Silicon quantum dots fabricated by nanosecond pulsed laser in nitrogen, oxygen or air atmosphere have enhanced photoluminescence (PL) emission with the stimulated emission observed at about 700 nm. It is difficult to distinguish between the photoluminescence peaks emitted from samples prepared in different atmospheres. The reason for the appearance of similar peaks may be the similar distribution of the localised states in the gap for different samples when silicon dangling bonds of quantum dots are passivated by nitrogen or oxygen. It is revealed that both the kind and the density of passivated bonds on quantum dot surface prepared in oxygen or nitrogen have a strong influence on the enhancement of PL emission.  相似文献

研究了以InAs量子点为有源区的二维GaAs基光子晶体微腔的设计与制作,测试并分析了室温下微腔的光谱特性.观察到了波长约为1137 nm,谱线半高宽度约为1 nm的尖锐低阶谐振模式发光峰.我们比较了不同刻蚀条件下光子晶体微腔的发光谱线,结果表明空气孔洞截面的垂直度是影响光子晶体微腔发光特性的重要因素之一.通过调节干法刻蚀工艺,改变空气孔半径与晶格常数的比率,可以在较大范围内调节谐振模式发光峰位置,达到谐振模式与量子点发光峰调谐的目的.  相似文献

应用 Von Neumann熵 和 Schmidt number K两种纠缠度量讨论了各向异性光子晶体中二能级原子和自发辐射场间纠缠度的演化性质. 研究发现,原子-光场纠缠度的演化与原子上能级和光子晶体能带带边的相对位置有关,当原子上能级处于光子晶体禁带内,原子-光场纠缠度将保持稳定,当原子上能级处于光子晶体能带中,原子-光场纠缠度先增大后衰减到零. 纠缠度的大小还与原子的初态有关. 可以通过控制原子的初态和原子上能级与带边的相对位置来控制原子-光场纠缠度的演化特性.  相似文献

利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)模拟仿真了在中心缺陷外出现点缺陷、空气柱位错和内层空气柱发生形变三种缺陷形态对光子带隙型光子晶体光纤(PBG-PCF)色散特性的影响.发现一方面缺陷的出现会使色散曲线趋于平坦,另一方面点缺陷和位错缺陷的出现会使零色散点向长波移动,内层空气柱的形变使零色散点向短波长移动.这对PBG-PCF的实际生产实践会有指导意义.  相似文献

Photoluminescence (PL) spectra of Si nanocrystals (NCs) prepared by 130 keV Si ions implantation onto SiO2 matrix were investigated as a function of annealing temperature and implanted ion dose. PL spectra consist of two PL peaks, originated from smaller Si NCs due to quantum confinement effect (QCE) and the interface states located at the surface of larger Si NCs. The evolution of number of dangling bonds (DBs) on Si NCs was also investigated. For hydrogen-passivated samples, a monotonic increase in PL peak intensity with the dose of implanted Si ions up to 3× 1017 ions /cm2 is observed. The number of DBs on individual Si NC, the interaction between DBs at the surface of neighbouring Si NCs and their effects on the efficiency of PL are discussed.  相似文献

The spontaneous emission decay dynamics of a tripod configuration four-level atom driven by a single laser field is studied. Under different initial conditions, we discuss the effects of quantum interference and detuning of external driving field on atomic spontaneous emission properties. For the larger detuning, the interesting phenomena of the spectral line narrowing are found which stem from the contribution of external driving field.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the methane oxidation rate is estimated. The methane lifetime in the atmosphere is shown to decrease by about 3% from 1900 to 2005. The overwhelming fraction of the total methane content is removed from the atmosphere at intratropical latitudes during the daytime. The methane oxidation rate growth due to the temperature increase in the troposphere generates negative feedback in the methane cycle and, accordingly, climatic feedback with the same sign. According to the estimates performed, the halt in methane concentration growth in the atmosphere observed in recent years can be associated with a decrease in the lifetime of methane in the atmosphere. According to the results of numerical experiments with the climatic model of the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences (IAP RAS), the climatic effect of negative feedback of the tropospheric temperature and the methane lifetime in the atmosphere is not large and is comparable with the climatic forcing of the methane emission growth from bog ecosystems.  相似文献

