基于PS-DR-DP理论模型的区域资源环境承载力综合评价   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7

资源环境承载力状态评价研究成果众多,研究视角多侧重于“压力—状态—响应”模型的传统途径。本文构建了区域资源环境承载力综合评价框架体系,通过建立“PS-DR-DP”正六边形相互作用力理论模型,将资源环境承载力分解为“压力—支撑力”“破坏力—恢复力”“退化力—提升力”三对相互作用力,分别对应资源支撑能力、环境容量和风险灾害抵御能力,根据不同作用力大小变化所引起的六边形的形状和面积的变化综合测度区域资源环境承载力状态的变化。基于上述理论模型,采用分类排列多边形图示法,研究了北京市2010-2015年资源环境承载力状态的变化。结果表明,2010-2015年北京市资源环境承载力趋于理想承载状态。2010年正向因子综合承载作用力与负向因子综合承载作用力的比值为1.0143,比值大于1,区域承载状态较好;而2015年该比值为1.1411。与2010年相比,2015年北京市资源环境承载状态相对更佳。2015年相比较于2010年,负向因子作用力均减弱,正向因子综合作用力增强。2015年人口规模为2171万,承载贡献均值为0.7025,进入最佳承载门槛,且仍具有进一步承载的空间。研究结论对北京市2020年人口规模控制在2300万以内提供了理论支撑。  相似文献

深度挖掘乡村功能价值是实现乡村全面振兴的重要途径,论文通过构建乡村功能综合评价指标体系,运用GIS和泰尔指数,揭示了2016年长江经济带130个市(区)乡村“生产-生活-生态”功能地区差异特征和差异来源,并进行功能分区。研究结果显示:① 长江经济带乡村功能具有显著的空间分异特征,农业生产功能强的区域集中在中游和下游平原地区;人居生活功能强的区域集中在下游省会及核心发展城市周边;生态保育功能强的区域在上游和中游山地丘陵地区。② 乡村功能总体区域差异来源于上、中、下游地区内部差异,农业生产功能在上游内部区域差异显著,人居生活功能和生态保育功能在下游内部区域差异显著,中游地区乡村功能整体区域差异较小。③ 基于研究结果将研究区划分农业生产区、人居生活区、生态保育区、人居生活-农业生产复合区、人居生活-生态保育复合区、生态保育-农业生产复合区、农业生产-人居生活-生态保育综合发展区和农业生产-人居生活-生态保育综合协调区8种功能类型区,可为完善长江经济带乡村功能的空间布局提供科学依据。  相似文献

基于主体功能区划的湖南省乡村转型发展评价   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2  
乡村转型是实现乡村可持续发展的重要路径,确立与主体功能定位相协调的乡村转型路径与政策,是促进区域城乡融合发展、实现乡村振兴的重要举措。本文以湖南省为例,围绕人口、土地、产业等乡村转型发展3类要素,构建乡村转型度评价指标体系,并计算各县(市、区)2006-2011年和2011-2016年2个阶段的乡村转型度,并基于主体功能区划方案分析各类主体功能区乡村转型发展差异及驱动机制。研究结果显示:受自然条件、区位因素、经济基础、政策环境等因素的影响,各主体功能区乡村转型特征存在差异;重点开发区乡村转型主要是城镇带动型,城镇辐射力、市场推动力以及农户决策力作用突出,乡村转型度高、乡村转型速度快;农产品主产区乡村转型主要是现代农业推动型,资源支撑力、政策推动力以及文化根植力起主导作用,乡村转型度较高、乡村转型速度较快;重点生态功能区乡村转型主要是政府推动型,受地形条件、经济基础以及资源环境约束,乡村转型度较低、转型速度较慢。各类主体功能区2011-2016年的乡村转型度相比于2006-2011年均有所提升。湖南省主体功能区规划方案在一定程度上体现了乡村发展的差异性,但其主体功能区政策在乡村转型发展过程中的引导作用有待进一步加强。  相似文献

