近年来多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的研究集中在电子行业发达地区、电子废物处置区、塑料制品生产区等重点污染区域。对阻燃剂生产厂周边PBDEs的研究有助于更好地理解PBDEs的累积特征和环境过程。本文选择江苏某PBDEs生产厂周边的淡水河流,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析该河流5种淡水鱼中13种PBDEs同族体的浓度。结果显示,淡水鱼样品肌肉、肝脏和鱼卵组织中∑_(13)PBDEs(BDE17、28、71、47、66、100、99、85、154、153、138、183、190)的浓度平均值分别为34.5 ng/g.lip、41.5 ng/g.lip和18.2 ng/g.lip。研究水域不同种类淡水鱼的食性、习性和代谢能力等是影响鱼体中PBDEs浓度的主要因素。鱼体中BDE47是主要的同族体,但是与大多数已报道的研究数据相比,鱼体中含有的六溴(BDE153、154)和七溴同族体(BDE183)比例较高,这与河流附近工厂生产八溴联苯醚工业品(以六溴、七溴和八溴同族体为主)相符。工厂生产的八溴联苯醚工业品以及河流上游径流带来的其他区域生产和使用的多溴联苯醚工业品释放到环境中,被河流中的淡水鱼类选择性地积累和代谢,形成了本研究区淡水鱼体中PBDEs特殊的同族体分布。  相似文献

从青藏高原中部地区采集16个表层土壤样品,并对土壤中42种多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)同系物含量、有机碳含量、矿物含量及土壤粒径分布进行了测试分析,主要研究该区域土壤理化性质对PBDEs的含量、分布及同系物构成的影响。结果表明,PBDEs的含量范围为17.03~298.29 ng/kg(干重),其中低溴联苯醚(1~6溴)占总量的90%以上。研究还发现BDE-3在同系物中含量最高,其次为BDE-2和BDE-1。在所有42个样品中BDE-209均被检出,但平均含量仅为1.25 ng/kg。PBDEs成分组成表明它们主要来源于长距离的大气运移。研究还发现粘土矿物对PBDEs的影响结果与土壤有机碳相似,但影响效果更显著。相关性分析结果表明,在高原地区土壤粘土矿物是影响PBDEs分布的主要因素之一。  相似文献

2008年1月、9月和10月在北京城区5个采样点共采集9个大气颗粒物PM2.5样品。遵循US EPA-1614方法,采用同位素稀释、高分辨气相色谱/高分辨质谱(HRGC/MS)联用技术,测定了大气颗粒物PM2.5样品中14种多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的质量浓度,研究了北京市城区大气颗粒物PM2.5中多溴联苯醚的污染水平、分布特征及来源。结果表明: 9个大气颗粒物PM2.5样品中PBDEs的质量浓度范围为2.82~57.94 pg/m3,平均值为15.67 pg/m3,BDE-209的质量浓度为0.34~7.32 pg/m3,PM2.5样品中PBDEs的质量浓度冬季高于秋季;高溴代联苯醚在颗粒物中的含量高,低溴代联苯醚的含量低;交通源对大气颗粒物PM2.5中PBDEs的污染贡献值很小,工业污染源贡献大于交通源,从含有溴代阻燃剂的物品释放到大气中的PBDEs对大气颗粒物PM2.5中PBDEs的污染贡献值最大。  相似文献

为了解广州地区蔬菜基地有机污染物的分布情况,选取了6个代表性基地进行调查采样,测试分析了表层土壤、蔬菜及灌溉水中15种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)化合物、16种多环芳烃(PAHs)化合物和19种有机氯农药(OCPs)化合物的质量分数及质量浓度.结果表明:在15种PAEs化合物的总质量分数(w(ΣPAEs))中,土壤样品为158.0~4 321.0 ng/g,蔬菜样品为1 134.0~48 576.0 ng/g;水样中15种PAEs化合物的总质量浓度(ρ(ΣPAEs))为632.0~14 271.0 ng/L;就单个化合物而言,以DiBP、DBP、DEHP三种污染物为主,其三项之和占所有PAEs质量分数的97.5%~99.1%;在16种PAHs化合物的总质量分数(w(ΣPAHs))中,土壤样品为28.48~1 121.96 ng/g,蔬菜样品为238.09~1 000.61 ng/g;水样中16种PAHs化合物的总质量浓度(ρ(ΣPAHs))为338.21~1 239.78 ng/L;在19种OCPs化合物的总质量分数(w(ΣOCPs))中,土壤为0.04~71.28 ng/g,蔬菜为1.08~9.18 ng/g.总体上看,各基地土壤中DBP质量分数均超标,多环芳烃类在灵山、花东、黄埔菜地土壤中存在轻微污染,有机氯农药均未出现污染.  相似文献

