上海洋山建港后港域夏季水文泥沙状况分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对2007年9月17-26日在上海洋山港海域固定观测点(平均水深13 m)观测得到的水文泥沙要素,以及悬沙和底质样品分析.分析结果为:1)港域有效波高0.21-1.37 m(风速0.6~14.0 m/s),平均0.61 m(平均风速5.5 m/s).平静天气(平均风速小于5.0 m/s)下,波高随水深变化,两者的相关系数为0.899;而在强风天气下,波高受风况控制.2)最大表层流速超过2.00 m/s.大潮涨潮流占优势,小潮时落潮流占优势;与北岛链汉道封堵前相比,大潮涨、落潮平均流速分别减小15%和30%,小潮涨、落潮平均流速均减小30%~40%.各层余流均为西北方向,与涨潮流方向一致;垂向平均余流速0.11 cm/s,表层达0.25 m/s.3)离底高程1.35 m层和0.35m层最大悬沙浓度均大于3 kg/m3,两层平均悬沙浓度分别为0.89和0.95 kg/m3.无论大潮还是小潮涨潮悬沙浓度均大于落潮,这种现象在大潮时更为显著,潮周期中最大悬沙浓度出现在涨急.与工程前相比悬沙浓度明显降低,大、小潮降低均达20%.4)港区底质平均粒径9.0μm,工程后有变细的趋势.  相似文献

针对海洋环境条件,重点研究了粉煤灰混凝土的抗冻性和氯离子渗透性能的相互关系.试验分别研究了水胶比、粉煤灰等量取代水泥掺量大小、引气剂掺量等因素对抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并与普通混凝土进行了对比.结果表明,粉煤灰不增加混凝土的抗海水冻融耐久性;粉煤灰增加混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,但是掺量超过30%,抗氯离子渗透性能下降;粉煤灰对混凝土抗冻性和抗氯离子渗透性的耦合影响在30%左右存在一个最佳掺量.为评估混凝土的抗冻性和氯离子扩散性的耦合性能,提出了新的评价方法--冻渗比(R值方法),并进行了试验验证.SEM和MIP微观分析与R值方法评价的结果是吻合的.  相似文献

对服役12年的华南某跨海大桥典型构件开展碳化性能、氯离子扩散性能等指标的耐久性检测,评估了海水环境下掺粉煤灰的高性能混凝土长期耐久性。研究表明:随高程的增加混凝土碳化深度逐渐增大,其中大气区浪溅区水位变动区,碳化作用对粉煤灰混凝土结构耐久性的影响较小;粉煤灰可显著提升实体结构混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性能,粉煤灰高性能混凝土的氯离子扩散系数不大于0.40×10-12m2/s,比普通混凝土氯离子扩散系数降低了约6倍;利用规范计算了引桥承台混凝土中氯离子含量计算值,其计算值与实测值吻合较好,可用于实体工程混凝土结构的耐久性评估,评估结果显示采用粉煤灰高性能的桥梁典型构件满足100年设计使用寿命的要求。  相似文献

对不同技术条件的钢筋混凝土试件进行长期的海洋暴露腐蚀试验,以了解其服役特性,为钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供依据。近7年的暴露结果表明:在混凝土中掺加高炉矿渣等活性掺合料,能大大降低氯离子渗透速率,提高钢筋混凝土的耐久性。  相似文献

表面氯离子含量(C_s)是研究海洋环境条件下混凝土结构耐久性和服役寿命的氯离子扩散方程的边界条件,是海洋混凝土结构耐久性分析和定量设计的重要参数。依据国内外大量自然暴露试验与工程实测数据,通过采用Excel、Origin等数据分析软件进行数据统计和回归分析,确定了海洋混凝土结构表面自由氯离子含量(C_(sf))与表面总氯离子含量(C_(st))之间的相互关系,探讨了海洋混凝土结构的C_(sf)时变规律,建立了C_(sf)与暴露时间之间的关系表达式及其取值范围,并运用可靠度理论和修正氯离子扩散理论分析了C_(sf)时变性对海洋混凝土结构寿命的影响。结果表明:C_(sf)与C_(st)线性相关,且C_(sf)随着暴露时间的延长呈指数或者幂函数的增长关系;采用不同的C_(sf)时变性规律,对海洋混凝土结构寿命具有重大的影响。  相似文献

