内蒙古集宁新生代玄武岩产于华北克拉通北缘,属于广义的“汉诺坝玄武岩”。首次在三义堂附近的碱性玄武岩中发现了大量的橄榄岩包体、辉石和长石以及少量的含钛磁铁矿巨晶。包体主要是尖晶石二辉橄榄岩,造岩矿物为橄榄石+斜方辉石+单斜辉石+尖晶石,辉石巨晶主要为透辉石和普通辉石,长石巨晶主要是歪长石和少量斜长石。1.5GPa条件下,尖晶石二辉橄榄岩样品所记录的平衡温度与汉诺坝相近,集中于950℃左右,大体上反映了华北克拉通北缘大陆岩石圈地幔尖晶石相部分的温度状态。单斜辉石巨晶的结晶温压大于幔源包体的平衡温压,表明巨晶的来源深度可能大于包体。包体的结构及矿物成分分析表明,这些包体是玄武质岩浆上升过程中偶然捕获岩石圈地幔的岩石碎块。二辉橄榄岩包体中橄榄石高Mg#值(89.5~91.7)和较高的NiO含量(0.29%~0.55%),暗示集宁玄武岩中的橄榄岩包体来自较高熔融程度的岩石圈地幔。  相似文献

采集中国北方玄武岩中橄榄岩包体样品21件。测定了其中的主元素、微量元素、稀土元素(REE)和Au等的含量。橄榄岩包体中的Au含量与CaO含量的相关性表明,其中的Au可能主要赋存于单斜辉石中,反映Au含量可能与地幔演化及熔融程度有关;橄榄岩包体后期受地幔流体交代作用的影响,Au转而以硫化物形式存在,这一过程是在橄榄岩包体原有Au的物质基础上进行的。  相似文献

新疆西克尔碧玄岩中的地幔橄榄岩包体   总被引:5,自引:4,他引:1  
在新疆西克尔地区发现了尖晶石相橄榄岩包体。这些包体的寄主岩石为碧玄岩,其K-Ar同位素年龄为19.76~21.90 Ma。岩相学和矿物化学研究表明西克尔橄榄岩包体具有典型的岩石圈地幔橄榄岩包体的特征。利用矿物温压计对包体的平衡温压进行估算,发现西克尔地幔橄榄岩包体的平衡温压为736~1017℃和1.7~2.2GPa,与西南天山托云地区晚白垩纪火山岩中尖晶石二辉橄榄岩包体(平衡温压为818~1113℃和1.5~2.0GPa)相比,具有温度明显偏低,而压力明显偏高的特点。这说明西克尔地区的地幔橄榄岩包体没有受到地幔热异常事件的影响,因此可以代表塔里木板块岩石圈地幔的原始性质。这对于研究塔里木盆地岩石圈地幔的热结构和地球化学特征以及塔里木盆地内大量幔源岩浆的成因具有重要意义。  相似文献

根据主要元素、微量元素,若干矿物相主要元素和单斜辉石微量元素测定认为:盘石山幔源橄榄岩包体是由接近原始地幔源区的地幔经不同比例部分熔融后的残余二辉橄榄岩和方辉橄榄岩组成,基本未受其它过程干扰。由主要元素和MgO相关性的回归方程,根据二元混合规律估算了原始熔体的组成范围。计算了包体的平衡温度,认为较亏损的方辉橄榄岩可能位于弱亏损的二辉橄榄岩之上,全岩和单斜辉石中不相容元素含量有可能作为地幔部分熔融和  相似文献

鲁西中生代侵入岩依次生成辉长岩系列、二辉石闪长岩系列、角闪闪长岩系列、二长岩系列和正长岩系列(林景仟等,1989)。近年来,我们在属于二辉石闪长岩系列的莱芜铁铜沟岩体、矿山岩体和邹平茶叶山岩体中发现了大量不同成因类型的橄榄岩类包体。这些包体为认识鲁西地区中生代岩浆起源、岩石圈结构及上地幔中的超镁铁质岩浆作用提供了重要的信息。 1.包体成因类型及岩石学特征所发现的橄榄岩类包体的主要岩石类型有纯橄岩、方辉橄榄岩、二辉橄榄岩和橄辉岩;以前两类为主,与二辉岩、单辉辉石岩、辉闪岩和角闪岩包体相伴生。根据岩石结构和矿物成分特征,这些包体可划分为亏损型上地幔纯橄榄岩、方辉  相似文献

