinoides sacculifer、Pulleniatina obliquiloculata、Globigerina bulloides、Neogloboquadrina dutertrei和Globigerinoides ruber。浮游有孔虫丰度整体上呈现东南高,西北低的分布格局,这种分布格局反映了浮游有孔虫在黄、东海陆架区的分布主要受外海水影响强弱控制。浮游有孔虫主要属种在东海陆架呈现明显的区域分布差异:暖水种G. sacculifer是秋季陆架海区的主要优势种,其分布格局与总丰度基本一致,相对含量从南至北、从东至西逐渐降低,主要受区域表层海水温度变化的控制。G. bulloides与G. sacculifer呈相反的含量分布变化,其高含量主要出现在东海中陆架,从北往南逐渐降低,此外,在闽浙沿岸也有较高含量,表明了温度和生产力是影响G. bulloides在黄、东海陆架分布的主要因素。秋季P. obliquiloculata和N. dutertrei的高含量主要出现在东海南部中陆架区和济州岛西南黄海暖流影响区,可能受暖水与生产力的共同制约。  相似文献

基于2006年7-8月在南黄海西部 (32°~37°N,124°E以西) 进行的137个站位的浮游动物大面调查,研究了浮游动物的种类组成、丰度、生物量、优势种及生态环境指示种的分布及影响因素。结果显示,浮游动物种类组成较以往多,中华哲水蚤对浮游动物丰度贡献最高,超过50%,生物量也明显高于以往,本研究胶质性浮游动物生物量超过非胶质性浮游动物。优势种组成差别不大,中华哲水蚤存在2个丰度高值区,一个位于叶绿素a浓度较低的黄海冷水团内,一个位于海区南部;强壮滨箭虫出现频率最高,高丰度区与中华哲水蚤不同,主要位于山东半岛南岸至海州湾外侧;细足法鲹主要分布在34°N以北的冷水团范围内,在盐度低于31的海区几乎绝迹;太平洋磷虾主要分布在33°~35°N的深水区。暖水种精致真刺水蚤和肥胖软箭虫在海区南部较多,与北向的长江冲淡水和台湾暖流有关,其分布北限受到南向的苏北沿岸流和黄海冷水团的影响,这两种浮游动物在南黄海的分布可以反映上述海流的相互作用。  相似文献

The living coccolithophores(LCs) are an important class of calcified taxa of phytoplankton functional groups,and major producers of marine biogenic inorganic carbon,playing an important role in the marine carbon cycle.In this study,we report the two-demensional abundance,composition of LCs and its correlation with the environmental parameters in spring and autumn,in order to understand the ecological role of LCs in the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea.In spring,totally 9 taxa belonging to coccolithophyceae were identified using a polarized microscope at the 1 000× magnification.The dominant species were Emiliania huxleyi,Gephyrocapsa oceanica,Helicosphaera carteri,and Calcidiscus leptoporus.The abundance of coccosphores and coccoliths ranged 0–7.72cells/m L,and 0–216.09 coccoliths/m L,with the average values of 0.21 cells/m L,and 11.36 coccoliths/m L,respectively.The Emiliania huxleyi distribution was similar to Gephyrocapsa oceanica.The highest abundance of coccoliths was observed in the east of Shandong Peninsula in northern Yellow Sea,whereas Helicosphaera carteri distributed more widely.Emiliania huxleyi and Gephyrocapsa oceanica were the two predominant species in LCs with higher abundances.The distribution of LCs was similar to that of coccoliths.In autumn,14 taxa belonging to coccolithophyceae were identified with dominant species as Emiliania huxleyi,Gephyrocapsa oceanica,Helicosphaera carteri,Calcidiscus leptoporus and Oolithotus fragilis.The abundance of coccosphores and coccoliths ranged 0–24.69 cells/m L,and 0–507.15 coccoliths/m L,with the average values of 1.47 cells/m L,and55.89 coccoliths/m L,respectively.The highest abundance of coccoliths was located in Qingdao coastal waters and south of the survey area.The distribution of LCs was similar to the coccoliths; in addition,LCs presented large abundance in the east of the central Yellow Sea area.  相似文献