废弃生产场地有机氯农药的残留与迁移特征   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
我国历史上曾生产和使用了大量的有机氯农药,现存的有机氯农药生产企业场地是污染高风险区.先前的报道多集中在场地内污染特征研究,较少关注场地周边有机氯农药污染及其环境风险性.为了解有机氯农药场地土壤污染水平及其对周边环境的影响,本文以重庆某废弃有机氯农药场地及其周边为研究区域,分析土壤中六六六(HCHs)、滴滴涕(DDTs)及其降解产物的含量水平,阐明场地内污染特征以及周边土壤的残留规律,评估场地内及周边土壤中有机氯农药污染的人体健康风险.结果表明,场地土壤中∑HCHs的含量水平为3.89 ~ 13385.78 ng/g,低于国内已报道的其他污染场地.∑DDTs的含量水平为22.74 ~ 11186.10 ng/g,与已报道的我国张家口、扬州等地生产场地污染水平相当,但低于邢台、太原和青岛等地农药厂生产场地污染水平.该生产场地土壤中有机氯农药污染的人体致癌风险值均高于可接受的范围,属于重污染区.场地周边400 m范围的土壤中HCHs和DDTs的含量水平虽整体上低于场地内,但污染水平也较高,HCHs污染和DDTs污染的总致癌风险均超过了儿童可接受的限值.随着与生产场地距离的增加,场地周边土壤HCHs和DDTs的含量水平呈幂函数下降的趋势,这同时又表明生产场地有机氯农药仅对场地周边一定范围内的环境产生较大污染.因此,对于生产场地污染不能仅仅关注场地内,还应充分考虑场地周边一定范围内的污染与环境风险性.  相似文献

民间小规模金矿混汞冶炼活动因缺乏环保措施常常造成周围环境严重的汞污染,目前已被认定为全球最大的人为汞污染排放源。福建省德化县山区土壤汞含量异常升高和该地区民间小规模金矿冶炼活动密切相关,对当地土壤总汞、大气总汞污染分布及土壤表面汞释放的调查研究表明:金矿区周边村子稻田土壤汞平均质量分数达(5.180±7.191)mg/kg,距金矿最近民间冶炼活动最集中的邱村稻田总汞质量分数平均值达到(15.658±12.726)mg/kg,随着距离金矿点越远民间冶炼活动减少,土壤总汞含量呈下降趋势。区域大气总汞平均质量浓度为(36.4±24.3)ng/m~3,邱村大气总汞质量浓度平均值(77.2±42.4)ng/m~3;工作区4个土-气界面汞通量均值分别为:华口(109.6±55.9)ng/(m~2h),邱村(97.1±36.1)ng/(m~2h),大安(63.5±12.6)ng/(m~2h),中仙(25.9±23.5ng/(m~2h)。因地形复杂,微气象条件差异及土地利用差异等综合因素制约,土壤汞含量与大气总汞含量、释放通量间没有显著相关关系,华口测点土壤释汞通量最大。工作区民间金矿冶炼活动历史造成当地环境的汞污染及其环境影响将长期存在。  相似文献

气相色谱-质谱法分析土壤中十溴联苯醚   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
通过优化分析仪器的条件设置,建立了使用气相色谱-质谱技术分析十溴联苯醚(BDE 209)的仪器分析方法。通过实施严格的质量控制和质量保证(QA/QC)措施,建立了使用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)技术测试土壤中十溴联苯醚的分析检测方法。该方法的仪器检出限为9.75pg,方法检出限3.25ng/g,方法的精密度为5.56%,平均回收率为86.8%。比较了加速溶剂萃取、微波萃取、超声萃取、索氏抽提等方法的萃取回收效率,实验结果表明,四种方法的萃取回收率在97.7%~108%,都可以作为分析检测土壤中BDE 209的萃取方法。  相似文献

为探讨新疆开都河流域水不同介质的来源及分布特征,检测了开都河流域水、土壤和表层沉积物样品中20种有机氯农药(OCPs)和16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的含量。结果显示,OCPs和PAHs在水中的含量分别为42.5~62.5ng/L和29.4~454.3ng/L,在土壤中的含量分别为8.8~12.4ng/g和6.6~128.2ng/g,在表层沉积物中的含量分别为6.6~13.7ng/g和20.8~491.0ng/g。空间分布上,开都河中游污染相对严重的土壤对应的周边河流沉积物也具有较高浓度的污染物,这种分布明显受人类活动影响,沿河道上游呈递增趋势,但总体上低于入湖口沉积物中的含量,表明博斯腾湖蓄积了来自周边的污染物。来源分析表明,开都河流域的六六六(HCHs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)主要是历史残留,而入湖口区水体和表层沉积物中新的DDTs,可能与湖泊沉积物被扰动引起的再悬浮释放有关。PAHs以低分子量组分为主,其高含量主要来自于木柴、煤等中低温燃烧。风险评价结果表明,开都河流域土壤和沉积物中的OCPs和PAHs不存在显著的生态风险。  相似文献

