GEMSFIT, a parallelized open-source tool for fitting thermodynamic activity models has been developed. It is the first open-source implementation of a generic geochemical-thermodynamic fitting tool coupled to a chemical equilibrium solver which uses the direct Gibbs energy minimization (GEM) approach. This enables speciation-based fitting of complex solution systems such as solid solutions and mixed solvents. The extendable framework of GEMSFIT provides a generic interface for fitting geochemical activity models at varying system compositions, temperatures and pressures. GEMSFIT provides the most common tools for statistical analysis which allow thorough evaluation of the fitted parameters. The program can receive input of measured data from a PostgreSQL database server or exported spreadsheets. The fitting tool allows for bound, linear, and nonlinear (in)equality-constrained minimization of weighted squared residuals of highly nonlinear systems over a wide temperature and pressure interval only limited by user-supplied thermodynamic data. Results from parameter regression as well as from statistical analysis can be visualized and directly printed to various graphical formats. Efficient use of the code is facilitated by a graphical user interface which assists in setting up GEMSFIT input files. The usage and resulting output of GEMSFIT is demonstrated by results from parameter regression of the extended universal quasichemical aqueous activity model for geothermal brines.  相似文献

The use of a new multi model integration method of Partial Least Squares regression (PLS) can completely eliminate the multicollinearity features to improve multi model’s integrated forecasting results of the humidity and temperature. Based on the four centers’ ensemble forecast results, namely, the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), Chinese Meteorological Administration (CMA), the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) and the UK Met Office (UKMO), we built a 2012 multi mode (25°~60°N, 60°~150°E) 24 ~168 hours forecast time (interval 24 hours) multi model for humidity and temperature and used the four methods, like ensemble average (BREM) for eliminating the deviation, a simple set of average (EMN), Super Ensemble (SUP) and Partial Least Squares regression (PLS) for ground temperature multi model integration. We used the Root-Mean-Square Error (RMSE) and anomaly correlation coefficient (cor) to determine the effect of more modes of integration and to predict a short course of cold. The two prediction results showed that the Partial Least Squares regression (PLS) was the best multi model integrated method, more superior than the other three single modes and compared with the other three methods, it showed better prediction performance, which has certain value and application prospect.  相似文献

在用马斯京根法进行河道流量演算时,由于传统的试算法在精度和客观性上的欠缺,目前广泛使用最小二乘法来进行优化计算.在应用最小二乘法时,发现选择不同的目标函数会对最终的流量计算结果的精度产生影响.因此,本文应用了两种目标函数:河槽蓄量误差最小和出流量误差最小,推导了它们在最小二乘意义上的流量演进参数解析式,进而研究了对流量计算精度的影响.对3场洪水过程的模拟结果表明,以出流量误差最小为目标函数所获得的流量计算精度更高:与河槽蓄量误差最小相比,相对平均绝对误差分别降低了4%,25%和25%,说明使用出流量误差最小作为优化的目标函数更为有效.  相似文献

最小一乘法是一个既古典又新颖的方法,随着最小一乘解的实现问题近年来有大的突破,一些最小二乘法所不具有的优良特性,如直观性、稳健性、零误差性、可预测性、广义性等逐渐显现。最小一乘逼近是最小绝对值误差极小化的逼近,也称为“极小极小”逼近,由于极小极小逼近的最佳结果一定是零,所以零误差原理是最小一乘法的基本原理。最小一乘解是通过“代表式”的数据处理方式来实现的,由于排除了大误差数据的干扰,使最小一乘法具有较好的稳健性。而代表数据可按不同的应用而选择并确定,使应用具有了广泛性。对于预测而言,将端点数据设定为零误差数据,使数据的权重不再相等,而是往端点方向倾斜,端点数据具有最大的权重,且建立在无误差的基点上,这使得预测理论与模式变得合理,使预测的准确性得到保证。文中通过3个工程实例,介绍了最小一乘法在探索岩石或软土地基在沉降过程中的应用,其结果与最小二乘法的进行了比较,通过分析后给出如下主要结论:(1)最小一乘法的数据处理稳定性较好,波动幅度较小,预测结果较准;(2)一般不会出现最小二乘法数据处理中的矛盾及不合理的现象;(3)虽然时间t→∞的极限下沉量具有不可验证性,但最小一乘法的预测是建立在无误差的基点上,比最小二乘法的预测建立在有误差的基点上合理,加上有较好的稳健性,其结果更具参考性。  相似文献

