本主要介绍从连山关铀矿床及地下水中提取及纯化^129I及^36Cl的3种化学方法:(1)利用真空蒸馏法从铀矿石及围岩中提取^129及^36Cl。两个卤素I2及HCl形式收集于冷阱中,经纯化后制备成AgI及AgCl经AMS测出其原子数。(2)利用离子交换法从矿区地下水中提取^129I,再经萃取纯化制备成AgI经AMS测出其原子数。(3)利用沉淀法从矿区地下水中提取出^36Cl并经多次纯化后制备成A  相似文献

The concentration and distribution of Chlorophyll-a in surface seawater of Chinese Great Wall Bay and its adjacent waters, Antarctica were determined once monthly, altogether three times during an austral summer period from Dec. 1993 to Feb. 1994. The results obtained show:The concentration of Chl-a is about 1. 29 mg/m3, ranging from 0. 18-6. 75 mg/m3. The concentrations are higher inside the Bay than that outside and in Ardely Bay, This situation is consistent with that respect of the water temperature of surface layer in the area surveyed. However, the time for the occurrences of high and low values of Chl-a concentration are not the same as those for water temperature.The results of analysis correlation between each of the 4 concentrations of nutrient salts and Chl-a show that there is an apparent positive correlation only between (NO2-N) and Chl-a in the sea water surveyed.It is inferred from the results obtained that the distribution and changes of Chl-a in the Bay and its adjacent waters are still interfered with by other ecological factors including activities of the heterotrophic microbes.  相似文献

Intact polar membrane lipids are essential components of microbial membranes and recent work has uncovered a diversity of them occurring in the ocean. While it has long been understood that lipid composition varies across microbial groups, the microbial origins of the intact polar lipids in the surface ocean remain to be fully explained. This study focused on identifying the microbial sources of intact polar diacylglycerolipids (IP-DAGs) in the surface waters of the western North Atlantic Ocean. We used three approaches to define these microbial sources: (i) 13C tracing to identify photoautotrophic and heterotrophic production of the major classes of IP-DAGs, (ii) cell sorting flow cytometry of Prochlorococcus, Synechococcus and heterotrophic bacteria to determine IP-DAG composition and (iii) regrowth incubations targeting IP-DAG production by heterotrophic bacteria. Stable isotope tracing indicated that sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol (SQDG) and diacylglyceryl-trimethyl-homoserine (DGTS) were produced predominantly by photoautotrophs, while phosphatidylglycerol (PG) production was dominated by heterotrophic bacteria. Of the cells sorted with flow cytometry, Prochlorococcus and Synechococcus were found to have abundant glycolipids, while heterotrophic bacteria were dominated by phospholipids. The regrowth incubations showed that the growth of heterotrophic bacteria correlated with an increase in the concentration of PG, phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and monoglycosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG). The finding of MGDG in heterotrophic bacteria differs from previous work, which had asserted that the membranes of heterotrophic bacteria in this environment were composed entirely of phospholipids. Overall, our findings indicate that phytoplankton are the primary source of SQDG and DGTS, while heterotrophic bacteria are the dominant source of PG, making these three compounds promising biomarkers for the study of microbes in the surface ocean.  相似文献

以重庆市南山老龙洞地下河流域为研究单元,通过主成分分析和实地调查,研究该区域人类活动对岩溶地下水水质的影响,并探讨污染物的来源。结果表明,受城镇区人类活动影响,老龙洞地下河流域地下水 NO3--N和PO43--P污然最为严重,按 GB5749-2006规定,研究区的地下水已不可作为饮用水源。老龙洞地下河水NO3--N含量逐年在减少,而PO43--P却在增加,赵家院子泉水PO43--P增长也十分迅速,老龙洞地下河流域地下水受城镇化影响越来越明显。老龙洞地下河水受城镇人类活动、工业活动、农业活动的共同影响,污染比泉水严重。老龙洞地下河中NO3-和SO42-含量的减少,说明采取一些积极的措施,地下水的污染是可以得到治理的。  相似文献

