辽西阜新中生代碱性玄武岩的K-Ar同位素年龄为84.76±1.67Ma, 其中含有丰富的深源岩石捕虏体, 包括角闪尖晶二辉橄榄岩、尖晶石二辉橄榄岩、含长角闪二辉石岩、二辉麻粒岩和辉石斜长片麻岩等。与新生代玄武岩中的同类捕虏体相比, 橄榄岩类捕虏体中橄榄石的成分相似 (Fo= 86~91), 透辉石具有富Al、贫Cr 和Ca 的特点, 尖晶石的成分以MgAl2 O4 为主, 有的橄榄岩捕虏体中含少量韭闪石。二辉麻粒岩捕虏体中的斜方辉石为紫苏辉石, 单斜辉石为普通辉石, 斜长石属于更长石。橄榄岩类捕虏体的平衡温度为1012.6℃~1272.1℃; 压力为1.825~2.935GPa, 二辉麻粒岩和片麻岩的平衡温度为892℃~1157℃。该类深源岩石捕虏体的发现对中国东部中生代上地幔和下地壳的研究均具有重要意义。  相似文献

鲁西中生代侵入岩依次生成辉长岩系列、二辉石闪长岩系列、角闪闪长岩系列、二长岩系列和正长岩系列(林景仟等,1989)。近年来,我们在属于二辉石闪长岩系列的莱芜铁铜沟岩体、矿山岩体和邹平茶叶山岩体中发现了大量不同成因类型的橄榄岩类包体。这些包体为认识鲁西地区中生代岩浆起源、岩石圈结构及上地幔中的超镁铁质岩浆作用提供了重要的信息。 1.包体成因类型及岩石学特征所发现的橄榄岩类包体的主要岩石类型有纯橄岩、方辉橄榄岩、二辉橄榄岩和橄辉岩;以前两类为主,与二辉岩、单辉辉石岩、辉闪岩和角闪岩包体相伴生。根据岩石结构和矿物成分特征,这些包体可划分为亏损型上地幔纯橄榄岩、方辉  相似文献

一、概述中国东部新生代碱性玄武岩系列的火山岩中广泛分布着超镁铁岩包体。这些包体是我们直接能观察到的该地区上地幔的标本。它对于了解该地区上地幔物质组成和地温分布具有重要的意义。现仅就收集到的包体资料,侧重对其温度压力条件进行估计,尝试着对这些地区上地幔的组成和地温分布进行一些讨论。超镁铁岩包体主要是尖晶石二辉橄榄岩。在浙江和福建等地还分布有石榴石二辉橄榄岩。此外,还有少量的纯橄榄岩、斜方辉石岩、单斜辉石岩、二辉石岩,含角闪石的尖晶石二辉橄榄岩  相似文献

辽西中生代玄武岩中幔源气榄岩捕虏体的岩石学、矿物学和地球化学研究表明,中生代岩石圈地幔是由古老富集型的岩石圈地幔和新增生的岩石圈地幔所组成。前者以角闪尖晶二辉橄榄岩为代表,它经历了富钠质的地幔交代作用。橄榄岩类捕虏体富含轻稀土元素,并具有较高的ω(^87Sr)/ω(^86Sr)比值;后者以二辉石岩为代表,具典型堆积结构,与本区尖晶石二辉橄榄岩相比,具有较高的稀土元素丰度。在矿物成分和稀土元素丰度上,本区辉石岩捕虏体类似于中国东部新生代玄武岩中幔源辉石岩捕虏体,这意味着辉石岩捕虏体可能是上地幔中更早期的岩浆堆积体。  相似文献

对我国西部新疆托云地区中新生代火山岩中的深源岩石包体进行了波速计算,并与地球物理深部探测技术相结合,共同限定了西南天山深部壳-幔过渡带的组成和性质.托云地区麻粒岩、橄榄岩的计算波速分别是6.98~7.36km/s、7.96~8.47km/s.这些结果与地震反射探测地震波速的对比,说明在西南天山岩石圈剖面中的40~48km处存在较明显的壳-幔过渡带.过渡带自上而下主要由石英麻粒岩、辉石麻粒岩和橄榄石/石榴石麻粒岩组成,然后进入尖晶石相二辉橄榄岩组成的上地幔.这样的岩石圈壳-幔结构可以用岩浆底侵-变质作用来解释.  相似文献

