矢量地图叠加分析在实际场景使用中经常需要处理各种大规模复杂空间数据,因此算法整体分析效率的提升尤其重要.该文重点针对较大多边形对象和大量较小多边形对象的叠加分析使用场景,提出了一种有较强针对性的基于非均匀多级网格索引的矢量地图叠加分析(Non-uniform Multi-level Grid Index Overlay,NMGIO)算法,包括索引构建、网格过滤、叠加计算、拓扑构面4个步骤,通过对待分析数据集和叠加对象双向建立非均匀多级网格索引,利用数据的空间分布特点从根本上提升叠加分析效率.同时给出了算法整体时间复杂度和由C++语言实现的原型系统叠加分析效果验证.  相似文献

DBSCAN是一种基于密度的聚类算法,其能从包含噪声点的数据集中发现任意形状的聚类并且无需预先设定聚类个数,因此得到了广泛应用。但随着数据规模的增大,迭代式的点间距离计算导致经典单机串行DBSCAN算法的性能显著下降,使之无法满足实际应用的效率需求。为此,该文提出一种性能改进的分布式并行聚类算法——KDSG-DBSCAN。该算法利用K-D Tree邻域查询减少点间距离计算次数,利用图连通算法优化局部类簇合并过程,并基于Apache Spark MapReduce平台实现了计算过程的并行化。通过4组对比实验,分析了KDSGDBSCAN、经典DBSCAN与未使用图连通的KDS-DBSCAN算法的执行效率、KDSG-DBSCAN各子阶段执行时间占比、不同数据规模下KDSG-DBSCAN的扩展性以及不同计算节点数量和CPU核数下KDSG-DBSCAN的扩展性。结果表明,KDSG-DBSCAN算法具有良好的可扩展性和加速比。  相似文献

在分析现有非结构化网格剖分算法的基础上,提出了一种GIS支持下的改进分治算法实现约束Delaunay三角网格剖分.该方法利用了GIS的空间拓扑关系对算法输入数据进行预处理,基于三角形的统一数据结构实现了网格细化,对输出剖分网格进行准确的拓扑和约束条件的检查,并基于推进阵面算法思想,结合空间邻近拓扑关系实现了三角剖分节点和网格的重新编号,方便了实际问题中开边界条件的赋值,提高了计算效率.实例应用表明,该方法大大简化了数值模型非结构化网格剖分的前处理过程,集成了几种综合算法的优点,在保证原分治算法时间复杂度的基础上,提高了约束条件下Delaunay三角网格生成的质量.  相似文献

为提高分布式并行计算环境下海量空间数据管理与并行化处理的效率,基于并行空间索引机制的研究,设计一种多层并行R树空间索引结构。该索引结构以高效率的并行空间数据划分策略为基础,以经典的并行计算方法论为依据,使其结构设计在保证能够获得较好的负载平衡性能的前提下,更适合于海量空间数据的并行化处理。以空间范围查询并行处理的系统响应时间为性能评估指标,通过实验证明并行空间索引结构具有设计合理、性能高效的特点。  相似文献

作为GIS的核心功能之一,空间分析逐步向处理数据海量化及分析过程复杂化方向发展,以往的串行算法渐渐不能满足人们对空间分析在计算效率、性能等方面的需求,并行空间分析算法作为解决目前问题的有效途径受到越来越多的关注。该文在简要介绍空间分析方法和并行计算技术的基础上,着重从矢量算法与栅格算法两方面阐述了目前并行空间分析算法的研究进展,评述了在空间数据自身特殊性的影响下并行空间分析算法的发展方向及存在的问题,探讨了在计算机软硬件技术高速发展的新背景下并行空间分析算法设计面临的机遇与挑战。  相似文献

分析了分布式数据库HBase的存储模型;结合对HBase集群技术的研究,设计了基于HBase的矢量空间数据存储模型和一种基于MapReduce的并行构建网格空间索引方法,使得海量空间矢量数据的网格索引构建分配到各子节点进行,大大加快索引构建的处理速度;最后,利用HBase集群环境对所提出的方法进行验证,该方法具有较好的可行性和较高的效率.  相似文献

为实现高保真矢量地图的版权保护,提出一种基于节点特征的矢量地图零水印算法。该方案以矢量地图线图元节点为基础,先采用道格拉斯一普克压缩算法提取特征节点,然后采用K-means聚类算法对特征点进行分块,最后根据各个分块内的特征点到聚类中心点距离的关系提取特征信息。处理水印图像时,先采用基于完全互补码的扩频技术扩大水印容量,然后采用混沌置乱保障水印的安全,再对水印图像进行分块处理,最后将水印信息与提取到的地图特征进行异或运算,由此构造出能够抗几何变化、简化、数据扰动等攻击的零水印参数。结果表明,该方案能够解决传统水印算法中地图精度与水印鲁棒性间的矛盾,并通过添加多重秘钥的方式保障了算法的安全性。  相似文献

P2P计算通过大量自治的节点协作共享资源与计算,为空间数据和空间操作的分布提供了新的分布式计算模式。分布在不同Peer上的空间数据库节点通过P2P协作构成一个超级全局空间数据库,全局空间数据目录是P2P环境下快速定位空间数据资源和空间计算节点的关键技术。Peer数据库节点的数据模式、元数据、资源状态参数等抽象为一系列关键词集合。全局目录基于Peer空间数据库节点的外包矩形进行动态聚类并建立P2P环境下的空间索引,支持Peer空间数据库节点的动态加入和退出,支持复杂空间查询和关键词查询。该文给出了全局空间数据目录的组织模型、P2P空间数据索引及空间资源发现算法。  相似文献

非结构化网格剖分是数值模拟的关键技术之一,网格质量直接影响到计算的收敛性和精确度。在GIS辅助建立非结构化网格空间拓扑关系的基础上,针对GIS和实际研究问题给出Spring-Laplace方法——一种新的单元尺度函数定义,在GIS空间算法下利用该方法优化节点位置,并基于推进阵面算法的思想,结合空间邻近拓扑关系实现了三角剖分节点和网格的重新编号算法,方便了开边界条件的赋值,提高了计算效率。实例表明,该方法大大提高了网格生成质量,能适应FVCOM数值模型对非结构化网格剖分的要求,其收敛速度快,具有较高的运算效率。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