The materials were obtained from the survey conducted in the Kuroshio area of the East China Sea to the Southwest of Kyushu in Japan (29°30'-32°00', 128°00'-130°'00'E) on board the R. V. Yoko Maru of Seikai Regional Fisheries Lab, Fisheries Agency, Japan in June 15~28, 1988 during China-Japan Joint Research on the Kuroshio. Zoo-plankton was collected by means of the North Pacific Net with model TSK flowmeter through vertical haul from 50 -Om. Temperature and salinity were measured with CTD. 134 species (including 4 spp. ) of planktonic copepods were preliminarily identified in the survey area. Most of them belonged to the tropical and subtropical species and a few of them were the warm-temperate species and eurytopic species. The main dominant species vteieOncaea venusta, Oithona plumifera, Clausocalanus furcatus, C. Meiobenthos densities and higher taxon composition were studied in an active gas seepage area at depths from 182 to 252 m in the submarine Dnieper Canyon located in the northwestern part of the Black Sea. The meiobenthos was represented by Ciliata, Foraminifera, Nematoda, Polychaeta, Bivalvia, Gastropoda, Amphipoda, and Acarina. Also present in the sediment samples were juvenile stages of Copepoda and Cladocera which may be of planktonic origin. Nematoda and Foraminifera were the dominant groups. The abundance of the meiobenthos varied between 2397 and 52,593 ind.·m−2. Maximum densities of Nematoda and Foraminifera were recorded in the upper sediment layer of a permanent H2S zone at depths from 220 to 250 m. This dense concentration of meiobenthos was found in an area where intense methane seeps were covered by methane‐oxidizing microbial mats. Results suggest that methane and its microbial oxidation products are the factors responsible for the presence of a highly sulfidic and biologically productive zone characterized by specially adapted benthic groups. At the same time, an inverse correlation was found between meiofauna densities and methane concentrations in the uppermost sediment layers. The hypothesis is that the concentration of Nematoda and Foraminifera within the areas enriched with methane is an ecological compromise between the food requirements of these organisms and their adaptations to the toxic H2S.  相似文献

黄、渤海表层沉积物中钙质超微化石有较广泛分布,属种较大洋和开阔海少而单调。黄海南部见有14个种,北黄海及渤海海峡4~5个种,渤海沿岸区2~3个种。钙质超微化石分异度D_H以及主要化石种相对百分含量的高值区的主轴线的走向与现代黄海暖流的流路密切相关。得出黄海暖流由南黄海东南部流入北黄海,通过渤海海峡的北侧进入渤海,在渤海中部呈南北向伸展。  相似文献

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON FAUNA OF PLANKTONIC COPEPODS IN THE CHINA SEAS   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A total of 345 species of planktonic copepods have hitherto been found from the China Seas. Among them, tropical and warm-water species are dominant. The similar pattern of geographical distribution of these species is ascribed to the common influence of the coastal currents, the Kuroshio, and the South China Sea warm current. The number of species of planktonic copepods along the coastal waters of China decreases with increasing latitude, and increases with increasing longitude. The composition of the copepod fauna in the China Seas shows that the Bohai Sea and the northern Huanghai Sea belong to the north temperate zone fauna, that the South China Sea, offshore areas of the East China Sea and the southeastern part of the Taiwan Strait belong to the tropical fauna, and the western part of the Taiwan Strait and the northwestern part of the East China Sea belong to the mixed distribution area of tropical and subtropical fauna.  相似文献

对南海北部12°以北海域表层沉积物中的浮游有孔虫丰度、属种数量与组合、碳酸盐含量以及硅质生物相对丰度等进行了分析和鉴定,结果表明:随水深的增加,浮游有孔虫的丰度降低、属种数量减少,碳酸盐含量降低,硅质生物相对丰度升高,浮游有孔虫优势种由易溶种转变为抗溶种。浮游有孔虫以及碳酸盐含量等的这些变化与深海碳酸盐的溶解作用密切相关,同时,浊流沉积作用和水团等环境因素也是影响浮游有孔虫丰度与组合以及碳酸盐含量变化的重要因子。  相似文献

关于东海陆架区的浮游端足类??亚目( Amphipoda: Hyperiidea),过去了解很少,迄今仅郑重、郑执中等(1965)报道细长脚?? ( Themisto gracilipes )是黄海主要浮游动物之一。陈瑞祥(1978)报道了采自江苏、浙江近岸水域和福建东南近岸水域数种浮游端足类。 Stephensen(1925)曾报道过Amphithyrus bispinosus分布于香港一上海之间水域。入江春彦(1957)报道了日本五岛列岛一香港之间水域数种浮游端足类。 本文根据1976年调查的资料,对东海大陆浮游端足类??亚目的种类组成和数量分布进行了初步报告。通过这次调查,对调查区的浮游端足类有了初步了解,为今后进一步研究东海浮游端足类的分类与生态工作提供了基本资料。但由于调查时间较短、范围较小,资料仍有一定局限性。  相似文献

