地下水有机污染人体健康风险评价初探   总被引:47,自引:0,他引:47  
健康风险评价是定量描述污染对人体健康产生危害的重要方法,目前国内主要应用于地表水或污水回用的评价。文中针对地下水中有机污染物,考虑中国人饮水习惯及有机污染物的自然衰减作用,对U·S·EPA推荐模型进行了改进,并以北方某市一典型有机污染区的地下水为例,对地下水中污染物通过食入和皮肤接触两种途径进入人体产生的危害进行了风险计算和评价,分析了其主要风险来源。结果表明,典型区各点的非致癌风险均未超标,但有4个点的致癌风险超过U·S·EPA推荐的可接受风险值(1·0×10-4),其中B408点致癌风险高达1·37×10-3,不宜作为饮用水水源;各个点风险的主要贡献因子均是饮水途径摄入的三氯乙烯和四氯乙烯。但饮用煮沸的水在很大程度上能降低风险,建议不饮用生水。  相似文献

本文以USEPA推荐使用的污染场地健康风险评价方法为基础, 结合污染场地实际情况, 分析、评价了某储油库地下水有机污染对场址内暴露人群造成的健康风险。评价结果表明: 该储油库地下水有机污染物为1,2-二氯乙烷、苯、三氯甲烷和甲苯。污染场址内的工人和居民受到的非致癌风险均小于1, 在可接受范围; 而污染对场址内的工人和居民产生的致癌风险较大, 分别为1.7×10?4、9.0×10?3, 是不可接受的。产生致癌风险的主要污染物为1, 2-二氯乙烷, 占总致癌风险的99.80%, 可致人产生多种形态的肿瘤, 并具有潜在的遗传毒性。主要暴露途径是吸入吸收, 占总致癌风险比例大于70%, 其次为口入吸收。皮肤接触暴露途径产生的致癌风险较小, 占总致癌风险比例小于1%。  相似文献

以典型纳污坑塘(污水库)周边地下水水质监测数据为基础,在对区内地下水污染源进行分析的基础上,采用水环境健康风险评估模型,对区内地下水污染健康风险进行了系统评价研究。污染来源识别结果表明:纳污坑塘周边第Ⅰ、第Ⅱ含水层地下水污染严重,其污染源主要为坑塘内堆放的工业污水以及工业废渣。污染健康风险评估结果表明:8号坑附近第Ⅰ含水层中砷浓度以及北库南侧第Ⅱ含水层中1,2-二氯乙烷总致癌风险分别为10~(-2)、10~(-3)数量级,远超可接受风险水平10~(-6)。不同含水层中污染物平均致癌风险大小关系为,第Ⅰ含水层:砷1,2-二氯乙烷;第Ⅱ含水层:1,2-二氯乙烷砷1,1,2-三氯乙烷四氯化碳。1,2-二氯乙烷等挥发性有机污染物4种潜在暴露途径的平均致癌风险大小关系表现为:饮用地下水皮肤接触地下水经室外吸入空气中气态污染物经室内吸入空气气态污染物。相对于敏感用地,非敏感用地污染物的总致癌风险以及危害商较低。  相似文献

根据U.S.EPA的健康风险评价模型,笔者评价了某废弃化工场地对人体的健康风险,结果表明:1)该场地地下水的典型有机污染物为1,2-二氯丙烷、苯、甲苯、三氯甲烷;2)对于非致癌风险和致癌风险,3种暴露途径的健康风险顺序均为:呼吸途径>饮水途径>皮肤接触途径;3)非致癌风险中3个点超过规定限值1.0,致癌风险中4个点均超过规定限值10-6,是不可接受的。保持居住环境内空气畅通,可以在一定程度上降低健康风险。  相似文献

为了研究陕西省泾惠渠灌区地下水污染特征及人体健康风险状况,采集地下水样品进行分析测定,首先运用单因子指数法进行污染评价,再利用GIS获取主要污染物As、Cr (Ⅵ)和NO3--N的空间分布特征,最后借鉴美国环境保护署的人体健康风险评价模型对灌区地下水污染物的人体健康风险做出评价。结果表明:研究区地下水中As、Cr (Ⅵ)、NO3--N的质量浓度均超标,As对成人的致癌风险最高达3.50×10-4,明显超出限值1.00×10-4,长期暴露对当地居民带来罹患癌症的健康风险较高;As、Cr (Ⅵ)、NO3--N的非致癌风险从大到小排序为Cr (Ⅵ)、NO3--N、As,其中Cr (Ⅵ)对儿童的非致癌风险最高,达8.693 7,远超限值1.000 0,危害性最大。空间分布特征方面,As的致癌风险区域面积比例最高,为42.82%,As、Cr (Ⅵ)、NO3--N的非致癌风险区域面积比例分别高达69.19%、69.06%和66.55%,水安全问题突出。  相似文献