Major processes of generation of the methane field in the atmosphere over northwestern Russia have been studied on the basis of measured surface concentration and total content of methane in the environs of St. Petersburg, air-mass trajectories, and a three-dimensional regional pollution transport model. It is shown that the contribution of methane emission from an industrial center to the total column amount of methane is no more than 2% of its average value. At the same time, because of this emission, the surface methane concentration in the environs of St. Petersburg varies by as much as 50%. The origin of air masses arriving at the site of measurements influences both the total content and the surface concentration of methane. The air masses that passed over the continental part of western and eastern Europe are characterized by the values of total content and surface concentration of methane that are about 4% higher than those in the air masses formed over the ocean, which come to the region from the northwest. The regional transport model for greenhouse gases satisfactorily describes the results of surface measurements and adequately simulates observed tendencies in the change of total methane content. An estimate of the integral emission of methane into the atmosphere from St. Petersburg and its industrial suburbs is about 100 kt per year.  相似文献

Oil spilled on the sea ice surface in the Bohai Sea of China is studied through the field measurements of the reflectance of a simulated sea ice-oil film mixed pixel. The reflection characteristics of sea ice and oil film are also analyzed. It is found that the mixed pixel of sea ice and oil film is a linear mixed pixel. The means of extracting sea ice pixels containing oil film is presented using a double-band ratio oil-film sea-ice index(DROSI) and a normalized difference oil-film sea-ice index(NDOSI) through the analysis of the reflectance curves of the sea iceoil film pixel for different ratios of oil film. The area proportion of the oil film in the sea ice-oil film pixel can be accurately estimated by the average reflectance of the band of 1 610–1 630 nm, and the volume of the spilled oil can be further estimated. The method of the sea ice-oil film pixel extraction and the models to estimate the proportion of oil film area in the sea ice-oil film pixel can be applied to the oil spill monitoring of the ice-covered area in the Bohai Sea using multispectral or hyperspectral remote sensing images in the shortwave infrared band(1 500–1 780 nm).  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的广义梯度近似(GGA),对不同尺寸(N=2—11)的单层正三角锯齿型石墨烯量子点(Z N -GNDs)的结构进行优化,得到与实验数据较好符合的晶格常数,进一步计算得到不同尺寸下体系的自旋多重度、磁矩、电子态密度以及自旋电子密度.结果表明:所有体系都呈现金属性,在尺寸较小的体系中量子尺寸效应对电子结构的影响比较明显;与单层石墨烯片一样,sp2杂化作用和非键态电子在量子点中仍起到非常重要的作用;费米能级上有自旋向上的电子分布,体系的自旋多重度  相似文献

The physical influence of the intensification of decimeter waves on a water surface covered by a surfactant film is proposed. The damping of a long wave caused by the loss of its energy on the modulation of short (centimeter) wind waves is analyzed. The damping coefficient of waves of decimeter-meter lengths is calculated, and this coefficient is shown to decrease in the presence of a surfactant film. The strong suppression of the spectrum of centimeter wind waves in a film slick is the physical factor responsible for such a decrease. Due to a decrease in the damping coefficient of decimeter-meter waves, their intensity in the slick increases. Within the framework of a model of the spectrally local energy balance of wind waves, the results of calculations satisfactorily agree with the experiment.  相似文献