根据第4次中国北极科学考察在白令海与楚科奇海进行的鱼类拖网调查资料,分析了白令海与楚科奇海鱼类生物的种类组成、优势种、物种多样性和区系特征,探讨了鱼类生物对北极气候快速变化的响应。结果表明,白令海与楚科奇海两个海域共鉴定鱼类生物14科41种;主要优势种类为粗壮拟庸鲽(Hippoglossoides robustus)、北鳕(Boreogadus saida)、短角床杜父鱼(Myoxocephalus scorpius)、斑鳍北鳚(Lumpenus fabricii)、粗糙钩杜父鱼(Artediellus scaber);从适温性来看,冷水性种类最多,有35种,冷温性种类6种;从栖息地生态类型来看,底层鱼类、近底层鱼类和中上层鱼类分别为35、5和1种;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数平均为1.21,呈现南高北低的特点,整体多样性水平不高;气候变化引起部分北极、亚北极海区鱼类出现不同程度的纬向和纵向移动,由此将引起北极渔业资源分布格局的变化。  相似文献

Diatom and nannoplankton microfossils in the samples of the surface bottom sediments and cores from the western part of the Norwegian Sea (64°–79°N) were studied. The abundance, distribution, taxonomic composition, and structure of the assemblages are determined by the productivity and temperature of the surface waters, by the distance from the shore, by the hydrological setting, and by the intensity of the supply of the Atlantic (from the south) and Arctic (from the north) waters to the Norwegian Sea. The repeated changes in the ecological structure of the diatom assemblages with time allowed us to distinguish five different ages and to estimate the changes in the paleoenvironment in the region under study during the past ~19–21 ky. The nannofossil distribution is not universal over the entire area studied owing to the extreme northern location of the stations and low water temperatures. All the sediments examined refer to the Emiliania huxleyi zone of the Late Pleistocene-Holocene; in selected cases, narrower temperate and cold-water intervals were also recognized. The low species diversity and the poor preservation of nannofossils prove the dominating influence of the Arctic water masses.  相似文献

This article studied the diversity of Amphipoda''s environmental adaptation using statistic methodology based on the seasonal investigation data obtained from the East China Sea waters (23°30''-33°N, 118°30''-128°E) from 1997 to 2000. Fifty-four Amphipoda species were identified:among which eight species could stand a temperature difference over 10℃ and eight species could tolerate the temperature gap ranged from 5 to 10℃; while only six species could stand the salinity fluctuation more than 5. Based on above facts as well as calculated optimal temperature and salinity we divided all Amphipoda species into four groups:(1) eurythermic and euryhalinous species including Lestrigonus schizogeneios, L. macrophthalmus, Tetrathyrus forcipatus, L. bengalensis and Hyperioides sibaginis; (2) temperate-warm species containing Hyperoche medusarum, Parathemisto gaudichaudi, Themisto japonica and Hyperia galba; (3) oceanic tropical species consisted of Oxycephalus clausi, Lycaea pulex, Eupronoe minuta, Simorhychotus antennarius, O. poreelus, Platyscelus ovoides and Rhabdosoma ahitei; (4) subtropical species involving one nearshore subtropical water species (Corophium uenoi) and 37 offshore subtropical ones. Compared with other zooplankton such as Euphausia and Chaetognatha, Amphipoda was characterized by low dominance but wide distribution in the East China Sea, and this could be ascribed to its high adaptation diversity.  相似文献

分析东海南部与台湾以东海域浮游介形类的物种和生态类群多样性,并阐述其季节差异与区域差异,同时指出本海区存在4种生态类群,但以高温高盐类群起支配作用.此外,夏、冬两季浮游介形类的丰度有显着的差别,7和12月的均值分别为0.63个/m3和1.22个/m3,而就丰度的水平分布而言,表现出东海南部大于台湾以东海域的分布格局,并在海区的东北部形成数量密集区.同时,还着重阐述本海区的群落结构,本区虽存在3种生态群落,但以外海群落占据绝大部分海域,尤其应指出的是,钓鱼岛邻近海域与台湾北部和东部水域同属于外海群落.最后,分析了由于海域环境因子的变化导致群落生境地理位置的季节性迁移.  相似文献