岩体破裂时会产生微地震现象,微地震的发生与岩体内部的能量释放以及进一步的裂纹演化、破裂有着密切的关系。所以,可以用微地震的时空分布来预测岩体的破裂。微地震定位是预测岩体破裂的基础。研究了微地震定位方程求解过程中不同情况下解的几种情况无穷解、唯一解和最小二乘解。由于定位问题属于反问题,因此,定位方程往往呈现病态,为此,进一步分析了病态方程的正则化处理方法。实际算例证明,用正则化方法求解定位方程具有计算简单、收敛速度快的优点,非常适合求解此类问题。  相似文献

The establishment of the Hungarian National GPS Network (OGPSH) had been completed in 1997. It is exclusively settled on the traditional horizontal network sites, no leveling benchmarks were included. The OGPSH network consists more than 1100 GPS points, but less than 30% of the sites have trustful leveled heights. Our task was to supply the remaining points with cm-accuracy heights above the geoid in a uniform system. For this purpose a technique had been developed using the GPS data and the geoid information available. A specialized geoid solution, covering the whole country was computed and used for supporting the GPS-heighting procedure.The OGG98B GPS-gravimetric geoid solution made the GPS-heighting very simple and efficient. The accuracy of the technique was extensively tested and proved to be accurate not worse than ±3 cm. Higher residuals were found only at some points, where the height information was questionable. The improved technique is planned to be used in the 3rd order leveling network in Hungary.This paper shortly summarizes the computational procedure of the GPS-gravimetric geoid and presents some results on the GPS-heighting had been performed in the OGPSH network.  相似文献

Surface map of soil properties plays an important role in various applications in a watershed. Ordinary kriging (OK) and regression kriging (RK) are conventionally used to prepare these surface maps but generally need large number of regularly girded soil samples. In this context, REML-EBLUP (REsidual Maximum Likelihood estimation of semivariogram parameters followed by Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Prediction) shown capable but not fully tested in a watershed scale. In this study, REML-EBLUP approach was applied to prepare surface maps of several soil properties in a hilly watershed of Eastern India and the performance was compared with conventionally used spatial interpolation methods: OK and RK. Evaluation of these three spatial interpolation methods through root-mean-squared residuals (RMSR) and mean squared deviation ratio (MSDR) showed better performance of REML-EBLUP over the other methods. Reduction in sample size through random selection of sampling points from full dataset also resulted in better performance of REML-EBLUP over OK and RK approach. The detailed investigation on effect of sample number on performance of spatial interpolation methods concluded that a minimum sampling density of 4/km2 may successfully be adopted for spatial prediction of soil properties in a watershed scale using the REML-EBLUP approach.  相似文献

利用非参数核密度估计方法建立了乌鲁木齐河月径流随机模拟的NP模型。其中,通过以最小二乘交叉验证(LSCV)指标为目标的粒子群优化获取NP模型带宽参数;采用可变核带宽方法进行边界修正。使用1958~2010年间53a月径流数据,经过250组分组模拟进行实用性检验。最后,与使用SAMS2007所建立的季节自回归PAR模型进行了对比。结果表明:所建乌鲁木齐河月径流NP模型能较好保持原序列统计特性;与PAR模型相比,它具有参数少、计算简单的特点。  相似文献

