采用单配位体模型对不同分解阶段浙江桂凋落物中溶解性有机物(DOM)与铜离子的络合进行了研究.结果表明,DOM中存在络合条件稳定常数较高但络合容量较小和络合条件稳定常数较低但络合容量较大的2种组分.各阶段条件稳定常数(K)和络合容量(L)各不相同,各阶段中1g K与L存在着显著的负相关性(r=0.88,P＜0.05);各组分对铜离子的络合能力排列顺序为:Ⅱa＞Ⅰa＞Ⅰb＞Ⅲa＞Ⅱb＞Ⅲb,半分解阶段中凋落物所释放的DOM对铜离子的络合条件稳定常数最大.这可能与其在分解不同阶段所释放物质不同有关. 相似文献

草原凋落物的分解及营养元素的释放和累积 总被引：1，自引：0，他引：1
草原凋落物的分解是草原生态系统物质循环的主要环节, 其中植物营养元素的释放和累积对退化草场恢复的进程和质量有着重要意义。本文从凋落物自身的性质、外部环境因素(生物及非生物因子)、混合效应等对凋落物分解速率的影响以及凋落物分解时植物营养元素的释放和累积两个方面论述了国内外对草原凋落物的分解及营养元素的生物地球化学行为的研究现状。一般情况下, 草原凋落物分解速率与凋落物自身的N、P、K等元素含量正相关, 与C/N、C/P、木质素、纤维素等的比值或含量值负相关, 而与周围环境中营养元素的组成及含量的关系不大。混合凋落物中不同种类凋落物的N、P含量及物种丰富度影响着非加性效应作用的效果。在凋落物分解过程中, 总体趋势表现为分解初级阶段对N的积累, 对P 和K的释放, 而对Na、Ca、Mg等营养元素来说, 随物种和根茎叶等部位的不同规律也不一样。凋落物中各元素的含量、凋落物分解阶段、物种类型、非加性效应、土壤环境等都是影响其营养元素释放和累积的因素。据此, 本文展望了草原凋落物未来可能的研究方向, 指出多因子的交互作用对草原凋落物分解的影响、凋落物混合分解机制探究、某些大量及微量营养元素的释放和累积可能是未来需要研究的重点。 相似文献

凋落物矿化分解是维持生态系统养分循环的关键过程,也是陆地生态系统C向大气释放的主要动力,因此影响和控制生态系统凋落物矿化分解的主要因素一直备受关注。土地沙漠化是科尔沁沙地最严重的环境问题,并且导致土壤粗质化和贫瘠化,凋落物输入和矿化分解对于改善该地区土壤质地和养分状况至关重要。通过室内培养的方法,对科尔沁沙质草地27种主要植物叶凋落物矿化分解及其与凋落物C含量、N含量、木质素含量、C/N、木质素/N、极易分解有机物含量(LOMⅠ)、中易分解有机物含量(LOMⅡ)及难分解有机物含量(RP)等指标关系进行研究。结果表明:科尔沁沙地27种植物叶凋落物质量存在较大差异(P<0.001),相应的27种植物叶凋落物培养样品矿化有机碳总量和干物质损失量存在显著差异(P<0.001),分别在9.0mg C·g^(-1)干土至12.7mg C·g^(-1)干土和14.7%至40.4%之间变化。添加凋落物后培养样品的CO2释放总量显著大于对照(不添加凋落物),说明土壤中添加凋落物后,培养样品的有机碳矿化速率明显增大。27种植物叶凋落物矿化有机碳总量以及损失干物质总量与凋落物的N含量、C/N、木质素/N、LOMⅠ、LOMⅡ和RP等指标存在显著的相关性,叶凋落物的矿化分解主要受LOMⅠ和木质素/N的影响。 相似文献

本研究通过收集国内已发表的文献中具有凋落物分解常数的数据,采用SPSS13.0软件综合分析中国森林凋落物分解速率的影响因素.结果发现:凋落物类型对凋落物分解速率有显著影响(P0.05),凋落叶氮含量与分解速率呈极显著正相关(P0.01).在同一样地的研究中,混合分解的凋落叶分解常数极显著高于单独分解的(P0.01).叶习性对凋落叶分解速率没有显著影响(P0.05),但在中国的温带地区则有显著影响(P0.05).在全国尺度上树种组成对凋落物分解速率没有显著影响(P0.05).凋落叶分解速率与经度、年均温和降水量成极显著正相关(P0.01),与纬度和海拔成极显著负相关(P0.01).凋落叶分解速率的Q10值为1.768.网袋孔径与土壤类型对凋落叶分解速率亦均有极显著影响(P0.01). 相似文献

应用网袋法对福建省万木林自然保护区米槠(Castanopsis carlesii)凋落叶、杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)凋落叶及其混合样品分解进行了为期2年的研究.结果表明:Olson指数衰减模型能够较好地模拟不同凋落叶的分解过程.杉木凋落叶的分解速率快于米槠凋落叶(前者的年分解常数为0.499 2,后者的为0.438 0),凋落叶自身的质量特性及林地土壤环境条件是影响凋落叶分解的主要因子.杉木和米槠凋落叶混合物在杉木林内的分解表现为促进作用(年分解常数为0.560 4),而在米槠林内则表现为抑制作用(年分解常数为0.410 4),表明群落性质的差异对凋落叶混合分解有明显的影响. 相似文献

