单轴受压状态下钢纤维混凝土损伤本构模型研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
针对钢纤维混凝土在单调载荷条件下损伤行为的复杂性,根据Weibull统计分布理论和等效应变假定原理,得出了钢纤维混凝土损伤本构模型,基于试验数据,确定了模型参数。分析计算结果显示,该模型可以有效地描述单轴受压状态下钢纤维混凝土的损伤过程。  相似文献

This paper presents a damage–viscoplastic cap model for rocks with brittle and ductile behavior under low‐velocity impact loading, which occurs, e.g. in percussive drilling. The model is based on a combination of the recent viscoplastic consistency model by Wang and the isotropic damage concept. This approach does not suffer from ill posedness—caused by strain softening—of the underlying boundary/initial‐value problem since viscoplasticity provides a regularization under dynamic loading by introducing an internal length scale. The model uses the Drucker–Prager (DP) yield function with the modified Rankine criterion as a tension cut‐off and a parabolic cap surface as a compression cut‐off. The parabolic cap is smoothly fitted to the DP cone. The strain softening law in compression is calibrated with the degradation index concept of Fang and Harrison. Thereby, the model is able to capture the brittle‐to‐ductile transition and hardening behavior of geomaterials under highly confined compression, which is the prevailing stress state under a bit‐button in percussive drilling. Rock strength heterogeneity is characterized statistically at the structural level using the Weibull distribution. An explicit time integrator is chosen for solving the FE‐discretized equations of motion. The contact constraints due to the impact of an indenter are imposed with the forward increment Lagrange multiplier method that is compatible with explicit time integrators. The model is tested at the material point level with various uniaxial and triaxial tests. At the structural level confined compression, uniaxial tension tests and a rock sample under low‐velocity impact are simulated. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Rigid particle models taking directly into consideration the physical mechanisms and the influence of the material meso‐structure have recently been developed for fracture studies of quasi‐brittle material such as concrete. The formulation of a generalized contact model for rigid particle simulations is presented in which the contact discretization is a model parameter. The contact model performance for different discretizations is evaluated for uniaxial tensile tests, for uniaxial compression tests and for a notched beam in mode I. 首先,建立了单轴压缩过程岩石损伤参量、应变与声速之间的定量关系式,分析了不同均质度对单轴压缩过程岩石声速的影响,结果表明,随着均匀度的增加,单轴压缩过程中声速由平缓变化到急剧变化,这与已有的岩石声发射数值模拟分析结果是一致的;其次,根据建立的声速与应变的关系公式,通过单轴压缩过程岩石声速与应变实测结果的回归分析,得到了具有较高精度的回归方程,从而通过试验验证了所建立的关系式的正确性;最后,从损伤的角度讨论了单轴压缩过程岩石声速与声发射的关系,得出了Kaiser点应位于声速初始下降点附近的结论,为岩石声发射测量地应力试验中Kaiser点的确定提供了新的方法。  相似文献

The objective of the present paper is to present a numerical study on the penetration performance of concrete targets with 2 different water contents. Numerical analysis has been performed by using the finite element code Abaqus/Explicit, in which a coupled elastoplastic damage model has been developed for saturated/unsaturated concrete under a wide range of confining pressures. The performance of proposed model has been firstly verified by simulating the triaxial compression tests and penetration tests realized with saturated/dry concretes. Comparisons of available experimental results and numerical simulations show that the proposed model is able to reproduce satisfactorily the mechanical behavior of saturated and dry concretes. A higher failure stress and a more important pores closing are generally obtained in dry concrete samples with respect to saturated ones. Furthermore, the main observed patterns of penetration test realized with saturated concrete targets are also satisfactorily simulated by the numerical results. Therefore, the proposed model is used to numerically predict the penetration performance of dry concrete target, and the penetration performance of dry/saturated concrete target is discussed. We observe that in dry concrete target, the penetration of projectile is strongly declined, and a smaller damage zone is created. The numerical predictions and discussions can help engineers to enhance their understandings on the influence of hydraulic conditions on structural vulnerability of concrete structures subjected to near‐field detonations or impacts.  相似文献