作者研究发现山东胜利1号、辽宁50号、51号及42号岩体中,见有纯橄岩、石榴二辉橄榄岩、尖晶二辉橄榄岩及云母橄榄岩包体;河北涉县及山东红旗2号金伯利岩中见有榴辉岩包体。包体形态为浑圆状、椭圆状,其大小为1-15cm。纯橄岩和石榴二辉橄榄岩比其寄主金伯利岩富含Cr_2O_3、NiO_3、贫CaO、CO_2、K_2O、Na_2O、TiO_2和Al_2O_3,其稀土配分模式为LREE富集型。根据深源岩石包体的温度、压力条件的估算,认为纯橄岩和石榴二辉橄榄岩来自上地幔深处,为上地幔局部熔融的残余物,而河北涉县金伯利岩中榴辉岩包体来自下地壳,云母橄榄岩类为软流圈顶部的地幔交代作用带上的岩石,尖晶二辉橄榄岩是来自上地幔较浅部位,它们为金伯利岩浆的偶然捕虏体。  相似文献

鲁西中生代辉长-闪长岩中包含有变晶结构和堆积结构两种类型辉石岩类捕虏体,它们的矿物化学和岩石地球化学特征可同中国东部新生代玄武岩中的辉石岩类包体相对比.它们代表了上地幔两次岩浆底侵事件的产物.辉石岩类捕虏体母岩浆来自于含有陆壳物质的软流圈及其上部岩石圈地幔的部分熔融.辉石岩类捕虏体是由该母岩浆高压分离结晶堆积的产物.辉石岩的母岩浆在上地幔的运移是引起鲁西中生代岩石圈地幔富硅质交代作用的主要因素.  相似文献

本文对甘肃好梯超镁铁煌斑岩中上地幔包体和巨晶进行了详细研究,结果表明本区尖晶石二辉橄榄岩包体来自大约62km深处,而石榴石二辉橄榄岩来自约92km深处。后者在岩相学、矿物学方面表现出明显的地幔交代作用特征,表明石榴石二辉橄榄岩为与寄主煌斑岩有关的成因包体。另外本区两种单斜辉石巨晶和橄榄石巨晶为高压结晶作用的产物。  相似文献

江西安远县路迳产出的超基性岩筒,是幔源岩浆岩的一个特殊类型,命名为金伯利质煌斑岩。岩筒的Rb- Sr等时线年龄37Ma。该岩筒中含有幔源单斜辉石巨晶和辉石岩、尖晶石橄榄岩、石榴石辉石岩包体,这些巨晶和包体来自上地幔不同深度。本文应用傅立叶变换红外光谱研究了该岩筒中巨晶单斜辉石和3种包体中辉石的含水性,探讨辉石含水量与其成分及来源深度的关系。单斜辉石以3607~3630cm_(-1)和3522~3542cm_(-1)两组吸收谱带为主,斜方辉石存在3410  相似文献

Mafic and ultramafic xenoliths in a basaltic cone at The Anakies in south-eastern Australia are geochemically equivalent to continental basaltic magmas and cumulates. The xenolith microstructures range from recognizably meta-igneous for intrusive rocks to granoblastic for garnet pyroxenites. Contact relationships between different rock types within some xenoliths suggest a complex petrogenesis of multiple intrusive, metamorphic and metasomatic events at the crust/mantle boundary during the evolution of south-eastern Australia. Unaltered spinel lher-zolite, typical of the uppermost eastern Australian mantle, is interleaved with or veined by the metamorphosed intrusive rocks of basaltic composition. Geothermobarometry calculations by a variety of methods show a concordance of equilibration temperatures ranging from 880°C to 980°C and pressures of 12 to 18 kbar (1200-1800 mPa). These physical conditions span the gabbro to granulite to eclogite transition boundaries. The water-vapour pressure during equilibration is estimated to be about 0.5% of the load pressure, using amphibole breakdown data. Large fluid inclusions of pure CO2 are abundant in the mineral phases in the xenoliths, and it is suggested that flux of CO2 from the mantle has been an important heat source and fluid medium during metamorphism of the mafic and ultramafic protoliths at the lower crust/upper mantle boundary. The calculated pressures and temperatures suggest that the south-eastern Australian crust has sustained a high geothermal gradient. In addition, the nature of the mineral assemblages and the contact relationships of granulitic rock with spinel lherzolite, characteristic of mantle material, suggest that the Moho is not a discrete feature in this region, but is represented by a transition zone approximately 20 km thick. These inferences are in agreement with geophysical data (including seismic, heat-flow and electrical resistivity data) determined for south-eastern Australia. Underplating at the crust/mantle boundary by continental basaltic magmas may be an important alternative or additional mechanism to the conventional andesite model for crustal accretion.  相似文献