广西北海涠洲岛是我国面积最大的第四纪火山岩海岛,岛内出露的最新一次火山喷发产物为碧玄质岩石,它覆盖于晚更新世湖光岩组(Q3h)层状凝灰岩地层之上。在该火山岩中发现有橄榄岩包体,罕见的是,包体是以火山角砾的形式见于碧玄质火山碎屑流之中,故应是被炸碎的包体碎块,而非原始态包体。这是迄今为止较为特殊的一种橄榄岩包体产状类型,其原始态包体的岩石类型可能为方辉橄榄岩和纯橄岩。岩石结构及探针数据均表明该橄榄岩包体来自岩石圈地幔。包体的温压估算结果为960~1040℃和1.3GPa,对应的稳定深度约40km。此外,由于包体来源深度远小于其寄主碧玄质火山岩浆的来源深度(大于99km),表明涠洲岛地区第四纪火山碎屑流中的橄榄岩包体是地幔柱来源的碧玄质岩浆在上升经过岩石圈地幔约40km深度时捕获的偶然包体,并在就位前经历过炸碎。  相似文献

利用单矿物溶液法分析了Obnazhennaya金伯利岩中橄榄岩包体单矿物的Sr-Nd-Hf同位素组成,并且与Udachnaya金伯利岩中橄榄岩包体单矿物的Sr-Nd-Hf同位素组成进行了对比。结果显示,Obnazhennaya金伯利岩中橄榄岩包体单斜辉石具有亏损的Sr同位素组成和富集的Nd、Hf同位素组成。橄榄岩包体石榴子石的Sr-Nd-Hf同位素组成表现出原始的特征,没有受到交代作用的影响。通过对比Udachnaya和Obnazhennaya金伯利岩中地幔包体的特征和单斜辉石的二元混合模拟发现,Udachnaya金伯利岩中的地幔包体的Sr-Nd-Hf同位素组成更偏向于金伯利岩的特征,而与之相反,Obnazhennaya金伯利岩中的地幔包体的Sr-Nd-Hf同位素组成则位于金伯利岩和地幔柱溢流玄武岩之间,且更加偏向于溢流玄武岩的同位素特征。因此,地幔柱活动对西伯利亚克拉通岩石圈产生了影响,改变了其岩石圈地幔的同位素组成。  相似文献

根据苏皖地区新生代碱性玄武岩中的尖晶石二辉橄榄岩包体的化学成分,讨论了扬子地块东段大陆岩石圈地幔的物质成分。以包体的平均成分代表该区岩石圈地幔的平均成分,依照地幔地球化学演化趋势,估计了该区岩石圈地幔的原始组成。采用最近提出的二辉石地质温度计,计算了包体的平衡温度,讨论了该区岩石圈地幔物质成分在垂向上的分布和变化,上地幔橄榄岩中的玄武质组分在垂向上由上而下亏损程度逐渐减小。包体中稀土元素丰度模式反映了该区岩石圈地幔演化的多阶段性。除了程度不同的部分熔融作用外,局部地段曾有隐性地幔交代作用发生,造成了地幔橄榄岩中主量成分和稀土元素的解耦现象。  相似文献

吉林省伊通新生代火山群中大孤山所伴生的东小山火山含有丰富的地幔橄榄岩包体,详细的岩石学和矿物学工作显示,这些包体的主要岩石类型为尖晶石二辉橄榄岩,含有少量的方辉橄榄岩和异剥橄榄岩。包体的结构类型多样,包括粒状变晶结构、碎斑状结构、糜棱结构和筛状变晶结构。主量元素及矿物化学资料表明,这些地幔橄榄岩包体大都比较饱满,说明其所经历的部分熔融程度较低。微量元素显示,包体在形成以后经受过不同程度地幔交代作用的影响。矿物平衡温度计算结果表明包体的平衡温度为989~1142℃,来源深度约为40~70km。Sr-Nd-Hf同位素资料反映二辉橄榄岩包体具有亏损地幔的特征。Re-Os同位素资料显示上述岩石圈地幔的主体形成于显生宙期间,少量具有中元古代Re亏损年龄的样品所代表的古老地幔与本区上覆地壳成因无关,可能是软流圈中固有的较古老的大陆岩石圈地幔。  相似文献

