云南西部地区有大量铜多金属硫化矿资源,主要金属矿物之间连生、包裹及嵌布状态复杂,传统的工艺矿物学研究方法难以对矿物的特性参数实现快速自动定量。为此采用现代工艺矿物学研究系统MLA,对滇西铜多金属硫化矿的化学组成、物相组成,矿物组成、元素分布、嵌布粒度、连生及包裹关系等进行分析,结果表明:滇西铜多金属硫化矿含Cu 1.29%,Zn 2.10%,Pb 0.43%,S 24.93%,有价矿物主要为黄铜矿、闪锌矿和黄铁矿,铜矿物和锌矿物主要与黄铁矿相互连生和包裹,有价矿物中有88%以上分布在大于10μm的易选粒级范围,磨矿粒度达到-15.77μm时,铜矿物和锌矿物能实现单体解离,计算得到铜多金属硫化矿中铜、锌、硫的选矿理论回收率分别为88.49%,92.10%和89.20%。研究结果对该矿的选矿工艺流程制定和选别指标的提高提供了依据和指导,有助于该地区矿产资源的综合开发利用。  相似文献

芦子园铅锌矿是近年来新发现的大型铅锌多金属矿床。已发现20多种矿物,金属矿物以闪锌矿、方铅矿、黄铜矿为主,脉石矿物以蔷薇辉石、方解石、石英等为主,脉石矿物总量高达89.04%。通过原矿X射线荧光光谱半定量分析、物相分析及扫描电镜分析等,综合分析原矿性质、矿物组成、有益元素赋存状态与主要矿物嵌布特征。结果显示,矿石中有益元素铜赋存在黄铜矿和黝铜矿及斑铜矿中,铅主要赋存在方铅矿中,锌主要赋存在闪锌矿中。矿石中大部分金属硫化物呈它形不规则状集合体,黄铜矿与方铅矿、闪锌矿等金属硫化物密切共生。闪锌矿与方铅矿、黄铜矿与闪锌矿等的嵌布关系非常复杂,边界极不规则,且常常相互包裹,矿物工艺粒度较细,单体解离困难。闪锌矿中可见固溶体分离结构的细小粒状黄铜矿嵌布,这种形式嵌布的黄铜矿一般无法解离。  相似文献

中国云南省有大量的铜铅锌多金属硫化矿资源,该类矿产资源的高效选矿分离是影响企业经济效益的主要问题之一。针对云南迪庆地区的硫化混合精矿,该混合精矿铜、铅、锌三种有价金属共存,分离难度较大,导致其产品难以销售或冶炼。本文采用化学分析、X射线衍射法和矿物解离度分析(MLA)等多种检测方法,对该混合精矿的主要元素含量、矿物组成、物相组成、主要目的矿物的嵌布特性和单体解离度等进行分析研究。研究结果表明,该混合精矿的粒度较细,各矿物之间存在一定的相互连生或包裹现象,目的矿物黄铜矿、方铅矿和闪锌矿的单体解离度中等偏低,为69.28%~70.56%。初步预测该混合精矿中铜、铅和锌的理论选矿分离效率依次为71.63%、62.97%和72.72%。根据实验分析结果,本文提出进一步提高该混合精矿的磨矿细度促使金属矿物充分解离,是提升铜、铅、锌各矿物选矿分离效率的关键途径。  相似文献

