采用717阴离子树脂活性炭联合交换分离富集技术,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定富钴锰结壳中痕量金、银、铂、钯。方法检出限四元素分别为:Au1. 3、Ag0. 4、Pd0. 6、Pt4. 8ng/g。样品加标回收率在89. 0% ~110. 3%,相对标准偏差3. 5% ~7. 8% (n=4)。方法已用于富钴锰结壳中痕量金银铂钯的测定。  相似文献

矿石中微量铂经 71 7阴离子交换树脂 -活性炭动态吸附富集后 ,Pt的回收率在 95 %~ 1 0 3 %。以H2 SO4-NH4Cl-六次甲基四胺 -硫酸联氨为底液 ,极谱法测定。方法经GBW系列国家标准物质分析检验 ,结果与标准值相符 ,对w(Pt) =6.4× 1 0 -9的GBW 0 72 90国家标准物质测定 7次 ,RSD =7.1 %。方法适用于矿石中Pt含量在 1 0 -6~ 1 0 -9级的测定。  相似文献

在前人研究泡塑吸附金分离的基础上,用聚氨酯泡沫塑料吸附,利用石墨炉原子吸收法测定了痕量价态金的含量,探讨了溶矿介质、解脱时间、吸附温度、Fe~(3+)加入量等对测定结果的影响,确定了最佳测定条件,详细讨论了Fe~(3+)在溶矿和吸附过程中的作用,并将该方法用于土壤中痕量价态金的测定。方法检出限为0. 01 ng/g,测定范围为0. 03~300 ng/g,价态金回收率分别是Au~(3+)97. 3%、Au~+95. 8%、Au098. 9%,价态金分离精密度(RSD,n=12)为7. 3%~18. 8%。用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定价态金,不但有效地抑制了共存元素的干扰,而且能降低检出限,提高灵敏度和准确度,自动化进样减少了劳动强度,提高了分析测试效率,适合大批量样品的测试。  相似文献

在盐酸介质中,钯与氯离子发生反应生成配合物[PdCl6]^2-,该配合物能被大孔弱碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂吸附。吸附物灰化后,灰分与缓冲剂混合均匀,全部装入杯形电极,发射光谱法测定钯。方法检出限为0.12ng/g(10.0g样品)。方法经国家一级标准物质验证,测定值与标准值相符,精密度(RSD,n=12)为8.9%~13.9%,回收率为89%~118%。方法已用于测定水系沉积物中的痕量钯。  相似文献

用D201阴离子交换树脂富集样品中的痕量Cd,使Cd与共存干扰元素Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn有效分离,消除了这些元素对镉蒸气发生的干扰,从而建立了断续流动在线分离富集-蒸气发生原子荧光光谱法测定复杂环境样品中痕量Cd的分析方法。方法的检出限为3ng/L(3σ);测定精密度(RSD)为1.9%(对1μg/L Cd,n=11)。用该方法对国家一级标准物质(土壤、水系沉积物和岩石)中的痕量镉进行了测定,结果与标准值相符。  相似文献

研究了D152树脂在NaAc-HAc缓冲体系中对Eu3 的吸附与解吸行为.结果表明:静态饱和吸附容量为340 mg/g;用0.1~2.0 mol/L HCl洗脱,洗脱率为92%以上;测得吸附热力学函数分别为:△H=14.3 kJ/mol、△G298=-1.88 kJ/mol、△S= 54.3 J/(mol·K);等温吸附曲线遵守Freundlich关系式;表观活化能Ea=9.10 kJ/mol,表观速率常数k298= 1.54×10-5s-1.用化学和红外光谱的方法探讨了树脂对Eu3 的吸附机理.  相似文献

研究了D301R树脂对金(Ⅲ)的吸附性能及其机理,测得在HAc-NaAc体系中pH=3.47时为最佳吸附条件。在298 K的温度下,pH=3.47的HAc-NaAc缓冲体系中树脂对金(Ⅲ)的静态饱和吸附容量为828.36 mg/g;测得吸附热力学参数分别为:ΔH=16.77 kJ/mol,ΔS=59.36J/mol K,ΔG298=-919.28 J/mol;吸附速率常数k298=2.17×10-5s-1,吸附活化能Ea=9.43 kJ/mol;用20%硫脲的丙酮溶液和6 mol/L的HCl溶液以1∶1混合洗脱,洗脱率达到95%以上;等温吸附曲线能很好地遵循Freundlich曲线;树脂的功能基与金(Ⅲ)的配位比接近1∶1。  相似文献

基于三乙醇胺-盐酸介质中,Fe2 与邻二氮菲形成的阳离子配合物被强酸型阳离子交换树脂吸附富集,使树脂显桔红色,据此建立了测定痕量铁的树脂相分光光度法,并讨论了适宜的实验条件。方法的检出限为1.65×10-2μg/mL,ε=9.44×104L·mol-1·cm-1。用于茶叶、余甘中痕量铁的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

目前测定地质样品痕量、超痕量金常用的三种方法是活性炭吸附富集-发射光谱法、泡塑吸附富集-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、活性炭吸附富集-电感耦合等离子体质谱法,这三种方法的检出限在0.1~0.3ng/g之间,由于矿石矿物的组成非常复杂,因此在有效富集和分离的基础上,采用合适的分析手段,能够对地质样品提供满意的分析结果。为保证试样要求的灵敏度和准确性,分析方法的选择需求应根据具体试样情况和实验室条件而定。根据田口玄一博士在测量工程学中提出的信噪比(S/N)能测量系统抗干扰能力,评价测量系统的稳健性和可靠性这一观点,本文利用田口测量质量控制理论,评价地质样品中痕量、超痕量金常用的上述三种分析测试方法,对这三种分析方法三个金标准物质的测试数据进行分类处理,计算S/N值和相对标准不确定度,通过比较三者的S/N值和相对标准不确定度值,确定更为可靠的测试体系。分析结果表明,对于地质样品中痕量金(含量大于1 ng/g)的测试,三种分析方法均能够满足要求;对于超痕量金(含量小于1 ng/g)的测试,活性炭吸附富集-电感耦合等离子体质谱法是较好的测试方案。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