When impact loaded, concrete is submitted to high triaxial stresses. The experimental response of concrete under quasi‐static triaxial compression is studied using a triaxial press capable of applying a mean pressure greater than 1 GPa on cylindrical samples measuring 7 cm in diameter and 14 cm high. A numerical analysis of these previous experiments is performed herein at a mesoscopic scale. Concrete is modelled as a biphasic material consisting of a mortar (cement paste and fine aggregates) and roughly spherical aggregates (with a diameter exceeding 2 mm) whose characteristics are applied on a regular cubic finite element mesh. A damage‐plasticity model is then used to model the behaviour of mortar. An identification of model parameters on mortar samples and the subsequent comparison between numerical and experimental tests will be presented for hydrostatic and triaxial compression. Compaction of concrete is physically a collapse of the material porous microstructure. It produces plastic strains in the material and, at the same time, an increase of its bulk modulus. This paper presents two experimental techniques aimed at obtaining the hydrostatic response of concrete and mortar. The first one is a uniaxial confined compression test which is quite simple to implement and allows to reach hydrostatic pressures of about 600 MPa. The specimen size is large enough so that concrete with aggregate sizes up to 16 mm can be tested. The second one is a true hydrostatic test performed on smaller (mortar) specimens. Test results show that the hydrostatic response of the material is elasto‐plastic with a stiffening effect on both the tangent and unloading bulk moduli. The magnitude of the irreversible volumetric strains depends on the initial porosity of the material. This porosity can be related in a first approximation to the water/cement ratio. A comparison of the hydrostatic responses obtained from the two testing techniques on the same material show that the hydrostatic response of cementitious materials cannot be uncoupled from the deviatoric response, as opposed to the standard assumption in constitutive relations for metal alloys. This feature should be taken into account in the development of constitutive relations for concrete subjected to high confinement pressures which are needed in the modelling of impact problems. 高性能混凝土(高性能复合水泥基材料engineered cementitious composite,简称ECC与超高性能混凝土ultra-high performance concrete pile,简称UHPC)桩基具有良好的抗开裂性能和较高的承载能力,能较好地满足整体桥纵桥向变形。开展了砂土中高性能混凝土桩低周往复拟静力试验,得到了桩基的破坏特点、抗开裂能力以及极限承载力,分析了其桩身变形、桩侧土抗力以及桩身应变等分布规律,并与钢筋混凝土(RC)桩进行了比较。在此基础上,讨论了几种常用规范的适用性。试验结果表明,ECC、UHPC材料能有效减轻桩基的破坏程度、提高桩基的抗开裂能力以及水平承载力;相比RC桩基,高性能混凝土桩基的破坏位置更深,桩基的有效桩长更大,抗震性能更好;其中,ECC桩基的抗开裂能力最强,开裂荷载可达5.8 kN,开裂位移可达15 mm。试验结果还表明,高性能混凝土桩基的变形沿埋深方向不断的减小,埋深1.5 m以下位置基本为0;桩侧土抗力先增大后减小,桩底土抗力和变形量为0;桩身应变分布较为对称,且呈“橄榄”形,在埋深4D~6D(D为桩径)区间内桩身应变较大。分析计算表明,当桩顶位移在10 mm以内时,“m”法与API新规范法均能较好地计算高性能混凝土桩的桩身变形;当位移超过10 mm后,“m”法与实际数值相差较大。“m”法与API新规范法均不能较好地计算桩身弯矩,适用性不高;桩侧土抗力建议采用API新规范法。  相似文献