秘鲁铜硫矿石的主要回收对象是铜和硫矿物,由于铜矿物嵌布复杂、粒度过细以及与各种脉石矿物或金属矿物交生关系紧密,利用传统工艺矿物学研究方法如化学分析、光学显微镜检测等较难准确定量其工艺矿物学参数。本文采用化学分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、偏光显微镜及矿物参数自动分析系统(MLA)等技术手段,研究秘鲁铜硫矿石的化学成分、矿物组成和主要矿物的嵌布特征、粒度分布及单体解离特性等,并对影响选矿指标的主要矿物学因素进行分析。结果表明:矿石中主要元素为Cu(0.65%)和S(9.53%)。矿石中黄铁矿(16.57%)含量较高,形态较为规则,与其他矿物之间的交生关系相对简单,粒度普遍偏粗,其中粒径大于0.30mm的黄铁矿占95.06%。铜矿物主要以不规则粒状、皮壳状、网脉状、纤维状、尘粒状、斑点状分布于脉石中或与黄铁矿、闪锌矿、磁铁矿等金属矿物交生紧密,粒度极不均匀,使得铜矿物解离难度加大,且矿石中云母(12.51%)、绿泥石(3.74%)、滑石(3.34%)、高岭石、蒙脱石(3.59%)等黏土质矿物含量较高,在磨矿过程中易发生泥化从而恶化分选环境。根据该类型矿石的工艺矿物学特性,本文建议采用"粗磨-部分优先浮铜-铜硫混浮-混合精矿再磨再选分离"的工艺流程,可得到质量高的铜、硫精矿。  相似文献

MVT型铅锌矿床中矿物组成一般较简单,铜矿物非常少见。云南富乐铅锌矿床是川滇黔MVT型铅锌成矿域中代表性大型铅锌矿床,其赋矿层位为该区最新地层—中二叠统阳新组白云岩,矿体距上覆峨眉山玄武岩不到160 m。通过矿相、扫描电镜及能谱等分析测试,本研究在该矿床中发现了大量铜矿物,主要包括以下四类,即黄铜矿、锌砷黝铜矿、黝铜矿和孔雀石,这些铜的独立矿物常交代闪锌矿和黄铁矿等矿物,形状多为环带状、脉状及不规则状等,部分黄铜矿呈乳滴状分布于闪锌矿颗粒内部或呈他形交代闪锌矿,可能与闪锌矿同时形成,锌砷黝铜矿和黝铜矿呈他形细脉状穿插于闪锌矿或分布于闪锌矿边缘及孔洞中,暗示这些铜矿物形成略晚于铅锌成矿。上述铜矿物常见于中低温热液铅锌矿床,其中锌砷黝铜矿是硫盐矿物中较罕见的矿物,黝铜矿和锌砷黝铜矿的出现指示相对氧化的成矿环境,而孔雀石是在铜矿物的氧化过程中形成的次生矿物。研究表明,本矿床矿石矿物的生成顺序为:黄铁矿→闪锌矿(乳滴状黄铜矿)→方铅矿→黄铜矿→锌砷黝铜矿→黝铜矿→孔雀石,结合矿床产出的地质地球化学特征,云南富乐铅锌矿床中铜可能有两个来源:早期的乳滴状黄铜矿与铅锌矿同期且均来自基底地层——昆阳群;后生铜矿物(黄铜矿、黝铜矿和锌砷黝铜)主要来源于上覆峨眉山玄武岩,这与铅锌主要来源于昆阳群等基底地层有所差异,研究成果为认识川滇黔地区铅锌成矿作用与峨眉山玄武岩关系提供了新的地球化学依据。  相似文献

青海省格尔木市那陵郭勒河西地区铁多金属矿规模大,具有铁铜金等多金属矿化,属于接触交代型铁多金属矿床。本文采用工艺矿物学研究方法,查明了矿石工艺矿物学特性。研究结果表明,矿石的组成矿物种类较为简单,金属硫化物主要是黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿、闪锌矿;铁矿物主要是磁铁矿、赤铁矿。脉石矿物主要是石英、方解石、透闪石、透辉石;其次为石榴子石、白云母、蛇纹石。矿石中铁、铜锌矿物均具均匀细粒—微细粒嵌布特征;通过选矿可获得铜精矿、锌精矿、铁精矿。  相似文献

