大亚湾人工鱼礁区浮游植物的种类组成和生物量研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
于2005年11月、2006年5月及2006年12月,对大亚湾人工鱼礁投放区、拟投放区和对照区浮游植物的种类组成及生物量进行了研究.合计观察到藻类种类67种.主要由硅藻门(48种)和甲藻门(13种)组成,同时还有少量蓝藻、绿藻和着色鞭毛藻门等其他藻类(6种).优势种类主要有尖刺拟菱形藻、菱形海线藻、尖刺菱形藻等硅藻类和又状甲藻、海洋原甲藻及海洋原多甲藻等甲藻类,这些优势种类均为可能引发赤潮的赤潮生物.人工鱼礁区的藻类数量和叶绿素含量均比对照区高,说明人工鱼礁的投放促进了藻类的生长:人工鱼礁区和拟投放区的Shannonweaver多样性指数高于对照区,进一步表明人工鱼礁的投放增加了藻类的生物多样性.综合浮游植物的种类组成、生物量及多样性指数的结果表明:人工鱼礁的投放促进了浮游植物的生长,增加了生物多样性,但藻类的优势类群是可引发赤潮的赤潮生物,对海洋水环境具有极大的潜在威胁.  相似文献

研究了辽宁东港鸭绿江口海域赤潮监控区6个测站的浮游植物种类组成、数量分布和群落结构特征.2011年5-10月浮游植物数量变化范围为9.80伊104~3.66伊108个/m3,浮游植物数量高峰出现在春季5月,最低值出现在夏季8月.共发现浮游植物4门33属70种,其中硅藻27属57种,甲藻4属11种,黄藻 1 属 1种,金藻 1 属 1种.优势种为尖刺拟菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia pungens)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)、窄隙角毛藻(Chaetoceros affinis)和夜光藻(Noctiluca scintillans),均为赤潮生物种.春季5月多样性指数和均匀度指数较低,但优势度指数较高,优势种是尖刺拟菱形藻,成为形成赤潮的潜在生物要素.  相似文献

2003年8月、12月,2004年2月、5月对茂名放鸡岛海域进行了浮游生物调查,分析了浮游植物物种组成、优势种及其细胞丰度分布和物种多样性.共鉴定出浮游植物36属57种(硅藻46种,甲藻11种),其中赤潮类生物22种.角毛藻属以及丹麦细柱藻、脆根管藻和尖刺伪菱形藻为全年主要优势种,在早春季节冰河拟星杆藻成为季节性优势种,5月份和8月份角毛藻属以及尖刺伪菱形藻和丹麦细柱藻的细胞丰度在放鸡岛周边局部水域超过107 m-3.放鸡岛海域浮游植物物种多样性指数和均匀度偏低,在合适的条件下,有可能形成硅藻赤潮.  相似文献

对引发赤潮的3株硅藻——1株尖刺拟菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzshia pungens)和2株中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)的5.8SrDNA和ITS(internal transcribed spacers)序列进行了PCR扩增、克隆和序列测定,并分析了硅藻门10株赤潮藻(7株从GenBank获得)的系统进化关系.研究结果表明,尖刺拟菱形藻的ITS和5.8SrDNA的长度为693bp,SK-1(分离自东海赤潮暴发区)测序得到715bp,除ITS和5.8SrDNA外,还包含部分18SrDNA和28SrDNA;SK-2(分离自青岛养殖场)的ITS和5.8SrDNA的长度为331bp,尖刺拟菱形藻与从GenBank中获得的2株尖刺拟菱形藻相似程度最高,为100%,与该属的多列拟菱形藻相似程度稍低,为82.9%.SK-2的ITS序列与SK-1的相似程度很低,只有51%,但与拟中肋骨条藻的ITS序列相似程度高,为95.5%.SK-1的ITS序列与拟中肋骨条藻的相似程度也低,为56.7%.系统进化树反映的结果与相似性反映的结果一致.研究的该株尖刺拟菱形藻从根据ITS序列研究的结果与形态鉴定的结果看是一致的;SK-2可能属于拟中肋骨条藻;SK-1比较特殊,有待于用其他的方法进一步研究确定其分类地位.  相似文献

本文根据1985年2月至1986年2月对西湖浮游藻类所作的周年调查资料,就西湖浮游藻类的种类组成、数量变动及其与环境因子的关系作了研究。在20个测站260余号样品中,共鉴定出浮游藻类7门92属229种、变种和变型。优势种类为水华束丝藻、螺纽鞘丝藻、大螺旋藻、铜绿微囊藻、弯曲尖头藻、微小平裂藻、球胞鱼腥藻、克罗脆杆藻、连结脆杆藻和颗粒直链藻。西湖浮游藻类年均值为614×10~5个/升,并且以蓝藻占绝对优势,绿藻、硅藻次之。浮游藻类密度与透明度的(?)变化成负相关。  相似文献

