Concentration data on 74 individual constituents in CCRMP (Canadian Certified Reference Materials Project) soils SO-1, SO-2, SO-3, and SO-4 have been collected from 83 journal articles and technical reports. These data are summarized in consensus (mean) values with uncertainties expressed as one standard deviation. Mean values are also calculated as a function of analytical procedure and all raw data are given in the tables. Recommended values are proposed based upon data criteria used by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology, formerly the National Bureau of Standards or NBS).  相似文献

New mean values for up to 11 major and minor and up to 11 trace elements in soils SO-1 to SO4 have been calculated by two procedures. Analytical results received by CCRMP subsequent to the certification program of 1979 were included. In one instance, the same procedure as used for certification wherein all results except those rejected on chemical and/or statistical considerations was followed, but little improvement over the 1979 calculations was obtained. The other procedure is proposed by the authors for use in identifying concentration range intervals wherein maximum interlaboratory consensus is observed. The application of this procedure has permitted the certification of the four soils for the content of 24 elements not previously certified.  相似文献

Fifteen geochemical reference samples have been analysed for palladium using the stable isotope dilution technique. These include seven USGS, five CRPG and three CCRMP samples. Our results ape in reasonable agreement with the presently accepted values for the USGS samples, but are significantly lower than the present CCRMP values. Our data for the CRPG samples are the first to be published. This is the first reported study of the determination of palladium in silicate samples using the isctope dilution technique.  相似文献

Lead-210, radium-226, thorium-228 and uranium-238 concentrations have been determined in five CCRMP reference samples using direct gamma-ray spectrometry. Literature data are available for only lead-210 and radium-226 levels in these samples.  相似文献

Provisional values related to element concentration derived from partial extractions as well as some additional total concentration data are reported for eight CCRMP sediment reference materials. These values are intended to supplement previously published data for these samples. The partial extractions for which data are reported include dilute HNO3 - dilute HCl, concentrated HNO3 -concentrated HCl and concentrated HNO3 -concentrated HClO4.  相似文献

A brief outline is given of the approach used in the Canadian Certified Reference Materials Project (CCRMP) to prepare and certify reference ores and related materials. Four reference soils have been prepared and certified through the cooperation of Energy, Mines and Resources Canada and Agriculture Canada. Their origin and details of preparation and characterization are presented. Thirty-six laboratories participated in the international certification program by providing approximately 16000 results for 65 elements. One or more of the reference soils were certified for 18 elements and preliminary data were obtained for another 47.  相似文献

Twenty-four geochemical reference samples have been analysed far barium using the stable isotope dilution technique. These include five CRPG, ten ANRT, six Nimroc and two CCRMP samples together with the Tonalite from Tanzania, Duplicate analyses have been made in each case and our values for barium are believed to be accurate to approximately 3 %. In general, our results are in good agreement with the published data except for Nimroc samples where our data are consistently lower than the presently accepted values. No evidence of sample inhomogeneities was observed in the present work.  相似文献

Concentrations of boron in 35 silicate reference materials are measured by thermal neutron capture gamma-ray spectrometry. Results are compared for NBS, USGS, and CCRMP reference materials with values from the literature. The use of two prompt gamma facilities at Los Alamos are discussed.  相似文献

Eleven rare earth elements (REE) have been determined in ten USGS and two CCRMP igneous rock standards using high performance ion chromatography. Duplicate analyses of two or more separately prepared aliquots of each sample were undertaken; reproducibility was better than 5% for each of the REE. In most cases, the results compare closely with published REE values for those samples for which the REE are well characterised. Where the results for individual elements are in disagreement with published data, the more erratic patterns yielded by the earlier data when plotted on chondrite-normalised REE diagrams suggest that values determined in this study are of greater accuracy.  相似文献

Elemental compostions of six CCRMP (TDB-1, WGB-1, UMT-1, WPR-1, WMG-1 and WMS-1) and one IWG (ZW-C) geochemical candidate reference materials were determined by XRF, ICP-AES, ICP-MS, GFAAS and other modern instrumental techniques. Total carbon and inorganic carbon were determined by coulometric titration for 18 National Bureau of Standards (NBS) Standard Reference Material (SRM) and 4 Canadian Certified Reference Project Standards (CCRMP). A wide range of carbon contents was represented in the samples, which included biological, geological, and environmental materials. The analytical data produced helps fill gaps in the available literature for total and inorganic carbon values.  相似文献