东海县境内仅有两个碱性玄武岩火山口(平明山和安峰山)形成于晚新生代,K-Ar同位素年龄测定,平明山为4.02~6.38Ma,安峰山为7.3~12.3Ma。岩石学和地球化学特征揭示包体寄主岩为碧玄岩,岩浆没有经历明显分异和同化混杂作用。平明山碧玄岩含有丰富幔源包体,包括尖晶石二辉橄榄岩、方辉橄榄岩和二辉岩。采用:Bertrand等(1985)和Kohler等(1990)的温度-压力计估算了包体平衡温度和压力分别为830~900℃和1.5~1.7GPa。根据温压资料构建的古地温曲线,对应于大陆热流值75mW/m^2和岩石圈厚度55km。氧化缀饰法揭示本区橄榄岩包体经历了高温低应变速率塑性流动变形,形成各种类型的位错构造。高温高压实验测定,二辉橄榄岩Vp速度为8.0~8.2km/s,Vs速度为4.50~4.77km/s。中国大陆科学钻(CCSD)附近幔源橄榄岩包体的发现对东海地区岩石圈厚度、物质组成、热结构和底侵作用动力过程提供了重要约束。  相似文献

汉诺坝新生代玄武岩中含有丰富的地幔和地壳岩石捕虏体,其中捕虏体辉石岩和庥粒岩由于外观上具有一定的相似性,两者容易混淆,导致研究上的误区.本文以辉石岩和麻粒岩捕虏体作为研究对象,通过岩相学观察结合矿物主量元素分析、单斜辉石微量元素和Sr-Nd同位素分析,对两种捕虏体进行深入的研究和对比以探讨其成因意义.结果表明,上述各方面二者都存在明显的差别,捕虏体麻粒岩具有层状堆晶构造,两种辉石矿物(次透辉石和古铜辉石)相对贫MgO富FeO,单斜辉石的REE相对富集,以高87Sr/86 Sr低143Nd/144Nd为特征;而捕虏体辉石岩一般呈块状构造,两种辉石矿物(透辉石和古铜辉石-顽火辉石)相对富MgO贫FeO,单斜辉石REE总量极低呈亏损模式,同位素组成上介于捕虏体橄榄岩和麻粒岩之间.捕虏体麻粒岩特征表明它是幔源岩浆底侵作用形成,岩浆受到了下地壳的混染;而捕虏体辉石岩明显不同于橄榄岩和麻粒岩的成因,来自于富集地幔.  相似文献

The paper presents new isotope–geochemical and mineralogical data on mantle xenoliths of the “island-arc” (Avacha, Shiveluch, and Kharchinsky volcanoes) and “within-plate” (Valovayam River, Cape Navarin, and Bakening Volcano areas) types. In terms of paragenesis and mineral composition, the “islandarc” xenoliths correspond to the olivine–plagioclase depth facies, while the “within-plate” xenoliths came from spinel lherzolite to wehrlite facies, which is transitional to the olivine–plagioclase equilibrium. The majority of the “within-plate” xenoliths are enriched in high-field-strength elements (Ti, Nb, Hf, Zr, Yb). The “island-arc” xenoliths in general are depleted in REE, while the “within-plate” xenoliths are enriched in all REE. The former have low Pb isotope ratios, being in isotope equilibrium with lower crustal basites, while most of the latter group are enriched in radiogenic Pb. The island-arc xenoliths are of magmatic origin and were derived from the sublithospheric crust–mantle mixture, while the “within-plate” xenoliths reflect the composition of the asthenospheric mantle source. The primary appearance of the xenoliths is obliterated by secondary recrystallization and metasomatic reworking.  相似文献