结合福建省“908专项”,于2006年7~8月对福建省沿岸海域水采浮游植物的种属组成、数量分布、生物量进行了大面积科学调查.结果表明,福建沿岸海域浮游植物隶属于6门57属127种,其中硅藻47属107种,甲藻5属15种,蓝藻1属1种,金藻2属2种,隐藻1属1种,裸藻1属1种.硅藻类在种类和数量上均占主导地位,优势种主要是柔弱伪菱形藻(Pseudo—nitzschia delicatissima)、中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)、旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceros curvisetus)、菱形海线藻(Thalassionema nitzschioides)等.硅藻类广布,甲藻类在闽东海域及东山沿岸分布较多,蓝藻类检出率降低,裸藻类和金藻类检出率增高.表层浮游植物平均细胞密度为3222.59×10^4ind/dm^3,数量分布态势为近岸高、外海低,阂东和闽南高、闽中低.叶绿素a及优势类群的分布与数量分布基本一致.福建沿岸海域赤潮生物种类较多,是引发赤潮的潜在生物因素,一些赤潮生物已在闽南、闽东沿岸局部海域成为优势种.  相似文献

为了研究小型浮游动物对近岸浮游植物藻华的摄食调控作用,于2005年7月,应用"稀释法"并结合高效液相色谱(HPLC)光合色素分析技术,研究了台湾海峡船基围隔实验条件下浮游植物生长率及小型浮游动物摄食率的日变动。结果表明:由于营养盐添加的影响,迅速形成了以尖刺伪菱形藻(Pseudo-nitzschia pungens)为优势种的藻华,生物量(叶绿素a)从实验初始7月6日的1.45μg/dm3迅速增加到7月8日的29.80μg/dm3,随后消退。镜检和光合色素分析的结果显示,实验期间一直以此硅藻占绝对优势。浮游植物的生长率在藻华峰值(7月8日)前保持了较高的生长速率(>1.0/d)且大于小型浮游动物的摄食率;小型浮游动物的摄食率也逐渐增加,7月7日时达到0.86/d,显示有57%以上的浮游植物现存量被摄食。7月8日后,水华迅速消退,摄食率除13日外,均大于浮游植物的生长率。小型浮游动物主要由急游虫(Strombidium spp.)、侠盗虫(Strobilidium spp.)等无壳纤毛虫、异养甲藻-螺旋环沟藻(Gyrodinium spirale)及砂壳纤毛虫等组成,其对浮游植物的生长迅速作出了反应,各类群的丰度在水华峰值后的7月9日均几达最大值,水华后期(11日)大型的无壳纤毛虫达最大值。小型浮游动物的这种组成及变动特点是其保持较高摄食率及一定程度上控制和促进藻华消退的原因之一。  相似文献

中国南海是世界上最大的边缘海之一,位于印太交汇区的北端。独特的地理环境和气候条件使其生态环境极其复杂,使得南海海域的赤潮具有特殊性和典型性。近20年来,南海赤潮现象呈攀升态势,对水产养殖业、滨海旅游业、海洋生态系统及人类健康都有着严重的危害。为了系统了解南海海域浮游植物,尤其是赤潮物种的种类组成、相对丰度及年际变化,本文对近30年间(1987—2018)南海海域涉及浮游植物调研的44个航次数据进行了统计和比较分析,共记录到500种浮游植物、65个鉴定到属的未定种和1个未定类的三深碎裂藻。其中,硅藻(289种和37个未定种)和甲藻(186种和21个未定种)占绝大多数,包括赤潮物种149种。其中大部分浮游植物尚未得到系统的分子鉴定。比较发现不同航次报道的物种数目相差较大,种类相似度不高,硅藻和甲藻的相对优势地位无明显演替现象。南海海域最常见的赤潮物种以硅藻为主,包括菱形海线藻、中肋骨条藻、洛氏角毛藻、尖刺拟菱形藻、柔弱拟菱形藻、球形棕囊藻、夜光藻和锥状斯氏藻。本文将为比较研究不同海域赤潮物种的生物多样性,解读宏基因组学及宏条形码分析结果提供参考。  相似文献

