城市信息资源共享是“数字城市”建设的关键问题。在总结城市信息资源共享现状和存在的问题基础上,从信息生产—消费关系的角度分析城市信息资源共享,提出基于生产—消费模型的“数字城市”信息资源共享方法。该方法充分考虑了城市信息资源共享的内在特点,可以提高城市信息资源共享的效率,满足“数字城市”建设需求。在此基础上,给出该方法的技术解决方案。 相似文献

数字经济以其强渗透性和泛在化特点,不断渗透到人类社会生产生活和城市治理的方方面面。通过对学界、政府、媒体、行业关于数字经济研究和发展的回顾,揭示了数字经济理论研究滞后于应用实践的现状;结合其与信息技术的关系,提出微观技术、中观产业以及宏观经济活动三个层面的理解及四个方面的认识。对数字经济是否减少“面对面”以及导致“距离的死亡”两个话题进一步探讨,按照数字经济可达性网络与城市空间、数字经济产业与城市空间、数字经济与城市网络的脉络对数字经济与城市空间的网络发展进行研究,并分析了治理安全与网络公平两个挑战。研究认为：没有证据表明数字经济一定会导致“面对面”减少和“距离的死亡”;可达性网络、数字经济产业及城市网络等内容成为数字经济与城市空间发展和研究的新内容;数字经济时代治理安全和网络公平的挑战不容忽视。本文还展望了网络空间地理学发展以及城市数字空间与物理空间融合及数字经济科技伦理治理等问题。 相似文献

构建数字城市服务公共平台,能够有效地解决异源异构数据共享的问题,实现地理信息互操作。该文以数字城市服务公共平台下的地理信息服务为例,基于本体论,利用属性枚举的语义表达方法构建地理信息服务本体,以明确且形式化的方法描述服务语义,力图解决地理信息服务语义共享的问题。最后给出数字城市公共平台部分地理信息服务的形式化语义描述,在Protégé软件中完成地理信息服务本体的构建,同时结合HermiT1.3.4实现推理过程,并以地理编码服务为例构建了一组本体结构。 相似文献

城市管网是城市正常运转的生命线和基础设施,管网信息管理系统是数字城市与数字矿山的重要组成部分.管网信息集成、共享应用与决策支持是智慧城市重要建设内容,实现城市管网智慧管理CPSM是城市管网管理必然趋势和发展方向.该文结合城市管网管理技术现状,明确了CPSM的内涵、基本特征;界定了CPSM的研究范畴,即标准体系、模型体系、核心数据库、门户集成平台、应用服务、智能分析与控制、网络与安全和智能传感器;提出了CPSM的关键技术,包括门户集成技术、Web服务技术、数据仓库技术、数据采集与传感器技术、网络通讯技术和软件智能技术;指明CPSM的研究方向,为城市管网智慧管理提供理论参考. 相似文献