饮用水污染健康风险评价在参数确定,暴露评估与风险表征过程中均存在不确定性因素,分析评价过程中的不确定性有助于提高评价结果的准确性和科学性。应用Monte Carlo方法随机模拟风险评价的暴露参数,将模拟的部分暴露参数随机数组代入污染物摄入剂量计算模型和饮用水污染健康风险评价模型,对盘锦市六个饮用水源地地下水中化学致癌物和非致癌污染物通过不同暴露途径所致健康危害的风险率进行分析与计算。结果表明:化学致癌物对人体健康危害远大于非致癌物,非致癌物所致人体健康风险可以忽略。六个地下饮用水源地跨途径总致癌风险均超过人体最大可接受风险水平。污染物经饮水途径所致人体健康危害大于呼吸途径,呼吸途径所致人体健康风险可以忽略。水源地中大洼水源地存在的致癌风险率最大,其次是兴一和兴南水源地,盘山县的石山、高升和盘东水源地存在的致癌风险最小。  相似文献

本文以某地下水源保护区内一加油站为典型案例。通过对典型加油站场地及周边水工环地质条件的调查,分析该场地浅层地下水水质特征,建立水流数值模型和溶质运移模型对地下水流场及特征污染物运移进行模拟预测,并在此基础上评价特征污染物对下游水源井所在地周边人群的健康风险。调查结果表明:该加油站监测井地下水质量为V类,有机污染的主要特征指标为甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE);对特征污染物MTBE运移模拟预测可知:800d后,距加油站最近的下游水源井一级保护区内潜水中MTBE将可被检出,1500d后,距加油站最近的下游水源井北侧潜水MTBE浓度将会达到0.04mg/L的水平;健康风险评估的结果显示,该加油站对下游水源井造成的MTBE污染所引发的致癌风险会达到1.2E-06,超过了人体健康致癌风险可接受水平1.0E-06,对人体健康存在风险。该场地关注污染物MTBE的地下水风险控制值应在0.033mg/L以下。  相似文献

地下水中污染物具有迁移性和扩散性,会对下游敏感受体造成威胁,目前场地地下水风险评估主要关注人体健康风险,还未能综合考虑地下水污染的整体风险,尤其是忽视了污染物迁移引起的对下游敏感受体的风险。本研究基于“源-径-汇”模型构建了考虑污染物扩散风险的场地地下水污染风险评估的指标体系与风险评估模式。在指标体系构建方面,重点考虑场地地下水的污染源、迁移路径和敏感受体3个方面。在风险评估模式方面,根据场地不同地下水污染状态开展3个层次的风险评估。基于假想的铬污染场地开展了案例分析,设置了地下水污染状态的4种情景,利用Wexler溶质运移模型计算了地下水污染羽的时空变化,并针对地下水污染的不同层次开展了风险评估。结果表明,在场地地下水污染羽未到达场地边界的2种情形中,场地地下水的风险评分分别为4.0,6.2,分别属于低风险与中风险。在场地地下水污染羽到达或超出场地边界的2种情形中,场地地下水的风险评分分别为7.0,8.8,分别属于中风险与高风险。综合而言,本研究构建的方法能够用来对场地地下水进行系统全面的评估和对比,能够根据风险结果对污染场地进行有效的分级管控,为污染场地的风险管控提供技术支撑。  相似文献

挥发性有机物(VOCs)作为重要的化工原料、中间体和有机溶剂,随着人类工农业的发展,其对环境及人类健康的影响日益凸显。下辽河平原作为人口较密集、工业化程度较高的平原地区,地下水的污染随着人类活动不断加剧,对人体健康产生了潜在风险。为了研究下辽河平原地下水中VOCs的污染特征及对人体产生的健康风险,本文利用吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法检测下辽河平原地下水样品中60种VOCs的含量及污染特征并分析其污染来源。通过经口饮用、洗浴呼吸吸入、洗浴皮肤接触三种VOCs的暴露途径计算污染物长期摄入量,采用CSOIL模型评价健康风险。结果表明:采集的24组地下水样品中有20个采样点检出VOCs,样品VOCs检出率为83.3%,在个别采样点萘、苯、1,2-二氯丙烷含量超过《地下水质量标准》(GB 14848—2017)Ⅲ类水的限值(100、10.0、5.0μg/L),工业源VOCs的排放是研究区地下水VOCs超标的主要来源。地下水样品中VOCs的总致癌风险指数在0~4.0×10-5之间,总非致癌风险指数在0~0.93之间,均低于US EPA推荐的健康风险评价标准;企业用地周边地下水中的健康风险指数高于农业用地地下水。本研究表明下辽河平原地下水中VOCs检出率相对较高,健康风险处于可接受水平,该结果可为地区地下水工业源VOCs污染监管和治理提供参考。  相似文献