柴胡栏子金矿位于华北板块北缘,属中温热液蚀变岩型金矿。金成矿与矿区北部的早中生代辉石闪长岩体有密切关系。在辉石闪长岩体内发育大量包体,可以分为基性麻粒岩和角闪岩两类包体。包体的地球化学、形成温压条件表明基性岩包体为来源于大陆下地壳的基性麻粒岩包体,来源深度大约相当于下地壳中部-中上部位置,为早中生代时期底侵作用的产物。角闪岩包体来源于下地壳上部-中地壳下部位置,被上升岩浆带至地壳浅部。包体和寄主岩石具有相似的地球化学和氧、铅、锶、钕同位素特征,说明二者具有相同的岩浆来源。基性麻粒岩包体为底侵作用早期形成的堆晶岩受到后续岩浆的烘烤发生麻粒岩化形成。基性麻粒岩和寄主岩石辉石闪长岩与金矿床形成的密切时空关系显示底侵作用对柴胡栏子金矿含矿流体形成、运移和矿质富集有重要控制作用,其中 H2O和CO2等挥发性组分对控制流体形成和演化有至关重要作用。基性麻粒岩包体发育为成柴胡栏子金矿成矿物质来源于深部提供了有力的证据。  相似文献

The SIMS U-Pb isotopic age of zircons from enderbite gneisses and their metaorthopyroxenite xenoliths in the Pobuzhie granulite complex, Ukrainian Shield (48°13′57.3″ N and 29°59′21.5″ E, WGS84 system), was determined. The chemical compositions of these rocks and composing minerals were studied. Enderbite gneisses contain quartz, antiperthite plagioclase, K-feldspar, clinoenstatite, diopside, amphibole, and a small amount of biotite; accessory minerals are ilmenite and apatite. The age of zircon from enderbite gneiss is estimated at about 3.15 Ga. Metaorthopyroxenites are composed of orthopyroxene, clinopyroxene, phlogopite (up to 6% TiO2), and plagioclase. The age of magmatic zircons from metaorthopyroxenite determined by the upper intercept of the discordia with the concordia is 3485 ± 33 Ma (MSVD = 1.6), and the age of metamorphic zircons is 2742 ± 22 Ma (MSVD = 0.22). Hence, the enderbite gneisses studied pertain to a young group of enderbites in the Pobuzhie granulite complex, while the age of metaorthopyroxenites from xenoliths in these rocks is similar to that of ancient Pobuzhie enderbites and pyroxenites of the Novopavlovsk complex in the Azov Region.  相似文献

华北地台麻粒岩包体(汉诺坝)与麻粒岩地体(西望山、蔓菁沟)存在明显的岩石地球化学特征差异,麻粒岩包体总体成分偏基性,麻粒岩地体总体成分偏长英质。形成时间、空间及构造背景的不同是造成成分差异的重要因素。汉诺坝麻粒岩包体是在拉线环境下玄武质岩浆底侵下地壳后结晶分异过程中堆晶作用的结果,其主、微量元素成分受控于辉石和斜长石堆晶的相对比例;下地壳物质的混染作用不是造成麻粒岩包体Nb、Ta、Th、U亏损的惟一因素,底侵的玄武质岩浆可能发生了含钛矿物相的结晶分离,造成了汉诺坝麻粒岩包体Nb、Ta亏损,而下地壳的麻粒岩相变质作用则使Th、U发生亏损。麻粒岩地体存在两种不同性质的微量元素组成,反映了两种不同构造环境的并置,是构造挤压抬升的结晶。  相似文献