Picoplankton abundance and distribution in the Mississippi River plume and its adjacent waters were studied during two cruises in April (high discharge) and October (low discharge) 2000 using flow cytometry. Concentrations of photosynthetic picoplankton,Synechococcus and picoeukaryotes were low in the turbid plume water but high in the coastal waters—i.e., the green waters resulting from mixing of river and oceanic waters. In this region, three types ofSynechococcus, characterized by their phycoerythrin chromophore composition, were found:Synechococcus cells with a low phycourobilin to phycoerythrobilin ratio (PUB:PEB) occurred throughout the region and dominated the totalSymechococcus abundance during both seasons; high PUB:PEB cells, which are the dominant strains in the open or blue ocean, occurred only at the outer shelf stations; and PEB-onlySynechococcus were abundant in most of the surveyed area during april, but were not observed during October.Prochlorococcus cyanobacteria only occurred at the oceanic stations, but extended farther inshore in October compared to April. This was a consequence of the reduced discharge and plume size during October. Picophytoplankton were a less important component of total phytoplankton biomass in the turbid river water and more important in the oligotrophic Gulf water. Seasonally, the contribution of picophytoplankton to total phytoplankton biomass in the surveyed area was higher during low discharge in October than during high discharge in April, even though the spring 2000 river discharge was unusually low and might not present a typical high discharge scenario. The abundance of heterotrophic bacteria was weakly correlated to chlorophylla (chla) concentration, but better correlated to picophytoplankton biomass. A higher proportion of High DNA bacteria occurred in the river-impacted regions during both seasons, with the ratio of High DNA bacteria to Low DNA bacteria significantly higher in April.  相似文献

采用Y型沉积物再悬浮发生装置模拟3种风速条件下典型入湖河流河口沉积物再悬浮和沉降过程.结果表明,随着风速的增大,水柱中悬浮物总量增加;3种风速条件下氨氮(NH4+-N)增量均为负;小风和中风过程,正磷酸盐(PO43--P)总量呈减小趋势,大风过程,正磷酸盐总量出现了明显上升,相对于初始值增加了46%,在5.1~8.7m/s的某一模拟风速条件下PO43--P的释放和吸附达到动态平衡,其表观值与初始值相等.总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)总量随着风速的增加而增大,TN最大增量是初始总量的2倍,而TP则是17倍;风浪过后TN、TP总量基本恢复到初始值.典型风速过程中,营养盐垂向分布无明显规律.  相似文献

文章选取老龙洞地下河流域10个地下水点采集样品,分析水样中的水化学指标和三种重要微生物指标,以了解城市化进程对老龙洞地下河流域水质的影响,探究该地区微生物污染的主要来源。结合岩溶区独特的水文地质条件,利用粪大肠杆菌(FC)与粪链球菌(FS)比值法,初步分析得到该地区微生物污染程度和污染来源。研究结果表明:(1)老龙洞流域地下水存在严重的微生物污染,地下水总细菌数、大肠菌群远超过国家地下水标准规定,分别是国家地下水标准规定的2.3×102~5.5×104倍、0.8×104~0.9×106倍,粪大肠菌群数量为100~4.38×106 CFU?L-1;(2)4#、6#采样点微生物污染主要来源于温血动物,1#、7#、8#采样点地下水受城市化进程的影响大;(3)微生物污染主要来源于人类粪便,同时SO42-、PO43-、NO3-含量高且与微生物污染相关性密切,说明生活污水引起的次生微生物污染较严重,2#、3#、5#、10#采样点受生活污水和禽畜粪便影响较小,属于单纯的NO3-农业污染型地下水,微生物污染较轻。   相似文献

Organogenic sediments (sapropels) in lakes are characterized by a reduced type of diagenesis, during which organic compounds are decomposed, the chemical composition of the pore waters is modified, and authigenic minerals (first of all, pyrite) are formed. Pyrolysis data indicate that organic matter undergoes radical transformatons already in the uppermost sapropel layers, and the composition of this organic matter is principally different from the composition of the organic matter of the its producers. The sapropels contain kerogen, whose macromolecular structure starts to develop during the very early stages of diagenesis, in the horizon of unconsolidated sediment (0–5 cm). The main role in the diagenetic transformations of organic matter in sediments is played by various physiological groups of microorganisms, first of all, heterotrophic, which amonifying, and sulfate-reducing bacteria. SO42? and Fe2+ concentrations in the pore waters of the sediments are determined to decrease (because of bacterial sulfate reduction), while concentrations of reduced Fe and S species (pyrite) in the solid phase of the sediment, conversely, increase. Comparative analysis shows that, unlike sapropels in lakes in the Baikal area, sapropels in southern West Siberia are affected by more active sulfate reduction, which can depend on both the composition of the organic matter and the SO42? concentration in the pore waters.  相似文献

