随着海洋资源的开采走向深海,海上平台需要面对更加恶劣的海洋环境,因此,需要平台的质量更大,结构更强。而如何安装这些大型平台成为工程施工的重要挑战。浮托安装法是大型平台安装的一种十分有发展前景的安装方法,在浮托安装过程中进行实时监测,可以为浮托安装提供直接的信息反馈,保障安装的顺利进行。以荔湾3-1浮托安装为例,讨论了浮托安装过程中用到的实测技术,主要包括:浮托驳船及组块插尖的六自由度运动监测;施工海域海洋气象条件监测——风、浪、表面流和潮位;浮托驳船两侧护舷的载荷监测。并通过对实测结果进行综合分析,给出可靠的实测数据,为对比理论计算和模型试验,检验预报方法的可靠性提供支持。  相似文献

浮托安装法,是相对于传统吊装法的一种新型海洋平台安装方法,具有起重能力大、作业周期短、安装费用低、适用范围广、操作安全方便等优点,解决了海上大型平台组块的安装问题。为了研究横荡护舷对浮托安装的影响,首先对海洋平台浮托安装中的护舷装置进行了介绍,然后针对某工程实例应用AQWA软件进行了数值模拟,并进行了模型验证。从时域方面对就位状态下的浮托模型进行了耦合动力分析,研究了横荡护舷参数对驳船运动和撞击力的影响规律。研究表明,横荡护舷可以有效地减小驳船运动和撞击力,其限位和缓冲作用与护舷尺寸及护舷刚度均有关。研究结果可为实际浮托安装工程提供重要的参考。  相似文献

从海洋平台组块安装的需求出发,介绍了平台组块浮托安装法在海上油田开发中的应用,并根据中国海域已经实施的多个平台组块浮托法安装总体设计和研究经验,提出了一套平台组块采用浮托法安装的总体设计方法,给出了金县1-1中心平台浮托法总体设计的关键计算结果.该方法得到了5个平台组块浮托法设计和海上施工的验证,并对海洋平台组块的浮托法设计具有较好的借鉴作用.  相似文献

浮托安装法广泛应用于大型组块海上安装。导管架平台上部组块浮托安装进船过程中,风、浪、流引起的浮托驳船横向运动造成浮托驳船与导管架桩腿的碰撞,碰撞力可能会对导管架结构造成损伤。陆丰7-2上部组块浮托安装中,为了监测碰撞力大小,设计了碰撞力海上监测系统。通过在导管架外侧四个桩腿上安装光纤光栅应变传感器对碰撞过程中导管架桩腿进行应力监测,进而计算碰撞力。对碰撞过程,载荷作用位置、方向进行简化,并对载荷大小及垂向作用位置对计算的影响进行了研究。结构分析模型简化后,测点von-Mises应力与碰撞力大小成正比,对导管架整体结构建模计算并取局部结构计算比例系数,结合应力实测数据计算出进船过程中驳船对导管架桩腿碰撞力。  相似文献

从动力定位船舶浮托安装研究出发,归纳了动力定位船舶浮托安装的优势,并以"海洋石油278"驳船进行组块浮托安装为例,提出了南中国海大型组块采用动力定位船舶浮托安装的气候窗及动力定位能力分析方法,给出了惠州25-8 DPP组块动力定位浮托安装的关键设计结果。本研究对环境恶劣海况下的大型组块浮托安装具有一定借鉴意义。  相似文献

相较于传统的吊装法,浮托安装法是目前一种比较安全、经济、可靠的大型组块海上安装方法。本文对某平台上部组块的海上浮托安装进行了数值模拟,应用ANSYS-AQWA软件建立上部组块-驳船-系泊系统模型,在时域内对模型就位状态下的运动响应进行了耦合动力分析。重点研究了不同波浪工况下上部组块-驳船-系泊系统模型关键点的运动以及系泊张力的变化情况。研究结果对实际工程中应用浮托安装法施工具有重要的参考意义。  相似文献

桩腿耦合装置(简称LMU)在平台浮托安装过程中上部组块插尖与导管架桩管对接期间起缓冲作用,是海上浮装的最重要装置之一。运用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS,对相同尺寸、受相同垂向载荷作用的有沙箱和无沙箱的LMU分别进行了显式准静态和动态数值模拟,并将计算结果进行对比,以考察沙箱对LMU力学特性的影响。结果表明,与无沙箱的LMU相比,有沙箱的LMU能够承受较大的外载荷作用,可提升外套筒钢材的使用效率,较迅速地降低载荷转移作业过程中整个平台的运动速度,提高平台浮托安装过程中能量吸收速率,并且能减小LMU在动态过程中的最大应力。  相似文献

本文提出了编制计算机程序来进行计算海洋平台导管架在运输、下水、就位中的浮态和稳性。该程序可对导管架在浮运和驳运系统中的浮态、完整稳性、破舱稳性及静水力曲线等进行分析和计算。通过对实例的验算,结果是准确的。该程序已能够为海洋石油开发事业服务。  相似文献

