作为中国中部地区中心城市的武汉,拥有丰富的旅游资源和广阔的市场空间。在＂中部崛起＂政策支持下,市政府意识到应当把旅游业作为武汉的支柱产业来抓。乡村旅游作为旅游业中的新亮点,引起了许多学者的关注。通过运用SWOT分析法对武汉市乡村旅游的发展进行分析,根据这些分析,提出丰富旅游产品、打造特色品牌,优化交通格局、构建城乡网络,完善配套设施、提高服务质量,注重人才培养,健全管理机制等发展建议。 相似文献

近几年来,泰宁旅游业取得了惊人的发展速度和骄人的发展成就。作为新兴旅游区,泰宁已拥有世界地质公园品牌,应创建世界级旅游目的地,二者之间存在相互促进相互制约的关系。从战略上看,泰宁应建成世界亚热带丹霞山水旅游带的生态博物馆,世界环台湾海峡旅游圈的丹霞湖泊接待地。泰宁应采取编制高水平发展战略及规划,开发具有世界吸引向性的旅游产品,构建整体合理的土地利用格局、建设高档次旅游中心城镇、形成高素质旅游行业队伍等措施。 相似文献

引入因子分析法,围绕旅游业发展现状和总体经济发展水平两大因素,选取了2010年广西统计年鉴中反映旅游业发展水平的11个主要旅游经济指标,运用SPSS软件对这些指标进行因子分析,得出广西14个地级城市旅游业发展水平综合排名,并结合各地级城市GDP的排名情况,验证广西旅游业发展“十二五”规划中关于旅游区划的定位决策。广西旅游区划的因子分析显示：以桂林市为“旅游龙头”的提法不全面;以南宁、桂林、梧州、北海为四大“旅游集散地”的提法中,梧州不符合实际;“三大国际旅游目的地”的提法中,“红水河流域”不符合实际;“两条旅游发展带、七大旅游发展区”的划分与实际情况基本吻合。基于“旅游业-GDP”维度的广西旅游区划分析显示,14个地级城市可以分为4类：旅游业和GDP均发展较好的城市,包括南宁市、桂林市、柳州市和百色市;旅游业发展较好而经济较落后的城市,包括河池市和北海市;旅游业和GDP发展均较为落后的城市,包括贺州市、防城港市、崇左市、来宾市和钦州市;旅游业发展较落后而经济发展较好的城市,包括贵港市、梧州市和玉林市。桂林市和南宁市作为广西旅游业最发达的两个城市,应根据市场定位的不同形成“南北旅游双引擎”,旨在引领和带动全区旅游业的整体发展,而GDP与旅游业存在正向关系的广西旅游区划应该是有重点、分层次地合理布局才能遵循市场发展的客观规律。 相似文献

中华饮食文化源远流长，是中华民族文化宝库中一朵瑞璨的奇葩，呈现出浓郁的地方特色和鲜明的民族情调。饮食文化与旅游活动相结合，对于提升民族文化经济价值，促进旅游业和餐饮业的发展，无疑有着积极的意义。中国的饮食文化旅游产品主要有佳肴品尝游、药膳保健游和饮食文化旅游。尽管目前饮食文化旅游的发展不很理想，但长远来看，中国饮食文化旅游市场是一个充满生机和活力的大市场，蕴藏着巨大的市场潜力。旅游开发中应深层次挖掘旅游产品的文化内涵，突出地方特色，坚持开发与保护并重，注意保护旅游生态环境，实现旅游业可持续发展。 相似文献

通过评述滇西北旅游业发展的总体概况,重新剖析了怒江州旅游资源特征。对该区域几大旅游目的地旅游景观、旅游产品以及旅游市场进行比较,认为滇西北旅游业发展呈替代性竞争的态势。最终将落脚点放到怒江这个滇西北各旅游目的地中的"后起之秀"上,提出旅游产品创新是怒江旅游业发展的关键。并从"高起点、大手笔打造观光型旅游产品;全方位、多角度开拓主题园区型旅游产品;深层次、宽领域挖掘民族文化体验型旅游产品"这3个方面具体对怒江旅游产品类型进行构思与设计。 相似文献

在分析云南红河县独特地理环境和奇异人文景观基础上,对其尽管拥有绝美的梯田风光、壮丽的红河峡谷、迷人的哈尼风情和厚重的马帮文化等丰富旅游资源,但旅游业的发展却明显滞后于云南省总体旅游发展水平的原因进行了思考。经过实地考察和调查访谈,研究发现导致红河县旅游业发展滞后的根源在于:资源缺乏整合和深度开发,将优势资源打造为优势产品的转化力度差;产品缺乏包装和宣传推介,将产品优势转化为市场优势的推广力度差。针对两个关键问题,提出了3项对策措施:挖掘与展示独特旅游资源、塑造鲜明独特旅游形象、政府引导市场主导发展旅游产业等,以推动红河县旅游业的持续、快速发展。 相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