利用电子捕获检测器气相色谱法(GC-ECD)测定新江湾城表层土壤中有机氯农药(OCPs)和多氯联苯(PCBs),六六六类(HCHs)和滴滴涕类(DDTs)化合物均被检出,HCHs含量为0.81~2.84 ng/g,平均1.90 ng/g;DDTs含量为9.37~130.8 ng/g,平均43.9 ng/g。HCHs都未超过国家土壤环境质量标准的一级水平,但是有两个站点的DDTs超过国家土壤环境质量标准的一级水平。7种多氯联苯(7PCBs)含量为1.83~8.46 ng/g,平均3.99 ng/g,以四氯代PCB 52和六氯代PCB 138残留最高。PCBs污染主要集中在火力发电厂处,并向周边蔓延,反映了PCBs污染的来源与电力设备有关,其污染来源很有可能来自历史上变压器油泄漏物的残留及来自工业区的新的PCBs输入。  相似文献

关于全氟化合物(PFCs)在我国农村环境中的分布还未见相关的报道。本文利用固相萃取分离富集结合高效液相色谱-电喷雾负电离源串联质谱法分析我国东部8个农村地区土壤、地表水、地下水样品中17种PFCs的污染水平和组成特征, 并利用比值法初步判定了水环境中PFCs的污染来源。结果显示, 土壤中全氟羧酸类以PFOA为主(0.34~14.5 ng/g), 全氟烷基磺酸类以PFOS为主(0.02~0.08 ng/g);地表水中PFCs以PFOA、PFHxA、PFOS和PFBA为主(4.8~29.6、0.73~31.8、nd~7.1和nd~6.1 ng/L);地下水中PFCs主要为PFOA、PFHxA、PFBA(nd~176、nd~50.1和0.08~16.1 ng/L)。土壤及水环境中PFCs总体上呈现从南到北递减的趋势;地表水中PFCs污染源大致分为生活污水和大气沉降两大类, 其中大气沉降的贡献较大。  相似文献

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are ubiquitous environmental contaminants due to their extensive use. Combusted residue from electronic waste (e-waste) combustion is one of the contamination sources because PBDEs may be deposited in the soil and transported to remote locations. The transport and deposition behaviors of PBDEs released from burning were evaluated by analyzing their concentrations and congener distributions. Total PBDE concentrations were detected in the range from 2379 to 6238 ng/g (dry weight) in the combusted residue samples collected from a large open burning site and from 247.4 to 1422.3 ng/g in soil samples collected from different locations close to the open burning site. BDE-209, 183, 153, 99, and 47 were detected in relative high concentrations in both combusted residue and soil samples. The interpretation of the PBDEs concentrations and congener patterns in the combusted residue and soil samples indicated that PBDEs contamination in soil might be a result of e-waste burning and transportation, and deposit of the combusted residue. The total PBDE concentrations decreased significantly with increasing distance from the burned site, suggesting that the combusted activities were the major source of PBDEs in the region and the transportation behavior of lower brominated congeners might not differ from that of higher brominated congeners for short distances.  相似文献

In the present study, sediments and biotas from two freshwater lakes in Yangze delta area were collected and analyzed for polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and methoxylated PBDEs (MeO–PBDEs). The concentrations of PBDEs in sediments and biotas ranged from 0.41 to 5.8 ng/g dry weight and from 4.6 to 100 ng/g lipid weight, respectively, while those of MeO–PBDEs were much lower (sediment: <LOQ-0.014 ng/g dry weight, biota: <LOQ-2.1 ng/g lipid weight). The levels of both brominated substances in sediments and biotas were in the moderate to low range compared with other studies. Different BDE congeners were found between two lakes probably due to the different exogenous sources and metabolic stages. Similar occurrence of higher brominated congeners (e.g., BDE-209) in sediments and biotas indicated sediments as a possible source of PBDEs for biotas. The different contribution of lower and higher brominated congeners between sediments and biotas may be due to the combined effect of biotransformation and bioavailability.  相似文献

