为了实现东濮凹陷深层断块低渗油气资源的低成本开发,采用水平井开发和简化井身结构成为必然的选择。但是作为开发中后期的老油田,地层压力系统紊乱,简化井身结构后,同一裸眼段内高低压共存,易导致滑动钻进压差卡钻和井壁失稳;同时沙一至沙三段泥页岩发育,长裸眼段内井壁坍塌、掉块问题突出。为此,应用横观各向同性模型,考虑水化时间对强度的影响,兼顾井下安全和钻井投资,确定出技术套管的合理下深;优选聚胺抑制剂和梳形聚合物降滤失剂,应用油基钻井液,提高泥页岩地层井壁稳定能力;引入无土相烷基糖苷钻井液,提高润滑性,降低钻进摩阻;应用降压耗钻具组合,解决小井眼清除岩屑问题;设计小弯角螺杆配合欠尺寸稳定器的水平段提速钻具组合,提高机械钻速,降低钻井周期,规避坍塌周期风险,提高复合钻进比例,降低定向滑动压差卡钻风险。7口井的现场应用效果表明,钻井周期缩短了30.95%、卡钻事故降至0次,实现了东濮凹陷大压差泥页岩长裸眼斜井段安全钻井。  相似文献

重庆涪陵焦石坝地区上部地层岩性致密、研磨性强、可钻性差,长兴组浅层气活跃且含硫,三开水平段长、摩阻大、泥质页岩层易垮塌。钻井面临的突出问题是机械钻速低、井控难度大、钻井周期长。针对上述气藏钻井难点,重点从钻井工艺、维持井壁稳定以及钻井液方面进行分析,优化钻具结构、优选钻头选型、抑制井壁失稳以加快焦石坝区块钻井速度。“油基螺杆+高效PDC钻头”配合优质钻井液,经过焦页12平台4口井的实践应用,大大缩短了钻井周期,焦页12-4 HF井创下了中石化集团公司非常规页岩气水平井最长水平段记录,提速效果显著。  相似文献

为了研究油页岩的地下原位开采技术,设计施工了FK-1井。该井地处吉林省松原市扶余县,完钻井深500 m,完钻层为嫩江组地层。该井设计施工中主要需克服大口径钻井的保直钻进、软塑性地层的裸眼钻进、水敏性地层中钻井液的应用、泥页岩层中发生钻头泥包现象及原位开采井的特殊成井、固井等问题。通过对钻井设备的优选,钻井液性能和井身结构的相应优化,钻头和钻具组合的选择等措施来解决钻井过程中的施工难题。设计结果在施工过程中进行了应用,施工效果良好,缩短了钻井时间,减少了钻井投入,解决了施工难题,为同类钻井的施工提供了借鉴和指导依据。  相似文献

涪陵页岩气田开发过程中最大的问题就是井漏,据统计,有67.2%的井在钻井过程中都发生了不同程度的漏失,影响了钻井工程质量、进度及效益,特别是三开长水平段漏失油基钻井液,造成了严重的经济损失。为了降低钻井工程风险、提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本,从现场实际情况出发,对钻井漏失情况进行了统计分析,认为中浅层漏失以溶洞型漏失、缝洞型漏失为主,龙马溪、五峰组漏失以裂缝型漏失为主。重点介绍了针对涪陵页岩气田各开次特点采取的防漏堵漏技术及现场应用情况。同时随着开发区域扩大,地质情况有所改变,井漏问题更加复杂,提出了下一步防漏堵漏技术发展方向及建议。  相似文献

中江19H井是川西中江地区的一口长水平段水平井,设计井深3830 m,水平段长990 m。目的层为下沙溪庙组,是开发中江地区该层位的首口水平井,邻井参考资料少。中江地区地层裂缝发育,普遍存在井壁失稳现象,极易产生掉块,同时,该井设计二开裸眼段长,更恶化了井壁失稳,施工中产生大量掉块,掉块在井眼局部堆积形成砂桥造成该井水平段卡钻。仔细分析了该井卡钻原因,提出了优化钻井液性能、优选钻井工具、优化水平段钻具组合、加强井眼净化等相应预防技术措施,顺利完成了该井的后期侧钻施工。为川西中江地区下沙溪庙目的层的开发提供了宝贵施工经验。  相似文献