三生空间视角下宁夏-内蒙古干旱区城市综合承载力研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
从三生空间视角对城市综合承载力进行探索,针对区情较为复杂的宁夏-内蒙古干旱区的10个城市,构建基于三生理念的城市综合承载力评价指标体系,比较各城市2010—2015年综合承载力水平及演变趋势,并通过障碍度诊断制约城市综合承载力发展的主要因素。结果表明:(1)宁夏-内蒙古干旱区城市综合承载力发展未形成有效的区域协同机制,城市综合承载力具有中部高、四周低的特点。(2)生产、生活、生态三大空间系统对城市综合承载力发展均有重要影响。其中,服务业人均产值、城市升级指数、工业单位土地产值、人均水资源总量、人均生活天然气用量、人均公共服务用水、地下水供水率、水资源损失率、降水丰沛度等9个指标是关键因素。据此,从发展现状、区域协同、障碍因素等方面有针对性地提出提高宁夏-内蒙古干旱区城市综合承载力的建议措施。  相似文献

不同时空尺度下,生态承载力对区域经济、社会和环境变化会作出不同程度的响应。利用可持续发展指数测度模型和生态承载力响应模型,对洞庭湖区2001-2010 年经济、社会和环境变化及其生态承载力响应进行分析。结果表明:① 2001 年以来洞庭湖区经济发展度和社会协调度一直呈上升趋势;生态系统的安全性和可持续性向良性转变;环境可持续度则呈波动性下降态势。② 洞庭湖区17 个县域的经济发展度和社会协调度均呈上升态势,可持续性呈现差异性地向弱可持续转变;岳阳市区、常德市区和益阳市区的经济发展度和社会协调度高于其他14 个县域,环境可持续度则下降最明显。③ 洞庭湖区生态承载力的响应状态分为强超载、超载、弱低载和低载4 类,不同时段县域生态承载力的响应状态差异明显;岳阳市区、常德市区和益阳市区社会经济发展水平较高,而其生态承载力响应状态则处于强超载,在区域发展水平上反映出湖区县域经济发展、社会进步、资源利用和环境质量的协调性较差。④ 环境可持续度在一定程度上成为提高生态承载力的重要基础,现行的“掠夺式”县域经济发展模式成为提高生态承载力的阻碍因子,由于社会经济发展过于依赖资源开发以及生态环境干扰,使得环境可持续度对于生态承载力与可持续发展指数的影响相对较弱,其实质往往是以牺牲生态环境为代价。  相似文献

辽中地区矿业城市是我国重要的能源生产和重工业基地,研究其生态承载力状况并预测其发展趋势,有利于区域经济、生态协调发展。基于资源保障率、环境承载力和社会经济增长相统一的原则,运用系统动力学方法建立了辽中地区矿业城市生态承载力评价模型,评价了1997-2006年研究区生态承载力状况,预测了2006-2020年研究区生态承载力变化趋势。结果表明:1997-2006年,辽中地区矿业城市生态承载力总体处于超载状态,但发展趋势差别显著。鞍山生态承载力指数从1.686下降到1.301,年均下降2.56%,但仍处于超载状态;抚顺生态承载力指数从1.169下降到0.909,年均下降2.49%,生态承载力从超载变为盈余;本溪生态承载力指数从1.070上升到1.249,年均上升1.56%,超载程度不断加大。2006-2020年,辽中地区矿业城市生态承载力总体上处于超载程度加大的趋势,鞍山、抚顺和本溪生态承载力指数年均增长率分别达到0.89%、1.56%和1.81%。作为矿业城市,鞍山、抚顺和本溪需要优先保障水资源和能源的供需平衡,改善水环境质量,从而达到生态承载力的提高。  相似文献

在国土空间规划“双评价”指南的基础上,针对陆域和海域,探索构建了“生态保护-农业生产-城镇建设”3大功能导向下的海岸带地区资源环境承载力评价指标体系。并以多源遥感数据及相关调查数据为基础,利用遥感、地理信息系统等手段,实证开展了海岸带地区资源环境承载力评价工作。结果表明:1)海岸带地区84%左右陆域面积、超过1/2县(市、区)的海域资源环境综合承载状态均以可载为主要特征,资源环境综合承载状态整体良好;2)生态保护功能导向下60.05%的陆域以及14个县(市、区)的海域呈可载状态,主要分布在粤港澳大湾区城市群东西两翼;3)农业生产功能导向下的陆域农业承载情况较为严峻,以临界超载为主,而海域农业生产下可载县(市、区)数量相对较少;4)与生态保护和农业生产功能相比,城镇建设功能下可载区域面积分布最广,86.93%的陆域和29个县(市、区)的海域呈可载状态,仅3.01%的陆域以及10个县(市、区)的海域呈超载状态。  相似文献