Summary Ultramafic and mafic xenoliths in Ordovician Agardag alkaline basalt dikes from the Sangilen Plateau, southeastern Siberia, provide samples from the upper mantle and crust beneath central Asia. Three major groups were distinguished among the xenoliths: Group I xenoliths are spinel lherzolites, Group II xenoliths are spinel-garnet clinopyroxenites, and Group III comprises gabbroic xenoliths with two subgroups: Group IIIa comprises garnet bearing gabbroids and Group IIIb is represented by garnet-free gabbroids. The spinel lherzolite xenoliths represent the uppermost lithospheric mantle beneath the Sangilen Plateau and have geochemical characteristics similar to those of primitive mantle. Spinel-garnet clinopyroxenite and gabbroic xenoliths are of igneous origin and represent fragments of intrusive bodies crystallized at depths close to the mantle-crust boundary, as well as in the lower and the upper crust. The gabbroic xenoliths are evidently the crystallization products of melts similar in major and trace element composition to parental magma of the Bashkymugur gabbronorite-monzodiorite intrusion. Gabbroic xenoliths from the Ordovician Agardag alkaline basalt dikes demonstrate the presence of intermediate magmatic chambers within the crust beneath the Sangilen Plateau during the Early Palaeozoic. The relatively high equilibration temperatures of the mantle and lower crust xenoliths in the Agardag alkaline basalt dikes are largely attributable to a plume occurring beneath the Sangilen Plateau during the Ordovician.  相似文献

东南沿海地区新生代玄武岩中的橄榄岩包体来自年轻的大陆岩石圈地幔 ,该岩石圈地幔在岩石学、矿物组成、痕量元素以及Sr Nd同位素组成等各方面具有很大差异。这些差异反映了它们来自不同的地幔过程。南海张开与地幔热柱有关 ,南海扩张后第四纪形成的火山岩携至地表的包体更多保留了地幔热柱的信息。橄榄岩包体的矿物成分与深海橄榄岩类似 ,相对贫Opx而富Ol;在痕量元素上 ,表现为强不相容元素的富集 ,其配分模式类似于其寄主岩 ;Nd同位素强烈亏损 ,显示出比MORB源区更亏损的特征。大陆岩石圈地幔经历了来自地幔深处的贫SiO2 熔体的进一步改造。  相似文献

火成岩中的麻粒岩相捕虏体主要分为基性熔体捕虏体,酸性变质火成岩捕虏体与变质沉积岩捕虏体。麻粒岩相捕虏体的锆石离子探针年龄与上地壳花岗岩的侵位年龄,造山运动时代基本一致。基性熔体的下垫作用是地壳生长的一种重要方式,并且代表了一种有效的幔向壳的物质与能量迁移。地下壳部分熔与麻粒岩相变质作用是壳内分异的重要途径。  相似文献

华北地台麻粒岩包体(汉诺坝)与麻粒岩地体(西望山、蔓菁沟)存在明显的岩石地球化学特征差异,麻粒岩包体总体成分偏基性,麻粒岩地体总体成分偏长英质。形成时间、空间及构造背景的不同是造成成分差异的重要因素。汉诺坝麻粒岩包体是在拉线环境下玄武质岩浆底侵下地壳后结晶分异过程中堆晶作用的结果,其主、微量元素成分受控于辉石和斜长石堆晶的相对比例;下地壳物质的混染作用不是造成麻粒岩包体Nb、Ta、Th、U亏损的惟一因素,底侵的玄武质岩浆可能发生了含钛矿物相的结晶分离,造成了汉诺坝麻粒岩包体Nb、Ta亏损,而下地壳的麻粒岩相变质作用则使Th、U发生亏损。麻粒岩地体存在两种不同性质的微量元素组成,反映了两种不同构造环境的并置,是构造挤压抬升的结晶。  相似文献