A diverse assemblage of small mafic and ultramafic xenolithsoccurs in alkalic lava from Davidson and Pioneer seamounts locatedat the continental margin of central California. Based on mineralcompositions and textures, they form three groups: (1) mantlexenoliths of lherzolite, pyroxenite, and dunite with olivineof >Fo90; (2) ocean crust xenoliths of dunite with olivine<Fo90, troctolite, pyroxene-gabbro, and anorthosite withlow-K2O plagioclase; (3) cumulates of seamount magmas of alkalicgabbro with primary amphibole and biotite and anorthosites withhigh-K2O plagioclase. The alkalic cumulates are geneticallyrelated to, but more evolved than, their host lavas and probablycrystallized at the margins of magma reservoirs. Modeling andcomparison with experimentally derived phases suggest an originat moderate pressures (0·5–0·9 GPa). Thehigh volatile contents of the alkalic host lavas may have pressurizedthe magma chambers and helped to propel the xenolith-bearinglavas directly from deep storage at the base of the lithosphereto the eruption site on the ocean floor, entraining fragmentsof the upper mantle and ocean crust cumulates from the underlyingabandoned spreading center. Rarely occurring clinopyroxene-plagioclase bearing, felsic granulite and skarn xenoliths were studied from the mantle and crustal xenolith-bearing alkaline basaltic and pyroclastic localities of the Bakony–Balaton Highland Volcanic Field (W-Hungary). Geobarometry and geothermometry of the xenoliths made it possible to categorise them in three groups according to their depth of formation. The first group formed in the lower crust together with mafic and metasedimentary granulites. The second group represents magmatic intrusions of the middle crust, and the third one comprises contact metamorphic rocks of relatively shallow origin. The calculated pressure difference from the core and rim compositions of plagioclase and clinopyroxene as well as garnet breakdown reactions in some xenoliths show evidence for pressure decrease due to crustal thinning both in lower crustal and middle crustal xenoliths during formation of the Pannonian Basin. Fluid inclusion studies reveal the dominance of the CO2-rich fluids in the whole crustal section in contrast with fluids found in mafic garnet-bearing xenoliths. Crustal stratigraphy was constructed for the periods prior to the extension and after the extension on the basis of geobarometry and geophysical data. On the basis of mineral stabilities and geothermo-barometry, we estimated that the pre-extensional thickness of the lower and upper crust may have been 27–34 and 26–28?km, respectively. Comparison of pre-extensional and present-day thickness of the lower and upper crust indicate that thinning affected both the lower and the upper portion of the crust but on a different scale. The calculated thinning factors are between 2.25 and 3.4 for the lower crust and 1.3–1.56 for the upper crust.  相似文献

A suite of spinel lherzolite and wehrlite xenoliths from a Devonian kimberlite dyke near Kandalaksha, Kola Peninsula, Russia, has been studied to determine the nature of the lithospheric mantle beneath the northern Baltic Shield. Olivine modal estimates and Fo content in the spinel lherzolite xenoliths reveal that the lithosphere beneath the Archaean–Proterozoic crust has some similarities to Phanerozoic lithospheric mantle elsewhere. Modal metasomatism is indicated by the presence of Ti-rich and Ti-poor phlogopite, pargasite, apatite and picroilmenite in the xenoliths. Wehrlite xenoliths are considered to represent localised high-pressure cumulates from mafic–ultramafic melts trapped within the mantle as veins or lenses. Equilibration temperatures range from 775 to 969 °C for the spinel lherzolite xenoliths and from 817 to 904 °C for the wehrlites.

Laser ablation ICP-MS data for incompatible trace elements in primary clinopyroxenes and metasomatic amphiboles from the spinel lherzolites show moderate levels of LREE enrichment. Replacement clinopyroxenes in the wehrlites are less enriched in LREE but richer in TiO2. Fractional melt modelling for Y and Yb concentrations in clinopyroxenes from the spinel lherzolites indicates 7–8% partial melting of a primitive source. Such a volume of partial melt could be related to the 2.4–2.5 Ga intrusion of basaltic magmas (now metamorphosed to garnet granulites) in the lower crust of the northern Baltic Shield. The lithosphere beneath the Kola Peninsula has undergone several episodes of metasomatism. Both the spinel lherzolites and wehrlites were subjected to an incomplete carbonatitic metasomatic event, probably related to an early carbonatitic phase associated with the 360–380 Ma Devonian alkaline magmatism. This resulted in crystallisation of secondary clinopyroxene rims at the expense of primary orthopyroxenes, with development of secondary forsteritic olivine and apatite. Two separate metasomatic events resulted in the crystallisation of the Ti–Fe-rich amphibole, phlogopite and ilmenite in the wehrlites and the low Ti–Fe amphibole and phlogopite in the spinel lherzolites. Alternatively, a single metasomatic event with a chemically evolving melt may have produced the significant compositional differences seen in the amphibole and phlogopite between the spinel lherzolites and wehrlites. The calculated REE pattern of a melt in equilibrium with clinopyroxenes from a cpx-rich pocket is identical to that of the kimberlite host, indicating a close petrological relationship.  相似文献

