通过测试不同Cl~-(NaCl)掺量磷酸镁水泥(MPC)浸取液中离子浓度及MPC硬化体的孔结构和吸水率,研究了Cl~-掺量和浸取时间对MPC硬化体平均孔径、孔隙率、孔径分布、孔体积分布、吸水率、MPC浸取液中Cl~-、Na~+、OH~-、Mg~(2+)、PO■和K~+浓度的影响,结果表明外掺Cl~-对MPC孔结构、离子溶出及吸水率有显著影响,当Cl~-掺量为1%时,MPC硬化体结构密实、孔隙率低、平均孔径小、吸水率小、MPC水化产物在水中的溶蚀量小。 相似文献

硫酸浸出法制备硼酸的废弃母液经过浮选法分离产生的硫酸镁中通常含有硼酸等杂质,为了研究硼酸对硫氧镁水泥凝结硬化及力学性能的影响,以改性硫氧镁水泥(MOS)为基础体系,测试了硼酸含量对硫氧镁水泥凝结时间、抗压和抗折强度的影响,讨论了硼酸对硫氧镁水泥抗水性、水化产物及微观形貌的影响。结果表明:硫氧镁水泥的凝结时间随硼酸含量的增加而延长;硼酸可以明显降低硫氧镁水泥的早期强度,对后期强度的降低作用不及早期明显;试件浸水28 d后,较高含量的硼酸提高了试件抗压强度的软化系数,而降低了抗折强度的软化系数,因此硫酸镁中硼酸含量不应超过0.7%;硫酸镁中硼酸含量不影响硫氧镁水泥水化产物的组成,但降低了水化产物的结晶度并改变其显微结构。 相似文献

青海盐湖资源丰富,在盐湖提锂过程中副产了大量含锂Mg(OH)_2镁渣,由于利用条件和工艺的限制,其大部分被企业堆置放弃,造成资源的严重浪费和生态环境的破坏,因此提锂副产镁渣的高值化利用具有重要的意义。本研究仅采用盐湖提锂副产镁渣和可溶性铝盐作为原料,采用水热法成功制备了SO~(2-)和CO~(2+)_3插层的镁基层状复合金属氢氧化物(LDHs)。并通过XRD、FT-IR、Raman、TG-DTG等手段对产物的结构、形貌等进行了表征。制备过程中不需要加入其他碱作为沉淀剂,不产生钠盐或铵盐等副产物,产物只需少量水洗涤即可,是一种绿色、经济的制备工艺。此外,在反应过程中可将镁渣中90%的锂进行回收,不仅实现了副产镁渣的高值化利用,还回收了夹带的锂,对盐湖镁锂资源综合高效利用提供了一种有效途径。 相似文献

本文探讨了盐湖副产氯化镁应用于炼钢冶金造渣的可行性。以盐湖水氯镁石和石灰为原料,通过化学合成制备了氧化镁,再将氧化镁与石灰、粘结剂混配成型制备炼钢用镁钙造渣剂,考察了粘结剂硼酸的不同用量时造渣剂形成的球团强度和抗压强度及微观结构变化;同时研究了不同煅烧温度、煅烧时间、氧化镁掺杂量的情况下,造渣剂的活性及杂质脱除率。实验结果表明,利用该方法制备的镁钙造渣剂应用于钢铁冶金造渣过程,可有效地脱除碳、磷、硫、硅等杂质成分,提高转炉冶炼的冶金效果的同时实现了盐湖资源再利用,具有较好的推广应用前景。 相似文献

以盐湖提锂副产镁渣为原料,经洗涤煅烧制备活性MgO,并与七水硫酸镁混合制备硫氧镁水泥。研究了原料配比(活性MgO:MgSO4:H2O,摩尔比)对硫氧镁水泥试件凝结时间、安定性和抗压强度的影响,并利用XRD和SEM分析试件的物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明:固定H值,随着M值的增大,MOS浆体的凝结时间缩短,28 d的抗压强度先增加后降低,主要水化产物517相先增多后减少,晶体的微观形貌经历了由针丝状晶体—针丝状、短棒状晶体并存—凝胶状、针棒状晶体并存的转变过程;当M=9时,MOS浆体的安定性较差,主要水化产物逐渐变为Mg(OH)2相;固定M值,随着H值的增大,MOS浆体的凝结时间延长,28 d的抗压强度先增加后降低,主要水化产物的种类没有发生明显的变化,当H≥26时,MOS浆体的安定性较差;得出较佳的M值范围为5~7,H值范围为20~24。 相似文献