科学合理的地下水污染修复技术筛选方法对于有效修复受污染地下水体、节约修复工程成本、保护地下水资源、维护生态系统安全和人体健康具有重要意义。以某化工厂遗址早期排污渗坑为目标污染源,在结合水文地质勘查和地下水人体健康风险评价的基础上确定场地受污染地下水修复目标污染物,根据污染物迁移性、降解性、人体健康风险等指标及抽出处理、化学修复、生物修复、渗透反应格栅等地下水污染修复技术特点,使用偏好顺序结构评估法(PROMETHEE)进行修复技术筛选。结果显示,该场地地下水中主要污染物为1,2-二氯乙烷、1,4-二氯苯等有机污染物,其中1,2-二氯乙烷在呼吸吸入条件下的最大致癌风险达9.54×10-7。化学清除、监测自然衰减等四项技术适用于该场地地下水1,2-二氯乙烷修复,化学清除法综合排序分值最高,而在成本优先控制条件下,监测自然衰减技术更为适宜。研究对于我国场地地下水污染调查评估及修复工作具有积极的参考意义。  相似文献

This study was carried out to determine the concentration of heavy metals (Cd, Ni, Pb, Cr, Ni and Zn) in ordinary Portland cement (OPC) produced from the co-processing with hazardous waste in comparison with OPC produced using natural raw materials. The results showed that the concentration of heavy metals in cement produced from natural raw material was in the order of Zn > Pb > Cr > Ni > Cu > Cd. Zn and Cd were the highest and the lowest concentrations, respectively, in cements produced from the co-processing activity. The difference between heavy metals concentrations in OPC produced with and without co-processing was found to be statistically significant. The concentration of heavy metals in the cement produced is generally factory dependent. The human risk assessment associated with the heavy metals for non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks has been evaluated. The calculated hazard index (HI) and total lifetime cancer risks (LCR) were lower than the acceptable threshold reference values, HI < 1 and LCR < 1 × 10?4, respectively. Thus, it is anticipated that there is no potential of non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks for both adult and children. However, the findings indicated that there is a need for regulatory monitoring. The exposure pathway for both non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks are both in the order of ingestion > dermal > inhalation.  相似文献

Groundwater is a vital source for domestic and irrigation purposes in the loess area of Northwest China where climate is arid. However, the quality of groundwater in this area is deteriorating due to intensive industrial and agricultural activities, and this has a great adverse impact on human health. In order to better understand the pollution status of groundwater and the health risks to local residents, comprehensive water quality index was applied to assess the quality of drinking water in Yulin City, Northwest China, and sodium adsorption ratio, sodium percentage, residual sodium carbonate and permeability index were used to evaluate the quality of irrigation water. Moreover, the health risks caused by ingestion of groundwater were evaluated using the model proposed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the PR China. The results show that all groundwater samples for irrigation will not induce soil salinization, but more than half of them are not suitable for drinking, and Fe, Mn, TH, Mg2+ and NO3–N are the common contaminants which are mainly from natural processes, industrial and agricultural activities. The health risk assessment indicates that children face greater non-carcinogenic risk than adults. The order of contribution of contaminants to non-carcinogenic risk is NO3 ? > As > F? > Fe > Mn > Ba2+ > Cr6+ > Zn > NO2 ?. The average carcinogenic risk of carcinogens (Cr6+ and As) is 1.17 × 10?4 and 1.37 × 10?4 for adults and children, respectively, which surpasses the permissible level (1 × 10?6) stipulated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the PR China. Hence, effective measures are highly demanded to manage groundwater pollution and reduce the risks to human health.  相似文献

The concentration of trace metals was measured in groundwater samples collected from Malwa region of Punjab, India. The samples were analyzed by using high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HR-ICP-MS). The results were compared with permissible limits prescribed by various health and environmental protection agencies. The concentrations of trace metals such as Mn, Se, Mo, Cd, Sb and Pb were higher than their respective permissible limits at some sampling sites. The total hazard index (HItotal) (summing the hazard index through ingestion and dermal routes) at all the sampling sites exceeded or nearing unity, indicating the presence of non-carcinogenic health effects from ingestion of groundwater and dermal contact with groundwater. The results reveal that the total excess lifetime cancer risk (ELCRtotal) of metals exposure was in accordance with the acceptable lifetime risks for carcinogens in drinking water.  相似文献