With observational data from three Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) moorings, we detected strong near-inertial oscillations (NIO) in the continental shelf region of the northern South China Sea in July 2008. The amplitude of the near-inertial current velocity is much greater than that of diurnal and semi-diurnal tides. The power of the NIOs is strongest in the intermediate layer, relatively weak in the surface layer, and insignificant in the near-bottom layer. The spectral analysis indicates that the NIOs have a peak frequency of 0.0307 cph, which is 2% lower than the local inertial frequency, i.e., a red-shift. The near-inertial wave has an upward vertical phase velocity, which involves a downward group velocity and energy flux. The estimated vertical phase velocity is about 43 m day−1, corresponding to a vertical wave length of about 58 m. The horizontal scale of the NIOs is at least hundreds of kilometers. This NIO event lasted for about 15 days after a typhoon’s passage. Given the northeastward background flow with significant horizontal shear, both Doppler shift and shear flow modulation mechanisms may be responsible for the red-shift of the observed NIOs. For the shear flow mechanism, the observed negative background vorticity and the corresponding effective Coriolis frequency reduce the lower limit of admissible frequency band for the NIOs, causing the red-shift. Meanwhile, the mooring area with the broadened frequency band acts as a wave-guide. The trapping and amplification effects lead to the relatively long sustaining period of the observed NIOs.  相似文献

This paper illustrates the modulation of the eddy scale distribution due to superimposition of surface wave on only current flow. Time series data of three-dimensional velocity components were measured in a laboratory flume by a three-dimensional (3D) 16-MHz micro-acoustic Doppler velocimeter (Micro-ADV). The velocity time series of only current case and waves following the current were analysed to obtain the phase-averaged mean velocities, turbulent intensities, and Reynolds stress. The probability density function of phase-averaged stream-wise and vertical velocity fluctuations showed bimodal oscillations towards the free surface for higher frequency surface waves. It was revealed that surface waves along the current effectively decrease the intermittency of turbulence of the only current flow. Surface wave changed the intermittent structure of only current flow by modulation of the energy cascade mechanism of the only current flow by introduction of wave induced length scales. Also the scale of the finer dissipative eddies were prominently enhanced by the increase in surface wave frequency. Wavelet analysis of time series of velocity signals provided information on the eddy scale and their frequency of occurrence. It was found that the large eddies are carried by the crest regions of the progressive wave while the small scale eddies are carried by the trough regions.  相似文献

采用筏式吊养的大型经济海藻坛紫菜(Pyropia haitanensis)在栽培生长期间, 常周期性地处于干出状态。本文通过测定不同水膜状态下坛紫菜的叶绿素荧光动力学相关系数, 探讨了干出状态下坛紫菜叶状体表面水膜的理化特性与失水对其光合作用光化学特性的影响。实验数据显示, 干出初始状态下, 叶状体表面水膜pH值的升高对坛紫菜的最大光化学效率Fv/Fm、光化学淬灭系数qP、非光化学淬灭系数NPQ、最大相对电子传递速率ETRm和光能利用效率α均无显著性影响。当坛紫菜叶状体表面水膜盐度为0~75‰时, Fv/Fm、qP、NPQ、ETRm和α均保持稳定; 当叶状体表面水膜盐度增加到75‰~150‰时, Fv/Fm、NPQ、α和ETRm则显著下降, 较盐度为33‰时分别下降了66%、84%、70%和60%, 表明覆盖高盐度水膜的叶状体PSⅡ反应中心活性受到抑制。坛紫菜叶状体在失水初期的光合活性不受影响, 当叶状体表面水膜厚度降到0后, 叶状体细胞内部开始失水, 光合活性也显著下降。严重脱水状态(失水率为75%)下, Fv/Fm、NPQ、α和ETRm较失水初期分别下降了41%、69%、38%和43%。这些研究结果表明, 坛紫菜叶状体在干出失水初期, 水分损失是由于表面水膜损失引起的, 水膜厚度随着失水率的增加呈线性下降, 表面水膜厚度的下降影响了藻体的热耗散能力; 随着失水率进一步增加, 叶状体的光合活性和热耗散能力受到不利影响, 其中热耗散能力对叶状体含水量的变化更为敏感。  相似文献