鲁页参1井钻遇地层复杂,水敏地层造浆严重,二叠系地层坍塌掉块,出现卡钻事故,导致钻井施工进度慢,风险大。针对钻井施工中存在的技术难题,开展了一系列的技术攻关,确定了一开和二开以及取心段的钻井液体系,形成了一整套钻井液技术和工程技术措施。实践表明,该套钻井液体系解决了鲁页参1井钻井中出现的坍塌、掉块等难题,减少了井下故障的发生,提高了钻进速度,建井周期明显缩短,为以后的钻井施工提供了技术支持。  相似文献

X92井是胜利油田在某地区布置的一口预探井。为节约投资,二开睨15.90mm井眼段采用长裸眼钻井施工,裸眼长度达3771m。该井地质条件复杂,除具有一般长裸眼井钻进的难度外,还具有多压力层系并存并且对地层压力系数不明确等难点,如果处理不好容易造成钻井事故。通过合理的控制钻井液性能,再加上钻井液维护和处理等配套技术,较好地解决了该井技术难题,形成了一套适合该井的优快钻井技术及施工措施。该井的顺利完成,为以后在该地区进行长裸眼钻井优化设计及施工提供了相关经验。  相似文献

欠平衡钻井技术是准确发现和评价油气资源的方法之一,尤其适合评价和开发低压低渗油气层。介绍了梨深1井四开井段实施欠平衡钻井技术的详细情况。该井四开钻井液密度0.90~1.05 g/cm3,使钻井液液柱压力低于地层压力,地层大量气体侵入井筒,进一步增大井底欠压差。自井深3582.5 m后一直维持点火钻进,为后续井钻井施工提供了很好的借鉴。  相似文献

近年来,随着海域天然气水合物的勘探不断深入,为了进一步提高产量,加快实现海域天然气水合物商业化开采步伐,水平井开发成为了增产的重要手段。然而浅软地层水平井施工过程中,面对浅软未成岩地层,重点要解决好大斜度井段和水平井段的井眼清洁、井壁稳定、流变性能控制,润滑降摩、防漏等关键技术。本文从浅软地层水平井钻井液技术难点出发,通过室内研究和现场试验,形成了一套满足浅软地层水平井钻井施工的钻井液体系和钻井液施工工艺,并在陆地进行了多口浅软地层水平试验井施工,确保了钻完井顺利实施,为我国海域天然气水合物水平井试采提供了大量的现场试验数据。  相似文献

胜利油田相继在罗家等区块部署了页岩油藏水平井,用于页岩油的开发。页岩地层层理和微裂缝发育,钻井过程中极易引起井壁失稳问题。同时,由于水平段较长,也存在着润滑、井眼清洁等难题。针对施工难点和风险,研究制定了页岩油藏钻井液方案,二开采用胺基钻井液体系,三开采用油基钻井液,顺利地完成了钻井施工。就胜利油田页岩油藏钻井液技术进行了介绍和分析,针对应用过程中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,对页岩油藏的勘探开发有一定的启示作用。  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Well investigated platforms have been selected in each continent, and the history of Cretaceous transgressions and regressions there is concisely reviewed from the available evidence. The factual records have been summarized into a diagram and the timing of the events correlated between distant as well as adjoining areas.On a global scale, major transgressions were stepwise enlarged in space and time from the Neocomian, via Aptian-Albian, to the Late Cretaceous, and the post-Cretaceous regression was very remarkable. Minor cycles of transgression-regression were not always synchronous between different areas. Some of them were, however, nearly synchronous between the areas facing the same ocean.Tectono-eustasy may have been the main cause of the phenomena of transgression-regression, but certain kinds of other tectonic movements which affected even the so-called stable platforms were also responsible for the phenomena. The combined effects of various causes may have been unusual in the Cretaceous, since it was a period of global tectonic activity. The slowing down of this activity followed by readjustments may have been the cause of the global regression at the end of the Cretaceous.  相似文献

The Afyon stratovolcano exhibits lamprophyric rocks, emplaced as hydrovolcanic products, aphanitic lava flows and dyke intrusions, during the final stages of volcanic activity. Most of the Afyon volcanics belong to the silica-saturated alkaline suite, as potassic trachyandesites and trachytes, while the products of the latest activity are lamproitic lamprophyres (jumillite, orendite, verite, fitztroyite) and alkaline lamprophyres (campto-sannaite, sannaite, hyalo-monchiquite, analcime–monchiquite). Afyon lamprophyres exhibit LILE and Zr enrichments, related to mantle metasomatism.  相似文献