The diatom genus Pseudo-nitzschia blooms throughout New Zealand's coastal waters. More than a decade of monitoring data were analysed in this study and seasonality was a significant factor in the appearance of Pseudo-nitzschia blooms. Austral spring and summer were the main bloom periods, although there were regional differences. Between January 2000 and August 2011, 8.4% of 29,000 seawater samples analysed for Pseudo-nitzschia exceeded the voluntary trigger level for biotoxin testing (10×104 cells l?1), and these were analysed by fluorescent in situ hybridisation (FISH) assays. Pseudo-nitzschia fraudulenta and P. pseudodelicatissima (low domoic acid [DA] producers) were the dominant bloom formers throughout New Zealand (each contributing 25%) followed by the highly toxic P. australis (10%). Shellfish flesh testing for DA was triggered on 8477 occasions between 2000 and 2011, but no samples exceeded the regulatory limit (20 mg/kg); the maximum concentration was 13 mg/kg (Marlborough Sounds, mid-winter 2010).  相似文献

We characterized the community composition of phytoplankton in the western subarctic Pacific from the pre-bloom to the decline phase of the spring bloom with special reference to decreases in the silicic acid concentration in surface waters as an index for diatom bloom development. Furthermore, responses of heterotrophic bacteria and viruses to the spring bloom were also concomitantly investigated. Under pre-bloom conditions when nutrients were abundant but the surface mixed layer depth was relatively deep, chlorophyll (Chl) a concentrations were consistently low and green algae (chlorophytes and prasinophytes), cryptophytes, and diatoms were predominant in the phytoplankton assemblages as estimated by algal pigment signatures. Together with the shallowing of the mixed layer depth and the decrease in silicic acid concentration, diatoms bloomed remarkably in the Oyashio region, though the magnitude of the bloom in the Kuroshio-Oyashio transition (hereafter Transition) region was relatively small. A total of 77 diatom species were identified, with the bloom-forming diatoms mainly consisting of Thalassiosira, Chaetoceros, and Fragilariopsis species. It has become evident that the carotenoid fucoxanthin can serve as a strong indicator of the diatom carbon biomass during the spring diatom bloom. Differences in the species richness of diatoms among stations generally enabled us to separate the Oyashio bloom stations from the Transition and the Oyashio pre-bloom stations. Relatively high values of the Shannon-Wiener index for the diatom species were also maintained during the Oyashio bloom, indicating that a wide variety of species then shared dominance. In the decline phase of the Oyashio bloom when surface nutrient concentrations decreased, senescent diatom cells increased, as inferred from the levels of chlorophyllide a. Although the cell density of heterotrophic bacteria changed little with the development of the diatom bloom, viral abundance increased toward the end of the bloom, suggesting an increased likelihood of mortality among organisms including diatoms resulting from viral infection. This is the first report on the microbial trophodynamics, including viruses, during the spring diatom bloom in the western subarctic Pacific.  相似文献

拟菱形藻属(Pseudo-nitzschia)物种是一类备受关注的海洋有毒有害硅藻,我国相关研究仍然不足,已报道的物种多样性偏低,产毒物种也较少。为了解我国海域拟菱形藻属的物种多样性,阐述产毒物种信息,在我国东南海域建立了8个拟菱形藻单克隆培养株系,结合形态学和分子系统学数据,鉴定到2个物种:环孔拟菱形藻(Ps.circumpora C.H.Lim,C.P.Leaw&P.T.Lim)和多列拟菱形藻[Ps.multiseries(Hasle) Hasle],其中环孔拟菱形藻是我国的新记录种。利用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法检测了藻株的多莫酸(domoic acid,DA)特征,在5个多列拟菱形藻株系中检测到DA,单细胞产毒水平为1.01~96.11 fg。此外,利用卤虫(Artemia salina L.)和强额拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus crassirostris Dahl)对多列拟菱形藻的产毒株系(MC4177)进行诱导,发现能够提高其单细胞产毒水平,提高幅度在26~55倍。  相似文献

