在滑坡治理工程中抗滑桩桩身受力变形主要由钢筋应力与混凝土应变的监测反映,为此对锁儿头滑坡抗滑桩进行受力监测,得出了抗滑桩在使用过程中的内力变化特征:抗滑桩支挡初期,钢筋应力值、混凝土应变值月增加值幅度较大,随着抗滑支挡结构与内部岩体的相互作用,月增加值逐步趋于平稳。监测至今:抗滑桩单筋最大拉应力为260.3MPa,最大压应力为-267.2 MPa,均小于钢筋最大应力335 MPa,混凝土应力值在-7.42 MPa~2.16 MPa之间,抗滑桩的整体弯矩还具备87.1%的安全储备,抗滑桩的受力与变形均处于弹性工作状态,抗滑桩加固该滑坡起到了抗滑支挡效果。  相似文献

目前复杂地质条件滑坡抗滑桩工作状态下的受力变形研究仍不够充分。为了研究江顶崖堆积体滑坡抗滑桩的桩身响应,在抗滑桩内布置弦式钢筋应力计和埋入式应变计,对抗滑桩进行长期桩身应力-应变监测,基于监测数据建立计算模型计算抗滑桩全桩弯矩,用有限元软件PLAXIS 3D建立模型对抗滑桩进行研究。结果表明:监测到的单根钢筋最大应力为112.5 MPa,远小于设计值,弦式应变计最大应变为34 με;建立的单筋矩形截面受弯构件计算模型较为可靠,可用于类似工程中;有限元软件计算所得弯矩小于设计弯矩,两者变化趋势相同;抗滑桩目前处于安全状态,滑坡治理效果显著。  相似文献

抗滑桩因其抗滑能力强,适用条件广泛,对滑坡的根治性能好等突出优点而被广泛地应用于滑坡治理中。但由于以往“表格”计算方式的限制,在其设计应用中存在一些不尽如人意的地方。对滑坡治理中抗滑桩的应用、桩身形变、内力、钢筋混凝土桩的结构设计进行分析,给出了不同地基系数条件下的桩内力表达式、不同位移及转角边界条件下桩身变形,以及钢筋混凝土桩的结构形式。编制了从滑坡推力计算至桩结构设计的全套应用程序,从而使抗滑桩的分析快捷、准确、实用性更强。  相似文献

野水沟滑坡为忠县-武汉输气管道工程沿线上的一滑坡灾害点,采取了抗滑桩这一治理措施以保证管道的安全运行。为了确保施工期的安全和获取抗滑桩的内力分布数据并客观评价抗滑桩的工作状态,对滑坡体进行了长期的GPS地表位移和抗滑桩应力监测。通过建立单筋矩形截面受弯构件模型,给出了根据钢筋计监测数据计算抗滑桩弯矩的方法并提出了安全可靠度这一概念以定量判断抗滑桩的工作状态。对该滑坡地表位移及抗滑桩内力监测成果分析表明,抗滑桩目前处于安全状态,发挥了一定作用,治理工程取得了明显效果,抑制了滑坡的进一步变形。   相似文献

抗滑桩已广泛应用于滑坡治理,但是对抗滑桩的监测研究还不够深入。通过测斜管监测抗滑桩的侧向位移,在文克勒弹性地基梁模型的基础上计算得到锚固段地层抗力,再运用力学平衡原理计算滑坡剩余下滑力值。对抗滑桩不同部位钢筋的受力进行监测,可求得各个截面处的弯矩。假设滑坡剩余下滑力的分布函数为一个二次多项式,由监测求得的滑坡剩余下滑力值和抗滑桩各截面弯矩,分析计算可得到该二次多项式。在求得抗滑桩所有作用力以后,就可以计算得到抗滑桩的弯矩和剪力分布图。与设计阶段采用的抗滑桩弯矩和剪力进行比较,就可以知道抗滑桩的抗滑效果,并为改进抗滑桩的设计提供依据。  相似文献

预应力锚索抗滑桩作为一种实用有效的支挡工程措施已在地质灾害治理中得到广泛的应用.然而, 其设计与计算方法仍然是一个亟待深入研究的课题.这种技术是在抗滑桩的基础上发展起来的.相对于普通抗滑桩, 其受力状态更加合理. 从这种治理措施的地质与物理模型出发, 建立了其力学与数学模型, 并最终得到其内力分布的解析解, 为其结构设计奠定了基础.将双参数法引入到土抗力模数或地基系数的计算中, 并贯穿到整个结构计算中.分别按刚性桩和弹性桩2种物理模式, 将锚索视为弹性绞支座, 利用抗滑桩和锚索位移变形协调条件, 计算出锚索的设计拉力及桩身的内力分布.结合三峡库区秭归县水田坝乡下土地岭滑坡治理工程介绍了这种滑坡治理措施的应用, 并与原普通抗滑桩设计方案进行了技术与经济对比分析, 体现出这种抗滑结构的优越性.   相似文献