近年来随着人们生活质量的提升,对健康的关注度也不断提高,氟中毒性地方病越来越受到人们的重视。在关注氟污染源分析及暴露途径研究的同时,开展氟暴露途径评价健康风险研究也十分必要。据调查,固原市原州区彭堡镇地区表层土壤氟含量高于当地区域背景值,本文针对当地存在氟超标导致地方病的实际情况,重点采集了固原市原州区彭堡镇地区表层土壤、地层岩石、农作物、地下水等样品,主要采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)、原子荧光光谱法(AFS)等分析方法对相关元素进行分析测试,研究固原市原州区彭堡镇高氟区氟超标对人体健康的影响,并运用健康风险评价模型对人体健康风险进行评价。评价结果表明:谷物和蔬菜氟暴露途径健康风险指数HQ<1,没有非致癌风险。当地人体氟暴露风险主要途径为饮用地下水摄入,相关的健康风险指数HQ>1,这表明通过饮用氟超标的地下水,可能具有潜在的非致癌风险。年度总健康风险为1.69×10-8,低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)建议的最大可接受年健康风险水平5.0×10-5,属于人类可接受的风险水平。根据氟健康风险评价结果,本文提出该地区饮用水安全性方面还需多给予关注。  相似文献

岩溶地下水为全球约25%的人口提供饮用水源,地下河作为主要岩溶地下水类型,是中国西南岩溶区重要供水水源,掌握其水质污染状况及人体健康风险,对岩溶区水资源保护与安全用水具有重要意义。本文以广西桂林会仙狮子岩地下河系统为例,采集地下河水样品22组(无机和有机样品各11组),采用电感耦合等离子体质谱、离子色谱、气相色谱-质谱等方法测定11项无机离子、10项金属元素及41项有机指标的质量浓度,运用单指标污染标准指数法、健康风险评价模型揭示了研究区无机与有机指标分布、污染及健康风险。结果表明:(1)狮子岩地下河水中无机超标指标有NH~+4(1.33倍)、Fe(1.2倍)、Al(1.5倍)和Mn(1.01倍),超标点多位于地下河排泄区;检出18项有机物,其中挥发性有机物(VOCs)、半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)和有机氯农药(OCPs)检出率分别为18.75%、30.77%和91.67%,研究区存在普遍的农药残留(49.14~109.83ng/L)。(2)与地下水对照值相比,研究区受到10项无机指标的轻度~中度污染、14项有机指标的轻度污染,个别采样点受到NO~-3<...  相似文献

Stable isotopes of water and 3H–3He were used to delineate recharge patterns and contaminant transport for a granitic regolith aquifer in an industrial complex in Wonju, South Korea, that has historically been contaminated with chlorinated solvents including trichloroethene (TCE) and carbon tetrachloride (CT). Groundwater recharge mainly occurred in upgradient forested areas while little recharge occurred in the downgradient industrial areas covered with extensive sections of impermeable pavement and paddy fields. δ18O and δD data indicated that groundwater was mainly derived from summer precipitation. The apparent groundwater ages using 3H–3He ranged from 1 to 4 yrs in the upgradient area and from 9 to 10 yrs in the downgradient area. Comparison of groundwater flow velocities based on Darcy’s law and those calculated with simple mass balance models and groundwater age supported the presence of preferential pathways for TCE movement in the study area. Measureable TCE was observed in groundwater irrespective of groundwater age. Considering the 3-yr duration of the TCE spill, 14 yrs before sampling, this indicates that TCE plumes were continuously fed from sources in the unsaturated zone after the spill ended and moved downgradient without significant degradation in the aquifer.  相似文献

Exposure to arsenic and fluoride through contaminated drinking water can cause serious health effects. In this study, the sources and occurrence of arsenic and fluoride contaminants in groundwater are analyzed in Dawukou area, northwest China, where inhabitants rely on groundwater as the source of drinking water. The triangular fuzzy numbers approach is adopted to assess health risk. The fuzzy risk assessment model incorporates the uncertainties that are caused by data gaps and variability in the degree of exposure to contaminants. The results showed that arsenic and fluoride in groundwater were mainly controlled by the dissolution–precipitation of Ca-arsenate and fluorite under weakly alkaline conditions. The arsenic and fluoride concentrations were higher in the shallow groundwater. The most probable risk values for arsenic and fluoride were 4.57 × 10?4 and 0.4 in the shallow groundwater, and 1.58 × 10?4 and 0.3 in the deep groundwater. Although the risks of fluoride were almost within the acceptable limit (<1.0), the risk values of arsenic were all beyond the acceptable levels of 10?6 for drinking water. Further, the local administration should pay more attention to the potential health risk through dietary intake and to the safety of deep water by ensuring it is not contaminated under prolonged pumping conditions. The fuzzy risk model treats the uncertainties associated with a quantitative approach and provides valuable information for decision makers when uncertainties are explicitly acknowledged, particularly for the variability in contaminants. This study can provide a new insight for solving data uncertainties in risk management.  相似文献