在滇东南建水地区发现产于峨眉山玄武岩中的高镁火山岩包体,这对于地幔柱的形成演化具有重要研究意义.对这些包体进行了锆石U-Pb年代学、地球化学和岩矿分析.高镁火山岩包体具斑状结构,致密块状构造,斑晶主要为贵橄榄石和透辉石.13颗锆石U-Pb LA-ICP-MS加权平均年龄为259±2Ma(MSWD=1.9),显示与寄主岩石同期形成.包体岩石具有高镁(Mg~#=68~75)、低硅(SiO_2=45.11%~45.93%)特征,轻稀土元素(LREE)、高场强元素(HFSE)富集而重稀土元素(HREE)亏损,属于亚碱性、拉斑玄武岩系列,具有板内玄武岩(IPB)特征.火山岩包体的原始岩浆起源于石榴子石二辉橄榄岩低程度部分熔融的产物,岩浆演化过程中发生了橄榄石和单斜辉石的分离结晶作用,在侵位上升过程中未受明显的地壳混染作用.该高镁火山岩的存在,显示地幔柱除了垂直上升运动外,在地球深部不同的边界还有多次侧向扩展移动,表明滇东南晚二叠世存在峨眉山地幔柱的一个分支-地幔枝活动.  相似文献

The diamondiferous Letlhakane kimberlites are intruded into the Proterozoic Magondi Belt of Botswana. Given the general correlation of diamondiferous kimberlites with Archaean cratons, the apparent tectonic setting of these kimberlites is somewhat anomalous. Xenoliths in kimberlite diatremes provide a window into the underlying crust and upper mantle and, with the aid of detailed petrological and geochemical study, can help unravel problems of tectonic setting. To provide relevant data on the deep mantle under eastern Botswana we have studied peridotite xenoliths from the Letlhakane kimberlites. The mantle-derived xenolith suite at Letlhakane includes peridotites, pyroxenites, eclogites, megacrysts, MARID and glimmerite xenoliths. Peridotite xenoliths are represented by garnet-bearing harzburgites and lherzolites as well as spinel-bearing lherzolite xenoliths. Most peridotites are coarse, but some are intensely deformed. Both garnet harzburgites and garnet lherzolites are in many cases variably metasomatised and show the introduction of metasomatic phlogopite, clinopyroxene and ilmenite. The petrography and mineral chemistry of these xenoliths are comparable to that of peridotite xenoliths from the Kaapvaal craton. Calculated temperature-depth relations show a well-developed correlation between the textures of xenoliths and P-T conditions, with the highest temperatures and pressures calculated for the deformed xenoliths. This is comparable to xenoliths from the Kaapvaal craton. However, the P-T gap evident between low-T coarse peridotites and high-T deformed peridotites from the Kaapvaal craton is not seen in the Letlhakane xenoliths. The P-T data indicate the presence of lithospheric mantle beneath Letlhakane, which is at least 150 km thick and which had a 40mW/m2 continental geotherm at the time of pipe emplacement. The peridotite xenoliths were in internal Nd isotopic equilibrium at the time of pipe emplacement but a lherzolite xenolith with a relatively low calculated temperature of equilibration shows evidence for remnant isotopic disequilibrium. Both harzburgite and lherzolite xenoliths bear trace element and isotopic signatures of variously enriched mantle (low Sm/Nd, high Rb/Sr), stabilised in subcontinental lithosphere since the Archaean. It is therefore apparent that the Letlhakane kimberlites are underlain by old, cold and very thick lithosphere, probably related to the Zimbabwe craton. The eastern extremity of the Proterozoic Magondi Belt into which the kimberlites intrude is interpreted as a superficial feature not rooted in the mantle. Eclogitic xenoliths consisting of tschermakitic augite and pyrope garnet, together with variable amounts of kaersutitic hornblende, are common in a volcanic breccia of Lower Oligocene age at Kakanui, New Zealand. The breccia also contains xenocrysts of these minerals, and xenoliths of peridotite. Modal analyses are given of a number of the eclogitic xenoliths, and chemical analyses of two of them and their component minerals. They are compared with similar xenoliths from Hoggar (Algeria), Salt Lake Crater (Hawaii), and Delegate (Australia), with eclogite xenoliths from kimberlites, and with garnet peridotites. These three types of igneous eclogites can be characterized by the nature of their clinopyroxene: tschermakitic in the xenoliths from basaltic rocks, jadeitic in the xenoliths from kimberlites, and chrome diopside in the garnet peridotites. The eclogitic xenoliths in basaltic rocks probably crystallized in the mantle at depths of about 60 km, but their rarity in contrast to the numerous occurrences of peridotite xenoliths poses some significant problems.  相似文献