抗滑桩由于其桩位布置灵活、施工比较方便、治理效果可靠,是滑坡治理工程中广泛采用的一种抗滑措施。一直以来抗滑桩设计都是沿用手工查表计算的方法,采用这种传统的抗滑桩设计方法不仅增加了工程师繁重的计算工作,而且很难实现优化设计。文章在对抗滑桩的工作机理进行分析的基础上,讨论了影响抗滑桩经济性的主要因素,以抗滑桩的截面宽、高和长度为基本要素,建立了抗滑桩优化设计的数学模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解。最后对一个工程实例用传统设计方法和优化设计方法所得的结果进行了比较,结果表明,对抗滑桩进行优化设计不仅能减轻工程设计人员的工作量,还可以在满足安全的条件下明显的降低工程费用,在滑坡治理工程中具有一定的实际意义。  相似文献

预应力锚索抗滑桩与普通抗滑桩相比,其受力状态更加合理。从将预应力锚索抗滑桩作为支程支挡结构的地质与物理模型出发,建立了力学与数学模型,得到该模型的内力分布的解析解,为其结构设计奠定了基础。将双参数法引入到土抗力模数或地基系数的计算并贯穿到整个结构计算中。分别按刚性桩和弹性桩两种物理模式,将锚索视为弹性绞支座,利用抗滑桩和锚索位移变形协调条件,计算出锚索的设计拉力及桩身的内力分布。结合三峡工程库区地质灾害治理的一个工程进行了应用,并将其与采用普通抗滑桩进行了技术与经济对比分析后,体现出这种抗滑结构的优越性。  相似文献

传统的弹性地基系数“m-k”法在计算抗滑桩内力时,需分受荷段和锚固段分别查表计算,不但计算过程繁琐,容易出错,而且受查用表格中各系数截断误差的影响,常使计算结果出现某些误差,以致出现与边界条件不相一致的现象。针对这些问题,基于“m-k”法的原理,提出了便于编程的有限差分法,可对弹性抗滑桩全桩内力进行统一分析。编写了计算和图形处理程序,并用一算例与传统方法进行了验证 对比。结果表明,只要等量差分段取得足够小,就可获得符合边界条件的高精度数值解。实例表明,可根据内力计算图形处理结果,优化钢筋笼的钢筋,使抗滑桩的结构设计安全而经济。  相似文献

为了研究矩形截面空心桩和圆形截面空心桩的支挡效果及破坏模式,文章利用压力盒、应变片、钢筋计等传感器装置,开展室内模型试验。研究表明:矩形截面空心桩和圆形截面空心桩桩身最大弯矩分布在滑面上下约5 cm处,分布范围约占桩体自由段长度的1/4~1/2;空心桩桩身集水孔的布置会导致桩体承载能力有所降低,交错布置集水孔时,承载力约降低10%,竖排直线布置承载力约降低25%;圆形截面空心桩破坏时表现为沿滑面受剪破坏,而矩形截面空心桩表现为受压破坏。结果显示矩形截面空心桩的承载能力和抗弯能力优于圆形截面空心桩,在空心抗滑桩设计中应加强桩底至滑面以上1/2范围内的结构配筋,空心桩集水孔宜采用交错布置。  相似文献

In designing piled raft foundations, controlling the total and differential settlements as well as the induced bending moments of the raft is crucial. The majority of piled raft foundations have been designed by placing piles uniformly. In such a design method, the settlements of the piled rafts are likely to be large, which leads to an increase of the pile length and/or number of piles required to reduce the settlements. However, this increase does not satisfy the requirement for economical design. On the basis of a parametric study, this paper contributes a framework for considering an economical design methodology in which piles are placed more densely beneath the column positions when the piled raft is subjected to column loads. The analysis uses PLAXIS 3D software, and the validity of the parametric study is examined through the results of centrifuge model tests conducted by the authors. The study shows that the concentrated pile arrangement method can help to considerably reduce the total and differential settlements as well as the induced bending moments of the raft. Moreover, the effects of parameters, such as pile length, pile number, raft thickness and load types, on the piled raft behavior are investigated. This study can help practicing engineers choose pile and raft parameters in combination with the concentrated pile arrangement method to produce an economical design.  相似文献