围绕海洋混凝土结构的环境作用等级划分和耐久性设计参数限值,对国内外现行的混凝土结构耐久性设计规范进行了系统对比分析。首先分析了国内外14个国家和地区的32部混凝土结构耐久性设计规范的技术特点,然后对比了不同规范对于海洋氯盐环境条件和环境作用等级划分的依据和差异性,进而从最低混凝土强度等级、最大水胶比、最小胶凝材料用量、最小保护层厚度、抗氯离子渗透性指标限值、最大初始氯离子含量和最大裂缝宽度等方面,系统对比分析了不同规范对于海洋混凝土结构耐久性设计参数限值的差异性,为海洋混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供了参考。  相似文献

A probabilistic framework for durability assessment of concrete structures in marine environments was proposed in terms of reliability and sensitivity analysis, which takes into account the uncertainties under the environmental, material, structural and executional conditions. A time-dependent probabilistic model of chloride ingress was established first to consider the variations in various governing parameters, such as the chloride concentration, chloride diffusion coefficient, and age factor. Then the Nataf transformation was adopted to transform the non-normal random variables from the original physical space into the independent standard Normal space. After that the durability limit state function and its gradient vector with respect to the original physical parameters were derived analytically, based on which the first-order reliability method was adopted to analyze the time-dependent reliability and parametric sensitivity of concrete structures in marine environments. The accuracy of the proposed method was verified by comparing with the second-order reliability method and the Monte Carlo simulation. Finally, the influences of environmental conditions, material properties, structural parameters and execution conditions on the time-dependent reliability of concrete structures in marine environments were also investigated. The proposed probabilistic framework can be implemented in the decision-making algorithm for the maintenance and repair of deteriorating concrete structures in marine environments.  相似文献

海洋环境中温湿度变化对混凝土氯离子传输研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
氯离子渗透到混凝土内部诱发钢筋锈蚀是海洋钢筋混凝土面临的耐久性关键问题。构建考虑骨料、浆体集料界面区的混凝土模型,建立了环境温度、湿度影响的氯离子传输模型,基于COMSOL数值模拟软件分析了材料、环境对混凝土氯离子传输的影响规律,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明:模拟结果和试验数据具有较高的吻合度;随着温度的升高,氯离子扩散加快,而混凝土中氯离子的渗透深度随着内部湿度的增大而呈现减小趋势。混凝土中高致密骨料存在阻碍了氯离子传输,但界面区存在使得氯离子沿界面区传输并在骨料背后形成传输前锋。  相似文献

氯盐干湿环境下受弯横向裂缝对钢筋混凝土耐久性影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了研究持续开裂状态下横向裂缝对钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的影响特性,开展了8根受弯开裂钢筋混凝土梁构件的盐溶液干湿循环试验;借助无损检测技术和破损实测方法,分别对氯离子侵入量、钢筋半电池电位、腐蚀电流密度以及平均锈蚀率等进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,裂缝的存在将提高混凝土的渗透性,裂缝处及周围混凝土内的氯离子含量明显增大;对于一定裂缝分布状况的钢筋混凝土试验梁,内部钢筋的腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度以及平均锈蚀率均高于裂缝自愈及无裂缝的试验梁,并受到保护层厚度与裂缝开展状态的影响,其影响规律可用单位长度内的平均裂缝宽度与保护层厚度的比值wm/c来进行综合评价。综合试验结果,初步建议海洋干湿侵蚀环境下钢筋混凝土构件的最大裂缝宽度wmax宜小于0.003 3 c,相关结论可为海洋混凝土结构的耐久性设计提供参考。  相似文献