A damage model for geomaterials and concrete is proposed. This model expresses the anisotropic character induced by the degradation of material. The law of behavior obtained by differentiation of the free energy shows the dissymmetry effect observed in traction–compression loading and the residual strains caused by the damage. The present approach requires the identification of a reduced number of parameters having a clear physical significance. 煤岩的动、静力学参数关系的试验研究,对研究煤岩的位移和变形特征及工程支护设计具有重要意义。将取自新河煤矿3煤的煤样加工成Φ50 mm×100 mm的圆柱体标准试件;采用500 kHz频率的纵横波换能器分别进行纵横波速度测试;在MTS815.03电液伺服试验机上进行单轴压缩试验,得到静态弹性模量和泊松比。试验结果表明:煤岩动弹性模量与横波速度相关性强于与纵波速度的相关性,煤岩介质的纵波对孔隙和裂隙发育程度的敏感程度要比横波高;煤岩试件Ed/Es比值主要集中在1.4~1.7,室内煤岩试件动、静弹性模量和动静泊松比之间存在较好的线性相关关系。   相似文献

研究深部碳酸盐岩力学特性参数分布规律,对于预防碳酸盐岩地层钻井事故的发生具有十分重要的意义。采集对应地层埋深从3 568~5 983 m的20组不同层系的碳酸盐岩露头岩芯,借助MTS815.03和RMT150C岩石力学试验系统、RSM-SYS5非金属声波测试仪等,完成显微电镜分析、单轴压缩、三轴压缩和围压声波测试等试验。试验结果表明,(1)南方海相碳酸盐岩主要以生物碎屑白云岩、泥晶灰岩为主,粒径范围在0.01~0.20 mm之间,孔隙类型以粒内溶蚀孔隙、粒间孔隙、晶间溶孔为主,孔隙率范围为2%~12%;(2)单轴抗压强度在空间分布上有一定的规律性,三轴抗压强度在空间上为无序分布,表现出某种混沌的特征;(3)碳酸盐岩纵波速度随围压的增加而增大,在低围压下纵波速度增加明显;高围压下纵波速度变化相对较小,围压下纵波速度增幅,白云岩大于灰岩,获得白云岩、灰岩的抗压强度与其纵波波速不同的相关关系。其结论可为深部碳酸盐岩地层安全钻进提供技术参数。  相似文献

采用高速摄影仪,拍摄轻气炮中弹丸对侵彻面不同侵角的高强度混凝土靶体的侵彻过程,分析靶体侵角、弹丸着靶速度对弹丸侵彻靶体的运动特征。研究结果表明,弹丸以200 m/s左右的低速侵彻靶体时,弹丸在侵彻角度为0°的靶体中作水平运动,靶体侵角大于0°时,弹丸均在着靶后150~200 μs发生偏转;弹丸在靶体中的水平侵彻速度、偏转角度与其侵彻时间有很好的相关性,靶体侵角一定时,弹丸着靶速度越小,弹丸水平侵彻时所需时间越短,靶体飞溅物的速度越小;靶体侵彻面角度对靶体飞溅物速度和弹丸水平侵彻时间的影响作用相对比弹丸着靶速度的大,说明靶体侵角的大小是安全防护工事中不可忽视的重要问题。  相似文献

建立单一微裂纹在单轴压缩荷载作用下的力学模型,采用宏观复合型断裂理论中的最大周向应力理论,求出单一微裂纹达到稳定时的形态尺寸.利用分形损伤理论,求出不同荷载阶段的分形维数;由分形维数的定义导出了不同荷载阶段的裂纹个数的变化情况;结合单一微裂纹的形态尺寸,求出不同荷载阶段中岩石孔隙率与荷载值之间的关系;利用目前被广泛采用的超声波纵波速度与孔隙率的关系式,最终导出单轴压缩荷载作用下岩石超声波纵波速度与应力的理论关系式.进行岩石声-应力的试验测试,根据试验成果作出声-应力曲线,并与理论声-应力曲线进行比对,结果表明,理论模型比较适合于反映岩石受载全过程中的后半部分的声-应力关系.  相似文献