传统光学仪器测量需要测量点之间通视,数据需要手工记录和进行繁琐的后处理。RTK技术将GPS接收机、现场手持计算机和无线电数据链相结合,实时提供cm级测量精度,可大大提高工作效率,减轻劳动强度。它由基准站、流动站和数据处理系统组成。在基准站安置GPS接收机,对GPS卫星进行连续观测,将观测数据通过无线电传输设备实时地发送给用户观测站。GPS接收机在接收卫星信号的同时接收基准站传输的观测数据,实时地计算并显示用户站的三维坐标及其精度。RTK技术可以替代常规测量为地质勘查工作快速提供可靠、高精度的测量成果。  相似文献

Durability is a notion that is integrated with the performance of stabilized pavement materials. Also, because it can be quantified and measured, it carries significant influence on the design of pavements. This study focuses on using support vector machine, a machine learning algorithm, in assessing the performance of stabilized aggregate bases subject to wet–dry cycles. Support Vector Regression (SVR) is a statistical learning algorithm that is applied to regression problems and is gaining popularity in pavement and geotechnical engineering. In our study, SVR was shown to be superior to the least‐squares (LS) method. Results of this study show that SVR significantly reduces the mean‐squared error (MSE) and improves the coefficient of determination (R2) compared to the widely used LS method. 鉴于现有研究对GPS-IR技术的反射波接收、低高度角信噪比观测值的使用、信噪比残差的形态等机理还未阐释清楚,且几乎是通过实验进行解释,因此,从理论和实验2个方面对GPS-IR技术机理进行分析。理论和实验证明:GPS卫星发射的右旋圆极化波经一次反射后部分转换为左旋圆极化波,转换比例随着高度角和介电常数增大而变大,当右旋圆极化波垂直入射到理想导体表面时,经一次反射才能全部转换为左旋圆极化波;同时在测量型GPS接收机安装有抑径板的情况下,因衍射现象的存在,测量型GPS接收机天线仍能接收反射波中的右旋圆极化波。当高度角越小或介电常数越大时,GPS入射波中的垂直极化波和平行极化波的能量透射到反射物中就越少,其反射波的强度就越大,信噪比受反射波影响就越严重,且能够接收的右旋圆极化波较多,因此GPS-IR使用的是低高度角(如30°以下)的信噪比观测值。当高度角变化范围较小时,信噪比残差序列呈近似"余弦曲线"形态,从而建立了基于信噪比残差的反演模型。  相似文献

The available research on technology mechanism of reflected wave reception, the use of the SNR observations of low elevating angle and the form of SNR residuals for GPS-IR is not clear enough, and they are almost interpreted by experiments. This paper analyzed the GPS-IR technology mechanism from the aspects of theories and experiments. The right hand circular polarized wave transmitted by GPS satellite is partly converted into left hand circular polarized wave after one reflection, and the conversion ratio increases with the increase of satellite elevating angle and dielectric constant. When the right hand circular polarized wave is perpendicular to the surface of the perfect conductor, it can be all converted into left hand circular polarized wave after a reflection; At the same time, in the case of the measuring GPS receiver equipped with the baffle plate, because of the diffraction phenomenon, the antenna of the measuring GPS receiver can still receive the right hand circular polarized wave in the reflected signal. When the elevating angle is smaller or the dielectric constant of the reflector is larger, the less GPS incident wave energy of vertically polarized wave and parallel polarized wave is transmitted to the reflector. The more intense the reflected wave is, the worse the SNR is affected by the reflected wave, and there are more right hand circular polarized waves that can be received. Therefore, the GPS-IR uses the SNR observations of low elevating angle (such as under 30°). When the elevating angle changes and the range is smaller, the SNR residuals sequence is approximately "cosine curve", and thus, an inversion model based on SNR residuals is established.  相似文献