During previous field experiments in the North Sea it was often assumed that the water column in such shallow coastal tidal waters is vertically well mixed and stratification was neglected when discussing the Normalized Radar Cross Section modulation caused by the sea floor. In this paper the influence of quasi resonant internal waves with the sea bed on the radar imaging mechanism of submarine sand waves itself is investigated. In situ data of the tidal current velocity and several water quality parameters such as sea surface temperature, fluorescence, and beam transmittance were measured in the Southern Bight of the North Sea in April 1991. Simulations of the total NRCS modulation caused by sand waves and internal waves as a function of the current gradient or strain rate induced by the internal wave current field at the sea surface have been carried out using the quasi-steady approximation and linear internal wave theory. As a first approximation the strain rate depending on stratification was calculated using the two-layer model. These simulations demonstrate that at least a density difference between the two layers of the order of Δρ ≈ 1 kg m–3 is necessary for a sinusoidal thermocline to effect the total NRCS modulation considerably. The NRCS modulation as a function of wind friction velocity has been calculated independently and is discussed with regard to the strain rate of the surface current field caused by the superimposed imaging mechanisms of sand waves and internal waves. It turned out that the existence of a surface roughness-wind stress feedback mechanism cannot be excluded.  相似文献

We analyze the three-dimensional structure of the Meridional Overturning Cell (MOC) in a numerical model of the North Atlantic and Arctic Oceans. The MOC is found to consist of several downward branches: some associated with dense water formation driven by surface buoyancy forcing (Labrador Sea, northern Norwegian Sea and Barents Sea), and some associated with interior mixing processes in the model (most notably entrainment of thermocline waters into the dense overflows at the Greenland–Scotland Ridge). Two experiments with altered surface buoyancy conditions are performed, both resulting in a change in the dense water formation rate in the Labrador Sea. A change of the same sign is observed in the strength of the MOC (and thus in the meridional heat flux); however, the change is less (20–50%) than would be expected from the change in the dense water formation rate. The MOC and the rate of dense water formation at higher latitudes seem not to be tightly linked on the decadal time scale. Instead, significant changes in the volume of water masses may take place. Taking this phenomenon into account may improve the interpretation of the chain of events that constitutes a climate oscillation, whether it be observed in models or in nature.  相似文献

针对现有油膜检测技术难以准确测算油膜面积且检测精度受天气条件影响大的问题,本文提出了一种基于热红外图像的海面油膜面积测算方法。采用波段为 8耀14 滋m 的红外热像仪获取海面油膜的热红外图像,对采集的油膜图像进行预处 理 (灰度化、中值滤波和锐化);基于图像灰度分布特征分割油膜区域 (感兴趣区域,ROI),采用形态学操作对 ROI 进行填充、腐蚀与膨胀,并对 ROI 进行数学表征;通过像素面积法计算 ROI 实际物理面积。实验结果表明:在不同的外界天气环境下 (如海浪、海风、海雾、不同光照等环境),该方法对不同黏度的石油样品在海面形成的油膜均有良好的检测精度, ROI 面积计算平均误差为 3.77%。  相似文献

The results of shipboard measurements of the modulation characteristics of 3.2 cm radar signals scattered by a rough sea surface at low grazing angles are reported. The experiments were carried out from on-board a drifting research vessel in the Atlantic trade wind zone at wind speeds of 7–10 m s−1 and coinciding directions of the wind and waves. Azimuthal isotropy of the modulation spectra was observed. It is emphasized that the ‘sea surface-scattered signal’ modified modulation transfer function is somewhat larger for horizontal polarization than for vertical polarization. Translated by V. 提出直接由MATLAB读入光纤端面图实现复杂结构光子晶体光纤(PCF)模型的快速建立,并综合平面波法(PWM)和频域有限差分(FDFD)法,模拟分析带隙型光子晶体光纤(PBG-PCF)的带隙和模场分布.利用PWM计算得到了在PBG-PCF中传输的光波频率及模式有效折射率范围;基于FDFD法在给定波长及模式有效折射率范围情况下,模拟得到了PBG-PCF中可能存在的模场分布及其他特性.以市售的PBG-PCF为例,验证了数值模拟的正确性,随后系统地分析了结构参数(晶格结构、"原子"占有率、背景材料折射率及"原子  相似文献