With the rising cost of oil the electric power generating companies are turning to coal as a fuel source. Large amounts of fly ash are produced as a by product of coal combustion. This fly ash must then be disposed of, with the oceans being considered an alternative to land fill disposal. This research investigated the sorptive behavior of the surface-associated arsenic and utilized the results to project arsenic's impact on the water column during the ocean disposal of fly ash.Several acid digests were investigated to determine an effective method of arsenic recovery from fly ash. Of these, the HCl digest was the most effective technique, yielding 100% arsenic recoveries from fly-ash particles. The arsenic content of the fly ashes studied varied from 69 ± 11 μg g−1 to 323 ± 24 μg g−1, reflecting differences in the arsenic content of the source coal. In both seawater and freshwater there is an increase in arsenic desorption with increasing pH. The greatest release of arsenic occurred at pH 12 with generally over 80% of the surface arsenic released.Fly ash in contact with seawater and freshwater can exhibit either acidic or alkaline tendencies depending upon the soluble elemental composition on the surface of the flyash particle. The acidic ashes were shown to leach a greater percentage of arsenic (16.9%) than the more alkaline ashes (8.2%). During these leaching studies in seawater, arsenic was found to leach in both the pentavalent and trivalent oxidation state. The pentavalent state was predominant, comprising 77% of the arsenic initially desorbed.The dissolution in seawater of arsenic was utilized to assess the possible impact of the ocean disposal of fly ash. Based upon these data it appears that the natural levels of arsenic in the water column would not be significantly increased. Further research is needed on the fate of fly-ash particles in marine sediments.  相似文献

沿海地区氯盐侵蚀会对混凝土结构造成严重的耐久性问题,混凝土设计使用寿命难以保障。对于新建工程,若在自由水含量较高混凝土养护期进行电迁阻锈处理,则有利于电迁移性阻锈剂在钢筋周围聚集以达到更佳的阻锈效果。为此,针对两种电迁移性阻锈剂对处于氯盐侵蚀环境中的混凝土适用性展开研究,并测试了干湿循环前后混凝土内钢筋电化学参数、氯离子扩散特征及钢筋周围电迁移性阻锈剂含量研究两种电迁移性阻锈剂对混凝土耐久性保障的作用。结果表明,试验中养护期介入电迁阻锈后试件阻锈效果良好,经过干湿循环后钢筋腐蚀电位正向高于-162.6 m V,同时,钢筋附近出现明显的阻锈剂聚集现象,能保持钢筋的钝化状态。  相似文献

根据人工模拟的流动海水环境(流速约为0.15m/s)下的混凝土侵蚀试验测得的混凝土中氯离子质量分数,分别测定了腐蚀350,380,400d后混凝土的氯离子扩散系数,并计算和预测了混凝土人工鱼礁的耐久性寿命。研究结果表明:氯离子在混凝土人工鱼礁中的扩散规律基本上遵循Fick第二定律;钢筋混凝土人工鱼礁的耐久性寿命与保护层厚度的平方成正比;海水盐度对混凝土人工鱼礁的耐久性寿命影响较大。  相似文献

The elemental solubilities of three coal fly ash samples and two coastal marine-aerosol samples in seawater are different. The coal fly ash samples were collected from the electrostatic precipitators on coal-fired power plants. The air particulates were collected by a high-volume air sampler located near the Washington coast. Samples were neutron-activated then contacted with seawater for several hours. The elements that were partially solubilized from both fly ash and aerosols included As, Sb, Se, Br and Cr. Zinc and Co were more soluble in aerosols then fly ash.  相似文献