In order to detect iron (Fe) stress in micro-sized (20–200 μm) diatoms in the Oyashio region, western subarctic Pacific during spring, immunological ferredoxin/flavodoxin assays were applied to samples collected from the surface layer in May 2005. Concomitantly, the community composition of the micro-sized phytoplankton and hydrographic conditions, including dissolved Fe and macronutrient concentrations, were also examined. Chlorophyll (Chl) a concentrations were <2 mg m−3 at all sampling stations, except at a station where the Chl a level was 9.0 mg m−3 and a micro-sized diatom bloom occurred. A high abundance of ferredoxin in micro-sized diatoms was detected only at a rather near-shore station where dissolved Fe and macronutrient concentrations were higher, indicating that the micro-sized diatoms did not suffer from iron deficiency. On the other hand, flavodoxin in micro-sized diatoms was often observed at the other stations, including the bloom station, where macronutrients were replete but dissolved Fe concentration was low (0.31 nM). A significant amount of chlorophyllide a, a degradation product of Chl a, was also observed at the bloom station, suggesting a decline of the diatom bloom. The micro-sized phytoplankton species at all the stations were mainly composed of the diatoms Thalassiosira, Chaetoceros, and Fragilariopsis spp. Our study indicates that micro-sized diatoms were stressed by Fe bioavailability during the spring season in the Oyashio region  相似文献

The temporal change in the microzooplankton community during the decay of a bloom ofHeterosigma akashiwo was investigated over a 10-day period in June–July 1991 at a site in western Hiroshima Bay, the Seto Inland Sea, Japan. The density ofH. akashiwo was at the order of 104 cells·ml–1 during the first 5 days, and decreased drastically when vertical mixing occurred.Heterosigma akashiwo cells disappeared after the eighth day. When the density ofH. akashiwo decreased suddenly, the density of microzooplankton increased rapidly. The increase in microzooplankton density was due to non-tintinnid ciliates. The species diversity of tintinnids was significantly higher in 1 and 2-m layers during the post-bloom period than during the bloom period. One species of tintinnid,Codonellopsis nipponica, was the most abundant in the bottom layer during the bloom period but decreased in abundance during the decay of the bloom. Populations of two species of hyaline tintinnids,Eutintinnus tubulosus andHelicostomella longa, were at low levels during the bloom period, and then developed suddenly after the bloom disappeared. It was demonstrated that the abundance and species composition of the ciliate community change dramatically during the decay of theHeterosigma bloom.  相似文献

Samples were collected during one annual cycle (April 2007–March 2008) at Alfacs Bay (NW Mediterranean Sea) central station in order to assess the influence of organic nutrients in the growth of the microalgae assemblage, with special reference to Pseudo-nitzschia spp. This potentially toxic diatom forms natural and recurrent blooms in the study area. To assess further the relationship between Pseudo-nitzschia spp. and nutrients an enrichment experiment with high molecular weight dissolved organic matter (HMWDOM) was performed with field samples obtained during a Pseudo-nitzschia spp. bloom. HMWDOM was extracted from water collected at Alfacs Bay. Five bioassays were prepared: N + P (seawater with addition of nitrate and phosphate), DOM (addition of HMWDOM), (−N + P) + DOM (nitrogen deficient, with addition of phosphate and HMWDOM), (N + P) + DOM (addition of nitrate, phosphate and HMWDOM), seawater control (without added nutrients), and B + DOM (control of bacteria, without microalgae). The experiment was run in batch mode over 4 days. Results from the field study revealed that the concentrations of organic nutrients mostly surpassed the inorganic pool. Pseudo-nitzschia spp. was the most frequent and abundant taxa of the microalgae community. The micro-planktonic assemblage was arranged according to a seasonal factor (ANOSIM and cluster analysis). DON, nitrate and silicate were the most important abiotic parameters contributing to the dissimilarities between seasons (SIMPER analysis) and thereby potentially influencing the seasonal distribution of microalgae in the representative station. In the experimental investigation, Pseudo-nitzschia cells increased by the end of the experiment in the DOM bioassay but no respective increase was observed for chlorophyll a. This could point to an acquisition of nutrients through the DOM fraction that would conjointly reduce the need of chlorophyll a. The data obtained suggest that organic nutrients may exert an important role in the development of microalgae, including Pseudo-nitzschia spp., in the selected location.  相似文献

Parameters of community structure (species composition and relative abundance, number of taxa, diversity, evenness, and cell density) were measured for a mudflat diatom community in the Avon‐Heathcote estuary, New Zealand. Fifty three diatom species were identified: 25 taxa (species and varieties) are new New Zealand records. The Shannon‐Wiener information index (H') was 3.46, indicating high diversity. Evenness (J') ranged from 0.57–0.67. The association between the biomass of the pulmonate gastropod, Amphibola crenata, and benthic diatom community structure was studied using large open enclosures (4.0 m2) to manipulate snail biomass. Community structure was compared at 0, 5 (natural biomass), and 10 g A. crenata dry weight per m. A similarity index (SIMI=0.88–0.95), as well as H’ and J’ indicated close similarity between the diatom assemblages within all enclosures, but number of taxa increased from 33 to 49 with increasing snail biomass. Cell densities were significantly lower at high snail biomass (6088 valves per mm2) compared to enclosures with no snails (10 110 valves per mm ). A. crenata had a higher ratio of diatom fragments to whole diatom valves in its faeces (2.42) than in its crop (0.55), indicating that it is capable of fragmenting diatoms.  相似文献