在全球气候变化的大背景下,森林碳输入数量和质量的潜在变化将影响森林土壤CO_2排放。目前室内研究有关外源有机物输入对森林土壤CO_2排放的影响多集中于凋落物和死细根的添加,对为土壤微生物生长和代谢过程提供重要养分和能量来源的可溶性有机质(dissolved organic matter,DOM)则较少人涉及。本研究比较单次添加不同浸提比例(样品:去离子水=1∶10和1∶5)(即不同浓度)的叶片DOM到土壤中,采用恒温培养(25℃),测定不同培养时期土壤CO_2排放速率及土壤微生物生物量碳(microbial biomass carbon,MBC)含量和土壤呼吸熵(q CO_2)差异。研究结果表明:米槠凋落叶DOM比杉木凋落叶DOM含有更多大分子量的、腐殖化程度较高的难分解化合物;添加浸提比例为1∶5的2种树种凋落叶DOM到土壤中,土壤MBC含量表现为随培养时间延长而降低,且添加杉木凋落叶DOM的土壤MBC含量高于添加米槠凋落叶DOM土壤的MBC含量;土壤q CO_2值表现为添加米槠凋落叶DOM杉木凋落叶DOM,在培养第10天、第31天和第80天,添加1∶5浸提米槠凋落叶DOM的土壤q CO_2值分别为添加相同浸提比例杉木凋落叶DOM的1.71,1.29和1.14倍。添加1∶10浸提米槠凋落叶DOM后土壤q CO_2值在培养前30天呈下降趋势,从培养31天开始呈现上升趋势。添加不同树种凋落叶DOM后,土壤CO_2排放速率均呈现前期快速增加而后逐渐下降,最终趋于平缓的趋势。培养第1天时,添加浸提比例为1∶5的米槠凋落叶DOM和杉木凋落叶DOM后土壤CO_2排放速率分别比对照(去离子水)处理高71.9%和30.7%,添加浸提比例为1∶10的米槠凋落叶DOM和杉木凋落叶DOM土壤CO_2排放速率则是对照的1.47倍和1.34倍。不同性质、不同浓度DOM显著影响土壤CO_2排放速率和土壤微生物学性质,这些发现对深入理解森林土壤碳吸存机理具有重要的科学价值,对于完善森林碳循环模型和预测未来气候变化对森林碳吸存的影响等有重要的作用。 相似文献

为明确养分受限环境中凋落物的分解特征及调控因素,以古尔班通古特沙漠5种不同生活型植物粗柄独尾草(Eremurus inderiensis)、尖喙牻牛儿苗(Erodium oxyrrhynchum)、芦苇(Phragmites communis)、花花柴(Karelinia caspia)和小果白刺(Nitraria sibirica)为对象,利用分解网袋法,研究了典型植物各器官(叶、茎、根)凋落物的分解过程。结果表明:(1)不同生活型植物各器官凋落物的质量损失过程可以用负指数衰减模型较好地拟合(R2>0.70),经过629 d的分解,物种间及同一植物各器官间凋落物的分解速率存在显著差异,粗柄独尾草和尖喙牻牛儿苗的分解快于芦苇、花花柴和小果白刺,5种植物叶、根凋落物的分解快于茎,而叶和根分解的快慢具有明显的种间差异;(2)凋落物分解过程中N、P养分动态因物种、器官类型而异,5种植物茎凋落物呈现不同程度的养分固持,而粗柄独尾草和尖喙牻牛儿苗的叶、根表现为N、P养分的净释放;(3)初始化学组成对根、茎凋落物分解的影响比叶重要,其中,初始养分含量和难降解成分是限制根分解的主要因子。凋落物初始化学组成是预测温带荒漠凋落物分解的重要因素,而其重要性受植物生活型和器官类型的影响,因此,未来气候变化下,植物物种或植物生物量分配的变化所引起的凋落物质量改变,可能会对荒漠生态系统碳和养分循环产生较大影响。 相似文献

内河DOM降解的三维荧光、紫外光谱研究——以白马河为例 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
利用三维荧光光谱、紫外光谱手段,研究白马河水样中DOM在微生物作用下的分解情况,经过微生物分解204 h后DOC的浓度下降为23%.根据双指数方程拟合,水样中易分解组分占总量的63.2%,易分解组分与难分解组分的分解常数分别为0.102 h-1,0.002 57 h-1.随着培养时间的延长,水样三维荧光光谱中单位浓度有机物的荧光强度有不同程度的提高.根据水样的紫外吸收光谱分析,培养过程中SUVA254 nm有逐步升高的趋势,而溶液250 nm与365 nm吸收的比值没有明显变化. 相似文献