This project examined concentrations, composition and turnover neutral sugars in the Delaware estuary to gain insights into dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) use by heterotrophic bacteria and into the lability and diagenetic state of dissolved organic material (DOM) during passage through the estuary. Dissolved free monosaccharides were not measurable (<5 nM) in the estuary whereas concentrations of dissolved combined neutral sugars (DCNS) were high, much higher than observed in oceanic waters. DCNS made up a similar fraction of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) as in the oceanic waters examined to date, and the monosaccharide composition of the DCNS pool was similar to that of oceanic waters. The composition did not vary substantially within the estuary or seasonally, but it did vary among three size fractions of the organic matter pool. Glucose was enriched in the low molecular weight fraction of DOC and in particulate material, whereas the high molecular weight DOC fraction was slightly depleted in glucose. Depletion experiments indicated that DCNS is not used extensively on the day time scale in the Delaware estuary, although freshly-produced polysaccharides may still be important carbon sources for heterotrophic bacteria. The very low concentrations of free monosaccharides in the Delaware estuary help to explain why DIN use by heterotrophic bacteria is relatively low in this estuary. Although DOC-DIN interactions in the Delaware apparently differ from oceanic waters, the portion of DOM traced by DCNS, which is thought to be the labile fraction, appears to be similar to that of oceanic DOM, suggesting that organic material in the estuary is degraded extensively before being exported to the coastal ocean.  相似文献

This paper studied the reciprocity effect between wollastonite and a strain silicate bacterium from purple soil. We analyzed the changes of pH value, glucose (GLU) residual concentration, electrolyte and Mn, Si, Fe etc. in the culture liquid with wollastonite after 48 h. The results show that the GLU wastage of silicate bacteria with wollastonite is 2.5 times of the bacterial contrast. It showed wollastonite could obviously accelerate silicate bacteria growth, but bacterial cell broken and distorted badly have been found by SEM analysis. The solubilization of silicate bacteria to Si element of wollastonite reached above 10 times. At the same time, three apices in FTIR of wollastonite (898 cm-1, 925 cm-1, 962 cm-1) descended obviously after the action of silicate bacteria, which shows that a great deal of Si has dissolved out. So we can get that wollastonite has remarkable effect to the growth of silicate bacteria and silicate bacteria has obvious solubilization to Si of wollastonite.  相似文献

Submarine groundwater discharge (SGD) has become increasingly recognized as an important source of freshwater and nutrients to coastal waters worldwide. Although groundwater nutrients have been found to cause algal blooms in many temperate coastal waters, little is known about the biological response to these nutrients in the tropics. On the leeward coast of Hawaii Island, SGD is the dominant freshwater and nutrient source to coastal waters. Kiholo Bay, HI and Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park, HI are two nearshore regions with well-documented SGD with high nutrient concentrations; however, little is known about how biological processes within the surface waters respond to these inputs. This study examined how potential gross primary production (pGPP), respiration (RESP), and potential metabolism (pMET) within surface waters differed inside and outside of groundwater plumes at these two sites and between wet and dry seasons. pGPP and RESP were both significantly higher within groundwater plumes, suggesting that SGD stimulated these biological processes; however, RESP responded to a much greater extent than pGPP, resulting in heterotrophic surface waters. RESP also varied seasonally, with greater rates during the dry season compared to the wet one; pGPP did not vary seasonally. Autotrophic conditions were found within groundwater plumes at Kiholo Bay, while heterotrophic conditions were found within them at Kaloko-Honokohau and were greater during the dry season. Overall, our results show that coastal biological processes respond to SGD and that their responses vary over short spatial and temporal scales.  相似文献