A mesoscale iron-fertilization experiment was carried out in the western subarctic Pacific during summer 2001. The iron-patch was traced for 14 days after the fertilization, and the abundance and behavior of mesozooplankton were compared with those outside of the patch. The phytoplankton biomass in the patch rapidly increased to over 15 times the initial level by the later half of the observation period, and was composed of large-sized (>10 mm), centric diatoms. Dominant zooplankton species in the upper 200-m depth were large copepods: Neocalanus plumchrus, Neocalanus cristatus, Eucalanus bungii and Metridia pacifica. Mesozoplankton biomass as well as species composition did not change significantly in the patch over the observation period. Furthermore, no changes of vertical distribution or diel vertical migration were observed for any species or stages of mesozooplankton throughout the observation period. However, the abundance of the first copepodite stages of N. plumchrus and E. bungii increased several fold in the patch after the diatom bloom formation compared to the densities outside the patch. The increases of both species are considered to be due to lowered mortality during the egg and nauplius stages. Spawning of N. plumchrus takes place at depth using lipid storage, while spawning of E. bungii takes place in the surface layer supported by grazing. These facts suggest that the relative importance of nauplii in the diets of the large copepods was decreased in the patch by the diatom bloom. Gut-pigment contents of dominant copepods in the patch increased 4–18 times, and the maximum values were observed during the bloom peak. However, the grazing impact on phytoplankton was low throughout the experiment, especially during the bloom period (<6% of the primary production).  相似文献

To examine the population development of the dinoflagellates, Ceratium furca and Ceratium fusus, daily field monitoring was conducted between April and July 2003 in the temperate coastal water of Sagami Bay, Japan. During the study period, the concentrations of C. furca were always lower than those of C. fusus. A sharp increase in the densities of both species was recorded on 5 May showing the maximum cell concentrations (C. furca = 14,800 cells L-1, C. fusus = 49,600 cells L-1). In the 7 days prior to the May bloom of the Ceratium species (29 April to 1 May), the highest density of the heterotrophic dinoflagellate Noctiluca scintillans was observed. Additionally, a second bloom of C. fusus occurred on 22 July. Here, two causes of the significant increases in the Ceratium populations during the two blooming periods (first time; 1 to 8 May, second time; 15 to 22 July) are presented. First, an increase in the nutrients of the surface layer regenerated by the breakdown of blooms by N.scintillans could be considered as a major cause of the population increase of the two Ceratium species. Second, a decrease in salinity (to 27 psu) was correlated with the later bloom ofC. fusus. These results suggest that the population development of the two Ceratium species requires nutrients regenerated after the reduction of the diatom population byN. scintillans and, forC. fusus, continuous low salinity conditions, compared to other environmental factors during the rainy season. 为研究强降水对胶州湾浮游硅藻群落的影响及作用机制,作者利用2012年夏季暴雨前(7月17日)和暴雨后(8月5日)采集的浮游植物样品,对暴雨前后胶州湾海域浮游硅藻的种类组成、丰度和群落结构特征等进行了分析,探讨了台风导致的强降雨天气对浮游硅藻群落结构的影响。结果表明,暴雨前胶州湾海域共记录到硅藻22属54种,暴雨后,共记录到出硅藻18属39种,浮游硅藻种类数显著下降。暴雨前浮游硅藻的平均丰度为2 953.9×104个/m3,优势种有浮动弯角藻(Eucampia zoodiacus)、星脐圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus asteromphalus)、拟旋链角毛藻(Chaetoceros pseudocurvisetus)和劳氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros lorenzianus);暴雨后浮游硅藻平均丰度为111.4×104个/m3,比暴雨前降低了1个数量级,优势种组成也发生变化,有浮动弯角藻、星脐圆筛藻、大洋角管藻(Cerataulina pelagica)和波状石丝藻(Lithodesmium undulatum)。暴雨前后胶州湾海域浮游硅藻平面分布也发生变化,暴雨前在湾西部丰度值较高,暴雨后浮游硅藻平面分布相比暴雨前更加均匀。本研究可为深入探讨海洋环境异常变化对浮游硅藻乃至浮游植物群落的影响提供重要依据。  相似文献