Ciliates are important components in planktonic food webs,but our understanding of their community structures in different oceanic water masses is limited.We report pelagic ciliate community characteristics in three seas:the tropical West Pacific,the Bering Sea and the Arctic Ocean.Planktonic ciliate abundance had"bimodal-peak","surface-peak"and"DCM(deep chlorophyll a maximum layer)-peak"vertical distribution patterns in the tropical West Pacific,the Bering Sea and the Arctic Ocean,respectively.The abundance proportion of tintinnid to total ciliate in the Bering Sea(42.6%)was higher than both the tropical West Pacific(7.8%)and the Arctic Ocean(2.0%).The abundance proportion of small aloricate ciliates(10–20μm size-fraction)in the tropical West Pacific was highest in these three seas.The Arctic Ocean had higher abundance proportion of tintinnids in larger LOD(lorica oral diameter)size-class.Proportion of redundant species increased from the Arctic Ocean to the tropical West Pacific.Our result provided useful data to further understand ecology roles of planktonic ciliates in different marine habitats.  相似文献

基于2010年5月和2013年6月采集的黄、渤海海域的大型底栖动物数据,对该海域大型底栖动物的种类组成和群落结构等进行了研究,对该海域大型底栖动物群落结构的时间和空间差异进行了分析,并利用AMBI和m-AMBI生物指数对各站位的生态质量状况进行了评估。研究结果表明:在2010年5月和2013年6月所采站位的大型底栖动物共有131种,其中软体动物和甲壳动物占据了较大比例的物种数量,分别为51种和42种;其次为鱼类、多毛类和棘皮动物。该海域的优势物种为日本鼓虾 Alpheus japonicus、日本褐虾 Crangon hakodatei、司氏盖蛇尾Stegophiura sladeni和奇异指纹蛤Acila mirabilis,其中司氏盖蛇尾具有最大的丰度和优势度。生物指数(AMBI和m-AMBI)的结果显示黄、渤海区域底栖生态环境仍相对稳定,但与历史资料比较得知,该海域大型底栖动物生存环境整体趋于恶化。  相似文献

根据2007~2008年间在厦门海域开展的游泳生物周年季节调查数据,分析了厦门海域游泳生物种类组成、数量分布特征和季节变化,结果表明,厦门海域游泳生物种类236种,其中鱼类153种(软骨鱼类11种,硬骨鱼类142种),隶属于16目61科108属;甲壳类71种,隶属于3目21科35属;头足类12种,隶属于3目4科5属12种.游泳生物平均密度指数为1 337ind/(网.h),平均生物量指数为19.560 kg/(网.h).生物量优势种为叫姑鱼(Johnius belengerii),密度优势种为鹿斑鲾(Leiognathus ruconius).游泳生物生物量指数的季节变化为夏季〉冬季〉秋季〉春季,密度指数的季节变化为夏季〉秋季〉春季〉冬季.同时对厦门海域游泳生物多样性特征进行分析表明,不同海域生物多样性变化特征存在明显差异,多样性指数(H')由东向西逐步递减,即大嶝海域〉东部海域〉九龙江口及厦门港海域〉同安海域〉厦门西港海域.并讨论了多样性特征和主要优势种的区域分布特征,结果表明,受河口区复杂环境条件的影响,该海域游泳生物季节群聚优势种较为明显.游泳生物多样性特征的变化是由于各季节主要种类的优势度不同引起的.  相似文献

This study examines species composition and abundance of appendicularians in the northwestern coastal waters of South China Sea based on in situ data obtained by 169 μm planktonic nets during summer and winter, and discusses the influence of environmental factors on their distribution and assemblages. A total of 19 appendicularian species (including one unidentified species) was collected. Species richness is higher in summer than in winter, and it increases from inshore to offshore waters. Average abundance of appendicularians is 103.1 (±198.1) and 54.6 (±111.1) ind. m−3 in summer and winter, respectively. The abundance distribution of appendicularians is generally high around inshore waters during summer and winter, and with a higher abundance assemblage along the eastern coast from Leizhou Peninsula to Hainan Island, especially at the eastern mouth of Qiongzhou Strait in summer. Oikopleurids accounted for 97.5% and 99.6% of total appendicularians abundance in summer and winter, and the region of high values was the same to that of total appendicularians abundance. Oikopleura longicauda, Oikopleura rufescens, and Oikopleura fusiformis are dominant species during summer and winter. Results showed that spatial distribution of species richness of appendicularians is considered to be the result of physical factors such as temperature and salinity in summer and winter, while variations in abundance of appendicularians are affected by the combination of physical and biological factors. In particular, variations of appendicularians abundance are affected by food availability in summer.  相似文献