The topside floatover installation is always a great challenge and is sensitive to environmental conditions.In this study,experimental analysis on the mating operation of the floatover installation in different wave headings is presented.The continuous mating operation using the rapid transfer technique was experimentally simulated with the assistance of the jacking system and the ballast system.In the continuous transfer modeling,the topsides loads were transferred onto the jacket by several consecutive steps,including the first rapid jack-down for the 30%loads,continuous 30%?70%load transfer and the second repaid jack-down for the remaining 30%loads.Motions of the barge and the topsides as well as loads on the Deck Support Unite(DSU)and the Leg Mating Unite(LMU)in different wave headings were measured.Experimental results illustrated the complex motion behavior and load characteristics of the continuous transfer operation.Results indicate that the rapid jack-down operations will lead to impact loads and larger lateral DSU loads.The bow quartering seas are much more dangerous as it gives rise to the larger motions and loads.Comparisons with the traditional steady-state modeling indicate that the continuous transfer modeling has greater advantages over the steady-state modeling on predicting the loads.  相似文献

Available measurements of foundation behaviour of the 13 concrete gravity platforms installed in the North Sea in the years 1973–1978 are presented. The measurements cover both the installation phase and the early part of the operation period. For the installation phase, measurements of dowel and skirt penetration resistance, base contact stresses, tilt, piping and erosion, are presented. For the operation period, the presentation includes measurements of settlements, pore water pressures, base contact stresses, permanent lateral displacements, cyclic displacements, dynamic behaviour and erosion. The measurements are used to back calculate soil properties and to evaluate the adequacy of the design procedures which have been used. The observations give valuable experience with respect to the foundation performance of offshore gravity platforms.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to study the feasibility of a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method to examine the effect of wind on the thermal-diffusion characteristics of floating production storage and offloading (FSPO) topside models subject to fire. It is motivated by the need to identify the fire loads on FPSO topsides, taking into account the effects of wind speed and direction as well as the effects of geometry of the FPSO topsides. The results of a wind-tunnel test and CFD simulation undertaken for these purposes on a 1/14-scale FPSO topside model of a VLCC class FPSO unit are reported here. In the wind-tunnel test, the locations of the heat source of the fire are varied, as are the speed and direction of the wind, and the temperature distribution is measured. CFD simulations, using the ANSYS CFX (2009) program, were performed on the test model, with the results compared with the experimental results. It is concluded that wind has a significant effect on the thermal-diffusion characteristics of the test model and that the CFD simulations are in good agreement with the experimental results. The insights developed in this study will be very useful for the fire engineering of FPSO topsides.  相似文献

The design of fixed or floating offshore structures requires accurate information of the met-ocean data at the intended offshore site. In the design process it is recognized that this environmental data is modified in the near-field by the interaction with the particular geometrical configuration of the offshore structure. This transformation of the incident wave field around and beneath an offshore structure presents a challenge for ocean engineers when specifying the wave gap elevation to avoid impact loads on the underside of the deck and inundation of the topsides. Thus, the accurate estimation of the wave crest distributions from measurements at various locations near and under the offshore structure during model test studies is essential. A semi-empirical approach is presented herein that builds upon the findings of previous studies and introduces the Method of L-moments. A three parameter model for a wave crest probability distribution function is presented and explicit relationships between the parameters of the distribution and its’ first three L-Moments are established. Furthermore, three narrow-band models from earlier research studies are reviewed and compared with the new model. Wave measurements from a mini-TLP model test program are used as the basis for comparison of the four distributions. The root-mean-square error is used as a metric to quantify the overall fit of the data and its accuracy in the high end tail of the data. The L-Moment model is shown to be more robust in representing the data in both the far-field and beneath the deck of the mini-TLP where the wave field demonstrates increased non-linear behavior.  相似文献

Simulating the coupled motions of multiple bodies in the time domain is a complex problem because of the strong hydrodynamic interactions and coupled effect of various mechanical connectors. In this study, we investigate the hydrodynamic responses of three barges moored side-by-side in a floatover operation in the frequency and time domains. In the frequency domain, the damping lid method is adopted to improve the overestimated hydrodynamic coefficients calculated from conventional potential flow theory. A time-domain computing program based on potential flow theory and impulse theory is compiled for analyses that consider multibody hydrodynamic interactions and mechanical effects from lines and fenders. Correspondingly, an experiment is carried out for comparison with the numerical results. All statistics, time series, and power density spectra from decay and irregular wave tests are in a fairly good agreement.  相似文献

The use of the piezocone penetration test (CPTU) in a geotechnical site investigation offers direct field measurement on stratigraphy and soil behavior. Compared with some traditional investigation methods, such as drilling, sampling and field inspecting method or laboratory test procedures, CPTU can greatly accelerate the field work and hereby reduce corresponding operation cost. The undrained shear strength is a key parameter in estimation of the stability of natural slopes and deformation of embankments in soft clays. This paper provides the measurements of in situ CPTU, field vane testing and laboratory undrained triaxial testing of Lianyungang marine clay in Jiangsu province of China. Based on the literature review of previous interpretation methods, this paper presents a comparison of field vane testing measurements to CPTU interpretation results. The undrained shear strength values from both the field vane tests and cone penetration resistances are lowest at the mid-depths of the marine clay layers, and the excess pore water pressures are highest at the mid-depths of the marine clay layers, indicating that the marine clay layer is underconsolidated.  相似文献