基于适应性循环理论和核心-边缘理论,利用集对分析法、向量自回归、系统动力学仿真等多元集成方法,对比分析核心-边缘区乡村旅游地社会-生态系统恢复力演化机理和路径差异。研究发现:(1)旅游业能够推动核心-边缘区乡村旅游地恢复力一体化均衡发展,恢复力差距呈逐渐缩小趋势。(2)核心-边缘区乡村旅游地恢复力系统内部复杂交互、协同有序发展。社会、经济和生态子系统互为非线性动态因果关系,在此非线性复杂自组织力作用下子系统之间的耦合协调度呈良好发展趋势。(3)通过复杂系统多情景模拟,核心区乡村旅游地发展路径以协调发展型或生态保护型为主,边缘区以旅游优先型为主。(4)驱动核心-边缘区乡村旅游地恢复力演化的要素系统具有差异性。在系统层面,生态系统对核心区影响程度最高,社会系统对边缘区的影响程度最高;在因素层面,生态因素是影响核心-边缘区乡村旅游地的共同要素,核心区能够通过生态修复提升生态韧性,边缘区能够利用生态优势转化为发展优势,进而均能显著提升乡村旅游地恢复力。  相似文献

在新时代脱贫攻坚任务实现的背景下,提升新型城镇化与乡村振兴协调发展水平,有利于西北地区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、持续增强内生发展动力并加快融入西部大开发新格局。鉴于此,运用改进的耦合协调度模型对2013—2018年甘肃省新型城镇化与乡村振兴的协调发展程度进行量化,并结合面板Tobit模型对二者耦合协调度的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:(1)新型城镇化与乡村振兴的空间分布基本一致,大体上呈现河西地区>陇中地区>陇东南地区>南部民族地区的空间发展格局。(2)全省、河西地区、陇中地区及南部民族地区新型城镇化与乡村振兴的协调发展效应逐步增强,耦合协调发展呈现西北强东南弱的空间分异特征,河西和陇中地区耦合协调水平明显高于陇东南及南部民族地区。(3)新型城镇化与乡村振兴同步发展类型的市州较少,乡村振兴滞后型的市州明显增加,并且集中分布于陇中地区及陇东南地区。(4)政府能力、工业化及交通基础设施水平对二者耦合协调水平具有正向促进作用,而固定资产投资和城乡收入差距则不利于新型城镇化与乡村振兴的协调发展。影响二者耦合协调度的因素具有明显的区域异质性。  相似文献

在人口增长、资源开发、城镇化等多因素驱动下,恢复力为区域社会-生态系统可持续发展提供了新的研究视角。以陕西省为研究区,基于社会、经济、生态3个子系统,综合考虑系统的脆弱性与应对能力构建指标体系,通过集对分析法对陕西省107个县级行政单元的社会-生态系统恢复力进行测度,根据恢复力测度结果,运用耦合协调度模型分析二元(社会-经济、社会-生态、经济-生态)及三元(社会-经济-生态)子系统的协调发展程度,从区域层面揭示其2000—2020年的时空演变特征,然后引入双变量空间自相关模型进一步探究二元与三元子系统协调发展度变化的数量及空间关联特征。结果表明:(1)研究期间陕西省社会、经济恢复力增长显著,生态恢复力呈微弱的下降趋势,社会-生态系统恢复力由0.303上升至0.779。(2)子系统协调发展度均呈上升趋势,社会-经济子系统南高北低的协调发展差异减弱,社会-生态、经济-生态子系统形成中部低南北高的协调发展格局,社会-经济-生态子系统协调发展度整体维持南高北低的空间分布特征。(3)二元子系统协调发展变化在数量及空间上与三元子系统协调发展变化有较大的正向关联性,以高-高、低-低类型评价单元在省域...  相似文献