Twenty-eight polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) congeners were measured in surface sediments from Chaohu Lake to assess their characteristics, potential risk, and the correlation with lake trophic status. PCB levels ranged from 11.074 to 42.712 ng g?1 dry weight (d.w.) in the western lake and 2.017 to 20.189 ng g?1 d.w. in the eastern lake. The highest concentrations were found at the sites near the inlets of western lake tributary rivers where big cities and industrial centers are located. Congeners concentrations showed decreasing order of tetra-CB > tri-CB > deca-CB (PCB-209 detected) > penta-CB > hexa-CB > di-CB > hepta-CB > Octa-CB. It indicated that light and heavy Aroclor mixtures were simultaneously used surrounding the lake basin. PCB levels in the western lake are potentially dangerous to humans and the local fauna. There was a significant positive relationship between tetra-CB (one abundant PCB congener) concentration distribution and sediment grain size in the 16–64 μm fraction, whereas a negative correlation was found in the 4–8 μm fraction. Furthermore, PCB distributions were positively correlated with the total organic carbon of sediments and lake trophic status, especially in the more seriously polluted western lake zone. However, the correlation completely disappeared in eastern lake zone. It suggested that PCB contamination might be attributed to industrial wastewaters and domestic sewages from western lake basin, reaching the lake through rivers, rains and floods.  相似文献

It is necessary to understand the presence, movement, and persistence of contaminants in aquifers to develop adequate groundwater protection plans. Fractured bedrock aquifers with thin overburden cover are very sensitive to contamination, and little is known about transport processes from the ground surface to depth in this setting. This study was undertaken to investigate the potential of groundwater contamination by polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), which are flame retardants, in a natural fractured bedrock aquifer in Canada proven to be sensitive to contamination. PBDEs, which had not been previously measured in groundwater in detail, were detected in the study aquifer at concentrations greater than those observed in surface-water bodies. Potential sources include manure, septic tanks, and the atmosphere. From this scoping study, it is evident that additional surveys of PBDE concentrations in groundwater are warranted, especially in settings with high potential source concentrations coupled with sensitive aquifers.  相似文献

目前我国存在大量待修复场地,其分布具有一定的规律性和区域性,场地地层系统结构复杂、渗透性空间异质性显著,污染物种类复杂。总结场地典型土层结构和典型污染物有助于有针对性地开展修复技术的研发。为此,本文收集并整理了全国136处有机污染场地相关资料,对其地域性、地层及污染物特征总结如下:目前我国已经开展调查与修复的有机污染场地主要集中在京津冀和沪宁杭地区;有机污染场地土层基本都含有黏土等低渗透介质,而且都具有非均质性,其中67%场地土层有强非均质性;沪宁杭地区场地土层渗透性总体低于京津冀和辽中南地区,此外我国京津冀和辽中南地区场地调查深度(20.3 m)总体大于沪宁杭地区(12.8 m);我国有机污染场地地下水中最常见的有机污染物种类为氯代溶剂,依次为氯代烷烃类(场地数量占比84%)、氯代苯类(场地数量占比46%)和氯代烯烃类(场地数量占比33%);最常见的3种氯代溶剂依次为二氯乙烷、一氯苯和三氯甲烷。  相似文献

The karst groundwater system is extremely vulnerable and easily contaminated by human activities.To understand the spatial distribution of contaminants in the groundwater of karst urban areas and contributors to the contamination,this paper employs the spatial information statistics analysis theory and method to analyze the karst groundwater environment in Guiyang City.Based on the karst ground water quality data detected in 61 detection points of the research area in the last three years,we made Kriging evaluation isoline map with some ions in the karst groundwater,such as SO4 2-,Fe 3+,Mn 2+and F -,analyzed and evaluated the spatial distribution,extension and variation of four types of ions on the basis of this isoline map.The results of the analysis show that the anomaly areas of SO4 2-,Fe 3+,Mn 2+,Fand other ions are mainly located in Baba’ao,Mawangmiao and Sanqiao in northwestern Gui- yang City as well as in its downtown area by reasons of the original non-point source pollution and the contamination caused by human activities(industrial and domestic pollution).  相似文献

Work reported in this paper suggests that there are cases of contamination of soil and water samples by polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) from paper and plastic packaging. Soil samples, which have been stored in paper bags for more than 20 years, share a similar congener distribution as the bags. Analyses showed a predominance of light congeners. PCB-analyses of water also indicate that water samples could be contaminated by plastic packaging. All analytical results of solid material packaging, as well as soil stored in the packaging, show a high relative amount of light weight PCB congeners. The paper bags that were analysed are made of strong paper and very popular among geochemists because of their watertight quality. These paper bags were manufactured more than 20 years ago. The plastic packaging that was analysed was produced in 1997 and 2008. The analyses of plastic and paper show that the raw material that has been used in the production at different times contains a wide concentration range of PCB. Re-sealable plastic bags, which contained the highest levels of PCB of the plastic material, are used by researchers world-wide as sampling bags for soils and sediments. This paper raises an important issue that packaging may potentially contaminate the samples that they hold.  相似文献