我国是世界上最大的铜精矿进口国,研究不同产地铜精矿的矿物学特征,能支撑铜精矿原产地分析及相关固体废物属性鉴定。本文研究对象为来自8个国家12个矿区的进口铜精矿样品,采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、X射线粉晶衍射(XRD)以及偏光显微镜进行综合分析,探寻这些矿区铜精矿的元素组成、矿物组合特征,探讨不同成因类型铜精矿的矿物学差异。X射线荧光光谱分析表明铜精矿样品主要元素为Cu、Fe、S、O,普遍含有Zn、Si、Al、Mg、Ca、Pb;X射线粉晶衍射物相分析表明铜精矿样品主要物相为黄铜矿,其次常含有黄铁矿和闪锌矿等物相;偏光显微镜光片鉴定表明铜精矿样品金属矿物中黄铜矿的含量在88%~98%之间,观察到黄铜矿与闪锌矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿共生,闪锌矿与斑铜矿、砷黝铜矿共生,黄铜矿、砷黝铜矿和斑铜矿共生等连生体矿相。结合铜精矿不同成矿类型分析表明,斑岩型、矽卡岩型、火山成因块状硫化型铜矿床样品中常见黄铜矿、黄铁矿、闪锌矿,并分别含有黑云母、草酸钙石、硫酸铅特征矿物;铁氧化物铜金矿床样品主要矿物为黄铜矿,常见磁黄铁矿、滑石特征矿物。通过本文采用多种技术表征不同产地铜精矿样品元素含量、物相组成、矿相组成的差异,能够全面分析不同产地铜精矿样品的矿物学特征,对进口铜精矿的风险识别和管控具有重要意义。  相似文献

大兴安岭成矿带是我国重要的有色金属成矿带之一,库伦迪铅锌矿床是近年来在该带北段中发现的中型矿床之一。本文在系统的野外地质调查的基础上,对该矿床的矿石开展详细的矿石特征研究。结果表明:库伦迪矿床矿石可划分为锌铅矿石、锌铅铜矿石、铜锌矿石和铅矿石等4种类型;各矿石类型矿物共生组合分析表明,按成因该矿床矿石结构可分为结晶结构、交代结构、固溶体分离结构和压碎结构;矿石构造以细脉状构造、浸染状构造、块状构造和团块状构造为主,条带状构造次之。综合矿物学特征,将成矿期次划分为两期:第一成矿期为闪锌矿—黄铜矿成矿期,并划分为辉钼矿—磁铁矿成矿阶段、黄铁矿—闪锌矿成矿阶段、闪锌矿—黄铜矿成矿阶段;第二成矿期为方铅矿成矿期,主要有方铅矿、黄铁矿、闪锌矿、黄铜矿等。  相似文献

采用化学分析、X射线衍射分析、偏光显微镜下矿物组成分析和扫描电子显微镜对鲁中莱芜地区矽卡岩铁矿石的工艺矿物学性质进行研究,以期对选厂的生产工艺流程和选矿指标优化提供技术资料。研究发现,矿石中主要金属矿物为磁铁矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿、辉铜矿,各金属矿物共生关系密切,磁铁矿含量为52%,矿石全铁品位为40.86%,其中磁性铁占有率为91.31%,磁铁矿嵌布粒度以中细粒为主,大多在0.1mm~0.01mm之间;铜矿物包括黄铜矿和辉铜矿以及少量孔雀石等氧化铜矿物,铜品位为0.131%,其中硫化铜占有率为65.65%,黄铜矿和辉铜矿均以微细粒嵌布为主,粒度主要在0.08 mm~0.01mm;矿石中钴品位为0.018%,其中硫化钴占有率为30.56%,大部分以氧化钴的形式存在于磁铁矿中。综合各金属矿物的工艺矿物学性质,该矿石中的铁矿物弱磁选铁理论回收率为91.31%,铜矿物浮选铜理论回收率为65.65%,而钴矿物浮选钴理论回收率为30.56%。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed.