Abstract

River-dredged sludge has a high water content and minimal bearing capacity and strength. Adding cement, fly ash, and slag to dredged sludge as a combined curing agent can quickly reduce its water content and improve its strength. This study experimentally investigates the solidification effectiveness of different proportions of curing agents using methods including electron microscopy, particle size analysis, water ratio limit, and water content and direct shear tests. The water content and shear strength of different combined curing agents are obtained at different ages. We find that an optimum curing agent combination exists. With increases in fly ash and slag content, test results indicate that the water content of solidified sludge first decreases and then increases, whereas the shear strength first increases and then decreases, allowing an optimal combination curing agent to be obtained. When using industrial waste residue as curing agent, it is necessary to consider the negative effects of the curing agent to better control the dosage so as to achieve better curing effect.  相似文献

海洋环境下,码头等港口基础设施混凝土结构因受氯离子侵蚀而面临严峻的耐久性问题。目前对结构物的耐久性诊断主要通过定期人工检测的方式。随着传感器及通讯技术的发展,以监测手段为主的耐久性诊断得到越来越多的应用。监测、检测方法原理上的差别导致了基于两类数据实施的状态评估和寿命预测方法的不同。依托某高桩码头工程建立的耐久性监测系统,对阳极梯监测数据进行分析,并利用检测手段开展数据对比研究。已有监测数据显示,大部分监测点氯离子未渗透到传感器,码头状态良好。基于部分已出现腐蚀特征的传感器的监测数据计算得到构件寿命为58 a。进一步的实体结构氯离子浓度检测分析结果表明,氯离子渗透情况与阳极梯监测数据具有一致性。基于检测计算的构件寿命为63 a,监测数据计算的寿命较检测数据计算的寿命更短。  相似文献

Abstract

A type of sealed steel box was designed to simulate sulfate attack and hydraulic pressure on concrete. Cup-shaped concrete specimens with water/cement (w/c) ratios of 0.4, 0.5, and 0.6 were fabricated. During the 270 days corrosion time, corrosion behavior on concrete surfaces was observed every 30 days. The extent of damage on concrete was calculated on the basis of the results of periodic ultrasonic testing. After the completion of experiments, X-ray fluorescence analysis was conducted on the element contents at different depth locations of partial specimens. Experimental results showed that hydraulic pressure accelerated the sulfate attack on concrete, and high pressure yielded serious damage. In comparison with zero pressure, the accelerating coefficients of 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3?MPa hydraulic pressures were 1.48, 1.75, and 2.35, respectively. Hydraulic sulfate corrosion can bring additional sulfate ions into concrete and cause chemical and physical sulfate corrosions on concrete simultaneously, thereby resulting in serious damage on concrete. The reduction of w/c ratio and incorporation of fly ash are beneficial for concrete to resist hydraulic sulfate attack.  相似文献

分析了青岛地铁3号线所在地域的环境作用,并对地铁二次衬砌混凝土的耐久性进行研究。结果表明,青岛地铁要达到100 a设计使用年限,其内陆区域段混凝土强度等级应取C45,水胶比≤0.40;近海区域段混凝土强度等级应取C50,水胶比≤0.36,并分别确定围岩侧与行车侧的混凝土钢筋保护层厚度。  相似文献

在东南亚和我国西南地区由于缺乏合适的原材料,必须采用软弱骨料配制混凝土。以东南亚某工程现场的软弱砂岩为原材料,开展碾压混凝土配制和性能试验工作,探讨了该骨料配制碾压混凝土的可行性。采用软化系数为0.71的软弱砂岩,配制强度等级分别为C18020的二级配碾压混凝土和C1807.5的三级配碾压混凝土。结果表明,采用该砂岩骨料可以配制出满足强度要求的碾压混凝土,其用水量比常规骨料高15~20 kg/m3,拌和物密度和抗压弹模较低。其中,二级配碾压混凝土采用50%粉煤灰掺量、0.55水胶比;三级配碾压混凝土采用60%粉煤灰掺量、0.65水胶比。骨料抗碾压破碎模拟试验表明该骨料在碾压过程中破坏程度很低,说明采用该软弱骨料配制碾压混凝土具有可行性。  相似文献