Geochemical exploration in secondary environments can be viewed as a particular manifestation of indirect geological observation. Geochemical anomalies in complex sample media reflect dispersion signatures, generally much disguised by secondary or higher-order mechanical and physico-chemical processes such as mixing, comminution, dilution, (re)transportation, weathering etc. Such complexities often make a thorough understanding of the origin of any particular sample type difficult ot obtain. The objective of data analysis in this context is to convert the geochemical data into a meaningful “signal”, particularly useful for prospecting, and other, in this case irrelevant, variability or “noise”. The experience of the last decades of practical exploration has clearly shown that statistical as well as geographical geochemical anomaly patterns are multi-element signatures. Using suitable multivariate statistical procedures (in the present case principal components modelling), it is possible to simultaneously define both a background data model and to quantify multivariate geochemical anomalies. This type of data analysis is guided very strongly by geological interaction, in which the emphasis is on modelling the background population(s), coupled with geographic plotting facilities. This outlier-screening facility is critical for many types of geochemical data evaluation. An example of this approach is described below. Another application of indirect multivariate data analysis is represented by PLS (Partial Least Squares) regression, which is a supervised pattern recognition and regression technique. We use it here to predict modal scheelite occurrences from regional stream-sediment data.  相似文献

为了研究全球定位系统(GPS)精密单点定位(PPP)技术用于滑坡等地质灾害监测时可能达到的精度和可靠性等问题,结合某类滑坡的大型物理模型试验,在滑坡体上布设了若干GPS监测点进行连续实时动态监测,利用PPP技术对该滑坡从稳定、开始滑动直至产生破坏的全过程监测数据进行了处理与分析,并与GPS单历元差分定位、载波相位实时差分定位技术监测结果进行了对比。结果表明:GPS PPP技术监测结果的内符合精度约为10 mm,外符合精度约为40 mm,且GPS PPP技术具有一些差分GPS无法比拟的优势,如无需基准站支持、作业成本低、效率高、可直接获取监测点在国际地球参考框架下的绝对坐标等。该技术完全可用于滑坡等地质灾害的实时动态监测和预警。  相似文献

Material properties are essential in the design and evaluation of pavements. In this paper, the potential of support vector regression (SVR) algorithm is explored to predict the resilient modulus (MR), which is an essential property in designing and evaluating pavement materials, particularly hot mix asphalt typically used in Oklahoma. SVR is a statistical learning algorithm that is applied to regression problems; in our study, SVR was shown to be superior to the least squares (LS). Compared with the widely used LS method, the results of this study show that SVR significantly reduces the mean‐squared error and improves the correlation coefficient. In this paper two different methods of how to handle topography in geoid determination is investigated. First method employs the Residual Terrain Model (RTM) remove-restore technique and yields the quasigeoid, whereas the second method is the classical Helmert condensation method, yielding the geoid. Both methods were used with the Earth Gravity Model (1996) (EGM96) geopotential model as reference, and results are compared to precise Global Positioning System (GPS) levelling networks in Scandinavia, especially an accurate GPS data set from the very rugged Sognefjord region, where the topography was represented by either a detailed (100 m) or a coarse (1000 m) digital terrain model. The inclusion of bathymetry in the terrain model was also investigated.Even if two different methods were used, they produced almost identical results at the 5 cm level in the mountains, but small systematic differences exist. Results show the importance of comparing the right types of geoid (classical geoid or quasigeoid), since differences in residuals are significant.  相似文献

地质统计学是用于模拟土体固有空间变异性的方法之一,以变差函数为工具,采用Kriging插值提供未采样点处土工参数值的最优线性无偏估计。将地质统计学方法应用于宿-新(宿迁至新沂)高速公路某试验段内孔压静力触探(piezocone penetration test,CPTU)锥尖阻力qt空间变异性研究中,采用回归分析移除数据中的趋势项,从而获得具有弱平稳性的残差数据。指数型理论变差函数能够准确描述试验段内土体的连续空间变异性特征。根据估计结果,试验段内锥尖阻力qt残差的变程具有显著各向异性,在水平方向和竖直方向分别为4.05 m和1.2 m。采用普通Kriging插值结合趋势分析,绘制了qt在试验段的空间分布图和平面投影图,用于指导工程实践。结果表明,普通Kriging插值的估计结果能够与试验段内实测资料形成较好的对比,仅仅在部分极值变化和远离采样点的位置处估计值可靠性会降低。  相似文献