为了探究不同加载方式下煤岩体孔隙周围的应力分布规律,通过CT三维重建技术构建含有不同孔隙形状的煤岩体骨架模型,并利用ABAQUS软件进行单轴、三轴压缩实验模拟。结果表明,球状孔隙结构在单轴压缩条件下,上下区域表现为拉应力集中,左右区域表现为压应力集中。不同倾角的椭球状孔隙结构其长短轴区域的应力集中类型不同。单轴压缩过程中,轴向加载速度影响球状孔隙周围的Mises应力峰值和σ1应力的变化;三轴压缩过程中,孔隙结构依然经历了压密、弹性、塑性和破坏4个阶段,较低的围压条件使得弹性阶段“应力-应变”曲线与“应力-时间”曲线高度重合。从微观角度为煤岩体力学研究提供了一种新的方法和思路。   相似文献

Based on experimental data, this paper presents an empirical strength criterion for jet grouted soilcrete. Cylindrical specimens drilled from construction sites were tested to investigate the strength characteristics of soilcrete. Experiments conducted include the uniaxial compression test, Brazilian test and the triaxial compression test. It was found that soilcrete density increases with increasing depth. The uniaxial compressive strengths obtained were significantly greater than the design values suggested by the JSG Association of Japan. Experimental Poisson's ratios varied from 0.12 to 0.22, which are closer to that for concrete than that for native soil. Based on test results, a parabolic-type empirical criterionτff = N·σff + To)M is proposed to describe the strength behaviour of soilcrete under low and tensile stress regions.  相似文献

尺寸效应是岩石力学领域研究的难点与热点。本文利用自主研发的大尺寸刚性试验机,开展了最大样品尺寸为400 mm×400 mm×800 mm大理岩、闪长岩和凝灰岩的单轴抗压强度试验,从等高宽比条件下岩石强度的尺寸效应和不同高宽比条件下岩石强度变化两个方面开展了岩石强度尺寸效应研究,结果表明:相同高宽比条件下,岩石强度随样品尺寸的增大呈对数形式减小,且逐渐趋于定值;不同高宽比情况,岩石长宽为200 mm×200 mm,高度分别为200 mm,400 mm,600 mm和800 mm,岩石单轴抗压强度随高宽比的增加表现出先减小后增大的变化规律,对应的破坏形式表现为复杂劈裂、劈裂和剪切破坏。本文试验结果为丰富岩石尺寸效应研究提供了基础数据,同时对实际工程中岩体强度尺寸效应的修正具有一定参考价值。  相似文献

为了探究不同含水率砂岩单轴压缩下力学特性及损伤变化情况,首先对5种不同含水率砂岩进行静态单轴压缩实验,获得其物理力学参数;而后利用超声波检测仪测量该5种不同含水率砂岩的波速,将该批次砂岩加载到80%峰值强度后卸载到0,测量此时砂岩声波波速,利用声波法定义损伤,研究含水率对砂岩损伤的影响。结果表明:单轴压缩下,砂岩的峰值强度及弹性模量随含水率升高逐渐降低,而峰值应变变化呈相反趋势;总功及弹性能随含水率增加而下降,耗散能随含水率增加而增大。实验前声波波速随含水率升高逐渐减小,实验后声波波速随含水率升高而下降,且下降趋势较实验前更迅速;砂岩的残余塑性变形和内部损伤均随含水率升高逐渐增大。研究结果可为现场岩石损伤测试提供依据。   相似文献

将实时激光全息于涉试验系统与静态承压装置相结合,在单轴连续静态荷载作用下分别对不同混凝土试块连续进行激光实时全息于涉试验动态观测,同时测量受压混凝土的应力应变关系曲线,通过数码摄像机将全息于涉条纹图传输至计算机,获取实时全息于涉条纹图。根据于涉条纹的分布规律及其路径,直观地再现了混凝土的损伤演化过程,描述了混凝土构件的损伤演化断裂特征。为混凝土结构损伤分析与诊断的深入研究探索出了有效的试验方法。  相似文献