Deep cement mixed (DCM) walls are widely used in supporting excavations in many parts of the world. In this paper, a case study of an excavation supported by a DCM wall with steel inclusions is analysed using a three-dimensional finite element model and based on the coupled theory of nonlinear porous media. The DCM wall is constructed with wide flange steel inclusions. The stress–strain behaviour of the DCM wall section is simulated using an extended version of the Mohr–Coulomb model, which considers the strain-softening behaviour of DCM columns beyond yield. The computed lateral deformations are compared with the field measurements to validate the numerical modelling procedure. Using the same case study, the internal stability of the wall against bending and shear failure modes is investigated. In addition, the lateral pressure distribution along the wall length is investigated because in practice design is carried out considering a uniform pressure distribution assuming rigid wall movements. A parametric study was carried out to investigate the viability of DCM walls in supporting excavations by varying the spacing between steel inclusions, wall thickness and initial lateral earth pressure. Based on the results of the parametric study, guidelines are proposed to select the most efficient geometric arrangement of steel inclusions within DCM walls.  相似文献

Roadway instability has always been a major concern in deep underground coal mines where the surrounding rock strata and coal seams are weak and the in situ stresses are high. Under the high overburden and tectonic stresses, roadways could collapse or experience excessive deformation, which not only endangers mining personnel but could also reduce the functionality of the roadway and halt production. This paper describes a case study on the stability of roadways in an underground coal mine in Shanxi Province, China. The mine was using a longwall method to extract coal at a depth of approximately 350 m. Both the coal seam and surrounding rock strata were extremely weak and vulnerable to weathering. Large roadway deformation and severe roadway instabilities had been experienced in the past, hence, an investigation of the roadway failure mechanism and new support designs were needed. This study started with an in situ stress measurement programme to determine the stress orientation and magnitude in the mine. It was found that the major horizontal stress was more than twice the vertical stress in the East–West direction, perpendicular to the gateroads of the longwall panel. The high horizontal stresses and low strength of coal and surrounding rock strata were the main causes of roadway instabilities. Detailed numerical modeling was conducted to evaluate the roadway stability and deformation under different roof support scenarios. Based on the modeling results, a new roadway support design was proposed, which included an optimal cable/bolt arrangement, full length grouting, and high pre-tensioning of bolts and cables. It was expected the new design could reduce the roadway deformation by 50 %. A field experiment using the new support design was carried out by the mine in a 100 m long roadway section. Detailed extensometry and stress monitorings were conducted in the experimental roadway section as well as sections using the old support design. The experimental section produced a much better roadway profile than the previous roadway sections. The monitoring data indicated that the roadway deformation in the experimental section was at least 40–50 % less than the previous sections. This case study demonstrated that through careful investigation and optimal support design, roadway stability in soft rock conditions can be significantly improved.  相似文献

双轮铣槽机(简称“双轮铣”)是地下连续墙的专业施工装备,布齿系统是其核心部件,其参数设计与破岩性能密切相关。基于连续?非连续单元法(CDEM),建立了铣轮铣削岩土体过程的三维仿真模拟方法。在此基础上,考虑自由面与铣削关联性等因素,对布齿系统截齿入岩顺序影响破岩性能机制进行了研究,建立了关联铣削条件下以预置相邻自由面数目为主要影响因素的入岩顺序数值概化模型。结果表明:(1)获得的铣轮铣削岩土体的铣削力与铣削深度曲线,验证了此数值模拟方法的正确性;(2)相比于完整岩体,具有单相邻预设自由面与双相邻预设自由面岩样的峰值荷载分别下降了32.5%与68.2%,破岩能耗分别下降了19.8%与56.6%;(3)布齿系统中双相邻预设自由面的截齿占总体截齿数目比值越大,布齿系统整体能耗越低,异构式布齿系统能耗低于顺序式。研究成果为完善双轮铣槽机破岩过程与布齿系统优化提供了基础。  相似文献

This paper presents the design, computational analysis and experimental study of passive device configurations which utilized in the Ankara Wind Tunnel to simulate the atmospheric boundary layer within the test section. The study here is part of a joint project between the Aerospace and Civil Engineering Departments at Middle East Technical University, which involves testing of high-rise building models in the Ankara Wind Tunnel. The design consists of spires and rows of cubical surface roughness elements at the inlet. The preliminary computational analysis shows that the current design may provide the desired boundary layer thickness at about 4.0 m downstream of the test section inlet, which leaves enough room for the building models to be placed in the test section. This study also helps obtaining a preliminary understanding of the boundary layer development and reducing the tunnel operation time and cost during the actual experimentation phase. At the end, experimental results show acceptable results of this study.  相似文献