Corona and inclusion textures of a metatroctolite at the contact between felsic granulite and migmatites of the Gföhl Unit from the Moldanubian Zone provide evidence of the magmatic and metamorphic evolution of the rocks. Numerous diopside inclusions (1–10 μm, maximum 20 μm in size) in plagioclase of anorthite composition represent primary magmatic textures. Triple junctions between the plagioclase grains in the matrix are occupied by amphibole, probably pseudomorphs after clinopyroxene. The coronae consist of a core of orthopyroxene, with two or three zones (layers); the innermost is characterized by calcic amphibole with minor spinel and relicts of clinopyroxene, the next zone consists of symplectite of amphibole with spinel, sapphirine and accessory corundum, and the outermost is formed by garnet and amphibole with relicts of spinel. The orthopyroxene forms a monomineralic aggregate that may contain a cluster of serpentine in the core, suggesting its formation after olivine. Based on mineral textures and thermobarometric calculations, the troctolite crystallized in the middle to lower crust and the coronae were formed during three different metamorphic stages. The first stage relates to a subsolidus reaction between olivine and anorthite to form orthopyroxene. The second stage involving amphibole formation suggests the presence of a fluid that resulted in the replacement of igneous orthopyroxene and governed the reaction orthopyroxene + anorthite = amphibole + spinel. The last stage of corona formation with amphibole + spinel + sapphirine indicates granulite facies conditions. Garnet enclosing spinel, and its occurrence along the rim of the coronae in contact with anorthite, suggests that its formation occurred either during cooling or both cooling and compression but still at granulite facies conditions. The zircon U–Pb data indicate Variscan ages for both the troctolite crystallization (c. 360 Ma) and corona formation during granulite facies metamorphism (c. 340 Ma) in the Gföhl Unit. The intrusion of troctolite and other Variscan mafic and ultramafic rocks is interpreted as a potential heat source for amphibolite–granulite facies metamorphism that led to partial re‐equilibration of earlier high‐ to ultrahigh‐P metamorphic rocks in the Moldanubian Zone. These petrological and geochronological data constrain the formation of HP–UHP rocks and arc‐related plutonic complex to westward subduction of the Moldanubian plate during the Variscan orogeny. After exhumation to lower and/or middle crust, the HP–UHP rocks underwent heating due to intrusion of mafic and ultramafic magma that was generated by slab breakoff and mantle upwelling.  相似文献

Although ultrahigh‐pressure (UHP) metamorphic rocks are present in many collisional orogenic belts, almost all exposed UHP metamorphic rocks are subducted upper or felsic lower continental crust with minor mafic boudins. Eclogites formed by subduction of mafic lower continental crust have not been identified yet. Here an eclogite occurrence that formed during subduction of the mafic lower continental crust in the Dabie orogen, east‐central China is reported. At least four generations of metamorphic mineral assemblages can be discerned: (i) hypersthene + plagioclase ± garnet; (ii) omphacite + garnet + rutile + quartz; (iii) symplectite stage of garnet + diopside + hypersthene + ilmenite + plagioclase; (iv) amphibole + plagioclase + magnetite, which correspond to four metamorphic stages: (a) an early granulite facies, (b) eclogite facies, (c) retrograde metamorphism of high‐pressure granulite facies and (d) retrograde metamorphism of amphibolite facies. Mineral inclusion assemblages and cathodoluminescence images show that zircon is characterized by distinctive domains of core and a thin overgrowth rim. The zircon core domains are classified into two types: the first is igneous with clear oscillatory zonation ± apatite and quartz inclusions; and the second is metamorphic containing a granulite facies mineral assemblage of garnet, hypersthene and plagioclase (andesine). The zircon rims contain garnet, omphacite and rutile inclusions, indicating a metamorphic overgrowth at eclogite facies. The almost identical ages of the two types of core domains (magmatic = 791 ± 9 Ma and granulite facies metamorphic zircon = 794 ± 10 Ma), and the Triassic age (212 ± 10 Ma) of eclogitic facies metamorphic overgrowth zircon rim are interpreted as indicating that the protolith of the eclogite is mafic granulite that originated from underplating of mantle‐derived magma onto the base of continental crust during the Neoproterozoic (c. 800 Ma) and then subducted during the Triassic, experiencing UHP eclogite facies metamorphism at mantle depths. The new finding has two‐fold significance: (i) voluminous mafic lower continental crust can increase the average density of subducted continental lithosphere, thus promoting its deep subduction; (ii) because of the current absence of mafic lower continental crust in the Dabie orogen, delamination or recycling of subducted mafic lower continental crust can be inferred as the geochemical cause for the mantle heterogeneity and the unusually evolved crustal composition.  相似文献
